I have hdfc sal account and having personal loan from hdfc bank i paid every month emi without fail and maintains balance in account but hdfc bank deducted charges me 236 two times for emi rtn charges what is this charges and what is related this charge without any intimation how you guys deduct amount from accounts and around 472 (236 + 236) rs.
Please check it once and return back my amount immediately.

    Have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on 4th january 2020 from unicorn info solution aundh pune. As per offer by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) but i haven’t received my cashback until now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in unicorn info solutions, they said to check with bank.
    Iam not able to open tt from the below url as there is no option of cash back to select.

    Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

      I have purchase some merchandise from iplanet and there was 10% cashback if you pay through hdfc bank debit card but the cashback amount has not been credited in my account. It’s been a long time. The cashback has not been credited in the account despite being more than 90 days

        I have bought my iphone xr for 49900 with hdfc bank debit card on 25/12/2019 from reliance digital jaipur. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 5000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in reliance, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

            Hdfc bank — mctf atw transaction 1000 rs. Deducted

            Sir, 1000 rs. Deducted as (Mctf atw mentioned in transaction statement) from my account no. *38079 from ranjit avenue branch, amritsar ifsc code hdfc0001407 on 04/05/2020.
            I called to customer care for many times, but did not get any response.

            Kindly let me know why the above amount is deducted from my account?

            Now 1000 rs. Have been deducted from my account as mctf atw transaction.in my statement no reference no. Is showing for this transaction.

            My account had 10401.29 rs. But now my savings account is in 8706.59 rs, which are not short of mab.

            Sir pls revert asap.

              Hello team, hi i have purchased iphone 11 from reliance digital on 11th of january 2020. I was supposed to get inr6000 cash back within 90 days. But no cash back has been credited in my account till now. Kindly look into this matter and resolve. Loan ref no: [protected]

              I have also raised complaint regarding the same in [protected]@hdfcbank.com. But still i have not got any response from bank official or via mail.

              Already more than 120 days have past but still didn’t got my casback.

                      I got debited 590 rs from bank side but there is no statement for debiting this amount. I don't know why they debited this amount. It not showing in the transaction itself.

                      I called the bank but no response.

                      Also raised many ticket still no response from them taking covid-19 as advantage in this situation

                              Even in moratorium i am paying all my EMi's properly without fail.I am maintaining sufficient funds for all my EMI's from 1st day of month. on 5th may they debited with Rs 236 /- for RTN charges.i don't why they charged.

                                I have taken samsung s9 plus on emi from the hdfc bank with a cashback offer of rs. 6000. It's been more than 6 months since paid all the emi but still, i have not received the cashback of rs.6000 which i was supposed to get after 3 emi.                                 No, it's been more than 6 months since EMI is completed. I have paid all the EMI on time then Why I have not received cashback? It's already delayed by 6 months I am sure this not due to Pandemic. I was supposed to receive the cashback 6 months back.

                                  I got personal loan from HDFC Bank, every month they are collecting 16664 as an EMI, Jan I don't have sufficient funds for that they charged 649 as the late fee, and after 4 months they collected 236 as EMI RTN charges, plz make a complaint on HDFC Bank.

                                    I was working with hdfc bank home loans department as executive (Hbl global pvt ltd staff) from dec 2005 to aug 2007. My emp i'd is v04750. I have not yet reimbursed or transfered my pf amount till now. I don’t have my pf account number also.. I have been trying to send mails to pad. [protected]@hdfcbank.com but no response
                                    Kindly advise me how to redeem my pf amount and pls let me know any contact person.

                                        I had purchased an iPhone XR on 29/12/2019 with my HDFC bank debit card from Maple Store, Khar(w), Mumbai. As I was informed that the cashback shall be credited within 120 business days from the last date of the transaction month. Now it is more that 120 days but yet I have not received cashback. Now due to this lock-down all stores are closed and only emergency services are provided with HDFC Customer care. I request to HDFC bank to please co-operate and resolve this issue by crediting cashback as soon as possible.
