Hi hdfc and all other private banks are charging amb charges and loot our hard earned money. They have no right to keep our money 10k in their account for their own cash flow. Shame on you banks. I want my money back which they charged 9418. I think there should be writ petition against all private banks in honble high court for these cheater banks. I am preparing for the same against all banks if my problem is not solved by them.

    I have made online payment of a product on myntra and returned the product.

    I have a mail from myntra with the order incident number and bank reference number that refunded amount has been processed on 1/1/2020 and will receive the amount in source account within 10 days.

    2 months passed and the amount is not yet refunded from the hdfc bank side.

    May i know what is happening

      i am a hdfc account holder in this moth i have 3 time
      " BRN CASH TXN CHGS INCL GST " of " 177.00"
      if you did not help me otherwise i will with other bank
      unahappy about your taxes without confirmation, till this date did not get any alert or did not get any sms or mail about this tax . without instruction how can u diduct balance . so much bad service provide from hdfc first time .

      This is Adarsh. I am not able to cancel my credit card. I tried customer care number it's not reachable. And also tried bangalore branch ph no. I did not get any option to cancel my credit card. I have paid all the dues. Please cancel it. There is no proper support from you guys. Immediately cancel it and dont generate another bill. please contact me for card details.

        My customer ID is[protected]
        I have deregistered my credit card after 30 days of credit card usage and paying the dues of it. Past 3 months, there was no credit card belonging to my account.
        You have charged me Rs 500 as annual membership instead of having any credit card belonging to my account.
        This is very irritating and fraud.
        Kindly refund the amount otherwise I would carry this complaint to consumer forum.

          Act broadband reversed the transaction, which i made through my hdfc bank account. However, i got a confirmation message from bank

          "ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 8193 for rs. 5303.00 has been credited/reversed by acttv on[protected]:13:12:05"

          But, the amount is not credited in my account yet. Please refer attached screenshot.

          This transaction was reversed by ACTTV on Tuesday 17 March.

          I am still waiting for the amount to get credited into my account

            Kini kolhapur toll plaza has deducted excess amt. Of toll thru my fastag account on 14th feb.2020 of my car no. Mh09dm0081. I have already registered complaint on toll free no.[protected] (Ref. Complaint no.3180). Also sent many emails to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com as well as support. [protected]@sahaj.co.in and also called to toll free no. Almost 10 times but neither i have received any reply to my mails nor i got refund even after a month. Matter is very serious. Kindly resolve imm.

              While pasting fastag it got damaged. As advised i deposited rs100/- on 22nd feb. However till date i have not received tag. I called hdfc fastag call centre twice but they are not bothered to inform me reasons as to why it is not being sent nor when will i get it. The government is promoting fastag but realistic situation is that customers are not able to get them. It seems hdfc is not bothered to implement the government directives for speedy delivery of tags. Id:[protected]

                I recently activated my hdfc account, which was in dormant state. But when ever i am trying to do transactions its showing ' memo present on your account'. Its been a week i am facing this issue.i tried contacting branch also which is in adilabad, they are just saying it might take another three to four days. Can you please help me for this. Looking for quick resolution

                  I have taken personal loan from hdfc bank (Loan app no.[protected] and i have taken loan disbursed message from hdfc bank on 11th mar, 2020 evening 5pm.
                  Today 17th mar'2020 still i haven't received my money. I have call so many times my relationship manager 'dildeep shethi' but he don't proper response from my loan money.
                  Please credit my money before 17th mar'2020 at 3pm, otherwise you cancel my loan.
                  I am highly disappointed from your service.

                    Hdfc bank Customer id 9817458, and i am a customer for last 15 years. suddenly i cannot do any transaction in my bank- neither online, nor app nor bhim. this has led to a major embarrassment while making a payment. my loan emi of hdfc has also not been paid. neither the customer care or anyone letting me know the details. kindly help. I cannot go to the branch as I am posted somewhere else

                      Cancellation of one assist membership
                      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 6523 without my concern on date:13/03/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399.

                        I have savings account with hdfc. Cust id 22840860.ac no 0286. Priya nair from hdfc bank locked my ac for no reason. I am a heart patient. I need money for medicine. I was supposed to get admitted on 11th march. Thanks to them i could not. They replied saying they send me a mail on6th march. I did not get any reply. They are refusing to send the money to other bank cns also. I am tempted to commit suicide. Please note priya nair is responsible for it. They do it all the time. My health is detiorati g.

                        The other bank is going to hdfc every day but they are not giving any payorder they are just delaying to cause me trouble. If i kill myself priya nair is responsible for it.
                        Priya Nair is using threatening language. I have complained to her manager. I am forced to close the account .

                          Dispute has been almost 8 months completed, to my complain in which i have provided each & every document requested by hdfc bank credit card division.
                          "the payment done from my payzapp app but not credited to the merchant & it was debited from my credit card account via payzapp. It was neither credited to the merchant account nor refunded to my account. Also, all accounts belongs to hdfc (Merchant & my card) which are already shared to credit card division.

                            On 7th march, 2020, a upi transfer was made from my id to hdfc ergo (Vpa: hdfcergo. [protected]@hdfcbank). The money (Rs 2828) was deducted from my account, however the beneficiary has claimed the transaction to be incomplete and that the amount was not credited. My bank (Icici) has however confirmed that the beneficiary account has been credited and the rrn number reference for the transaction to be[protected]. Please confirm if the account in hdfc has been credited with the said amount as per my bank.

                              I bought a iphone 11 using hdfc credit card on 6 months emi on october 26, 2019 in iplanet store coimbatore.
                              They informed that i will be receiving 6000 cashback after 120 days. But i didn't receive it yet.
                              Please clarify how to get my cashback.
                              In hdfc customer care number, i not able to find services for cashback problem. Eva is also not supporting this one.

                                Hi rs.885 was deducted from my account stating depository charges, without prior statement.

                                I am not even using my demat account for any of the transaction

                                While opening the account they said it will be free of charge,
                                You will not be charged for any services.

                                Can you please the state how should i go further with the process to reclaim the refund.

                                Effective September 01, 2010, there is a revision in the ‘standard’ tariff with respect to the Annual Folio Maintenance Charges (FMC) from Rs. 500/- p.a. to Rs. 750/- p.a.
                                We have introduced a differential transaction-based FMC pricing model. Basis of this model, the FMC payable by you would be based on the various slabs applicable to the transactions made in your Demat account. This flexibility will give you an opportunity to reduce the FMC in the subsequent year, basis the level of transactions carried out in the current billing cycle (1 year prior to the levy of FMC).
                                Note: All transactions (Market, Off-Market, Demat and Remat) made over the current billing cycle would be considered for computing the subsequent year’s FMC. Presently Mutual Fund & Pledge related transactions made over the current billing cycle (1 year prior to the levy of FMC) would not be considered for computing the subsequent year’s FMC applicable for your Demat account

                                  I have raised multiple complaint on hdfc fast tag from the date of purchase[i. E oct2019], that its not getting scanned at tolls.

                                  I have called every week from last 3 months to get this solved, even raised a service request through hdfc fast tag login, only answer i used to get till date was that they are re-issuing a new tag with in a week,

                                  This is very pathetic and unexpected service from hdfc, being a existing customer from 10 years with hdfc. I have preferred to go with hdfc for fast tag, but its very very bad experience.

                                  Even asked for cancellation of fast tag and revert back money that is also not happening

                                  It is brought to your notice that i had purchased an iphone 11 pro max 256GB on[protected]. i had been been entitled for Rs. 7000/- cashback for the same in a period of 120 days. but till no i.e. on[protected], i have not received any cashback. so it is requested to look into the matter. payment was done by my HDFC debit card.
                                  the issue was raised against fast tag, and the issue resolved stating to reach fast tag only,

                                  Do you want me to laugh and jump with your reply, too bad service from HDFC, Sir, if you have read my issue, you could have acted better. i am keep on calling, emailed multiple times to fast tag as per your directing but nothing is happening

                                      Yesterday ta 8:55am i have done a recharge 599 on my mobile
                                      My recharge was not sucessful so i called custmer care at 2:14 pm. They told me that recharge has failed and u will get the refund, her name was anita. Afert full confirmation i have done rechare from amazon
                                      But after two hours of that recharge i got anaother message by payzapp that your recharge ha been sucessfull
                                      Now i have double recharge on by no.
                                      For this quare i would request you to contact me

                                      I have issued a cheque and the amount has already been debited from corporation bank account but is not showing in HDFC because it says invalid cheque. What do I do
                                      I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/-
                                      from my credit card number ending with 2254 without my concern on date:09/03/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/-
                                      I don't know about these changes and I checked that about charges it shows mirevenue hold through gefu but I don't know about that and last month also same thing happened and my account balance got deducted by this charges I request to please remove from my account.
