I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 0080 without my concern on date:27/02/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

I made a round trip from agra to mathura on 14.01.2020 through mahuvan toll plaza. I paid the toll charge in cash ₹155.00 for the whole return trip.

However i shortly received a message from hdfc that my hdfc fastag wallet has been charged for ₹105.

I talked to the customer care and they assured me that the refund will be issued shortly, however they suggested me to write a mail on this email address - fastag....

fastag is blacklisted

My fastag is blacklisted on 27/02/2020 due to insufficient funds. But even after recharging 500 it is still showing blacklisted / insufficient funds and low balance also. New recharge is not showing in the portal. And i need to pay cash at toll points.

Please do the needful. As i am facing lot of issues at tolls...

amazon refund not processed

I had purchased 3 products from amazon on 23rd feb 2020 by paying rs 347 through UPI and then had cancelled one product which costs rs 109. Same day the refund of 109 was initiated by amazon, Refund Ref No[protected] but I have not yet received the amount in my hdfc account. I have contacted amazon and they said to contact the bank. Please do the needful....

fastag refund not received

HI,

I had applied for Fastag in Dec 2019 but i havent received tag in around 1 month so i have asked customer care for refund and i did it on Jan first week but still waiting for redund. Earlier they said i will receive DD of 500/- but now they are saying that will be refund back to Bank account which i already shared but still no response from hdfc. Worst service from HDFC....

cashback on iphone 11

I have purchased an iphone 11 on 12 October 2019 and they told me that I’ll be getting the cash back worth 6000₹ within 120 days of purchase and I haven’t received the cash back yet?
When will i get it back?
I just interacted with the apple and they asked me to contact to bank!
Why do i need to contact?
Is this a forge or something?
It should be credited under my account as soon as possible....

I was told that my credit card is lifetime free and there is no annual or joining fees if i do 4 transaction of rs 500/- each for first 3 months. Accordingly i used the card. But now i get a call from your side that every month rs 750/- will be charged for 2 years as security deposit.
Its misleading and cheating, hence i want to surrender and close the card account....

Used atm on[protected] phulanwa branch ludhiana.
Withdrawal amount 10000rs and found 2000 note in cutting. Which is not acceptable by bank atherosclerosis. I requested them to change this 2000 note. But as per them mr. Simranjeet singh and mam jagmeet kaur they are not responsible for any atm withdrawal issue. Even behaved rude. From last 45min i m sitting in front of them and they are not supporting me....

very poor relationship manager of hdfc bank

I am so called preferred customer of hdfc and mr. Wilsonkumar v is appointed as my relationship manager. This guy is so irresponsible and never respond to any queries. Matter escalated to his seniors many times but they don't bother. Very poor customer support. They given me credit card as lifetime free but got debited rs.2500 + taxes and they do not bother to act on that,... They are cheaters... Never get in trap of hdfc....

credit card payment

I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [protected]. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 106000.

family harassment

Hdfc bank/recovery team/credit card deptt/collections/debt management
All the people involved have crossed their limits, i have a credit card and going through financial difficulties, and due to medical issues not working and cannot pay my debt as of now. Informed them so many times, but they have started harassing my family who is not responsible to pay my debt. I have all the intentions to pay back what i owe, all i have been asking...

I haven't received cashback for iphone purchase.

According to the offer i was supposed to recieve a cashback of 5000/- for iphone purchase via debit card, and another 6000/- cashback for purchase of another iphone via credit card.

The phones are iphonexr and iphone11 respectively and were bought from apple store with the assurance that cashback will be credited to the account ion 3 months....

hdfc bank customer mandate reference number

Today i receive this sms from hdfc bank
"dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[private] issued totata capital financial service limited with value rs. 24000.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch."

I don't understand why i'm receiving this message and what this means.
I don't want hdfc to process this amount or request.

I had sent the payment through sbi net banking for the full amount in time. There was some delay from the bank side to remit. I had explained to the bank officials about this.

product bought from amazon

I bought product from amazon at 'no cost emi'. Now hdfc bank charged me more than actual emi showed in amazon showed at time of purchase. I asked for clarification to hdfc, but they simply told this is because of gap interest. Why hdfc did not disclose this hidden charges to amazon, flipkart. They are cheating to savings account holder simply.

I checked with amazon regarding this extra charges and they are clueless about this....
