Hi,

I am holding an hdfc bank savings account (Salary account which was mentioned as 0 balance account while offering me) from march 2019. My account has been active since then i. E., i am getting my salary deposited every months in the same account. It is observed on 26th mar 2020 that an amount of 882.26 has been deducted from my account mentioning as mirevenue hold through gefu. I would want to know the reason behind this deduction from my account balance.

So, it's been a month almost and it is not resolved yet. Neither I received an update or response. Why don't you atleast provide me the reason for holding my funds? This is totally frustrating.
I got a message that RS. 999 has been deducted from my credit card at Amazon12583999 without PIN/OTP. And the worst thing is calling HDFC customer care is not picking up the call. I want my money back. Why did the transaction happen without pin or OTP?
Ur transaction on HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM Card ending 2**5 for Rs. 615.00 has been credited/reversed by INDIANRA3472086 on[protected]:18:39:45

Checked the bank statement, still the amount is not yet credited.

This is the average of the closing credit balance in the Account at the end of each day during the calendar month (i.e. a total of the daily closing credit balance divided by the total number of days during the month). In case this average is less than the minimum prescribed for your account, the charges for non-maintenance will be levied at the beginning of the following month along with the GST at the applicable rates.

      Today I had received a call and he told me he call from paytm
      and my kyc document are suspended for some reason and said he
      will help to resolve the problem but after some time. I got massage from my
      HDFC bank you spent amount of rupees 9999 and other massage
      is you spent rupees 1000. So may I request to please check it and
      revert as soon as possible my tradition id is *[protected]* for
      amount of rupees 9999 and Transaction ID is [protected] for
      amount of rupees 1000.

      Hai I have not received my refund against the cancellation of a product from flipkart which has initiated from flipkart but not able to see any refund status on account.

      The reference number for this refund is 093345
      Using HDFC Credit card and there is a transaction showing that OFFUS EMI OFFUS EMI, LOAN PRECL, [protected] (Ref# 9999999980317001055739) amount of 13, 720.00. so may i know what is the OFFUS EMI .

          Cancellation of one assist membership
          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 3597 without my concern on date:18/01/2020.                   In the month of october i purchased a laptop using the offer given by hdfc bank on my debit card i. E. 10 percent cashback. I was informed i will get that amount after 90 working days but it's more than 100 working days, nothing i received. I phoned to customer care they were giving me different numbers to call about my issue but it not solved yet. Please look into this.

                    With the above subject i am yogesh prasad sharma i was not applied for hdfc credit card but the same credit card is received by someone else and missing it and i don't know the credit card number or any no details regarding this

                    I am requesting you to last warning plz close it the same issue asap within week and do the needful action early regarding this issue

                    So many times i talk to your hdfc executive but no single reslove.

                    In my past time. I was not applied for any credit card. If applied plz give me proof.

                    I am requesting you to plz close it matter asap. Otherwise i need to go the consumer court regarding this issue i already mailed you regarding this

                      This is regarding my cashback offer on purchase of iphone using hdfc card.

                      Purchase was dated 21 dec 2019 using hdfc debit card

                      Cashback was supposed to be received within 90 days, but i have not received it yet.

                      Please look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.

                      I want the bank to look into the issue and provide my cashback as soon as possible

                          I tried transferring money from my kotak bank app to nbd (Dubai) branch account..
                          The transaction was successful however the recipient didn't receive and also the same was deducted from my account
                          After having word with my bank they say it has been transferred to hdfc account with branch in mumbai
                          I tried contacting the branch with calls and emails still no response
                          Please find attached the account info to which the money was credited

                          I mentioned earlier am not a HDFC account holder so I couldn't complete the process mentioned in the link and also my transaction was successful and the same has reached your bankand this has been confirmed by mey Kotak bank can I have someone call me...it's very embarrassing that a bank has got an extra money in the account and no one bothers to return... Are we talking about consumer service

                          The concern is I don't hold any account with HDFC it's just that my international transfer was routed through your bank and the money ilhas reached your account unfortunately not to my recipient or my own account due to which I couldn't complete the procedure listed through the above link

                              An amount of 819 has been deducted from my account for depository fee. When googled I came to know the deduction is for demat account . I haven’t opened such account. I’m using only salary account . How can you deduct without prior information . I need the amount back otherwise prior action will be take.

                                    My fastag is blacklisted or deactivated. I came to know about it when i used it first time at toll plaza on february 29, 2020. I contacted to hdfc fastag customer care, they assured me that the issue will take two working days to resolve. But, as of march 24, 2020, it has not been resolved yet. I continuously contacted to customer care since then and they usually told that my issue will be resolved within two working days.

                                    It is highly disappointing to get the hdfc fastag and the pathetic response of hdfc bank fastag customer care service.

                                    Please do the needful asap. Hope to get positive response this time.

                                    Dear Concern,

                                    Is it really so difficult to activate my FasTag? I am suffering a lot over a month and still waiting to resolve my issue. It is highly disappointing and repentance to purchase a FasTag from HDFC Bank. Such a pathetic services of HDFC FasTag Customer Care I ever experienced. I have to travel through Toll Plaza at the end of lockdown, what should I have to do? Should I kneel down in front of the HDFC Bank?

                                    I can understand that you have limited staff due to COVID-19 situation, but I raised my concern a long time ago and still you not assuring me that how much time you will take to resolve my issue.

                                    It is my humble request that please look at this matter and resolve my issue ASAP.
