I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 4/12/2019 in noida sector 18, from electro world communication solutions g-1 savitri market. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 90 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 90 days. I have asked in apple store, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as

I recieved a message today which says "ALERT:Rs.999.00 spent via CREDIT Card xx5134 at AMAZON1258399 on[protected]:07:34:49 without PIN/OTP.Not you?Call [protected]." And I tried calling this number for freaking many times but could get connect... I need help.. This is not very good.
HDFC BANK sent the sms like that-"congratulations! Your completed Personal Loan app is now accepted.Pls quote ref no.[protected] for any status update- "

But within 24hr the executive informed thet there are some civil regarding the previous consumer loan from ICICI BANK, which is already paidup...
i want the explanation regarding that matter...

    Yesterday i went to hdfc bank for cash withdrawal and employee responsible misbehaved unexpectedly for no reason by ordering me to do the duties which she was supposed to do and also by not clarifying the queries ask for multiple times and not only this but also she took the help of her manager without helping the customer the manager also supported the employee by not asking her about the issue instead asking to the customer and supported her miss behaviour by refusing that employee will not apologize even when asked the manager also tried to hide his employees fault by threatening that police will be called for no reason

    So request to take severe steps against this manager ditiraj chakraborty and employee bijata das who are not only harassing and humiliating the customer but also not helping the customer in anyway and when asked to say that they are not here to help the customer

    The incident goes as

    On 18. 03. 2020 I went to HDFC Bank to withdraw cash through cheque. The employee responsible did not cut the check by herself instead asked me to cut and when I submitted the check to her she accused me by saying that I did not cut it properly. To this I said the employee that it was her duty to cut the check instead the customer as she had the equipments to cut the check properly and also her duty. Meanwhile I had a query where to write 'self ' as it was my first time to cut a cheque so I asked employee to help me with that but instead of helping me she raged behaved arrogantly by not responding to me and called the peon to take the cheque to the manager. The manager called me and asked about the issue and I said him the issue but did not listen to me and pretended as if he is not able to understand the issue and suddenly said that he will call the police even though there was no reason to call the police and that we customers should be responsible for such duties even if you don't know or it is the first time for us to cut a cheque the manager also said that the employees are not here to help the customers for these things.The manager did not even ask anything to the employee and supported her for the misbehaviour and shouted by saying us to go from the place and threatened by saying that Police will be called even though we had no fault . As a customer I couldn't tolerate the humiliation and misbehaviour that happened to me and my mother so said to call the police so that I can protest against the nuisance happening in the place. The manager and the other staff humiliated without considering us as female and senior citizen and humiliated by restricting us to go initially and threatened that they will call the police for no reason. There was a lot of insult humiliation harrassment misbehaviour happened to us which as a customer we do not deserve.

      I purchased my phone on 29th october, 2019 with a hdfc cashback scheme. I was told i would reciece the cashback within 120 days, it's been around 140 days, the cashback amount was not credited to my account. I tried registering a complaint on the website but there is no provision to register a complaint regarding cashback. No clarity was given when i visited my nearest hdfc bank. So, i would like the promised cashback amount back.

        Hi team,

        This is to inform you that my both savings salary account under customer id 46725845 is in negative balance due to repeated hit of standing instruction from capital first. The account was opened in the year 2012. After 8yrs this account should have been closed or there should not have been activities. The total outstanding is rs.75000 approximately. I am financially broke man.

        Couple of years back i went to dombivali, mumbai branch for inquiring about my account status. They told me that its a closed account and we can do nothing about it. I was very happy that day because it was a closed account.

        To my surprise i found that my account is dormant and not closed when i opened a new salary savings account with vile parle east branch, mumbai.

        They told me to mail you regarding its closure.

        I want you to close my account with immediate effect because whatever money i am crediting its getting debited at once. My condition is miserable.

        To close your account held with HDFC Bank, please submit the account closure form (available on www.hdfcbank.com> Forms Center> Personal Banking) along-with Extended KYC annexure ( available on www.hdfcbank.com> Forms Center > Personal Banking > Extended KYC Annexure ) at any of our nearest Bank branches.

        Addressing your concern we wish to clarify that Combined closure form is a common form which is required to fill in by an account holder incase he holds more than a single product with the Bank.

        By filling this form our customers can close all other accounts/products and delink the same along with Savings account held with the bank. For ex : ISA account/ Depository account / Credit card etc.

        You will need to tick the relevant boxes mentioned on the form.

        This application must be signed by all Joint Holders where the account is held jointly in the same order of names as appearing on the account or by sole holder in case of sole ownership account to be closed. In case the account is in debit balance, please fund the account to the extent of the over-dues together with interest, before submission of application for closure.

        In case the account is dormant, please submit a letter at the branch for activation of your account. Your account closure request can be processed only post activation of your account.

        We regret that we are unable to process the request for account closure received through PhoneBanking, NetBanking, e-mail, scanned or faxed copy for security and authentication purposes. In case you are unable to visit the branch, you can send the account closure application to the branch by postal service or courier.

        We also request you to destroy or surrender the cheque book and Debit Card at the time of account closure.

          When i was atom pohacha there was gordy, i was stopped when i was going in. He told me that you do not remove the mask that you have tied on your mouth, so i did not know rabi, i said that the head is still corono due to fear, i have tied the mass, only then they said, if you will not take the month, i will not let you go, satrap, i said that you should go inside with me, i have no problem, then he pushed me all these things meiji, i started the phone to record in my phone, when he saw the phone in my hand, he dropped me down and started beating me. It is a shameful thing for this biggest back of yours, if you are seeing this lie then you cctv can check the footage.             I have settled my credit card on 2017 and my last payment against my credit card is 31/03/2017.

            Moreover i have paid at the time of settlement rs.29600. Since it shows more than 40000 rupees.

            It is showing in my cibil report as settled, but i want to close this account.

            There is no response from local branch.

            Kindly let me know my pending amount to close my credit card account.

            Also let me know the repayment procedure and noc guideline.

            It would be appreciated if you can resolve my issues and it will help me to avoid get support i will file the same case in rbi and ombudsman

              Hi -

              I have a salary account with hdfc bank and the customer id is 63459594

              I have linked my LIC payment to my hdfc to deduct amount via ecs, every 7th midnight but bank/loan institute has not debited my account on the said date/time.

              So i have paid the LIC due amount through online on March 9, 2020. But hdfc bank has deducted rs. 590.00 in the above deductions, i not even received any intimation via call/email/sms from the bank before deductions.

              Request you to consider my complaint and help me to get my money back and also to avoid further deductions in my account. Thank you.

                  This is in connection with ticket reference number[protected] booked with yatra through hdfc smartbuy portal. Its for flight booking to and from bangalore to london via dubai on 2nd april. I have been reaching out to hdfc concierge through several modes (Phone call to their support line, through email i'd) and they are not responding for 2 days now. I am looking for immediate help to cancel the tickets and get the refund in lieu of covid-19 advisory to not travel to the uk.

                    I have received a message saying that customer mandate reference number xxxxxxxx issued to lic housing finance with value of rs 65000/- and frequency is monthly today for processing.

                    I am not sure why this is raised? Because my monthly emi should be 52491/- which is accepted but not sure about 65000/- monthly...

                      My self sivaramkrishna. I purchase a mobile through flipkart source hdfc emi, when we take mobile it's fine. Bank person didn't provide consumer durable loan number to us. Starting they provide payzapp link. First 3 months i didn't pay. After that i pay when ever i received payment link through payzapp. Recently last month i received a call from bank legal team say that you are not played emi so we are going legally. Your payment is 10889, my mobile is 9999. Immediately i pay 5000 because they said this is product amount. But i am unable to remaining amount which they charge interest. Now legal department threaten to me and my parents. Please do help on this issue.

                      Still i don't know my loan account number.

                          I wish to bring to everyone notice about unfair business practice from hdfc bank credit card team. I tried to resolve it through customer service and escalation mechanism. Trust me, no one is helping even for genuine request.

                          Let me explain it below,
                          I am holder of hdfc bank regalia credit card accompanying with priority pass for complimentary lounge visit at airport.

                          I visited mumbai t2 lounge in month of octomber, 2019 for which i was charged rs. 2306.54. Before entering the lounge i confirmed with bank customer care department ccs service that thay told me whether any charged will be levied join in lounge. It was clearly told to me that lounge visit no charges would be levied.

                          After 3 months suddenly i was charged and hdfc bank credit card customer support did not bother to justify the same. This is a big fraud happening in hdfc bank credit card desk by charging the fee on complimentary lounge visit due to change of policy without intimation to client.

                          This has left no option but to contact consumer court for cheating rs. 2306.35 to customer through hidden charges by hdfc bank.
                          (Plz dont trust on cce deport no such information they have they told its free but they charged after 3 months)

                            Rajalakshmi i have availed personal loan of rs 4, 00, 000/- from hdfc bank. I was paying regularly till when i was in job. After i lost job being a single mother i struggled lot to pay the emi. At some point i came for settlement rs 1, 03, 000/- with 3 emi. I paid first installment. But struggling to pay remaining amount.
                            I'm with my mom at mom place i don't have father. When i was not in situation to pick their calls they have called my husband whom i don't live with and at worst moment yesterday they called my cousin brother whom nowhere related even i was not in contact with my cousin brother then how these people getting their number and shaming my name.
                            If i don't pick call means they are calling my mother number where i have given as reference and as alternate number. But they called my husband and cousin brother and shaming my name and also threatening me that they will continue the call and shame my name.
                            If it continues i don't have any other option commit suicide with my 4 year old son. But for my death hdfc bank only responsible.

                              Hi,

                              I have told your bank executives to convert my amount of hdfc bank credit card into emi's so that i can pay it easily but still bank has put lien on my account which goes -43k then put -70k again for the loan i will pay regularly from next month but please remove the hold from my account. I have to pay hospital fees also.

                              Hold is on my salary account and if i get salary it will deduct i won't be able to bear hospital charges because salary gets deduct for 3 months. Please help me out

                                I m hemant dhiwar i registered my self in shine jobs first i got a call from urside to pay 2500 for registration. I did that after that then my call transfered to some senior he said that my profile transfered to hdfc bank for job but i have to pay rs 4500 that amount i paid after that he said ur resume for not up to mark for this u have to pay 8500rs. I told him that this one is the last amount he said yes, then i said ok and paid that amount also. After that he transfered my call to some another person for activation the account he asked another around 10000 rs. I denied for that sir i this was not the right way to work. I told him plz refund my money back which i was paid he said the amount is transfered to hdfc bank. Sir plz tell me which company takes money for conducting interview. I know that consulting companies charge some amount for registration. But that experience of mine was not good. As per rbi guidelines banks should not levy of penal charges on non-maintenance of minimum balances in savings bank accounts.

                                      Hi hdfc and all other private banks are charging amb charges and loot our hard earned money. They have no right to keep our money 10k in their account for their own cash flow. Shame on you banks. I want my money back which they charged 9418. I think there should be writ petition against all private banks in honble high court for these cheater banks. I am preparing for the same against all banks if my problem is not solved by them.
