Rajalakshmi i have availed personal loan of rs 4, 00, 000/- from hdfc bank. I was paying regularly till when i was in job. After i lost job being a single mother i struggled lot to pay the emi. At some point i came for settlement rs 1, 03, 000/- with 3 emi. I paid first installment. But struggling to pay remaining amount.
I'm with my mom at mom place i don't have father. When i was not in situation to pick their calls they have called my husband whom i don't live with and at worst moment yesterday they called my cousin brother whom nowhere related even i was not in contact with my cousin brother then how these people getting their number and shaming my name.
If i don't pick call means they are calling my mother number where i have given as reference and as alternate number. But they called my husband and cousin brother and shaming my name and also threatening me that they will continue the call and shame my name.
If it continues i don't have any other option commit suicide with my 4 year old son. But for my death hdfc bank only responsible.
