Act broadband reversed the transaction, which i made through my hdfc bank account. However, i got a confirmation message from bank
"ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 8193 for rs. 5303.00 has been credited/reversed by acttv on[protected]:13:12:05"
But, the amount is not credited in my account yet. Please refer attached screenshot.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Dheeresh_Joshi Reference number of the original transaction(02 March 2020) is "RF[protected]" towards POS ACTTV
This transaction was reversed by ACTTV on Tuesday 17 March.
I am still waiting for the amount to get credited into my account
