Hi team,

My hdfc saving account have issue, account number is [protected] and available balance is showing negative (-). I have transferred the account 12 950rs to my hdfc bank on 6th feb 2020 but it also showing negative mode why? Kindly clarify the same.

In my hdfc account showing -20713.43 rs why.

Request you correct the same it very helpful for me.

    Im an employee of hdfc bank for last 4 years currently working as a branch manager, hdfc bank has been treating not just me but my fellow bms as their slaves. Yes, slaves is the right word. Everyday we are being called and thrashed like anything i have recording of the calls and i will send this recording to labour office also to mr. Aditya puri.
    Top management should not forget that whatever name they have made is bcoz of the hard work of the ground level staff. Targets are there we have no problem but they should also understand that we are also working towards acheiving it, continues nagging wont help, it just worsens the situation, trauma and tiredness
    We know what to do, we know the ground level situation, ask us dont assume from the top and declare the judgement.
    We are being forced to sell life insurance, even if the customer doesnt want to buy it, if we do not sell it we are being bashed
    Are we bankers or insurance agents???
    Top management should understand, shouting on us will only make things worse

    I have applied hdfc fastag through online, The reference number of the application is HR[protected],

    I did not receive the fastag yet and also did not received any communication from bank side.
    Car dealer has issued HDFC Fastag at the time of delivery. After that I have registered online. Now neither login nor recharge. No error in the screen.
    On the same page after clicking on any link also.
    Hello in my hdfc account 1180rs is in hold regarding some MIrevenue Hold through GEFU, how can i get my money back, few days back it is 590 and today it is 1180, can any one please look into it and resolve it asap.

      I have applied for fastag via hdfc bank in nov-2019 by paying rs 500 as bank charges and on 15-nov-2019 i got a sms confirmation that my wallet is created and rs 200 is added to it, i am able to check same on hdfc fastag portal and recharge the same as well. But unfortunately i have not received my fastag even after 3 months of wallet creation, i have made numerous calls to customer care and every time they say you will be getting your card in a weeks time, many weeks passed but my wait is not getting over.

      Who from hdfc ltd can help me in resolving this?

            Sir, 5000 rs. Deducted as ( mctf atw mentioned in transaction statement) from my account no. **********00812 from bhiwadi branch ifsc code hdfc0005460 on 24/02/2020.
            I call to customer care they said you make a atm transaction of 5000rs. On 19/02/2020. At that time 5000 rs. Debited from my account and credited at the same time, but i didn't get any message of these transactions. And now they are saying that transaction have been made...

            The above policy has been taken to cover the Housing loan from Bajaj Finance limited

              I haven't recieved refund for failed txn worth 375.
              There was 9 txns. Got refund of 6 txns but payment of 3 txn still pending.
              I did txn on 23rd january. And its been more then 1 month and refund not recieved yet.

                not received dd after completion of 10 days

                I have booked loan account number-[protected], but i have not received still dd, i called to customer care but they are using abusing language instead of help.

                Kindly resolved the issue instantly, because i have to pay intrest from loan booking date which already expired 10 days,

                Who will bear the cost of such days and if you are not able to resolved the issue, kindly cancel loan...

                Hi, i got a call from hdfc agent to apply for a hdfc credit card. I have applied credit card and i have received the card with the limit of 48000.

                I have made transacation 48000. I thought this is normal credit card like other banks. But it is automatically converted to emi with out information.
                I didn't get a call from bank. Without permission it is converted to emi.
                Who will pay emi amount bank has to pay emi amount.
                This is not fair with out informing to customer amount has been converted to emi. I didn't get any message also for this emi conversion. Please look into it please do the needful.

                  In 2018 my salaried account opened but in some condition i could not convert my other salary account to this hdfc account and now my balance is in negative and im not in any condition to pay that negative balance. You select the product, add it to cart, click on cart, you see the item then you click on the checkbox for terms and condition for redemption and click on "proceed to redeem"... Here another box displays asking confirmation for placing order. It has two options. And ideally your order is confirmed after clicking on "ok".. But nothing happens on...

                    I am from nashik is holding car loan account :43639553 and my cid ; 41075281.
                    Now already a period of more than 3years i have repaid emi's regularly.
                    Also i proudly wanted to mention that i am customer of hdfc for consecutive third car. Keeping a good record. Only noe 2 to 3 emi have bounced by only a fractional time of hours due to salary late deposited.
                    My request is plse consider overall period record. And please waive those foreclosure charges that has been asked at bodhalenagar branch nashik. Please help me sir. So that i will keep in always with hdfc bank in future also. Next car will also be purchased with your hdfc bank loan. Send me some emi to put in front of them as proof for waiver.

                      My name is sachin sonkatale. I use hdfc bank credit card since four to five years. I used it to it's limit. I am making minimum due payment from last three years. And in last few months i paid some amount to reduce the principle. I had bought mobile also on credit card. But i have niticed that it principle is not reducing. I think they had cheated me.

                          Cashback of 1500 rs not received on purchasing mi phone. The date is 14th december 2019. The transaction id is 13116480 at sneh communications new delhi at mi store in ambience mall.

                          It was promised that cashback of inr 1500 will be provided but so far nothing has been received on my account and it has been more than 1.5 months. I also have a copy of the bill.

They tell that bank will call you that you are selected for interview. Bank call me.                               I had purchased an 2 iphone 11 pro max 1 iphone 11 pro and 1 apple watch series 5 using hdfc cashback offer on 14/10/2019
                              The offer stated that within 90 days the cashback will be credited in the bank account but it's already 128 days yet i have not received the cashback and hdfc helpline are not providing sufficient details
                              Its a fraud!

                                Term life policy was chosen by self on nov' 2019 and the payment was made in nov'19, but since i had rejected the proposal by hdfc life in dec'19, the refund should have been received by me long back, but even after 2 months my refund is not received and the customer care is quoting the same phrase every time i contact them, instead of resolving the issue. Request a speedy action on the same.

                                  Sir, my hdfc credit card debt rs 2000 some amount no any information before renuval, and lost year all so debited rs2000some amount iam called your customer service i tell him to do not renuval my membership. Thay said this time only 1000rs balance amount credited to your account. But no credit my a/c. So this year also debited amount so please don't renuval my membership. Pls return my money.

                                  As per our records, your credit card ending 5645 has been issued to you as a priced card. However, the renewal fee will be auto reversed when your card usage spend during the previous 12 months period exceeds Rs. 50, 000.00. Our records indicates that you have not used the card for transactions as per the spend criteria. We regret our inability to accede your request for reversal. We request you to use your credit card for the aforesaid spend limit to get the renewal fee waiver on future renewals.
