My self rajiv kumar residing in tirupur, tamilnadu using various hdfc services including banking, home loan, personal loan, jumbo loan and have both savings and current account.

Based on local aristo branch employees request and guidance i had booked hdfc fastag through online on 27th nov 2019.

I got sms on 30th nov 2019 stating that the order is confirmed and i will get the tag within 4 days. But even after...

I am ram babu pandit. From my account 1383 something money debited my account without any information. I am requested to you sir my money credited hurry up pls... And inform that what is the reason of dedused money. Without any information money is debited is prove that hdfc is not believable bank. I requested to you. Pls my complain will be solved fast....

On feb 10th i received one sms from hfdcbk i. E "your hdfc bank giftcard iii y card ending with xxxx2887 has been reloaded wiht inr 10000 on 10-feb-2020 (06.01) pm" without my any request and moreover this is not my present credit card number..

I have been receiving continuous solicitation calls from callers stating either they are calling from hdfc bank or on behalf of hdfc bank. Each time i request to speak to the manager, i have been spoken to rudely and un parliamentary language. I had purchced an item from amazon on emi which was supposed to be no cost emi, i understant that the interest on emi was reduced by amazon from the device price. But now in my e statement i could see that i have been charged with two components namely mer emi int nbr and finance charges.
