Hi,

Please cancel the duplicate fastag raised on 28/jan2020 with hdfc and have the amount refunded back to me.

I called 23/feb/20 and customer care person mentioned to send an e-mail to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com, it has been 2 weeks no repsonse from hdfc. Today (4/mar/2020) i called then the person is not able to understand and he disconnected the phone. After 2 i called again and a lady menitoned that the site is down, again explained the story she said please check, the amount has has been refunded, but i cannot see it... So she mentioned that go to the bank... Not sure what kind of team is handling the queries

    Received a call stating to be from the hdfc bank, she wanted me to apply for a credit card, she took my details, adhaar pan photo, credit card photo, and as i wanted to verify she sent me a photo of her supervisors id which was of an hdfc employees, then they made a verification call n asked me to verify the same. Anyways i think i’ve been scammed. Since then all the numbers are switched off.

      I have cancelled a order on amazon, i immediately got a msg from hdfc that

      Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 3771 for rs. 40930.00 has been credited/reversed by payuind on[ 03//2/2020

      I checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account. I am scared as it's a large sum please help. Since it is a confirmation message from bank, i am assuming that the amazonhas done it's part. Will it ever get reflected in my account?

        Hdfc bank has hold my 777 amount and termed this as mi revenue hold through gefu. What the hell is wrong with this bank. And on which basis they have hold my amount as i was not having any pending transaction or something like that.
        I just want a resolution for this. As i'm not ready to pay such amounts otherwise i have to switch my account to other bank. As i have chosen hdfc for a smooth running. If i would have any idea regarding this i would have never choose this bank. And i was a zero balance account

I was sanctioned a credit card loan for the said credit card for rs.176000/- under loan account no.[protected] on 25.02.2020 and was provided a courier awb number. But, provided courier awb no. Uwex38263976 is not trackable. Also, till date (04.03.2020), i have not received the said dd. I am very much worried.

          My purpose for loan is not served.

            Shame shame shame on hdfc bank. I have registered my mobile number on national dnd list. I have also registered the same mobile number on do not call disturb registration on bank site. Till i am getting call from hdfc bank on daily basis.

            In last call person even misbehave on request of removal of my number from the list.

                  On 24th february there is a false transaction happened in debit card.

                  Rs. 236 have been deducted and when i checked the mini statement it showed that it was a dcd transaction. Today i. E. On 04 march morning when i visited an nearest atm i came to know about this false transaction. Would request you guys to get the amount again credited in my account. It's really embarrassing to use hdfc bank because i feel my money is not secure enough. Tried contacting your customer service but no one answered.
                  Kindly look into this case and get it resolved asap.

                        I bought iphone 11 product red last year on 19-oct-2019 from the imagine tresor store, elamite mall, chandigarh.
                        The phone was purchased with hdfc card and has offer for 6000 cash back within 120 days of the purchase. It’s been over 13 days and i have filed many complaints to bank and store. But no avail. Therefore i am complaining here for the same. Please resolve my issue.

                              Please follow the below process for redemption of Cashback points through Netbanking:

                              Login using Customer ID and Password > Click on Debit Cards > Click on Enquire > CashBack Enquiry and Redemption> Select an account > Continue > Confirm total points to be redeemed.

                              Eligible CashBack requests through Netbanking or Phonebanking will be processed and credited within 2 working days to the same account for which CashBack is requested.

                                I applied for sbi card ipo dated 2nd march 2020. I gave the mandate through hdfc bank upi on google pay app. My money got blocked in the bank but the mandate acceptance confirmation didn't reach dmat account. Hdfc bank support is not very helpful. I contacted google pay but they are not able to resolve my issue. I might lose a great opportunity of a lifetime to buy stock through ipo. Tell hdfc bank to put my money into savings account from hold

                                      I have logged the complain and fir against my credit card un-authorize transaction on 5 february 2020 this was the same day in which money was deducted from my account.
                                      Still i have no clue about this deduction still no responsible answer from hdfc bank. The hdfc bank also add disputed amount in my next statement then i called my rm mr abhay he suggested to pay all amount. I am asking why i pay the amount while it is fault of bank.
                                      As an aware customer i just want a answer from the bank, is there any responsibility of our data security.

                                      Kindly assure me when my disputed amount will reverse, because i am not able to pay this amount to the bank which is not used by me. Also i was informed by my rm that my cibil will be down if i will not pay this due amount. This is responsibility of bank not the customer.

                                      I am very old customer of hdfc bank around 10 year of relationship with bank and i am facing this type of service.

                                      Yesterday I have received a Welcome message from One Assist .
                                      And also received a relationship number,
                                      I am not interested about this service
                                      and don't want this membership. So cancel the membership and refund money.

                                        I applied for instaloan on credit card but both my loans were rejected and closed. But, they are still charging/deducting emi's. How crazy is this?

                                        Both are closed, no money was credited to my account. Then how can you charge me emis?

                                        I need an answer asap and need this issue sorted.

                                        I also received sms few days prior that money will be debited from my account. Glad, I transferred funds to second account of mine.
