Hello,

I haven't received cashback for iphone purchase.

According to the offer i was supposed to recieve a cashback of 5000/- for iphone purchase via debit card, and another 6000/- cashback for purchase of another iphone via credit card.

The phones are iphonexr and iphone11 respectively and were bought from apple store with the assurance that cashback will be credited to the account ion 3 months.

    Today i receive this sms from hdfc bank
    "dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[private] issued totata capital financial service limited with value rs. 24000.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch."

    I don't understand why i'm receiving this message and what this means.
    I don't want hdfc to process this amount or request.
    Please help.

      Cancellation of one assist membership
      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 3347 without my concern on date:24/02/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

        Dear concerns,
        I himanshu kumar singh a saving account customer of your hdfc bank since 2013. My cust. Id is 48265647 and registered mobile no. Is [protected]. I have taken 2 personal loans from you, one is completed and another is active, apart from this i have a hdfc bank credit card as well. i'm a regular customer of your and during my last 7 years relationship with hdfc bank i never default in any payments, which you can check at your end as well.
        My credit card payment for the month of august-2019 was due on 2 sep 2019, during september-2019 first week, i was travelling to my hometown and tried to pay the bills on time but due to some technical issues i was unable to pay the same. I returned on 8th night and then i paid the entire amount of bill on 9 sep 2019.
        Next month i received the bill along with late payment and finance charges (Total of 1618.00), immediately i called to credit card customer care and update about entire situations and requested him to please waive off the late payment and finance charges in consideration to my good credibility with hdfc bank and as customer goodwill gesture. He agreed and assured me that all the late payment and finance charges will be waived off during next billing.
        Nothing happened in next bill, no any correction done by hdfc credit card team. Again i requested to them to get it corrected asap so that i can pay my actual bill on time... But no one responded and taken action on it.

        Then after i used to make atleast 2-3 calls on daily basis for correction and revised bills but nothing happened till date... Then i stopped doing payments from my end as well. But nothing impacted on those deaf ears and still not received my corrected bills and any response from them.

        Then after few days i found the contact details of my rm mr. Ashu vatiani[protected], i conveyed him the entire things happened with me, he again assured me that he'll get it corrected and raise the points with the senior authority. On his confirmation i paid bills (Whatever i purchased) and leave the remaining part (Late fee & finance charges), hopping that mr. Ashu will get it shorted as earliest possible. Again nothing happened, instead they removed my total 8548 revard points without my consent. And till date continuously raising wrong bill to me on every month.
        After that credit card dept. Start calling me and texting me on daily basis for the recovery, i told them many times that it was wrongly raised the bills on month on month basis, but no one listened. Then i raised the complain to block my card as it was misplaced. But still bills are raised continuously on each month.
        I literately fed-up and helpless here that where to go and to whom i should ask my query to resolve. I raised my complaint online many times, also put the things on grievance cell but nothing happened.
        Now they have blocked my saving account and hold my inr 5000 from my saving account due to this. This is totally ridiculous and customer harassment, i request you again to correct all the billing and release my hold amount of inr 5000 on immediate basis.

        Requesting you to please check at your end and remove all the late fee and finance charges along with gst charged on it. Also requesting you to please remove this credit card and its outstanding if any from my saving account as well as de-link from my pan number.

        I'll be waiting for your positive response...

          I had sent the payment through sbi net banking for the full amount in time. There was some delay from the bank side to remit. I had explained to the bank officials about this.

            I went croma retail, oberio mall on 23.02.2020 to buy something. I went to financial desk to get it financed. From the first minute, i kept telling the hdfc bank guy to not login for the loan. He assured that he was just checking my cebil score & there has no login occurred. I somehow happened to see his screen which showed that he had logged in. I was cheated by hdfc & then given false hopes by croma officials (Ones in white shirt seen in video) that they will call hdfc tomorrow & try getting it sorted, means get the 2 points of my credit score back which lost as the hdfc guy logged in. I was then told that the hdfc bank guy is asked to leave, but then i found him in the room inside croma (Guy in red t-shirt). Hdfc with croma, together hampered my financial reputation.

              I bought product from amazon at 'no cost emi'. Now hdfc bank charged me more than actual emi showed in amazon showed at time of purchase. I asked for clarification to hdfc, but they simply told this is because of gap interest. Why hdfc did not disclose this hidden charges to amazon, flipkart. They are cheating to savings account holder simply.

              I checked with amazon regarding this extra charges and they are clueless about this. They confirmed that they received the amount what my emi loan amount is, not more than that.

                    This is to inform about rude behavior by employee of hdfc bank, branch sion koliwada beside pvr. Employee is a receptionist named amruta posature (Surname may have spelling mistake). Her behavior was rude to almost every customer. Worst part is she makes faces to customer as customers of hdfc are illiterate. I as a customer can tolerate banking inconvenience or delay but such disrespectful behavior at reception will let me close my account with hdfc which i will be doing soon. I will let all of my friends and family members to go with other banks as people at hdfc are rude. Worst experience at hdfc at sion koliwada, mumbai branch.

                        Malpractices by builders m/s bshdpl of “sukhobristi” project at new town, kolkata

                        Sirs,

                        M/s bengal shapoorji housing development pvt. Ltd. (Subsidiary of shapoorji pallonji co ltd) in 2007 had been allotted 150 acres of land at aa-iii, new town, kolkata by west bengal infrastructure development corporation ltd for construction of mass housing project. As per agreement with wbhidco, m/s bshdpl was supposed to build around 20, 000 flats in 9 phases. Hdfc bank had entered into tie-up arrangement with m/s bshdpl for sanction of housing loan to the apartment allotees.

                        But even after 12 years since start of the project, so far m/s bshdpl has been able to complete only the first 4 phases and complete handover of apartments to the allotees of first 4 phases only. All kinds of construction works are stalled for over a year now. They have even shifted all kinds of construction equipments from the site. A single visit to the site will reveal the true picture. Now the “sukhobristi” project has turned into a fraudulent scheme by m/s bshdpl, who are deceiving gullible public with misleading advertisements of lottery schemes for flat distribution. Actually they are diverting funds of home loan borrowers to overseas bank accounts and tax havens.

                        Soon this sapoorji group will be in the news for all the wrong reasons. “sukhobristi” project and sapoorji real estate will be added to the list of fraudulent builders like unitech, dhfl, amprapali etc. Several court cases have been filed in the consumer forum for delay in handover of apartments. Few of the home loans have already turned “npa” at other banks. Local officials of m/s bshdpl like mr rajnikant chaturvedi (@[protected]) and mr rana gupta (@[protected]) are not traceable over last few months. Moreover this m/s bshdpl have even altered the clauses of the tripartite agreement to suit their needs without any knowledge of the bank or borrowers. Registration of sale deed is pending for months, even though m/s bshdpl has already taken the amounts intended for stamp duty and other registration related expenses.in these circumstances hdfc bank is expected to act ethically and not haunt lower and middle-class home loan borrowers for repayment of home loan dues of apartments, whose handover are long overdue, due to no fault of the borrowers.

                        However hdfc bank is still releasing home loan installments to this builder without any verification of the actual construction work undertaken.in some instances this m/s bshdpl have even claimed multiple installments in a single month, contrary to the agreed upon terms & conditions of disbursement of installments after verification of floor-wise constructions of the allotted buildings.

                        Please initiate measures immediately for physical verification of the construction site and stop release of any further funds till completion of actual handover of apartments of phases whose delivery deadlines are already over. More importantly seek legal recourse against this defaulting builder in case normalcy of the construction process is not restored soon to protect the interests of the bank and its borrowers.

                            Im an employee of hdfc bank for last 4 years currently working as a branch manager, hdfc bank has been treating not just me but my fellow bms as their slaves. Yes, slaves is the right word. Everyday we are being called and thrashed like anything i have recording of the calls and i will send this recording to labour office also to mr. Aditya puri.
                            Top management should not forget that whatever name they have made is bcoz of the hard work of the ground level staff. Targets are there we have no problem but they should also understand that we are also working towards acheiving it, continues nagging wont help, it just worsens the situation, trauma and tiredness
                            We know what to do, we know the ground level situation, ask us dont assume from the top and declare the judgement.
                            We are being forced to sell life insurance, even if the customer doesnt want to buy it, if we do not sell it we are being bashed
                            Are we bankers or insurance agents???
                            Top management should understand, shouting on us will only make things worse

                            Car dealer has issued HDFC Fastag at the time of delivery. After that I have registered online. Now neither login nor recharge. No error in the screen.
                            On the same page after clicking on any link also.
                            Hello in my hdfc account 1180rs is in hold regarding some MIrevenue Hold through GEFU, how can i get my money back, few days back it is 590 and today it is 1180, can any one please look into it and resolve it asap.

                              I have applied for fastag via hdfc bank in nov-2019 by paying rs 500 as bank charges and on 15-nov-2019 i got a sms confirmation that my wallet is created and rs 200 is added to it, i am able to check same on hdfc fastag portal and recharge the same as well. But unfortunately i have not received my fastag even after 3 months of wallet creation, i have made numerous calls to customer care and every time they say you will be getting your card in a weeks time, many weeks passed but my wait is not getting over.

                              Who from hdfc ltd can help me in resolving this?

                              I am trying to reach them from past 3 months but nothing is working out, I request you to cancel my wallet id so that I can apply from Axis bank from where I already got tag in less than 2 weeks for my other vehicle.

                                The amount of inr 2345.72 is showing on hold mirevenue hold through gefu held by hdfc. I want to know for what reason the amount has put on hold. Although i had cleared my credit card installment now credit card is no in use too. The card has been blocked from long days passed. Kindly put note on my problem and assure me.

                                  I have received one advitaisment on my instagram (The ridge wallet) this was verified site i was just surfing, i got a massage without any otp your you've spent rs. 10342.15 on hdfc credit card xx6270 at amz*the ridge i haven't any order ridge, i got a mail thanks sameer we have received your order.

                                    Sir, 5000 rs. Deducted as ( mctf atw mentioned in transaction statement) from my account no. **********00812 from bhiwadi branch ifsc code hdfc0005460 on 24/02/2020.
                                    I call to customer care they said you make a atm transaction of 5000rs. On 19/02/2020. At that time 5000 rs. Debited from my account and credited at the same time, but i didn't get any message of these transactions. And now they are saying that transaction have been made...

                                      I haven't recieved refund for failed txn worth 375.
                                      There was 9 txns. Got refund of 6 txns but payment of 3 txn still pending.
                                      I did txn on 23rd january. And its been more then 1 month and refund not recieved yet.
