I checked that rs 1899 is deducted from hdfc credit card for one assist which i have not taken or do intend to. Please return the money and permanently stop the service so that no such money is deducted.

not getting otp

It is always a problem getting otp when we do online banking. Other banks send both by sms and by email. But not hdfc. I have complained many times to my relationship manager with no action. Today 3 transactions for purchase of mutual fund failed due to not getting otp. Also there is no provision for 'resend otp' as in other banks. Very frustrating.....

amount debited from saving account without confirmation

Hi,

Recently, hdfc bank allowed bajaj finserv to fraudulently debit an amount of rs. 117 from my hdfc account that was used for a loan that was settled in sept' 19.

The transaction id : bajaj finemi-bf111218_[protected] on 16 jan 2020 from hdfc account without information is done with a malicious intent and broken the contract agreement during the loan process.

I would like to receive my amount...

I have lost my user id, customer id and wallet id of my fastag account with hdfc. Hence i cannot log in and recharge my fastag account. Could you please provide the steps to get my user id/customer id/wallet id of my fastag account?

I tried a couple of ways as listed below without any success.

finance & over limit charges and refusing to give emi option

Dear Team,

The overlimit Rs.500 has been deducted on Oct 17th and Finance charge Rs.589.95 has been deducted on Nov 16th. Then Rs.500 overlimit fee leived on Dec 17th. Totally Rs.1589 charged on card ending with 4375. Please reverse the charges of Rs.1589 ASAP to my credit card. I have been asking EMI payment to whole amount but they are not providing anything to my account, simply taking the amount. This is not good support...

Hello there

I have received an sms today from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. This transaction happened without prior notice, neither by phone call, sms or email communication. When checked, i also found that, this see that, this unsolicited transaction happened on 24th jan, 2020 and i received information by sms on 29th jan, 2020. Only one sms, no mail, no other kind of communication....

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder for the past couple of years. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 8197 without my concern on date:18/01/2020. Amount was debited without informing me. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership.

Please cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899 as soon as possible.
