I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 0080 without my concern on date:27/02/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

    I made a round trip from agra to mathura on 14.01.2020 through mahuvan toll plaza. I paid the toll charge in cash ₹155.00 for the whole return trip.

    However i shortly received a message from hdfc that my hdfc fastag wallet has been charged for ₹105.

    I talked to the customer care and they assured me that the refund will be issued shortly, however they suggested me to write a mail on this email address - fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com. I wrote the email with receipts attached and sms snapshot given. But no refund was processed even after one month. I called again in feb around 3rd of feb 2020 but i was told to send a reminder but still no resolution. I had to call third time on 27 feb 2020. And this time again the customer care executive sameer hussain told me send a reminder and that due to technical issue for last one month no refund has been processed. But it is to be noted that no technical issue was being reported in the second call. And no escalation to seniors is allowed when i requested them to let me talk to seniors. I have send the reminder again but i don't have any hope if they will process it. It smells like a fraud. Hdfc is set to deduct petty amounts from wallets and hoping customers will give up after two three attempts. Really poor customer service or a well planned fraud is being done.

    I would like to bring to your notice that i have activated the HDFC Fastag with customer id[protected]. The balance recieved was ₹300.

    I made a round trip on 14.01.2020 through Mahuvan Toll plaza. I paid the toll charge in cash ₹155.00 for the whole return trip, valid for 24 hrs and the snap of the receipt is attached.

    However I shortly received a message from HDFC that my HDFC fastag wallet has been charged for ₹105 and the remaining balance is ₹195 only. The snapshot of the SMS is attached for your reference.
    Please initiate refund of wrongfully deducted amount.

      My fastag is blacklisted on 27/02/2020 due to insufficient funds. But even after recharging 500 it is still showing blacklisted / insufficient funds and low balance also. New recharge is not showing in the portal. And i need to pay cash at toll points.

      Please do the needful. As i am facing lot of issues at tolls

      I have sent mail to given mail ID but still no response. And customer care number is not connecting at all.. Pathetic Service I am getting from HDFC Fastag.

        I had purchased 3 products from amazon on 23rd feb 2020 by paying rs 347 through UPI and then had cancelled one product which costs rs 109. Same day the refund of 109 was initiated by amazon, Refund Ref No[protected] but I have not yet received the amount in my hdfc account. I have contacted amazon and they said to contact the bank. Please do the needful.

          I had applied for Fastag in Dec 2019 but i havent received tag in around 1 month so i have asked customer care for refund and i did it on Jan first week but still waiting for redund. Earlier they said i will receive DD of 500/- but now they are saying that will be refund back to Bank account which i already shared but still no response from hdfc. Worst service from HDFC.

            I have purchased an iphone 11 on 12 October 2019 and they told me that I’ll be getting the cash back worth 6000₹ within 120 days of purchase and I haven’t received the cash back yet?
            When will i get it back?
            I just interacted with the apple and they asked me to contact to bank!
            Why do i need to contact?
            Is this a forge or something?
            It should be credited under my account as soon as possible.

              I was told that my credit card is lifetime free and there is no annual or joining fees if i do 4 transaction of rs 500/- each for first 3 months. Accordingly i used the card. But now i get a call from your side that every month rs 750/- will be charged for 2 years as security deposit.
              Its misleading and cheating, hence i want to surrender and close the card account.

                Used atm on[protected] phulanwa branch ludhiana.
                Withdrawal amount 10000rs and found 2000 note in cutting. Which is not acceptable by bank atherosclerosis. I requested them to change this 2000 note. But as per them mr. Simranjeet singh and mam jagmeet kaur they are not responsible for any atm withdrawal issue. Even behaved rude. From last 45min i m sitting in front of them and they are not supporting me.

                    I have purchased smartphone of 10000 rupees from flipkart through payzapp on 3rd april 2019.
                    As per 10% cash back offer i was expected to get 1000 rupees cash back after 3months of offer period, now it is almost 9 months but i didn't get cash back. I have called payzapp and hdfc bank customer care so many times i also mailed them but of no use. According to them i must contact bank or smart buy customer care. They also given me smart buy no which is not working. And bank is still looking in to the issue.

                      I am so called preferred customer of hdfc and mr. Wilsonkumar v is appointed as my relationship manager. This guy is so irresponsible and never respond to any queries. Matter escalated to his seniors many times but they don't bother. Very poor customer support. They given me credit card as lifetime free but got debited rs.2500 + taxes and they do not bother to act on that,... They are cheaters... Never get in trap of hdfc.

                        I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [protected]. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 106000.

                        This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months, if you could covert my overall outstanding balance into emi for about 1 or 2 year. It would be really great to pay my debts back to you guys. I tried to get help from many people but no one seems to be helpful. As the day goes interest getting. I expect a positive response from you guys.

                        Please know that i have appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process, and that this correspondence has been sent. I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation. Thank you.

                        Then close my credit card and put all my outstanding into EMI. You are not providing me EMI option but i would like to pay. Or else update my card with which i can convert my transaction into EMI. Please do something.

                          Hdfc bank/recovery team/credit card deptt/collections/debt management
                          All the people involved have crossed their limits, i have a credit card and going through financial difficulties, and due to medical issues not working and cannot pay my debt as of now. Informed them so many times, but they have started harassing my family who is not responsible to pay my debt. I have all the intentions to pay back what i owe, all i have been asking is time, and never denied paying. Threatening my family will not help but ruin their own image, someone needs to look into this.

                            Hello,

                            I haven't received cashback for iphone purchase.

                            According to the offer i was supposed to recieve a cashback of 5000/- for iphone purchase via debit card, and another 6000/- cashback for purchase of another iphone via credit card.

                            The phones are iphonexr and iphone11 respectively and were bought from apple store with the assurance that cashback will be credited to the account ion 3 months.

                              Today i receive this sms from hdfc bank
                              "dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[private] issued totata capital financial service limited with value rs. 24000.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch."

                              I don't understand why i'm receiving this message and what this means.
                              I don't want hdfc to process this amount or request.

                                  I himanshu kumar singh a saving account customer of your hdfc bank since 2013. My cust. Id is 48265647 and registered mobile no. Is [protected]. I have taken 2 personal loans from you, one is completed and another is active, apart from this i have a hdfc bank credit card as well. i'm a regular customer of your and during my last 7 years relationship with hdfc bank i never default in any payments, which you can check at your end as well.
                                  My credit card payment for the month of august-2019 was due on 2 sep 2019, during september-2019 first week, i was travelling to my hometown and tried to pay the bills on time but due to some technical issues i was unable to pay the same. I returned on 8th night and then i paid the entire amount of bill on 9 sep 2019.
                                  Next month i received the bill along with late payment and finance charges (Total of 1618.00), immediately i called to credit card customer care and update about entire situations and requested him to please waive off the late payment and finance charges in consideration to my good credibility with hdfc bank and as customer goodwill gesture. He agreed and assured me that all the late payment and finance charges will be waived off during next billing.
                                  Nothing happened in next bill, no any correction done by hdfc credit card team. Again i requested to them to get it corrected asap so that i can pay my actual bill on time... But no one responded and taken action on it.

                                  Then after i used to make atleast 2-3 calls on daily basis for correction and revised bills but nothing happened till date... Then i stopped doing payments from my end as well. But nothing impacted on those deaf ears and still not received my corrected bills and any response from them.  Â

                                  Then after few days i found the contact details of my rm mr. Ashu vatiani[protected], i conveyed him the entire things happened with me, he again assured me that he'll get it corrected and raise the points with the senior authority. On his confirmation i paid bills (Whatever i purchased) and leave the remaining part (Late fee & finance charges), hopping that mr. Ashu will get it shorted as earliest possible. Again nothing happened,  instead they removed my total 8548 revard points without my consent. And till date continuously raising wrong bill to me on every month.
                                  After that credit card dept. Start calling me and texting me on daily basis for the recovery, i told them many times that it was wrongly raised the bills on month on month basis, but no one listened. Then i raised the complain to block my card as it was misplaced. But still bills are raised continuously on each month.
                                  I literately fed-up and helpless here that where to go and to whom i should ask my query to resolve. I raised my complaint online many times, also put the things on grievance cell but nothing happened.
                                  Now they have blocked my saving account and hold my inr 5000 from my saving account due to this. This is totally ridiculous and customer harassment, i request you again to correct all the billing and release my hold amount of inr 5000 on immediate basis.

                                  Requesting you to please check at your end and remove all the late fee and finance charges along with gst charged on it. Also requesting you to please remove this credit card and its outstanding if any from my saving account as well as de-link from my pan number.

                                  I'll be waiting for your positive response...

                                    My credit card number is [protected]. This month statement reflects late fee of rs.950 +gst and also finance charges 4584.

                                    I had sent the payment through sbi net banking for the full amount in time. There was some delay from the bank side to remit. I had explained to the bank officials about this.

                                    Considering my long relationship i request for waiver.

                                      I went croma retail, oberio mall on 23.02.2020 to buy something. I went to financial desk to get it financed. From the first minute, i kept telling the hdfc bank guy to not login for the loan. He assured that he was just checking my cebil score & there has no login occurred. I somehow happened to see his screen which showed that he had logged in. I was cheated by hdfc & then given false hopes by croma officials (Ones in white shirt seen in video) that they will call hdfc tomorrow & try getting it sorted, means get the 2 points of my credit score back which lost as the hdfc guy logged in. I was then told that the hdfc bank guy is asked to leave, but then i found him in the room inside croma (Guy in red t-shirt). Hdfc with croma, together hampered my financial reputation.

                                        I bought product from amazon at 'no cost emi'. Now hdfc bank charged me more than actual emi showed in amazon showed at time of purchase. I asked for clarification to hdfc, but they simply told this is because of gap interest. Why hdfc did not disclose this hidden charges to amazon, flipkart. They are cheating to savings account holder simply.

                                        I checked with amazon regarding this extra charges and they are clueless about this. They confirmed that they received the amount what my emi loan amount is, not more than that.
