My name is sanjit das. I have corporate salary account (Custid[protected]. Wanted to open zero balance saving joint account with my wife at anandnagar, dahisar east
Mumbai-400068 branch (Hdfc0000443). We visited there and met with mr. Nooralam khan and his assitance. We described our needs but due to absence of
Original document, we came back and went there after 5 days. Then he told us that i will have to brind my original cheque book and need to provide 5k cheque.
And again we came back and went there after 3/4 days with chque book. Then after waiting there almost 30 min, he told us that all the formalities has been
Completed and i will get my new account within 7 working days. Then after 3 days, my wife (First applicant) receieved a call from that branch and were asked to
Come again and sign another document which is addahr consent form which was missed to be signed in the previous day.
So now can you imagine the lack of information these guys has? I though, this is very basic process they should know but it seems like inspite of working
So many days, they are unknown of all the processes.
Now i decided to not to provide any document and will not go with openning any account in this bank in near future.
I wanted to bring this to your notice so that this type of harassment will not occur to anybody in near future.
