Dear concerns,
I himanshu kumar singh a saving account customer of your hdfc bank since 2013. My cust. Id is 48265647 and registered mobile no. Is [protected]. I have taken 2 personal loans from you, one is completed and another is active, apart from this i have a hdfc bank credit card as well. i'm a regular customer of your and during my last 7 years relationship with hdfc bank i never default in any payments, which you can check at your end as well.
My credit card payment for the month of august-2019 was due on 2 sep 2019, during september-2019 first week, i was travelling to my hometown and tried to pay the bills on time but due to some technical issues i was unable to pay the same. I returned on 8th night and then i paid the entire amount of bill on 9 sep 2019.
Next month i received the bill along with late payment and finance charges (Total of 1618.00), immediately i called to credit card customer care and update about entire situations and requested him to please waive off the late payment and finance charges in consideration to my good credibility with hdfc bank and as customer goodwill gesture. He agreed and assured me that all the late payment and finance charges will be waived off during next billing.
Nothing happened in next bill, no any correction done by hdfc credit card team. Again i requested to them to get it corrected asap so that i can pay my actual bill on time... But no one responded and taken action on it.
Then after i used to make atleast 2-3 calls on daily basis for correction and revised bills but nothing happened till date... Then i stopped doing payments from my end as well. But nothing impacted on those deaf ears and still not received my corrected bills and any response from them.  Â
Then after few days i found the contact details of my rm mr. Ashu vatiani[protected], i conveyed him the entire things happened with me, he again assured me that he'll get it corrected and raise the points with the senior authority. On his confirmation i paid bills (Whatever i purchased) and leave the remaining part (Late fee & finance charges), hopping that mr. Ashu will get it shorted as earliest possible. Again nothing happened,  instead they removed my total 8548 revard points without my consent. And till date continuously raising wrong bill to me on every month.
After that credit card dept. Start calling me and texting me on daily basis for the recovery, i told them many times that it was wrongly raised the bills on month on month basis, but no one listened. Then i raised the complain to block my card as it was misplaced. But still bills are raised continuously on each month.
I literately fed-up and helpless here that where to go and to whom i should ask my query to resolve. I raised my complaint online many times, also put the things on grievance cell but nothing happened.
Now they have blocked my saving account and hold my inr 5000 from my saving account due to this. This is totally ridiculous and customer harassment, i request you again to correct all the billing and release my hold amount of inr 5000 on immediate basis.
Requesting you to please check at your end and remove all the late fee and finance charges along with gst charged on it. Also requesting you to please remove this credit card and its outstanding if any from my saving account as well as de-link from my pan number.
I'll be waiting for your positive response...

I have sent mail to given mail ID but still no response. And customer care number is not connecting at all.. Pathetic Service I am getting from HDFC Fastag.

My fastag is blacklisted on 27/02/2020 due to insufficient funds. But even after recharging 500 it is still showing blacklisted / insufficient funds and low balance also. New recharge is not showing in the portal. And i need to pay cash at toll points.

Please do the needful. As i am facing lot of issues at tolls
