I bought a car (Wagon R Reg No MH31FE4776) in May 2019. Got an HDFC Bank Fastag along with it. No terms & Conditions were mentioned nor any communication was made from the bank. On 28th Jan when we went for a trip to MP & Gujarat the Fastag was not accepted on any toll plazas. It showed Blacklisted. It has a balance of Rs. 656. failed transaction and no refund

I attempted to add money into my PayZApp wallet on 2nd Feb in connection with some bill payment. Unfortunately, Rs 1054 got deducted from my account and could not be loaded into the wallet. Where has my money gone? I have contacted my bank, but they have refused to help. Even the PayZApp customer care is not providing any resolution. This is harassment and cheating of the customer. received the mandate reference issued to bajaj finance

Today i receive this sms from hdfc bank
"dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc0000*11*2244* issued to bajaj finanace limited with value rs. 50000.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch."

I don't understand why i'm receiving this message and what this means.
I don't want hdfc to process this amount or request.

otp pin not received

Hi,

I stopped receiving OTP on my registered mobile number from Jan 1 2020. Is there anything I can do ? I used to receive them correctly over my international registered number for past two years. I am not able to reach any customer care nor are there any options to check this. I have written to Hdfc over mail but no one has responded yet.

Can you please look into this ?...

unknown emi and debit from credit card

I have try to purchase mobile from mibikwik app by hdfc crdit card. But payment failed. Amount deducted and credited back on 26th jan 2020. But on 1st feb 2020 its shows again the same amount as emi conversion and processing fee. As aggregator emi - offus. I didn't use that amount. It shows as unbilled amount. I want to know when this will be resolved....

HDFC Bank customer care IVR system is so difficult and pathetic that getting connected to a representative to explain your problem is like penetrating a high-security red alert zone where you will have to go through almost endless points of checking and still no surety that you will reach to your destination. :)

I have sent an written letter to HDFC bank in Chennai to remove my office number attached to my credit card as they are getting number of calls. But the bank respond as this request can't be processed. This is the worst service I had ever seen. How com you guys will contact to my office people with my name, I want my office number removed, if not I am going to cancel my card as this is the worst service.

I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 0954without my concern on date:31/01/2020. hdfc harassment by non-stop calling

I've been receiving calls from HDFC bank and its associates (insurance, credit card, etc.) for over a year now.

I've asked the callers and on HDFC online pages (Twitter) to remove my contact details from their database.

Even after repeated requests the incessant calling does not stop. The HDFC social media team wants me to save the hundreds of numbers which call on behalf of HDFC for making a complaint.

I am not getting the refund from amazon even after initiated the refund by amazon

I have lost my hdfc food card on november 7th, 2019 and i called hdfc customber care and blocked my hdfc food card ([protected]).
On the upcoming months (November, december and january) payslips, food card amount has been credited to my blocked food card from my salary, which i saved in company portal.

Now i have applied and received my new hdfc food card ([protected]) but i didn't receive the amount...

unknown mirevenue deduction

loan based on life insurance

I got a call from hdfc agent rajan - [protected], [protected] and informed that he is from perungudi branch. He forced me to take bharat axa life insurance and told me that he will offer me loan with the bond sheet. So i paid 26000 for insurance but now he is not at all responding.. It's my fault but this should not happen to others. So kindly please help me on this.. He should be punished....

I got a message from hdfc about ach debit mandate of 60000. However, my home emi is 30000.

The message is as follows:
Ach debit mandate registered for rs. 60000 /- in a/c no. Xxxxxxxxx41869 for hdfcltd with umrn no. Hdfc[protected].

Please clarify what this is about. I have attached the relevant screenshot. Also if you can suggest, where else i can raise s complaint....
