Dear maám/sir,
I was told by your representatives that there will be no annual charge for your card and they have taken numerous documents at the time of making this credit card. Also when i talked to your customer care executives regarding this and further cancellation of the card, then she told me to deposit only the minimum amount of 420/- and said that this will be returned later. But nothing was done.
This is not expected by a reputed bank like you. Please note that all these events create a very bad impression in my mind and will refrain in future to be associated with your system of banking any way if it happens like this. Please revert my charges or cancel my card.

    Hi team,

    I am very upset about hdfc bank credit card service. I see that from last three month (Feb, march, april) there are multiple charges are applicable to the given statement.

    I can understand about the finanace charge, please explain why this much extra money deducted from credit card.

      I have an account with hdfc cust id 25515090, that has been in active use for a couple of years (10 years). I have been noticing since many years but i didn't get time to complaint, today also i noticed that deducted 295 rs for the quater january to march that on a quarterly basis deductions have been made under the head "isaqmc". I read around and found that this is being done for having the mutual fund buying ability via net banking.

      The truth is i have never deposited and bought shares in mutual funds, what i come to know that 2 demat accoutns mutual funds accounts have been opened i request you please the close the accounts.

      Kindly stop deducting the same and reverse the charges made on the account.

      Please note your Investment Service account will be charged Quarterly Investment Service account Maintenance Charges @ Rs. 250/- for Resident Customer and Rs. 500/- for Non-Resident customers excluding Goods and Services Tax (GST).

        I have purchased i phone 11 on 01-Jan-2020 from Venkateshwara Enterprises, HSR layout, Bangalore was entitled for 6000 cashback for debit card transaction within 120 days, its been more than 4 months and i have not received cashback so i am here for the complaint i also have the bills and receipts for the same hoping for resolution

          My order was been automatically cancelled due to the lock down. I had made the payment too which amounts to rs. 1599/- and by 10th april refund will be credited, but still to the date not credited the amount.

            First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

              Unusual hold/debit of my deposited money. I deposit rs.1500 in my salary account. When i check in my a/c it is rs.457 #mirevenue hold through gefu and it is not reflecting in statement also. When i researched i found lot of similar complaints. Hope @rbi is paying attention to this.

                Hi i am using my hdfc account since 4years. Recently due to lockdown i lost my job because company is in loss and they have shutting off permanently so i am not receiving my salary since two months and i receive message from hdfc bank that my account balance is in -1220 rupees. And i receive money from my friend for surviving in lockdown but hdfc bank deduct my money. I have complained many times on mail for this but didn’t getting reverted.

                      Address: Jaipur villa station.

                      Hdfc bank has deducted . ACH debit charges in my account without any prior information. I am not aware why this amount was deducted. I was deducted amount of ₹590/- from my account. This is happened during this difficult time of quarantine, this was my last fund for some emergency if happens I was about to use the they deducted from my account and now my account balance is in minus -129/-

                      Bank should not deduct such charges atleast this difficult time when no body is earning any single panny and bank is collecting their money.

                      It would be helpful if i get my money back asap.

                                    On april 27th 2020 an amount of rs.590 was deducted from my account saying (. Ach debit return charges[protected]mir[protected]. I did not receive any deduction message regarding the same, where as i receive even a message of small amount deduction. These amount was deducted withount any notification and no idea why they are taking debit return charges.

                                        Act company has reversed amount on my demand of refund but it is still not credit to my credit card and the amount was reversed on 10th of April still it as not credited. And here is the reference number for amount Reversed SHMP[protected]
