Hello team,

I have opened my hdfc salary account through my 1st employer in 2015 and used it till 2016 then i left the job and did not used the account and its been 3 years i dont use that account and tried to contact their customer care to close that account but they started charging the non mantainence. Rbi has the policy that you cant charge any amount from dormant account but they still charging it.
Please take strict action

    emi deducted twice

    Address: #3, Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Nilayam, Gandhiji road, Ramamurthy Nagar main road, 560016

    I missed 2 emi's for the month of jan and feb and the emi amount is 4664.
    Including bouncing charges my bank account was in negative balance of 12800.
    Befor march 7th i cleared the amount and the emi for march was also there in the acoount.
    But now i can see that the amount is deducted twice and even there is a hold of more than 3000 in the account....

    I don't know why there is the deduction of money in my account as my account was opened in zero balance but now they are told me to maintain 10000 as a min balance i don't know why this happened even they had deducted my money 2 time for the month of january and for the month of feb and also hold 538.68 in my account. Is there is any way that i can get my refund.

      Hdfc bank sent the sms like that-"congratulations! Your completed personal loan app is now accepted. Pls quote ref no.[protected] for any status update -"

      After a lot of followups from my rm, who is very slow (I have raised a request to change my rm), i am informed that my pl is rejected due to my cc outstanding. I have never defaulted my cc.
      Please provide a justification for this, as if this were conveyed to me earlier, i would have made other arrangements, and now i dont have the time and the required money.

        I want to get my relationship manager changed. I am not happy with the service provided by my current manager.
        I do not get any reply from the rm proactively, and have to call to remind her in case of any open query twice or thrice.
        Many a times, when i call the number, it is not attended, and i get a call back 2 or 3 days later.

        I had applied for a pl, and was told it will be processed. After several followups, i was told my pl application is rejected.

        My previous rm was very good and prompt.

          Iam really fed up of your collection agency calls they are calling me in regards to the two wheeler loan for hero mastero which i purchased in may 2019.
          I would like to inform you that i've cancelled the loan while purchasing the scooter because there was some problem fro your end this waht my dealer told me and asked to do loans from hero fincorp limited i agreed on that and iam paying my emis to hero fincorp on time. While i cancelled loan from you people still iam getting calls that my emi is pending iam really fed up of this, if this thing doesn't stop i will really have to take an action on this. And it will be going on social media too and complaint to consumer forum.

I don't know what it is and why it is charged as i don't even has any loan from hdfc. Why this is done without any prior consent or information to m e. I want my money back.                 I have borrowed a vechile from hdfc mannarkad branch, march 2020 they have deducted emi twice. I need my money back. Why this much worst service hdfc are providing. I'm not a defaulter till date. What technology they are using to run their business. I'm going sue a legal complaint against the bank. How dare you toch my money without my knowledge. This is a fraud activities. You says that you refund my money within 7 to 15 days. I need my money back with complete intrest of 10 percentage per day till date you refund. I will not let you go away easily. Bloody cheaters.

                  Hi Team,

                  It's been more than one month I am requesting for NOC but the HDFC bank Credit Card Division is not providing it.

                  In the month of Feb 1st, 2020, I had paid jumbo outstanding of RS.1.30lakhs on my credit card number is ending with 6295.

                  Since 1st Feb 2020, I am following up for a NOC and I am calling to customer care daily once about checking the status and whenever I am giving a call to call center I am hearing the different processes from each individual and followed each process still having the same issue.

                  I have taken so many follow-ups on phone banking, in beginning, they given the commitment of 4, 5 working days and said I will receive a NOC letter on my mail id or Hard Copy, but now they are saying that I have to send the request letter to HDFC credit card division, Chennai.

                  After I came to know that I have to send a letter, I have sent a request letter to HDFC Credit Card Division, Chennai on 18th Feb from DTDC Courier services Docket number is B70817542.

                  I had received an acknowledgment on 21st Feb 2020(on my registered number), saying that the courier has been received HDFC CC Division Chennai and they will respond to me ASAP.

                  Since I am following with escalation manager and floor escalation manager that is Usha and Manjula K, Still I am not getting any positive response from escalation managers as well even they are giving a false commitment saying that I will receive the NOC but till date 5th of March 2020, I have not received.

                  I am very frustrated due to this type of experience. I never expected this type of service from HDFC.
                  I will never ever suggest anyone use HDFC services neither I will use.

                  Kindly look into it and sort it out ASAP and take an action against misusing the power and giving false commitments and false processes.

                      I have applied for hdfc credit card and have spent rs 48000 using the card and thereafter I did not use my card and every month hdfc cc will call me to pay monthly payment of about rs[protected].I regularly paid and the total amount come to rs 44000 which I paid to hdfc .One day I asked them to give my balance amount .To my surprise my balance due was rs 48000.No change despite paying 44000 rs.Hdfc bank told me that rs 44000 was interest payment and other hidden charges for about 1 year.Oh my goodness hdfc is worst than erstwhile money lender.They looted and manipulated trustworthy customer.They hired 3rd parties to call u day in and day out and used partial threatening to make u paying the usurious interest payment...pls avoid hdfc bank services of any kind so that u wont regret later..

                          I had purchased iphone 11 from apple store on 4th oct 2019 using my hdfc bank debit card, at the time of purchase there was a offer from bank for 6000 cash back after 120 days. But its been more than 120 days and i haven't received the cashback yet in my account, if the bank cannot process the services they extent then why should they bring on such scheme, just lemme know how best i can go ahead to resolve this issue.

                            My name is Jay Parekh and i have a saving account, credit card and multiple loans with your fort branch, actually i had purchased some furniture from bajaj finance and had set up a mandate with hdfc, hence i received a message on 26 feb 2020 stating that mandate is set up for the limit of 50k and then again on 5 th march 2020 i again got a message that my mandate is set so i was wondering that why has there been two mandates set for one loan and i just wanted to clear my doubt hence i called your contact center on the no[protected] and spoke with an arrogant guy named yashpal i asked him that has there been two mandates set up for the same loan, firstly he did not understand my question in English and without taking my permission he started speaking in hindi that aap ko kya jankari chahiye so i explained the same question in hindi so he started asking me k aapne koi loan liya hai kya? What a stupid question, then he is telling me whats the loan amount and finally he is telling that koi deduction nahi hua account se. Just imagine how stupid he was, in hindi also he did not understand my question and he is telling me to visit the home branch and when i told him that my branch is in fort and i reside in vasai he is telling me to go to any of the hdfc branches so i told him that i am not happy with his answer and u want him to take a complaint against this, instead of apology he is telling that complaint kis baat ki yaha se kuch pata nahi chalega branch mein jao so i told that i will complaint about this online so he is telling me senior se baat karni hai kya? He was showing me his bloody attitude, so i told him that yes i want to speak with his senior he kept me on hold for 10 minutes and then disconnected the call, what kind of hulligans is hdfc hiring for customer service jobs i am really unsatisfied with hdfc bank and i have the entire recording of this call with me

                              It has been 3 weeks since iam waiting for loan disbursement. Though the verifications are all over my application is still under verification. The manager and the employee who made me to apply for the loan are not responding in calls. And the manager who responded once used foul language. Why hdfc is doing this fraud loan service iam really not understand. Manager name is preeti from hyderabad. Worst service and worst nature of the service executive. I got fed up begging for loan from past 3 weeks and no response from anyone. Atleast please cancel my loan so that i ll apply in other bank

                                On november 12th 2019 i closed my hdfc times now credit card ending with 4288 with all the interest amount your represent asked me to pay and they said that the card status will be updated as closed in cibil in 45 working days but now this is march month still the cibil status is reflecting as written off, when contacted the customer care the rep is telling that they don't have any update regarding the card, and when complained in fb i was getting only robotic response and they gave me a contact number [protected]/[protected], i tried contacting the multiple time and each time i call i got a response that all the agents are busy and the call was getting disconnected & and another call from [protected] telling that he is from hdfc and was asking remote access of my phone and was asking to open my net banking is this the way you you service the cx, my register number with the bank is [protected] and please contact me on [protected] for update, i need the cibil to get updated as soon as possible from your end, as i need a loan now but all the application are getting rejected due to cibil.

                                  I had made payment in amazon for rs. 25217.79 using my hdfc credit card for emi purchase. Order was then cancelled and refund was successfully made from amazon side. And i got a message from hdfc saying 'ur transaction on hdfc bank credit card ending xxxx for rs. 25217.79 has been credited/reversed by amazon on[protected]:05:50:12'. But till now amount was not credited back into my credit card and also emi loan of this amount is shown active in net banking credit card section. It's been 3 days since payment was returned but not credited back.

                                    I have invested in two axis mutual fund in my daughter's name (Renu sulakshane, and garvi sulakshane, folio no. [protected] and [protected]) and i have choose hdfc bank as a payee. My customer id number is 27892763. I received two message from you. 1) on 27th feb as dear customer mandate reference no. Hdfc[protected], isseud to axix mutual fund with value rs. 500000 and frequency adho was rejected due to the reason "data mismatch with image payer name received today for processing same for hdfc[protected]

                                    Dear Customer,

                                    With reference to your query, we wish to inform you that the ACH mandate was presented by Citi Bank on behalf of their client M/s.Axis Mutual Fund with the above reference numbers.
                                    As the payer name on the mandates differs with payer names in soft data provided by presenting institution for the verification process, the said mandates were rejected with reason Data mismatch with image_payer name.
                                    Kindly have these mandates presented with the correct details and share the 20 digit mandate reference numbers for us to do the needful. The presenting Axis Mutual Fund may be contacted for having the mandates presented with the correct details.

                                      We all know that sometimes we run into some kind of difficulties which leads to the nonpayment of some bills. I have been a customer of HDFC bank since 2008 and I have no other bank accounts. I've also been using their credit card for since almost the same time. I have did transactions worth lakhs on the card and never been at default. If I have been for 2 to 3 months, I used to make sure I pay the entire outstanding with a single payment, and I have done that in the past. This time around, I have been going through some career changes for the past 2-3 months and was not able to pay the min due amount for just two months which would be around 4500 max (includes EMI on a purchase). Their recovery agents started harassing me and there was no end to that. They just keep on calling every 10 minutes. I had told them that I would do the complete settlement of the total outstanding in a month but they went ahead and blocked my bank account which had around 6k plus balance. I had kept it for emergency as my parents are old and sick and I had no other resources. I always use digital payments and when I tried to make a payment at a store, it said insufficient balance. When I came and checked my balance showed minus 16k plus. They had included my balance of 6k plus and the remaining outstanding in the total outstanding of 22k plus on my credit card. In despair, I tried to do payment of 4k+ using netbanking but it said insufficient funds. If they block the account, how can they expect me to pay. i haven't changed my phone number, I have updated my address even after a month's default after I shifted my house. I'm not a terrorist or any fraudster to be meeted out this kind of treatment. I just want to close my account and credit card and end the relation with HDFC for good. It's a nuisance for honest people.

                                      This is the image of the message I get when I try to pay it through payzapp using my 6k+ balance in account. Worst banking ethics. I hope nobody gets into situation like this.

                                      I used to earn nearly 1 lakh plus per month a couple of years ago and at that time they are so sweet to offer a range of services but once your account balance gets depleted, they treat you like beggars. Do not use credit card, especially HDFC Bank. I tell you not to use their banking services as well. They charge for everything, low balance, their credit card and debit card fee charges links on RBI WEBSITE also don't work. I have complained about it at RBI as well. I never had have signed any statement saying I give them authority to block my bank account in case of any nonpayment of credit card dues. Let them block credit card, but how do they block my account and not let me pay as well. Tactics to torment the customers. I don't know which department addresses this but please make sure your regular and honest customers don't get affected by these kind of arm-twisting tactics. We are citizens and update our addresses and phone numbers to be in touch with you guys, not to default and run away. Once this is resolved, i will better open an account in a nationalized back with zero balance facility.

                                      They didn't do anything but go ahead and adjust the balance I had in my account and win the war. HDFC is the worst bank and no one can beat them in that. I regret having an account with these guys for so long. It's unfortunate for anybody to be treated in this manner.

                                      Congratulations, team HDFC for winning such a massive war. Go and first get back money from offenders who have run away with thousands of crores. You cheaters. Banking at its worst - HDFC BANK.
