I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 10/10/2019 in apptronix hyderabad. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in apptronix, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

I am complaining about the twice deduction of RS 150 at Ghatkopar mall around 4:00 pm today
Without any notice / OTP, I lost Rs.177 with this message in statement 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC GST 180220 . I need to understand reason behind.
I haven't received any Noc for settlement. And the executive provided wrong information by saying after the settlement it will not reflect after 3 months. Where in it didn't happen.. I am following up for Noc for 8 months now. But no response, customer care number is always busy.
I did not get my cashback after buying i phone11 on 24/12/19. It is been more than 120 days and i paid through debit card one time payment. Please help. Your customer care is also not working. Very disappointing service.

I didn’t received my cashback it’s almost more than 5 months now I will not going to pay emi and I want to close my account from hdfc bank Delhi Paschim Vihar branch
Bought iPhone 11 on 15th Feb 2020. As per HDFC cashback of Rs6000 should have credited in my account within 120 days. But still it is not received. I called hdfc customer care but still my issue is not resolved. Today is July 11. It has been more than 120 days.

    Hi hdfc team,

    I have a salary account with hdfc and i have attached an icici swipe machine to it for business purpose. But unfortunately my business went into losses and i'm help less.
    I have been requested to withdraw the ach debiting from my account to icici merchant services. I have made a settlement through on 17/02/2020, still those people are deducting the know amount 7 times, they are not refunding my amount to till date.

    Please kindly do need full business for future benefits.

      I am an hdfc bank customer for nearly two years. This month (February 2020) bank has debited a sum of rs.891 from my account on annual debit card charges. I was not informed of such a heavy charge on my debit card. I have never asked the bank to provide me with a platinum debit card. I need the bank to take necessary action on this complaint. At least, inform the customers of such charges.

      Amount of rs 554.11 has put on hold at 30.12.19 from my account without any reason. When did it will be cleared?

      ₹86.22 has been Directly debited from my salary account as dir dbt CHG incl GST on 24/02/2020 without any intimation and reason why this amount is deducted.

      Why is the interest and charges been deducted again and again by the bank and making tcomsukers charged.
      IRCTC Ticket booked on 09.02.2020 powered by HDFC (copy attached). Cancelled on 10.02.2020. Refunded by IRCTC on 12.02.2020 (copy attached), the amount not refunded to my Bank of India, Mattuthavani Branch, Madurai till date. please do the needful

        I had hdfc fastag which was cancelled in month of dec-2019 for which i received refund of rs.184.38. The fastag was cancelled without removing the blacklisting status. Currently i am using paytm fastag which is going to be replaced as the windshield of my car is replaced. Replacement of paytm fastag isn't happening due to the non removal of blacklisting of hdfc fastag which is already cancelled. Repeated request to hdfc customer care[protected] has gone in vain. Please help me by removing the blacklist at the earliest.

            I was at the hdfc atm at jadavpur near 8b bus terminus where i was threatend by the security guard at the atm, he was interfering in between the transaction while i was inside the atm, his behaviour was very rude and odd.
            Please take a step for this because he totally doesn't deserves to work the that respective bank and he acts like he owns the place.

              I have received a message without otp or password 999rs was deducted to Amazon1258399 from my credit card ending 7445 but that transaction was not made by me. So I have called to the customer care he responded that it was used for Amazon prime. So please take the action and consider it has fraud transaction and refund the money as soon as possible. If not I will no more account holder in HDFC bank.

                My Name is SUPRIYA, I am working from home. I used to have an HDFC bank account loan and credit card. Due to heavy loss in the market, I was zero repay anything due to that all my financial transactions stopped then I left for my home town. Then I received calls regularly for loan repay and credit card payment. I do know what to do when I decide to sell one of my properties and want to close all loans. I am pregnant now because of that I am unable to travel then I request my husband to repay all my loan and for credit card, I have SBI and HDFC to both the BANK I have spoken and said need to close and ask for the settlement than from SBI side they have guided everything over phone and they fixed on this date you have to pay this amount then the settlement letter will be generated, I have paid the said amount and on the same day, they have sent me settlement letter through courier and photo through wats app.
                The same way from HDFC Bank I received a call and ask for the settlement and the guy who spoke to me to pay the amount. I have paid and he said that will take some time for the approval. I was waiting for more than a month suddenly received a call saying that your payment is pending, Then I said I have spoken for the settlement and I paid the amount. The Executive telling me that your card was not closed.

                Then I called the collection team person who asked to make the payment. His Number is switched off. Now I have raised a complaint and send a mail even to Aditya puri the Owner of the Company no one responded. And one lady from the Grievances team called me and enquire all thing and saying that is your fault do you have proof that we have informed you to make a payment.

                I was shocked to hear this how Bank people are behaving to the customers to take loans and the credit card they begging like beggars if we Customers are in any issue with the bank want any help no one is there to help.

                I do know how to solve this issue. I don't have money hereafter to pay anything, Can someone pls help me to solve this issue.

                  My vehicle number - ka01mn8711 was showing blacklist from hdfc since many months, funny part is the wallet was closed, hence i was not able to recharge into that account to remove the blacklist.

                  I tried opting other operators, they were unable to activate their fastag, since it was blacklisted by hdfc, all the money got wasted.

                  Finally, i decided to apply new fastag from hdfc itself, atleast to activate the new one, you will have to remove the old blacklist. But its been more than a week over, still no sms / email from hdfc regarding the new fastag.

                  Please check and update me asap.

                    I am a hdfc credit card holder. They deducted 1899 rs. From my credit card for activation of some one assist plan. Within 24 hrs i lodged complaint against this. But they've not refunded my money yet. Except this when their official called me she didn't listen to my point completely. I told them to call me after office hours but to my great disappointment their officials always call me during office time. They are taking a very good advantage of my inability of talking to them during office hours. I clearly told them that i wasn't aware of this kind of plan and when their official called me for activation i thought this is some verification call in addition to this i was in office and voice was not clear. Unfortunately plan got activated now when i am telling them repeatedly i'm not interested in this plan and do cancel the plan immediately they are beating about the bush. I am tired of this mental harassment. I think i have made a huge mistake by taking hdfc credit card. I think i have lost my money and it'll be better for me if i chose to block the credit card after clearing my dues.
                    I request you to understand my situation and help me out.

                      Few days back, i along with the other student of iit roorkee submitted the application for credit card. The verification and every other thing went smoothly.

                      Even we all received a message stating that the application is approved in principle. Now, on the hdfc website the application status is showing decline. This is the case not only with me but atleast 15 other students who i talked with.

                      How come the application of more than 15 students is declined all at once when the hdfc representatives visited our campus and took the application in person?

                      Thankyou for your response. However, I not concerned about my credit standing or my financial stability as it hardly affects. I am concerned about the way you manage your application procedure. As far as I know, the representatives of HDFC bank took around 400-500 applications and I hardly got to know that the application of even one is approved.

                      I do like to know that if you collected the data to 500 people and the application is declined for all then the data of the customer is protected or not? It does seem to me that it may be likely a fraud from your end.

                      In another case, you are wasting both your time as well as the customer's precious time. This is never expected from such a reputed bank.

                          Greeting of the day!!!
                          It is my painful duty to inform you that your customer service team (Fastag devision) is not working as per t he hdfc standards or you can say as per the expectation of customers when we take the name of hdfc.
                          Sir i am holding two bank accounts, credit card, life insurance policy of hdfc life, medical policy from hdfc ergo, some fd’s and the mutual funds of hdfc in short i am the regular customer of hdfc but due to poor service of hdfc fastag custmer service team, sales team i losing my trust on hdfc which was build years ago. Please give a chance to explain why.
                          I bought new car in the month of feb-2019 from harpreet ford at that time i agreed to purchase fastag just because its was offered to me with the name of hdfc i bought the same and placed on my reg no dl10cl9415 when i heard from in the news that fastag is compulsory from jan-2020 onwords i am trying to generate password of the fastag recharge the same but i was not able then i tried to reach your fastag customer service team after the long wait of approx 30 min i reached your executive, 1st time i have contacted your executive to know the process in the month of dec-2019, while talking to him i came to know that my mobile no and email id both are wrong in your records after all verification they took my request to update the both in records and said after 48 hour i am able to login and link my bank account with the fastag, i have tried login and recharge the fast next week it was not done and even your customer service number was non contactable due to lack of time i travelled without fastag and paid double toll tax, again last week i tried to login and called to customer service and cam to know that my mobile number and email id is still not updated and after asking for the alternative way to recharge the fastag and avoid double toll tax your executive advised me to recharge from google pay and provided the linked i did the recharge but the same is not reached to my fastag account, i am called again to your customer service number then one lady told me that hdfc fastag wont have any link with google pay an money is not yet reached to my fastag wallet but the same is deducted from my account because the link was correct and that recharge is lying in your suspense account or may possible the executive told me to recharge from google pay has updated that amount in some one else account. Last week i have travelled with fastag paid double toll just because hdfc executive didn’t performed his duty again i got the assurance that the same will update in 24 hour but till that the same is not updated i have tried today as well and not able login and linked my account.
                          You are requested to instruct your concern staff to return my security money take your fastag back from me, as your fastag team is not able to provide the service to their regular customers and if the same kind of service you guys are going to provide the in life insurance, medical insurance, bank account, credit card and other hdfc product. Please return my total money. I will move to some other bank. My bank account and fastag details are as follows

                            To hdfc team,

                            This is to inform you that we have paid full due amount on last month feb 10, then what is the purpose of charging finance charges rs. 522 and rs.90 gst on feb 16th.. Guys after payment of full due and awaiting for card close, it's unnecessary charges deducting from your end. Really frustrating service we facing from your side always. Check the total available credit card, 16k and we paid on feb 10 and after that it's came to rs. 15, 382. I need immediate refund of rs.618 within monday.

                            Note: faced very frustrating service from hdfc bank. Should i always pay to you? For unnecessary charges?

                              I am holding hdfc bank account, i got it activated 1 day back. Today i was using the debit card at a shop, i came to know that the card was blocked. Didnt understand the reason, trying to contact their customer care getting message they work only 8am to 8pm. I caught in a wrost situation, not able to understand what to do. They have wrost customer care. They will never allow you to reach their executive. On net netbanking there is a form with certain types of pre defined queries. Fed up with this.

                                  I registered for fastag from hdfc bank on 12-dec-2019 but my address present in hdfc bank account was very old and not working anymore.

                                  I need fastag to be delivered on my new address which is given below. I am chasing you guys from last 2 months to get it delivered on my new address but still not received it. I called customer care 30 times to update my address and get it delivered asap but everytime they told you will get it in next 7 days. Please do the needful and send fastag kit on my new address.
