I have shared screenshot of both the offers.
My name is Ashishkumar Patel having hdfc bank diners premium credit card.
I received following sms from hdfc bank :
1) 15%cashback +10x reward points @amazon great indian festival (21-25th oct) via smartbuy! Use creditcard @hdfc bank festive treats! Hdfcbk.net/jv6dlpo t&c.
One more offer
2) Rs.500 CashBack just for you @HDFC Bank Festive Treats! To claim, spend Rs.3000 on Amazon/Flipkart from 19 to 31Oct on CreditCard xx3259 hdfcbk.net/a0oRMRv T&C
Still I have not received any benefit from HDFC bank regarding above offers.
I have completed two transactions of rs 10490 and rs 1122 on 25th and 31st october 2019 respectively on amazon through smartbuy.
I have not received 10x reward points and 5% cashback or Rs 500 cashback for second offer till date. My registered mobile number with hdfc bank is [protected].
Transaction are available in statement but order i'd is not mentioned in statement. Now escalation team is asking for order i'd which is not mentioned in statement.
In this way, they are harrasing customers and doing cheating in place of providing offer benefits.
Please check and do the needful at the earliest.
