credit card amount deducted without authorization

I received a message from hdfc bank:

Alert:rs.169.00 spent via credit card xx2825 at amazon1258399 on[protected]:21:39:33 without pin/otp. Not you? Call [protected].

Looks like many people are going through same problem (Google amazon1258399 and see). How can i get this verified? Also, why is amazon/hdfc not clarifying why the amount has been deducted....

payment dispute

I have fastag issued by hdfc bank with wallet id as [protected]. I have received an email and sms for deduction of rs.290 from my fastag account on 31st dec. The reason was listed as manual debit. Though my car was parked at home on that day. I called n sent emails to customer support many times but there is no conclusion. Moreover, there is no escalation option available. It is the worst customer service i ever faced. Not sure how to...

Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number without my concern on date:03/02/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

blacklisting of fastag

My fast tag[protected] has balance and showing active in hdfc fast tag portal but at toll plaza after scanning it is showing blacklisted. I called nhai also they also confirmed that my fast tag is blacklisted. I am trying to contact hdfc customer care ([protected]) and raised a service request (Sr[protected] also but no one is there to receive the call or respond for the ticket....

fastag amount manual debited

Your fastag a/c has been debited for rs. 355 for adjustment entry on 1/31/2020 6:12:53 pm. Balance amount in the a/c is rs. 0 - hdfc bank ltd.
This was the message i recieved on 31st and on 31 st i never passed any toll.
I asked the toll guy when i was returning and he said there was technical error and contact hdfc i didn’t find any help from the help line number though....

I had applied for fastag in nov 2019, but did not get the fastag rfid for vehicle. Instead, i received messages indicating that my fastag rfid is in use at toll gates in tamilnadu and karnataka. I gave numerous complaints via hdfc toll free number to cancel my fastag and refund the amount of 500 rs which was misused.
As of date february 2020, the issue has not been resolved. Hdfc sent me a cheque for 40 rs instead of 500.

fastag

Double toll was deducted from my fastag on 1st jan 2020 while driving from alibaug to pune on the mumbai-pune expressway. First an amount of 115 was deducted at khalapur and subsequently 173 was deducted at talegaon.

The same evening i tried to login to their website to file a service request, but it said my user id is invalid. I then managed to login from mobile using the same user id, but was unable to file service request...

charges for not maintaining savings account

Hi, my salary account which was used in my previous company, has been charged monthly for not maintaining balance.
If it is a salary account, why don't you close it when we leave the company? Did i invite you to give me account at the time of joining? No!
Again its your responsibility to reach us whether we want to maintain account or not!
And you didn't take my permission for converting my salary account to savings...

I got refund with arn number from booking.com on 24/12/2019 amounting 1000 inr but the amount hasn't yet reflected in the transferred bank account.

I even tried to contact hdfc customer service but they said they don't know anything about anr number.

fastag debit

This is with respect to my fastag id[protected]. On 24th january i have been charged for two one way toll trips taken in the space of 2 hours. Have raised this issue with hdfc on thier portal but have still not received any response or refund for the same for the last 10 days. On speaking with hdfc they asked me to send an email to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com

I have sent the email but no response from them either...

There was a transaction in my bank account. I called customer care about that transaction. Customer care considered it as a fraud and blocked my account. So now my hdfc a/c is locked.net banking is blocked.

I visited bank to enable my account and net banking. They asked me to fill a form. I did. As per them i will get my net-banking credentials in next 7 days. Its almost 15 days and i have not received any message/mail from...

didn't get refund initiated against my card for excess payment

I have made the payment in my credit card via phonepe with amount 31778 rs by mistake and asked for refund.
They have debited my credit card but didn't get the amount after the 3 months from the incident took place. Now they are saying to make the payment for that amount which i never get. They have blocked 20704 rs in my bother hdfc account. Pleaese help what i have to do now....

Hi i have ordered realme x polar white 128 gb in october 2019 it had the offer of 10%cashback upto 31/01/2020 when paid through hdfc debit card ..
I paid it but have not recieved any cashback i have complained to flipcard they said they have raised a compliant and suggested me to contact the bank customer care and by the time its unreachable ..

failed transaction and no refund

I attempted to add money into my PayZApp wallet on 2nd Feb in connection with some bill payment. Unfortunately, Rs 1054 got deducted from my account and could not be loaded into the wallet. I don't understand why i'm receiving this message and what this means.
I don't want hdfc to process this amount or request.

otp pin not received

Hi,

I stopped receiving OTP on my registered mobile number from Jan 1 2020. Is there anything I can do ? I used to receive them correctly over my international registered number for past two years. I am not able to reach any customer care nor are there any options to check this. I have written to Hdfc over mail but no one has responded yet.

unknown emi and debit from credit card

I have try to purchase mobile from mibikwik app by hdfc crdit card. But payment failed. Amount deducted and credited back on 26th jan 2020. But on 1st feb 2020 its shows again the same amount as emi conversion and processing fee. As aggregator emi - offus. I didn't use that amount. It shows as unbilled amount. I want to know when this will be resolved....
