Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has charges rs.5000/- on my credit card number ending with 9059 without my concern on date:14/02/2020. Bank apply this one assist policy without my confirmation. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount and remove the applied charges rs.5000/-

    Hello sir,
    I want to complain about hdfc fastag recharge wallet in which i had sone a recharge of 500 each twice one on 4.2.2020 and another on 5.2.2020 thru phone pe the amt has been deducted from my account but till today that is 15.2.2020 my wallet has not been updated. Tried to reach fastag no but line is always busy.

    Pl. Do needful @the earliest.

      On 22nd nov, at khalapur toll plaza as fasttag was going to be activated from 1st december we paid toll amount in cash and immediately we also got a message of deduction of rs173/- from fastag wallet. We immediately stopped the vehicle and approached toll booth. It was informed to us that we have to approach customer care of bank.
      Please initiate refund of rs.173/- as i have paid toll twice.
      I have tried complaining in hdfc fastag customer care several times but no reply. I have also send email to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com several times but no reply from there also.

      I had already sent email /complaint to said email id several times but no reply from them. I had also contacted Hdfc FASTag customer care several times but again same reply that we will get back to you. After almost 3 months follow up, I had to complaint here.So pls see to it

        Then after 90 days i knew that they upload wrong date of 24 july 2019 so that's why they where not giving my salary and relieving letter bt mistake was them
        Then after i have submitted new resignation letter of 24 july 2019
        Please help me with this has its now such a long time its been 8 months
        Didn't get reliving letter and salary till date their is no response regarding this has they told me to submit new relieving letter

          there is a memo present on the debit account

          My hdfc savings account has blocked state from last 1 year.
          I recently did my re-kyc for the second time and also visited hdfc bank personally more than twice. I received sms saying my account status has been successfully changed from blocked to active. But when i do online transaction, following is the message received with transaction failure: there is a memo present on the debit account, transaction declined....

            From last 15 days i m trying to get the reissue of fast tag but i m not getting the proper responce from the bank side. When we call on the customer care always there is new person - again tell him the complete detail then he replied that with in three working days you problem will be solve but not getting any solution.

            Dear sir,

            10 day before my car front glass broken. Now i replace new glass so that my fast tag also damaged. I immediately request on customer care for the new sticker and pay rs 100 also by transection. But till date we didnt receive the sticker.

I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.2599/-

                  On 14th feb when i traveled from mumbai to pune fastag got debited at khalapur rs 173 and at talegaon toll it is debited as 389 actually it should debited only 57/- attached is the transaction screenshot. I found that at talegaon toll plaza they have taken those extra money of 389 for class 12 vehicle which is 4-axel like truk. Requesting you to credit balance amount immediately in my fastag wallet. I feel they are doing this purposely to do these kind of digital fraud and government should keep close watch on such kind of transaction. Also i do not see any advantage o[censored]sing fastag instead of advantage it is giving extra headache to everyone.

                            I got call from [protected] & [protected]. This person introduce himself from bajaj finance. He told me about interest free loan against hdfc life classic assure plus policy plan. He is telling me he is senior manager of loan dept. He told me about and convinced me fully on it.

                            By several follow up with these people they convinced me to get 10 times of loan of insurance value at 0% interest for ten years. Ie-if i will paid 50000 then bajaj finance will give rs 500000 for 10 years with 0% interest and benefit of insurance policy will go to bajaj finance.
                            First it sounds good to ear and any one will attract to it. But be aware of such type of calls.

                            I think these people are working for insurance company only and get policies from people by giving fake commitments. I have taken policy by paying premium of rs 50000/- for which i have promised that i will get loan of rs 5, 00, 000/- directly in my account. Three months over. No loan amount credited to my account. Now hdfc will not cancel my policy and for not to waste rs 50000/- i have to continue with this policy by paying policy premium for another two years.

                            Kindly register this complaint against these people. Contact nos of them i have already given. Kindly get back my first premium amount of rs 50, 000/- by cancelling this policy and also give punishment to such agencies.

                              I am getting call from bank's recovery agency regarding my loan amount. There is a person named raj kumar who is prentending to be an employee of bank. He is harrasing me and using abusive language and threatning me that he will abuse my parents and my relatives as he has accessed my facebook account. This thing is now giving me mental tension and i am going through depression. I havent got enough money to pay my loan and i am ashamed for that.                                 I have ordered realme xt phone on oct14 2019 and there was a offer on hdfc debit card for 10%cashback upto 2000 inr. I have order the phone an amount of 16999 and for that i havent get any cashback. I have check with realme and they informed that thay have done from there side. After waiting more that 110 days still i haven't get my cashback. Customer care people also not responding properly.

                                  I have lodged a service request in fasttag portal as it was not recharged my amount properly and deduction has been happend from my account.

                                  I have been calling to customer care for more than a month and even raised service request was kept open since last couple of weeks.

                                  This makes me the wrong belief on hdfc banking process. I didn't expect this poor and unworthy response from the team. Request to resolve my issue immediately.

                                    Receiving calls from many people offering HDFC personal loan even after informing not to call me. I'm receiving 4 to 5 calls everyday with different numbers.. I'm very much disturbed while in important meetings in office and working with my managers and clients.

                                      Respected sir,

                                      I want to inform you that i visited hdfc bank branch to request mr. Vikas sharma to provide a copy of my resignation letter to receive my relieving letter. But he ignored my request every time and that is happening from year[protected].

                                      I also submit my request directly to concern department to provide my relieving letter but they replied to provide resignation letter copy. I marked email to my branch manger vikas sharma but he didn't replied. I worked in hdfc bank railway road phagwara.

                                      Please help me to provide my relieving letter as soon as possible.

                                      I had applied for HDFC credit card few days back, I got three calls for verification after that there is a physical verification. After which I got a sms within 2 hours with a link. On checking the status, it shows that my card is declined without any reason.
