The Manager of HDFC

I have open a Saving account in HDFC. as in all the document my name is Leeladhar but bank guys put my father name behind my name. i want to remove it. as i know initial is needed to open a account so i would like to use my account name (Leeladhar .) means put a dot (.) as a initial as I am taking in all other bank account. so that i will not face any problem in future at the time of submitting...

My name is Kiran Honaji Walunj from Mumbai-Ghatkopar. my credit card no is [protected].I am facing very serious financial crises due to cheating from builder for rs.20,00,000/- i have taken all this amount Rs.20,00,000 from my friends and relatives. i am not able to pay for my homeloan intrest. i am paying only intrest to my homeloan bank because builder not given Passion.

I have been using an hdfc credit card.I always receive my bills after the due date of payment and is always charged late fees thereafter. When I called them up to complain they gave the following excuses:

1) "We have the wrong address" : If so then how come the bills are sent late???

I have posted a cheque in which payee is my name. There in cheque my account no also specified.

The issue is: My name Thilagamani. But in the cheque my name is written as "Thilaga". So it got rejected.

I don't understand why it was rejected. You could have rejected if the name is fully wrong / does not match with the account no.

Anyway in the account my name is specified right?...

I have taken ‘UL ENDOWMENT SUVIDHA PLUS HDFC Bank ‘ Dahisar ( East ) on 10 Jul 08 during my visit to India last year. (20Jun08 to 26 Jun08)

This policy was taken in consultation with HDFC bank rep.’s investment advice which I do take during my visit to India.
I am sorry to say , HDFC Standard Life Insurance did realized cheque on 10 Jul’08 but did not communicate me either my policy no nor sent me document...

Hello sir,
I hold a HDFC Credit card . i have made a settlement of Rs 25000. At the time of settlement they issued a settlement letter and they said i will be receiving the NOC letter and No dues letter. But until not i havnt received any thing. The amount has been cleared and refleted in Statment also. Today i spoke to the customer service . they said they dont have the details of the payment. How come they dont have the details...

Please help me in getting the refund of premium, I have tried with HDFC Standard Life to get refund of premium for policy cancelled during Free look period. But they don't respond and If they respond then it is a very standard answer that "they will refund once the investigation is over".

I don't know what they are investigating for such a long time. I only see this as a way to keep customers money with...

I have an account with HDFC bank Koramangala, I had deposited a local cheque of ICICI on Monday morning at 10 am . My cheque had not cleared till Wednesday as i has issued some cheques based on the third party cheque that was deposited on Monday . I had visited the bank quite a few times asking them for an update on the 3rd party's cheque that i had deposited into the bank . They informed me that they are still processing...

Cash was cash deposited to my minimum 5K balance Savings HDFC Account of Airport Road Branch Bengaluru from other branch which is Hissar in Haryana. A total around Rs. 110 was later deducted from my account. When I enquired the Customer Representative. The card No. mentioned above against which I never failure to make payment within due date, that even paying my bills before bill generation date & even i remember i had paid extra amount always than the project bill, but customer care never bother to thanks me nor they had offer me any special service for that. When all other banks are reducing the rate of interests, HDFC is moving very slowly. It seems they are not at all interested to reduce ROI. SBI has given a blow to HDFC by reducing its ROI. Existing loan customers of HDFC are thinking and shifting their loan to SBI. Now, HDFC is feeling the real heat. When existing customers approaced HDFC for asking to reduce their ROI, HDFC is asking them to pay 0.5% on the loan amount so they can change...
