Respected Sir/Mam,

I hope you are doing well.

My Delhi Police FIR Number is SWD-PV-000888/2022 dated 20th November 2021. I am not getting satisfactory updates from the assigned investigation officer.

A big fraud has happened to me. I was at SBI ATM, Dabri Marg ND 110045. I debited INR 1500 and left. The moment I was entering my PIN Number no one was there with me inside the SBI ATM. As I was taking my cash and HDFC Debit card out some unknown individual entered the atm cabin. He came swiftly that I didn't even notice. The SBI Bank guard was outside. I saw & confirmed all this in SBI CCTV Footage. Guard should not have let him enter the ATM Cabin till I was inside. I was leaving as I had a waiting auto outside. But some other person( a friend of the same inside individual which I saw in the CCTV Footage), an SBI Security guard & that man standing inside the atm called me inside again and said some "Transaction not complete error is showing" and your transaction is incomplete. Guard said this man is a savior to you as he highlighted this to you. I went inside and told this guy to leave. He didn't and while saying I'll help you he took my HDFC Debit ATM card from my hand and inserted that into the atm. I again told him to leave. He didn't. He said I am standing by turning over as I have some important work. I am only helping you. I shielded the atm machine and entered the wrong ATM pin and said I am leaving. Although the same error was showing. I still left. As I was traveling already I saw msg a bit late. 11:05 AM around I left SBI ATM. 11:14 AM around I returned to the same spot. The very first msg was of 1lac. More details are in the attached pdf. I saw the first message late as I was traveling. In the same msg, there is an option that if this transaction is not made by you then please call on this toll-free ([protected]). I did the same. Your toll-free female lady told me 6transactions have been made. Although I dint receive any transaction debited text msgs from HDFC Bank. I got pending 5 transactions debited text messages by around 11:40 AM. By then all fraud activity was done. Fraud activity started from 11:09 AM till 11:15 AM. 3 unauthorized transaction swipes from Shri Khodal Fashion and 3 unauthorized transactions from ATM- +Vijay Enclave Delhi. They dint shared more information as in address etc in the text message. Else I would have gone in real-time to those merchant centers & ATM center. Which would have helped me nab the thief.

I request you to get Shri Khodal Fashion Merchant details and +Vijay Enclave Delhi ATM Address from HDFC Bank for further investigation.

I request you to check the SBI ATM Machine, Palam Dabri Marg, ND 110045 for Fraud suspicious setup and do guard verification for further investigation.

I have raised a complaint with HDFC Bank and blocked my card. Raised complaints for unauthorized swipes and unauthorized Debits. Complaint numbers shared over the same tollfree are as followed:

Cyber crime complaint is done. An have attached the same for your reference. The acknowledgment number is [protected]

I have attached the HDFC Dispute form for your information.
I have submitted three CCTV Footage to Delhi police officer Mr. Cheetram through the nearby share feature on his mobile. And helped him to transfer them to his assigned Delhi police laptop. His contact number is [protected]. And you were there, Mr. Ram Avtar by the mob number [protected] In this CCTV footage, the same individual( thief) is coming on a bike. The first rider is wearing a kurta pajama with a striped hoodie. His face is visible. The thief is sitting behind. He is wearing a mask. He gets down a bit far from SBI ATM. walks towards the SBI ATM and the rest can be seen inside SBI ATM CCTV Footage. Also while the thief was inside the ATM Cabin, the other bike rider is talking to the guard. That is also seen in the CCTV Footage. The thief is shown coming out of SBI ATM Cabin and going in the bike ahead. I returned within 7-8mins to the same spot and talked to the guard and people around. All is clearly seen in the CCTV Footage.
There are cameras ahead near the gym where I am assuming they must have parked the bike. But the Gym owner and grocery shop owner are saying all 3 cameras are off. No recording is happening. I went and asked for there help but they denied it.
I request you intervene. Attached are videos again here for your reference.

I request you to submit a letter to SBI, Palam, Dabri Marg for two CCTV Footage where the thief is entering the ATM Cabin and the whole inside activity of SBI ATM. The branch manager has requested an official letter from you and accordingly, he will share ATM CCTV Footage. Here it is clearly seen how he is lurking from behind. How he exchanged my Debit card. He had a set of different ATM cards in his hoodie as we can see he is juggling inside his hoodie. A lot more is visible. Please thoroughly investigate.

Let me know what more I can do from my side.

Here i am not able to attach PDF documents & CCTV Footage because of size issues.

      However I just want to confirm that no resolution or the details with respect to those tickets has been shared to me and I am not sure why you closed the same. Please share with me the resolution as soon as possible. Please share me the resolution so that I can have my PPF interest back for FY[protected].

          Its really pathetic, i am receing daily 2-3 calls for credit cards and policy and still I am their customer . And its really disturbing . When i receive call from them and ask them that i already did DND registration and how i am receiving calls, people just disconnets the call . I dont want to recive no more calls .

            Hi,

            I am S Nithya, my account has been blocked without any reason, more over i didn't get any intimation, message, form bank or courier department and form three days asking unblocked the debit card but till now my account has been not activated and they are not even taken any action on this. While you are blocking don't you have any responsibility to intimate the customer or else any message. While opening an account you people address everything from customer. One of the worst service form hdfc bank. Review the issue and resolve as soon as possible

              The account was opened online. When the welcome kit was sent, I was not there at location to receive the kit. Then i got a call from the bank person saying welcome kit is returned after 2 delivery attempts and could not able to reach you on phone and your account will be blocked. But actually, it was once the delivery was attempted and no one called me. If i am able to receive the calls from any other number, Why cant i receive their call. And the next moment i got a message the account is blocked. After asking them how it will be activated again, I have been told, " A third party person will sent to the location and complete the KYC then the account will be activated."
              As they said, the third party person complete the KYC and i got the CKYC number as well. As the customer service said it will take 5-7 working days to activate it again, Its been 2 weeks that the account is still blocked.
              After multiple attempts to customer care number,
              One person says, KYC is not completed, visit the nearest branch
              Other person says, KYC is completed wait for few more days
              Other person says, contact main branch, we don't have any information,
              After visiting the nearest branch, they say KYC is completed, the account branch should have activated the account
              What kind of service is this?
              At least they should give the proper way to get it activated.

                  I continue to be charged an amount of Rs. 590 per quarter from my SB account supposedly for mutual fund transactions.

                  I was asked to sign a form in 2013 by my HDFC bank representative, which I did without fully understanding the charges.

                  In October 2021, I raised a written complaint with HDFC. I was then contacted by the PB Authoriser from Sector 44, Noida Branch and after due diligence, I confirmed in writing to cancel all ISA-related charges and services. (CASE ID[protected]

                  Despite my cancellation, I continue to be charged Rs. 590 per quarter for ISA. In total, I have been overcharged Rs 2, 360 for the entire year of 2022.

                  I will appreciate an immediate stop to these charges and a refund of the charges that have been billed to be for 2022.

                    Hold my amount for reason unrecovered service charge

                    I have an account in hdfc bank, a few days back my account balance is -590/- because o[censored]nrecovered service charge . so 590/- auto debit in my account on 31st December 2022 . after that in my account shows that 590/- is on hold . so why now its shows that 590/- is hold, i already paid that amount . because of this i cant add money to this account .
                    please check this issue & solve AsAp....

                      There has been a hold of Rs3440/- on my HDFC Bank account for more than 1 weeks. I had registered a complaint through customer care but the problem has not been resolved yet. Please remove the hold as I do not want any additional services activated on my Debit/Credit card and release the amount.

                              I opened my salary account in October and after few days my welcome kit went back due to my unavailability at home. I visited Goregaon east Station road bank after a month but employee said "you will receive your welcome kit at your address only we are not allowed to give you at branch." I have not received my welcome kit yet.

                                    I have done the imps transaction of amount RS.7000 from my hdfc savings account to other bank account via HDFC mobile app.

                                    It showing transaction timed-out on in transaction status, however the amount was deducted from my account and was not delivered to other end.

                                    This is worst issue from HDFC. Why dont you credit it back when Transaction timed out and money debited from account??? What if its very urgent like to pay bills in Somewhere and dont have any extra money.???

                                    This is pathetic process from HDFC.
                                    EVEN I COULDN'T CONNECT TO CUSTOMER CARE DUE TO TECHNICAL PROBLEM ON BANK END.

                                      I received transaction timed-out message on my register mobile, however the amount was deducted from my account and was not delivered to other end.Also already it has been 2days of the issue happened but neither the beneficiary nor my account has been credited.
