I registered online for fastag application (No:hfr286587). It was written on application that i will receive update in 7 days either the tag or someone from the bank will contact. I received no response from the bank. There is no page to check the status of the application. I already paid the application amount rs 500.
Also no response on the customer care number they have provided on their website.

    My card has been blocked due to fake transactions and i asked them to re issue my card.. And i am being levied penalty and over limit fees since 5 months... I said them that till card gets delivered and earlier issues are resolved i won't pay any money.. They don't care about that. I asked them to waive of over limit fee which i don't know i am being levied and penalties.. As i don't get regular updates.. I said i will pay my interest amount

      I have submitted my fastag application (Vide ref no. Hfr272344) on 11.10.2019 ; i have not received the fastag till date. It has been more than 7 working days;
      I called the customer care today and they tell me that my kyc is incomplete - but why has this information not been passed on by the bank via mail/message to me at all.
      I was in a similar situation in 2018 (Application no: hfr035179 on 23.02.2018), where no information was passed on to me.
      I had really hoped your system would have improved in the past one year and come back to you'll this year. Sadly, i have been put in a very non-informative situation again.

        This complaint is regarding infinite lies told by mr. Bhima trude who is rm at hdfc bank (Most probably at airoli, navi mumbai branch) in convincing me to get the credit card. Mr. Bhima had called me earlier around 1 month back for purchasing the credit card by telling many incorrect things regarding the card and hiding so many policies regarding the card just to lure the customer to purchase the credit card in order to complete the targets.
        Following are the promises made by him for taking the card -
        1. I was just told that i would be receiving 4 reward points on regalia card for every 150 rs. On whatever transaction i will make through the card. I made a heavy amount transaction through no cost emi and later on received an email that i would not be receiving any reward points for it.

        2. I was told by him that the card would become lifetime free when i will register a bill on it and also i would be receiving 5% cashback on a bill of any amount on the card. I specifically asked him if i would receive 5% cashback even if the bill is of 10000 rs also for which he said yes. After taking the card, when i tried to register the bill, i was told by him that the cashback limit is only 100 rs.

        3. I was told that the reward value would be 0.5 rs for for every reward point which i will receive. But after doing a lot of transactions when i finally tried to redeem it into cash, i found out it that it is only 1 rs for every 5 reward points. When i called him regarding this, i was told that i can get 1 rs for 2 reward points when i will make a flight or hotel booking.

        4. After many of the above cases, i specifically asked him if i will also receive reward points while adding money in paytm wallet for which he again said yes. After that as i had already lost trust in him, so i had to search the internet to waste a lot of my time after which i found that no reward points are being given on adding money to paytm wallet.

        These are only some of the issues. There have been many more such incidents which i have not even mentioned here. Either this person mr. Bhima trude is completely ignorant about the usage of the card or he just tries to lure the customer into taking card by telling lies so that he could complete his targets. I have never seen such unethical means from a bank. Why there is no written documentation given by rms. This makes them so easy just to lie on the face as they know that there is no proof available. I have been totally exhausted from last 1 month and have wasted a lot of my time since most of the things which have been told by rm has been a complete lie. I have also been called by bhima many times regarding mutual fund policies. I now feel myself so much fortunate for not investing anything in mutual funds policy through your bank since i am completely sure that that i would have lost all of my hard earned money through the policies told by bhima. How can i trust such a bank if an official at the position of rm keeps on lying around. I have now completely lost trust on hdfc bank due to the past incidents. I sincerely request you to please provide me a different rm and also provide me with everything that was promised by him at least in the above points (There have been many more things which i have not even mentioned)

          The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
          First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

            There is no outstanding. I had paid all your car loan amount. Why you showing outstanding amount in record? This account already closed in 2014. I got no dues certificate from your side. Please remove this wrong information immediately because that is being effect on my cibil scores negatively. Another thing is that against credit card which is already blocked by me because missing it and there before issue for late payment charges raised by you but statement for outstanding was not sent to me before due date. I was given complaints many times for it but not any positively action took by you. So i paid full and final settlement amount of rs.2556/- and closed my credit card permanently because bad service by you.

              I hold 3 s/b account and 1 current account with hdfc bank and my money is kept without withdrawing for year's. The banks staffs here in thalassery in kerala is pathetic. I have been calling my current account personal staff for 2 days to inform him about complaint in my current account, he's keeping my calls busy rejecting my calls. I don't like to continue all my funds with hdfc bank and i would like to switch my account or diversify money with other good customer response bank.

                  I did transaction of rs, 1, 00, 000 using hdfc credit card with offer of 5% cashback within 90 days, till date i have not received cash back. Also tanishq ask me to check with the bank, however customer care do not aware of this. I am going to complain to the banking ombudsman if no response received from hdfc bank.

                  Hdfc bank please do not fool the customers with false offers.

                  I am account holder for long time this came surprised to me as i blindly trusted and did not check my account.

                    I am sunaina sharma, i am being harassed by hdfc credit card agent,
                    I am going on financial crisis from last 2-3 months and i told them to pay in installments now that recovery agent want lumsum amount which i can’t give, and he started abusing & harassing me and dinesh from from recovery agency tel, [protected] continuously harassing me and he is continuously calling to my relatives, neighbours, my husband’s boss & his colleagues continuously. He is saying them false stories, from where he got the mobile no. Of my relative, friends and colleagues??? Is it legal to call and harass others?? From where he got the data?? It is difficult to facing mentally torture, without my knowledge bank use my address name and my personnel data???
                    I am bp patient and i have other health issues too i need to get operated by next for major surgery. That recovery agent harassing me and torturing me and my husband.

                    I would like to urge you that kindly do the needful, i am already suffering from high bp & mentally torture,

                      I would like to inform you that i am already customer for hdfc credit i using it and paying on time also i had taken housing loan in 2017 for 20 years iam paying that on time as per hdfc record you can check my status,

                        1. Please note that she is talking very bad manner and not interested to help.
                        2. I reported her that your website reward redemption in cash is not working maintenance page is coming there for many days. Instead of making or filing the complaint she denied clearly.
                        3. I also requested her that we are a corporate client atleast take required action she said clearly no.

                          I bought a product on 8 oct using hdfc debit card emi. The total emi is 11935.85. Unlucky product returned to seller and amazon initiated a refund of the amount on 10 oct. Till now the debit card emi is not cancelled.

                            I have requested for waiver of foreclosure charges for my used car loan 57910005, ucic:42628289 which have been charged at 5.95%of outstanding amt which is rs.11.85 lakhs and the closure amount is coming as rs.12.58 lakhs including closing charges (Rs.70514) and other charges. I have availed the loan in june 2018 of rs.1500000 for 5 years and completed 15 emi of rs.33138 each till oct 2019. The charges alone amounts to my 2 month emi. I contacted operations and sales and both of them ignored my request providing silly excuses that they have given a competitive interest rate during loan processing. Due to some unforeseen personal and financial situations, i have gone for a preclosure of my loan. As a prompt and regular customer, i expect a favourable response from your side at the earliest

                              Below is the email i sent to the hdfc bank employees on 16th october and no response.

                              I had requested for a balance transfer from your hdfc bank and since july 25th 2019 i have been submitting the required documents. Its been 3 months now and there are no updates about the loan disbursement.
                              In between i had issued a cheque for a sum of rs.12036 alongwith the required documents on july 26th and i did a transfer of rs.6014 (On 9th of september) to abhishek anand (Employee) via upi for some fee charge. (Hdfc loan a/c no[protected]

                              Now that i have waited enough and have not been receiving any proper updates and i don't want to proceed any further on the same and would like to get the request cancelled and get all my money refunded by tomorrow else i would be in a situation to take the matter legally.

                                  Today i received credit card statement from hdfc my credit card was closed and i went to bank to get my credit card account closed last year after doing the final select payment. Now again after 1 year i received statement to pay creditcard bill. When i don’t have credit card only then how the hell i will pay for something which i dont have only. They have charged me 1180rs i am not going to pay any amount to these thugs.

I went to bank last year submited the letter for closure in HDFC bank Kalyan Nagar Branch in Bangalore and i checked from Customer support on phone aswell they said nothing else is needed from my end the account is closed . Then with whose approval new card was generated when i strictly denied that i don’t want credit card . I have checked In Netbanking as well there was no creditcard account linked . Now alll of sudden after 1 year you are asking for renewal and in between 1 year there was no communication only whether the new card was generated or anything related to it . This is complete case of fraud only .

                                  I have been to branch again today Kalyan Nagar HDFC bank . They said please talk to customer care on phone they will help you . If everything customer care will do on phone then why the hell banks are physically present . They made me wait for half hour and then said they donot have access to check my details and manager is not there . What kind o[censored]nprofessionalism is this . As a Salary Account holder for HDFC bank i am not satisfied with the service i have got from this Bank and Branch till date . I dont expect i will get any resolution from HDFC as till date they never provide resolution for anything .

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I fail to understand why there is so much delay in processing my request for my refund. The bank does not process the home loan request before the amount is deducted from our account and so much delay in refunding the amount is a matter of concern.
                                    I am losing my interest on my amount as you have it for more than a month and more than a week since i have asked for a refund.
                                    I want my total refund that is 11900/-by tomorrow at the earliest that is by 22 october 2019 as promised by your home loan representative mr. Deepak and his manager mr. Tarun or i will raise my complaint to the higher authorities in h. D. F. C or the grievance cell of rbi by 23 october 2019.
                                    HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      This is the worst branch to create an account or to do any kind of financial activity. They are sloppy and does not update customer of whats going on. Whenever you ask for an update they will shut you off and blame it on something else. Either the bank is in holiday for most of the days or the employees leave office for vacation. Never ever think of opening an account at this branch.
