As a customer I want to know TAT(Turn Around Time)for sanctioning or rejecting of Agri loan application.As I heard more about HDFC services, I applied in your bank.But now I have come to know that nothing is there at HDFC than waiting for something which doesn't happen anymore.I won't say that all staff are of the same.But few staff are behaving in such a way as if customers are beggars as they have applied for loan.Generally every person applies for a loan with specific purpose.But the loan is either getting sanctioned or rejected even if the purpose for which the loan is required is fullfilled.worst service ever seen.Kindly look into matter and do the needful.

    Hi,
    This is to inform you that, I ordered One Plus 7T on 23/10/2019 using my credit card with No Cost EMI option. The total cost of mobile phone is 39999 INR.

    The No Cost EMI Plan is for 3 months. I paid 38998.36 INR using my credit card as 1000.64 INR was the No cost EMI discount and i will be charged 1000.64 INR as the interest rate by the bank which means a total sum will be 39999 INR i.e. the total original cost of phone.

    But when I checked the EMI table in my credit card section on Net banking, I found that the principle Amount SUM is equal to 38998.36 INR (Which is correct), but the Interest Amount SUM is not equal to 1000.64 INR. It equals to 1115.5 INR, which is wrong.

    If i have opted for No Cost EMI then the total money that i should be charged should be equal to the total amount mentioned on the INVOICE of the phone.

    I talked with the customer support team of One Plus they said it is not an issue of their end, for this i need to talk with my bank.

    We have noted your concerns expressed with regard to the EMI availed in your card account. We would like to clarify that, there is a discount given by the merchant at the time of transaction equivalent to the Interest being charged by the Bank. As per the current Finance Bill, all fees and transaction charges levied in your card account will attract a rate of GST @ 18%. In terms of these guidelines provided by the Finance Bill, the Bank will be levying the GST accordingly. We would like to clarify that, effective July 01, 2017 service tax rate of 15% is replaced by Goods & Service Tax (GST) at 18% and thereby like to confirm that the GST component once charged will not be liable for any reversal. GST is a government-initiated item and a government guideline on taxes, as a bank we are abiding by it. Hence, we regret our inability to reverse the same. We request you to contact the merchant for any further clarification regarding No Cost EMI.     So as per you the interest that i have been charged on principle amount for each month EMI includes 18% GST and if i pay all my EMI timely i.e. before the due date i won't be charged any more extra amount?

    Hi,
    It is pending since very long. I again would like to raise my concern on this.
    Ok, the government charges 18% GST on Interest on credit card EMI. But in case if the EMI is a No Cost EMI, then the interest charged to the payer should be equal to the Exact amount which was shown on E-commerce.
    For instance:- The Total Cost of the phone was Rs. 39999 (Shown on the website of One Plus), Now as per the guidelines, No-Cost EMI should cost me Rs. 39999.
    If i break the sum it should be :- Rs. 39999 = (Principle Amount+Interest) [Excluding GST on Interest].
    i.e. Rs. 39999 = INR 38998.36 + INR 1000.64 (Excluding 18% GST).

    But here I am being charged total interest of more than INR 1000.64.

    The actual sum is :- INR 38998.36 + INR 1115.5 = INR 40113.86 (Excluding 18% GST).

    Difference= Actual Sum - Price shown on Website
    i.e. INR (40113.[protected] = 114.86 (Excluding 18% GST[protected] The question again here is, Why am i being charged this INR 114.86 extra.

    If i break the sum it should be :- Rs. 39999 = (Principle Amount+Interest) [Excluding GST on Interest].
    i.e. Rs. 39999 = INR 38998.36 + INR 1000.64 (Excluding 18% GST).[protected][protected][protected] This break was shown while i was making payment, by the merchant.
    It stated that INR 1000.64 is the discount offered by the merchant and the same discount has to be charged as interest by the bank.

    Please help here on Urgent Basis.

      I have appled for existing home loan trasnfer from icici to hdfc through indusind and a separate top up loan which are duly verified and approved by hdfc. However hdfc (Through their partner indisind) started demanding for powerof attorney documents which is with registration office. I have inquired with my icici bank about the copy of this docs. They confirmed the kist of the docs which are with them. Where as poa/spa is inform of xerox and original was with registartion office. I ahve conveyed the same to both indisind and hdfc officials and told them to process the loan however they continue to demandad for original spa/gpa. Finally i ahve expressed my inablity to get the document and explained them as this kind of docs are supposed to be registration offcie legally. I have conveyed them that my purpose of loan got defeated and withdrawn the loan takeover request and requested them to refund the amount that i paid as registration/processing fee for both loans. I have not received any answer or resposne from these officials so far. I made number of email requests and phone calls/whatsapp messages but no response was given by hdfc or indusind officials. I ahve paid inr13000 (Inr 6500 + 6500) towards processing fee. This is just like harrsing a customer inspite of so many reminders or emails.

        I am using hdfc times credit card for more than 2 years. I have redeemed my reward points through an online portal for which have i been charged for redemption. I have never seen in any banks charging money for the redemption of reward points.

        I feel this is really unfair and hdfc charges for everything. The charges in hdfc are really more than any other bank.

            I had applied for a credit card in your bank. I gave all the necessary documents. Your agents came for inspection as well. I asked will it be approved to them they were like "100% it will be approved and you will get the card delivered in your office by next week". After all this i don't understand why the application was declined. Please give assurance when you guys are completely sure about something and i would want to know the reason why the application was declined.

              I had a broken lindle which i sent to regenesis service centre and they offered me a buyback of rs. 1000. The whole process was done by 28th sep i was assured by hdfc that the amount will reflect in my account within 3-4 days. It had been almost one month i have been calling and emailing them constantly and they still haven't provided neither the money nor any kind of answers. The last email from them was on 19th october where they again asked me to provide all the necessary documents along with my account number. I did the same on that very day. After that till today no answer or any progress. I have attatched all the necessary documents along with the payment advice copy below.

                My hdfc credit card not diliverd to my address then i go to blue dart baner office with my original government id proof but there employee sushil gudse prohibited to my courier dilivery so why not diliver my courier in blue dart office hub baner.

                I ask them to any rule or regulation for not deliver in your office so not get any proper answer and treate in office there employee sushil gudse as very shamless.

                    Sir, today i was filling my ignou re-registration form for the session 2020, while doing that i have to do a payment of ₹2400, i have selected the hdfc gateway for that and then selected payment through upi mode of your gateway after that a page redirected me to enter my upi pin in my upi android apk after which payment was supposed to be completed and form should have been submitted but my money got deducted and ignou says that no such payment was done. Also no refund has been made till now. That's my problem sir.

                    Please suggest any solution regarding this..

                          During air ticket booking 3 emi, s with 0% rate of interst were prompted by the system while booking air tickets on goibibo app, that is why i opted for 3emi, s on my above credit card. Now interst of rs648.04 charged on my 1st emi of rs16263.03 by hdfc bank. Pl refund me interst charged and make remaining 2emi, s at 0% interst. Hdfc credit card no.[protected]

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                Hi, my name is mayur thopate. My hdfc a/c no is[protected], ifsc code is hdfc0001796 & hdfc bank branch is paud road branch pune. I opened account behalf of my company in jan 2017 and it continued in use till nov 2017 but due some health issue, i undergone multiple surgery. I left my previous organization and i'm completely in bed rest state since last 1.5 years even i don't memories things that time my account is in inactive state and it will charged rs.600 continuously and it in minus account state. So, i request to waive off money. So please waive off negative amount completely.

                                  savings account funds put on hold

                                  My funds in my savings account was put on hold without any notification and intimation from my end. When asked, they said it is because i blocked my cc. But, i blocked my cc because of an unauthorized transaction. And, if this was the process, then it should have been explained to me before and not after this was done. I would have issued a new card. Please unblock my savings account funds immediately otherwise, will have to take this up...

                                  I had a credit card with hdfc for 2.5 lakhs limit, i used all of it and paid more than a lakh as interest and charges. I blocked my card due to some unintentional transaction. After that without my consent, hdfc issued me another credit card which never reached my address. By the time i blocked, i had a due of 14000 and reward points worth more tha 14000. I intimated customer support to settle those reward points for that due and it never happened, now they are flowing up me to pay more than 22000 to block this new card. I am not able to reach their support, as i don't know the last 4 digits of new card and even thos collection team is also not helping me in resolving this issue.

                                  This is not at all fair for a loyal customer who is paying all his dues on time on other loans.

                                  We wish to clarify that, payment of at least the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Hence we request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid levy of bank charges.                                   I know that bank will charge us if we don't pay one time. That is the reason why I paid all the charges and interest. I have nothing to be worried about that.

                                  All I am asking is, without my consent how can you people issue another new card and I requested your support to settle my reward points to the outstanding due that I have at that time which is almost 14000/- rupees and it never happened from your team. you can go back hear the call recordings.

                                  And top of that, I am not able to reach your support due to blockage of my previous card. After 2 months your collection team calling me and asking me to pay another 22000/- rupees to block this new card.

                                  I lost trust on you people. It's ok, please deduct the reward points and settle my outstanding due. What ever extra that I need to pay, I will pay. Don't drag this for another 2 months and dont come back asking me to pay another 1 lakh.

                                    I have a credit card of hdfc bank, which is now blocked due to non payment as i lost my job. The executives of banks keep me calling all the time for payment i told them i will pay the whole amount in monthly installment and they are already charging interest on that. They are also threatening me of dire consequences. They have also accessed my call details illegally, which violates my right to privacy for this i can also file a criminal case against them.

                                      Sir myself sanjay arora. I have a two wheeler loan in hdfc bank since march 2019. From starting i have given all the installments on time through ecs. But from last months i am not able to pay my installment due to business loss. But as i discussed in bank, i'll try to pay my installment next month. Now the point is that a collection executive 'bijendra jangid' collection executive hdfc alwar branch' came to my office and behave very bad. Some exact words are here from him ' dekh lunga tujhe. Paise to tu ghar dene ayega. Janta nahi hai tu mujhe. Chor ho tum. Galat jagah lgaye honge tumne paise isliye nuksan ho gya h, mujhe matlab nahi hai, main kissht lekr jaunga, nahi to tu aj sham tak ghar dene ayega. Bhot dekhe hain tere jaise.' he gave mentally pressure as he said that chahe chori kar ke la. Sir i dont need any mentally pressure again from this type of collection team.

                                      Please reply asap for this incident.
