Hi, my name is mayur thopate. My hdfc a/c no is[protected], ifsc code is hdfc0001796 & hdfc bank branch is paud road branch pune. I opened account behalf of my company in jan 2017 and it continued in use till nov 2017 but due some health issue, i undergone multiple surgery. I left my previous organization and i'm completely in bed rest state since last 1.5 years even i don't memories things that time my account is in inactive state and it will charged rs.600 continuously and it in minus account state. So, i request to waive off money. So please waive off negative amount completely.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I know that bank will charge us if we don't pay one time. That is the reason why I paid all the charges and interest. I have nothing to be worried about that.
All I am asking is, without my consent how can you people issue another new card and I requested your support to settle my reward points to the outstanding due that I have at that time which is almost 14000/- rupees and it never happened from your team. you can go back hear the call recordings.
And top of that, I am not able to reach your support due to blockage of my previous card. After 2 months your collection team calling me and asking me to pay another 22000/- rupees to block this new card.
I lost trust on you people. It's ok, please deduct the reward points and settle my outstanding due. What ever extra that I need to pay, I will pay. Don't drag this for another 2 months and dont come back asking me to pay another 1 lakh.
