I am a hdfc credit card holder. I have been charged one assist mfee of rs.1899 on 14 oct 2019 for my hdfc credit card ending with 5154 without my concern from auto debit option.. Kindly do the needful to refund my debit amount. Its also requested cancel my subscription from one assist for future also.
Note : it s reflected on my unbilled transaction.

    18months ago i had a hdfc account thru my company and later i changed to another and they provided me a new account with different bank. I stopped using the hdfc account from long time and it charges me every month which is going downward negative to -8547/- amount. As per rbi there are no negative balance should be showed in saving account. I am not going to pay. I want you to close my account. Anyhow it will be dormant later as i m not using it.

    I PUT A FD FROM MY NRE ACCOUNT ( FD ACCOINT NO [protected]) Rs 400000 for 2 years at 6% interest rate. 10-10-19 I opted for pre- closure I got a interest of Rs 656 only .

    I wondered even though pre closure charges 1% of the FD Amount, How i get Rs 656.
    My name is dolly pal. I have salary account from hdfc bank. The bank keep deducting ASD charjes 7 th october. 531 rupees. Tell me proper reasone.
    Manager behavior is verry bad and no response for my question

      Sir, / madam,
      I owned a credit card with add-on card for my spouse from hdfc bank (Branch at entrenchment road, east marredpalli), but i could find no occassion for its usage since its possession in 2017. With effect from the month of may, 2018 messages started coming on my mobile that i was due rs. 899/- or some other amount towards my credit card for which no statements were provided to me. Thinking that they are the charges for possessing of the card, i simply paid till may, 2019. The statement of charges, were, however, not provided to me on my registered mobile, on my registered email nor by tappal to my residential address. Finding it a big financial burden, i approached mr. Ansari, the relationship manager of hdfc branch from where i took the cards and requested him in the month of may, 2019, to cancel my credit cards (Both prime & add-on). The original cards were taken, cut into pieces before me, enveloped in a cover along with my 'cancellation application' and had sent to chennai. Even after that month also the credit card cell raised a debit of rs. 1200/- which was paid by me duly informing ms. Archana, concerned cta officer that i have cancelled my cards.
      Yesterday i. E. On 15.10.2019, i received two letters of demand notice dated 05.10.2019 stating that the bank has placed a hold on funds' in my captioned hdfc bank a/c. By exercising the bankers lien and right of setoff option to the extent of the balance available in your captioned hdfc bank a/c as on 05.10.2019. The notice is also indicated that : credit card balance as on date 05.10.2019 is rs. 29, 364.14, extent of 'hold on fun ds' is rs. 25, 837.00, and the date of holds on funds placed is 05.10.2019.
      The outstanding charges of rs. 29, 364.14 as on 05.10.2019 were not at all notified to me in the form of the statement and all of a sudden they raised this amount on my cancelled credit card. The notices are dated 05.10.2019 which were delivered to me on 15.10.2019 wherein 7 days time was given to me for the unauthorized charges paid to me. When i contacted ms. Archana, the concerned officer, to-day at 11:00 hrs. She said she can not help in my case and adamently disconnected my call. My recalling to that number was invain.
      When i contacted the customer care, the executive could inform me that the card is now being blocked since it was not blocked on my cancellation application.
      Now, i request the concerned to please arrange to provide my total statement of the credit card account, the usage, the charges i paid vis-a-vis the final outstanding charges to be paid genuinely, so that i shall payoff and close my credit card account which facility was extended by hdfc bank ltd. To me charge a senior citizen unathorizedly and putting abruptly fund holding without any prior notice.

        My name is avi poddar and my customer id is[protected] and current account number is [protected], branch name-kanchrapara (Ifsc code-hdfc0002591). I requested to install a mini merchant pos machine for my shop. Bank executive call me and verifying my all details then physically verify all details then install a pos machine after deduct annual rental. After 7days automatically deactive my tid. Bank relationship manager and bank manager told me it can take upto 7days for refund my annual charge, but 1month to go, i am not getting any refund. Please action the bank manager for miscommittment.

        Before 3 days a courier man from blue dart called me for courier delivery..He was sent to office address to phursungi pune for delivering the courier but I want the courier to be delivered on my residential address .. After that I am not able to contact blue dart or hfdc customer care .

            Debited amount for a transaction which i have not done thrice. My account balance has been deducted thrice for
            1. Amazon prime pos debit
            2. Debit card pur adj dt
            3. Rvsl dc intl pos txn markup+st
            I have not made any of these transactions. I requested my card to block after seeing first transaction but still 2 further deductions took place. Then after a week or so i got all amount reversed, w/o any intimation or information from the bank. I really don't know what is happening with my account.

              I have applied online fastag on 21.09.2019. Application reference number is hfr250515. I have also received the customer id and wallet id on 23.09.2019. But still i have not received the fastag rfid tag.
              I have contacted hdfc fastag customer care several times and as per their guidance i have sent 4 email to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com and not even received any reply.
              In that email, i requested to send the fastag rfid to my current address in bangalore.

              I am not satisfied with the service from hdfc.
              Kindly look into this issue and send me the courier tracking details to me immediately.

                Today was amount of 2599 debited from my account of hdfc bank in mumbai at cponeassis at 20:33pm, without any information or without informing me or without sending otp or phone call to me.
                And etlis bank have to inform me before the transaction.

                Also amount 5400 rs debit from my account on 04/09/2018 and i have complained many times but did not given good response from bank. And after this transaction i applied new card with insurance for dispute transaction.

                I want to reverse my amount with interested. I have frastaed.

                  I have a salary account with hdfc bank. on September 9th my account has debited 566rs as ach debit return charges I tried to call HDFC customer care no response and on October 10 again 575 has been charged for same reason I complain and got a call from hdfc customer telling that is has been charged for your loan. I don't have any of the loans till now...

                  I would like to tell you that, i applied an application to get the hdfc credit card, its been around more than one week.
                  After getting the reference number from hdfc bank behalf, i tried to check the status on their respective site.
                  Before it was showing inprocess and today when i was checking then i found it is decline.
                  Even i can assure you that, i gave the documents which was true to the best of my belief.
                  I gave more than 6 months my bank statement.
                  Main thing is that i didn't get any information about that application has been declined on hdfc bank behalf.
                  I tried couple of times to co-ordinate with customer care, but can't able to connect with them.

                  I would like to request you that please resolve this issue asap.

                    HDFC BANK given a worst customer support and redecules response by bank. No one can accepting my complaint all are saying contact with this and all.
                    As per home loan requirements I submitted all the documents and also submitted additional documents but now executive and credit manager not responsding about my loan.Executive manager submitted all documents but credit manager not a response in proper maneer. And now executive manager and credit manager switch off contact number.not answer call. When I was apply for complaint for that customer care not allow to do compaint against them. Just talking stupid things. And this is ridiculous response by HDFC bank.
                    I am waiting for my loan approval more than 35 days. But till now not a get a proper response.

                      I had made a transaction at louis philippe karol bagh store on 20th june for rs.10, 499 with an offer running that 10% cashback will be processed for payment through hdfc cards. I had used my hdfc regalia card, haven't received cashback despite 90 days window being over.

                      I have 4 other credit cards and have never faced a challenge when it comes to receiving cashback within the stipulated period. This is not the kind of service you expect when you sign up for especially a premium card.

                        On 14th Oct 2019, rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account number [protected]. When i checked the deduction why its happening than this detail is showing there — "hdfc bank — 3rd party cash txn inc gst 120717-mir[protected]". I don't know about this deduction? Why this deduction happen without my knowledge how would they can do?

                          I have salary account #[protected] and also a loan#50801710 running with hdfc bank since last around 2 years. Its emi was bounced for 4-5 months from nov 2018 to may 2019 due to some medical emergency at my home (I also informed bank regard this before bouncing) which i made clear in april-may paying whole money with all charges. Now when my salary for sep credited in my account they deduct around 1500 from account saying its for emi bounce charges of april and may month. I had raised grievance for it number[protected] and i received call from one of hdfc personnel named vishal arora from one of branch in bhiwani with number #[protected]. I asked only two question from vishal:
                          1) i asked if these are bounced in april-may then why you are debitong after 5-6 months in month of october, his answer was very rude that bank can deduct any time. How it is possible? Is bank a monopoly firm so that he can deduct any time.

                          2) secondly i asked if this amount you are deducting why there is no message at my number. At least i should be informed, but again his answer was very unprofessional and rude said that bank will not come to you to tell these things. You can check your loan statement.

                          As an employee if this is happening then we need to visit bank branch periodically which is not so easy to skip office and go to branch. Its not my problem its problem every middle man who is working in private firm. Bank deduct money then normal man have to visit branch many times without any solution.in last only you are our hope in this case. Please have a look into this on priority and help me to get refund asap and also please have a strict action for people like vishal who if can't help anyone atleast can talk patiently with their customer.

                            I have purchase some merchandise from louis philippe and there was 10% cashback if you pay through hdfc bank credit card but the cashback amount has not been credited in my account. It’s been 110 days. It’s been a long time and no one is paying attention to my complaint neither hdfc nor louis philippe. The cashback has not been credited in the account despite being more than 90 days.

                              Hi I have taken credit card settlement and it complete for the month October 2019.for settlement process happens it shows minus amount and I can't pay that such amount..so I want reopen a salary account here..due to this minus amount I can't open it ..I have no dues to pending..

                                I am very disappointed by cc collection team as well as its procedures.
                                First of all they put my account on hold without prior information and secondery when i contacted customer care they gave me wrong information. I been told if i will pay my minimum due. My account hold will be removed. But even after paying minimum account it took 6days to reflect in system though it was cash deposit into bank.

                                Will never recommend any of its service or product in future after this experience.

                                  Hi I am facing still moreover issues with hdfc ATM card.if I give valid 4 digit ATM pin no with correctly way but that went wrong like incorrect pin...I used almost so much of methods to try reset the pin no...but no use..please check this issue...and give me one fulfill solution..

                                    I have lost my food card which i got from cognizant. Currently i am working with ibm. Need help in order to get the new card and the pending amount in the new card which was around 2k. I already tried calling hdfc customer care more than 10 times but could not get any respond. Let me know if there is any mail id where i can raise the request for the same.

                                      Hi team,
                                      I have done a transaction on petrol pump and i have swipe my credit card on machine which was showing sticker of hdfc. But still when i see my transaction history i see below deduction.

                                      I have been charged rs.2950 on credit card. When there is so such law how come amount is getting deducted.

                                      Kindly look into the issue asap.
                                      Please let me know if you need any more details on it.
