Hi,
This is to bring to your notice that i did a transfer of 5995 through payzapp wallet to an account. But the amount got debited from the wallet but never got credited to the account.
I contacted [protected]@payzapp.in twice within these 4 days but i never got any response other than just a system generated mail. I've seen multiple cases where people are very unhappy with the payzapp customer service and they are getting frustrated to get their hard earned money back.

So i would like to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.

    I have used credit card and its only 1 month the payment has not been done, but the stupid rajkot region girl riddhi are continously calling and harrasing a lot, and there supervisor mr. Amit keep there phone in switch off mode so that we can't get connected.
    How to talk they have not been trained by there supervisor and in training staff, they doesn't know how customer get irritated by there calls, they dont have guts to call a big businessman who have not many dues from many months and are harrasing a middle class people, why you dont call big businessman as they are parents of hdfc bank, that is reason.
    All collection department staff first you all learn how to talk with you customer, if this customer is there than your hdfc bank is working if they gone your hdfc bank will go down. By talking this nonsense way you are spoiling your parent name anf name of hdfc bank.
    So please behave in better manner.

    Hi can I know what is mirevenue and why is their negative balance.

    Hdfc bank has deducted ach debit charges in my account without any prior information. I am not aware why this amount was deducted. I was deducted amount of ₹590 from my account.
    Hdfc bank cut my amount without even asking me. They have charged my amount 680 for minimum balance and 2800 balance charged for mi revenue my Hdfc bank.
    Dear sir my hdfc credit card till date i am not recived because courier Adress not mention in courier packet so he not delivered to me...

      I applied for credit card insta loan. I don't have hdfc bank account so bank sent a demand draft. Hdfc bank delivered my demand draft through uwex courier but there is no website name and contact number on internet so i couldn't track my courier. Please provide website and contact number of courier. I have track number too but without website how can i tracked?

        Ur transaction on HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM Card ending **** for Rs. 2250.00 has been credited/reversed by Flipkart Payme on[protected]:19:45:09

        However when i checked my balance or statement. The amount was not credited back. please resolve This issue.

          Dear friends,

          Credit card hdfc bank don't have a strategy of full filling of customer satisfaction. Its aims to loot the hard earned money from all customers.

          Who ate my money forceful will never be happy they die very bad with all severe diesases see u ppl get a wrost diesases and it ll spread to all our family members also.

          U ppl looted my money in name of interest and i when requested for reversal u ppl ll never understand the customer situation. U police's nd procedures have designed to loot money from customer in anyways.

          I have paid the amount more than complete outstanding now but i try to utilize the card it's getting decline completely i contact customer care
          They informed the card permanently blocked and im shocked there is no intimation through any channel type call/sms/email.. Now i paid the more amount in credit card how abt this amount now no one is responding nd helping me.. See if it's gonna go in this way i ll write a mail to bank ombudsman and i ll file a legal complaint on # madharchods who drunk my blood of money..

          I have the excess amount to my credit card and my credit card is already closed but still I am getting calls from your collection departments to pay more 5000 rs .

          I'm already in debt stage in terms of financial situation .I'm requesting for credit card activation but ur team is not responding but I even don't want to use hdfc bank credit card but my small sincere request pls stop generating intrest on my credit card which is already closed I'm not in a position to make a payment also if the hdfc bank forces me like this I have only one option need to die so please i request once again from my bottom of my heart pls stop torture me to clear remaining outstanding of credit card I.e of interest charges.

          Team please check my account from last one year onwards I never requested for any kind of reversal or service gesture for intrest charges and I makes the excess payment to my credit card which is credit limit of 32000 and I payed already 42000 so please i request team if there any outstanding on my card that ll be the intrest charges only so pls reverse the charges and cancel my credit account permanently .
          I hope I can hear from you soon .

            I ayan chatterjee m-[protected]. My mother rupali chatterjee has taken a personal loan from hdfc bank at 2017 for business purpose.. Loan account number-[protected]. Regarding some financial problem she was unable to repay this and she need some time to settle this.. But suddenly a call is coming from this number [protected] regarding payment and not only that she is calling at my ex working place dbs bank to my ex senior biswarup chatterjee sambhu das and also biswarup chatterjee's father who is a senior citizen and also telling that... Ayan chatterjee has taken loan and given yours number in loan application... She is continuously harassing them.
            So my only request that i didn't taken any loan from hdfc bank and not a loan defaulter.. So how the lady can harrash my ex seniors and his father also by telling that ayan chatterjee has taken loan and not repaying..
            Please note the number and do need full regarding this matter..
            Please proof this that i am a loan defaulter and i have put biswarup chatterjee, his father and sambhu das number in my personal loan application which is actually not exist..

              Cancellation of one assist membership
              I am a hdfc credit card holder. The bank has auto debited amount from my credit card number ending with 8407 without my concern on date 21/09/2019. I am not interested in this one assist membership so please cancel the service immediately and refund the amount as soon as possible.
              Last year also i have cancelled it but my account is not refunded.

                  In june i have stopped cradit card due to i have lost my card. Card blocked ok but bill auto payment has not done and some extra charges done and also 600 rupees fund trafer in auto on 3 oct.
                  If this 3 oct payment done without my permission then why not auto pay clear on 28 june??? If 28 june auto pay clealed then my balance safe and extra charges not done.
                  Pls clear why not done auto pay on june bill. Also no any information about auto pay stoped. Befor all bill pay in auto mode.

                      This is regarding phone calls am getting from legal department. My brother had a personal loan from hdfc. Instead of calling him directly, legal team is making call to references saying he had missed to pay the installation so inform him the same. Why? Why are they troubling references?
                      I was patient at start but after that they started calls monthly saying the same. I asked the ladies on other side instead of bothering references directly call the loan holder but then they were not at all ready to listen and started taking some random names from the locality that we will notify this and that person. Even once lady called me just to say we will send notice to this person and cut the line, she is not ready to tell her name. Why should not i file a case for mental harassment against legal?

                        Hey, i ve been a hdfc card holder for over a decade now. But off late there is sudden spike in harrasem, ent calls. I ve been getting calls from one particular number where the person claims to be an hdfc employee.
                        Upon me catching his lie the person became abusive and threatening ion nature all the time claiming to be working for hdfc. Obviously this is a false claim. But it just becomes very concerning for us when our information gets in the hands of these criminal elements. Past one week specially has been bad. The fools haven't changed the number they call from but different people are on the line. I am giving the number here with the hope that you can do something about it. +91 [protected].

                          I am a hdfc account holder for over 10 years. I never expected to face the kind of bad service i have been facing ever since i moved abroad.
                          I tried converting my account to non-resident ordinary and always had the docket/ticket closed automatically after being told by someone at the bank that they could not contact me. I always clarified in the complaints to not try my registered number, instead contact me via my email id.
                          These people have made me pay fines because of their professional incompetence and i always stayed calm. That was a mistake, probably i was being too complacent about their horrible customer-service or a lack of it.
                          As i write this, i am still working on trying to get my account converted to an nro and i already expect that this ticket will also be # down, even though this is heir level number 2 of escalation process.
                          I am disappointed, hopeless and this bank needs to mend its ways or provide a valid explanation for their incorrigible behaviour.

                            Receiving promotional loan calls from hdfc on daily basis, despite of my refusal for same (Not interested as if now) and requested to not to disturb me giving daily calls.

                            I also activated the dnd on my mobile but still i am getting these promotional calls from hdfc.
                            These calls are disturbing as getting them daily. Even sometimes getting multiple times in the day.

I recently join job after a long period of time employer opened my salary account in hdfc bank but when i receive my first salary bank lien on my account and i am not able to withdraw amount. Due to accident i was job less last 2 years. I want settle my outstanding amount of credit card. But no response from customer care. They give me a contact no [protected], 02, 03, 04 but no one pick call and i also visit branch they dont no about this matter how it is resolve. You are request please remove lien and make atleast 2 emi of outstanding amount. When i called to customer care they told me 62000 is your outstanding amount.

                                  In the month of may there has been a transaction of over one lakh that was made and subsequently due to insufficent balance in my bank my minimum amount was deducted. I am surprised not the bank or the credit card division reached out to me to check why a customer since 15 years is defaulting on payment instead has been convinently charging me finance charges and continuing to deduct the minimum balance.
                                  I realised this last week and reached out to your customer contact and my relationship manager at the branch. I dont see any emphaty nor any revert.
                                  I will ensure that i pay my balance amount immediately minus all the finance charges and stop all the future dealings with hdfc. By the way i had taken two home loans and ensure payments were made muxch before the stipulated tenure.
                                  My only request to you is to please ensure that you do not treat customers just as to generate revenue but with whom there is a long term relationship that is mantained.

                                    I’m smriti and i just got charged with ₹6700 on my credit card on 12th oct, 2019 at 4:44am.
                                    I did not make any transaction or purchase any type of content off of itunes.

                                      I am a hdfc credit card holder. The bank has auto debited amount from my credit card number ending with 5236 without my concern on date 04/04/2019. I am not interested in this one assist membership so please cancel the service immediately and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                        When i checking my account i found that i hve -885.00 balance is available. I am shocked because i haven't done any transaction untill now. Since account open currently.
                                        I gone through why this has happened? Ifound some revenue hold it was.
                                        What is mirevenue hold through gefu?
                                        Don't deduct any amount from my account.. Even you don't informed about this holds during account opening. I am dissatisfied all your process from creating account on words. Too much delay and now amount on hold. You are not customer friendly.
