I have used credit card and its only 1 month the payment has not been done, but the stupid rajkot region girl riddhi are continously calling and harrasing a lot, and there supervisor mr. Amit keep there phone in switch off mode so that we can't get connected.
How to talk they have not been trained by there supervisor and in training staff, they doesn't know how customer get irritated by there calls, they dont have guts to call a big businessman who have not many dues from many months and are harrasing a middle class people, why you dont call big businessman as they are parents of hdfc bank, that is reason.
All collection department staff first you all learn how to talk with you customer, if this customer is there than your hdfc bank is working if they gone your hdfc bank will go down. By talking this nonsense way you are spoiling your parent name anf name of hdfc bank.
So please behave in better manner.
