I have submitted request to hdfc bank on december 2018 to close my credit card again on 30th august i have submitted request.
But they are not closing my card again and again i am calling to their customer care number and they are keep on telling it will take time.
It's so many days now but they are not closing my card
Kindly look into the matter and close my credit card as soon as possible.

I have done a transaction of rs 7, 000 on 2nd Oct and amount was deducted from my bank account but amount not received error shown 'timeout session' again I try then amount received only 7, 000 but 1 transaction amount not received..

Cancelled a merchant emi from HDFC credit card and money Got reversed to credit card account and still HDFC bank is asking me to pay the emi for a closed loan with no emi commitment at all as my bill is generated already. Please help me.

    I have made an online transaction on 21st september 2019 for irctc, the transaction got rejected by bank but the amount got debited from my bank account. As per the norms, it should have been reverted back to my account wihin 3-4 working days but it is still stuck somewhere in dispute. I tried reaching hdfc bank's customer care and visited the local branch ass well but no one is ready to help on priority and asking me to fill the transaction dispute form multiple times. Request to kindly help resolve this issue on priority basis

    When iam paying vendor through a gateway, transaction was shown cancelled but money was deducted, gateway contact informed the money was not received and asked me to followup with the bank.

      I had placed two orders on 5th july via zomato app using a coupon code zomatohdfc where a cashback of 25% of the total bill value (Upto rs. 150 max) was supposed to be credited to my bank account within 90 days. Following are the details:

      Unfortunately, i did not receive any cashback from hdfc regarding this offer.

      I have been raising complaints on hdfc portal but there is no option for promotional codes for hdfc. This is such a pathetic service on your end.
      On contacting zomato, they informed me to contact hdfc as it is a promotional offer from their end.

      This is not the first time where hdfc provided coupon codes on third party apps for bookings and has not credited the cashback amount to the users. They give us a cashback duration of 90 days so that the user forgets about the cashback offers and it is easy for hdfc to fool their customers.

        I order online through swiggy/tomato on a regular basis and i frequently experience a problem where i do not receive the otp from hdfc and cannot place my order. This happens several times a week. I usually don't carry cash with me because i prefer making online transactions and i often don't have the time to go to an atm just to withdraw money for a food order. Please resolve this issue at the earliest as it is very frustrating.

I even tried selecting another option at random to at least write down my complaint but it did not give me the choice to write it just opened a window with some information that doesn't concern me. Kindly stop giving these condescending automated replies and making me run around your shoddy feedback page and please resolve this issue, Anay if you are even a real person. I wouldn't be surprised if you're a bot.

            I am current/ saving account holder in your bank ( [protected]) Cust ID[protected] date 28/07/2019 I was using bank's ATM located at Central Bank of India khudiram boss pusa waini ATM I'd (D22D253611) . at around 06:20 pm to withdraw Rs. 2000 from my account. But suddenly the machine switched off and I could not receive any money or receipt, but I received a message on my mobile that Rs. 2000 has been withdrawn. In reality, I had not received any cash in my hand. I checked my account summary online also. It is also showing a debit of Rs. 2000.

            Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

Upon receiving your complaint we had raised a chargeback with the acquiring bank in response to which we have received valid proof indicating that the funds have been successfully dispensed and hence express our inability to credit the said amount in your account.

            However, basis your query and as a service gesture, we had once again raised this case with the acquiring bank and requested them to confirm the successful dispensation of cash by providing the additional documents including CCTV footage. We would like to inform you that the acquiring bank has once again confirmed that they did not have excess cash in the ATM on the date of the transaction. We are awaiting CCTV footage from the acquiring bank. In case, if any further clarification is required, please feel free to contact our Branch Manager Mr. Amit Sinha on +91 [protected] or email him on amitg.[protected]@hdfcbank.com, and he will be glad to assist you.

              Tried to withdraw money from atm in mysore road metro station at 10.50 am. Unfortunately cash did not dispense and session time out message was displayed on the atm display.

              After few minutes when i left from the place i received debit message on my mobile for the failed transaction.

              Tried to talk in person to the bank customer care but no luck. Sent few emails with required information but was able to get only automated reply.

              Please help me get the refund as inconvenience happened from the bank's end.

                  I have booked a ticket in redbus on 22-sep-2019 from kavali-banglore on 08-oct-2019 using my debit card. I have cancelled that ticket on 04-oct-2019 and redbus has initiated the refund process on 04-oct-2019 and i got message from hdfc bank on 5-oct-2019 at 8:31pm saying that my refund has been credited/reversed into my hdfc debit card but that amount is reflected in my account.

                    Need to pre-close my hdfc insta jumbo loan on credit card. There is no process mentioned on hdfc bank website or netbanking account. Since the process to take loan is easy then why they do not have any process to close the same online as well. On customer care number it is very difficult to talk to customer care executive.

                      Hi,

                      On 20th of sept, 2019, i made a transaction of 12, 999 which i had to cancel within an hour. I got the confirmation email from amazon for cancellation and the order canceled successfully.

                      In the mail it was mentioned, it would take up to 5 business days for the refund to process to my account.

                      After that period i got a little worried because, and contacted amazon they said the has been successfully processed from their side and the refund reference number is 024748 (And the order id is[protected].

                      After that, i contacted the bank customer service lots of the time they are giving the same answer that it has to cancel from amazon's side. And all the time different solutions they are giving, once they mentioned writing to customerservices. [protected]@hdfcbank.com, i did. Today i got a reply from them to wait for 15 days after canceling the order for a refund to be processed.

                      But 15 days have been already passed. I replied to them within an hour of getting a reply from them but again they will take 2 working days to reply to me.

                      I am attaching all the screenshot of amazon's reply with the refund reference number and bank's reply as well.

                      Thanks to all the people in advance, who are going to look into this issue.

                        Due to non maintenance of minimum balance now my balance is -4195.
                        I went to bank yesterday if it can be closed but they are saying i have to pay this amount. I asked if it possible make it 0 so that i can reuse this same account.
                        Now i am in tension because i don’t have money to close it.
                        So i request you to please solve this problem so that i can reuse this account.

                        Moreover if it is other charges then I don't think it can be this much only for 1 year and some months.

                              Hi,
                              I had to transfer amount of 10200 cad for gic purpose (Canada) and initiated the process. Initially i went to hdfc branch which is located in technopark of trivandrum. A person by name shibu told me that the wire would be risky and asked me to try online. I did tried couple of days and got an error email. I went back to shibu and showed him the error email. So it almost took 4 days including the weekend. So ideally 4 days of mine is wasted because of the hdfc employee. I was still patient. I went back to shibu tulsidharan with my cheque and asked him to file gic through wire transfer. He gave me a form to fill and passport xerox was also taken. He gave me few of the previously applied gic applications to ease filling the form. That's when i realised people had filled it manually earlier and he has handled these cases before. He still wasted my time asking me to do online.
                              I was still patient. This happened on 30th september 2019. I asked him to file the application on the same day since it was really urgent to me. He denied saying he is busy today and will be doing it the next day. He did filed the application on oct 1st'2019. Total amount of 557000 was deducted from the account along with 1100 commission. Evening i got a call from shibu saying the application is on hold since the name in passport and account is different. He wasn't even aware that the name has to be same even after handling so many gic cases. I was still patient. 2nd oct was a holiday. I gave him a call on, 3rd october asking about the status. He says he has requested for the refund and it is in process. Its 5th october today and i haven't got back my amount, neither my gic is processed. Everyday he says something new saying he has requested treasury for the refund. And not even sure when the refund is happening. Everyday he says it will be done by eod and there's no update. During my conversation with him today 5th oct he mentioned saying today is saturday i'm not sure if they process. Why not? Saturday is a working day for the employees right? Also, 7th and 8th oct is a holiday. I haven't got my money back neither i'm able to file gic. I asked him if i should apply for name change as per passport yesterday 4th oct he said that's not required he would take approvals and get it done. And today 5th oct he says you have to apply for name change. I have had such bad experience with hdfc i would not recommend it to my friends and family going forward. I am very frustrated with the process and the customer support executives. He is a manager of a bank and is not able to communicate to me in english. Please take this escalation and let me know when i would get my money back? I have already wasted my 2 weeks and next week also since the name change will take 3 working days. I make sure this reaches all social media and people are aware about this.

                                I have done transaction on oct 1st through hdfc credit card 12300/ to payzapp wallet.
                                Money got deducted from hdfc credit card. But payzapp wallet not reflected 12300/ amount.

                                Im facing this issue last four days.
                                Still amount not reflect back to hdfc credit card or payzapp wallet.

                                I contacted hdfc customer care. They told that wait for 2 days, it will reflect but no response till now.
                                No contact support for payzapp wallet.

                                Please provide valid solution.

When i try to login it shows up the login window of the old website, briefly shows the interface of the old website, then logs out and takes you back to the home page of the new website.                                     I bought a product from amazon for ₹996. I paid it by upi money transfer attached with my hdfc bank account. After some time i cancelled the order and requested for refund of payment. The amazon initiate my refund on same day and they send me a refund reference #[protected] number and ask me to wait for 4 business days. The date when amazon initiate the refund is 30 september 2019 but till 04 october 2019 i haven’t receive my refund yet. I call amazon and ask them for my refund and they said that please contact with your bank customer care. Please help me out for this trouble.
