      I have transferred rs.14000 (Fourteen thousand) from my account hdfc on 10th oct 2019.
      However, the beneficiary did not received the amount. The transaction status is failed.
      But the amount got deducted from my account. Bank has not returned the amount till this date.

Sometimes due to technical issue at the beneficiary bank end, it may take 2-3 working days for the payment settlement in the beneficiary party's account/reversal back to the remitter account. In case of nonreceipt of reversal/beneficiary still denies of having received the funds at their end, within the stipulated time as mentioned above, do write back to us with the beneficiary's latest bank account statement (statement with bank logo & account number) to enable us to assist you better.

        Today i receive this sms from hdfc bank
        "dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[private] issued to bajaj finanace limited with value rs. 50000.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch."

        I don't understand why i'm receiving this message and what this means.
        I don't want hdfc to process this amount or request.
        Please help.

Since i am hdfc bank savings account holder but still yet to receive the fast tag for my vehicle and as mention in the website still any representative from bank didn't call me for this.                 My self ramnayan yadav, i was travelling to varanasi airport on 04.02.2019 then i need some cash i seen hdfc bank at jaunpur on my way. I removed 10000 rs cash but it was deducted twice i complaint to my axis bank twice my complaint number is [protected]
                I went to sultanpur branch at axis bank i got information from help desk i need to lodge complaint against hdfc bank

                  I had applied for hdfc fastag but the tag is tagged to some other user in gujarat. When i called the customer care, they asked to send an email to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com which i sent along with rc copy, aadhaar and application copy on oct 2nd. When i called them today, they say they have not even received the email. I have not received any email bounce message as well.

                  Can't understand how can they even tag it to someother customer inspite of having the documents as proof.

                  No resolution till now. and Fastag team never contacted me. I had to call them every time and even now they say its forwarded to concerned department, but don't have a date on when this will be resolved. Its raised on Oct2nd and totally non-responsive email mechanism with no Service request tracking or SLAs.

                    I bought a product from amazon for ₹299 on 29 september 2019. I paid ₹3 by amazon pay balance and ₹296 by upi money transfer attached with my hdfc bank account. After receiving the order i canceled the order and requested for return and refund and amazon accept my this request. The amazon initiate my refund on 06 october 2019and they send me a refund reference #[protected] number and ask me to wait for 05 october 2019. I received my ₹3 amazon pay balance on same day when amazon initiated my refund but i haven’t receive my refund of ₹296 yet. I call amazon and ask them for my refund and they said that please contact with your bank customer care. Please help me out for this trouble.

                      My name is samir i have using hdfc zero balance salary account without any intimated they deducted 590 rs from my account as debit charge, after spoken a lady of hdfc customer care cheennai her name is vaishnavi, her behavior was very rude, and please helping me to get my money, hdfc simpley looting the customer and after call to customer no one giving proper response.

                      We have checked our records and confirm that the charge of Rs. 590/- levied to your account pertains to ECS debit return.

                      In terms of Clearing guidelines, issued by RBI, the clear funds balance available in the account at the beginning of the day would be considered for the purpose of ECS(s) received in clearing. We note that in your said account, the clear funds balance at the time of presentation of the said ECS(s), was not sufficient to cover the ECS(s) received in clearing.

                      Therefore the ECS(s) was returned due to insufficient funds and the corresponding charges for ECS(s) dishonor were levied to your account. Kindly note that these charges attract GST as applicable.

                      We advise you to maintain sufficient clear funds balance in the account in the future, at the time of issuance of the ECS(s), to avoid the ECS(s) return charges being levied to your account.

                        As there was a credit of rs. 500 on 7th oct 2019. My account balance is 560. But yesterday i came to know that there was only 325 and there is a loss of rs.235 and i didn't even made any transaction. So, it should be there in the account. Moreover the debited amount is not reflected in statement too. Only the transaction made on 5th october 2019 reflect on the statement. And i have been trying to complain this through phone call but end up being call ended. So, i just want to file a complaint regards this.

                          Respected sir,

                          I am an old account holder of your esteemed bank having a salary account in hdfc for 8 years. I have been getting my salary credited to the hdfc account with my branch located in malad orlem. The salary account that was supposed to be a zero balance account was not having the criteria of maintaining a minimum balance ever since day one when my account was opened in your bank as a salary account. However, to my biggest surprise from march 2018 i was getting deducted for non-maintenance of the minimum balance in the account. I had raised a complaint with hdfc regarding the same via email and had received a reply from an employee in your bank named payal rathod (Payal. [protected]@hdfcbank.com) on 18 may’18 stating that the charges levied would be reverted to the account.
                          However, these deductions are continuing in the account every month for the past many months. When i had walked into your orlem branch in malad inquiring about the same, i was given a very vague and illogical answer that my salary account has been converted to a normal account.
                          I am very much baffled and astonished to know that an account that has been receiving salary every month for the past 8years from the same company with no breaks and disruptions has been converted to a normal account. As per my knowledge, if a salary account has to be converted to a normal account there is a prior intimation given via email and sms 7 days before, post which if there is no salary credited to the account, it would be converted to a normal account. However, in my case there was no intimation given nor have i taken break where my salary has not been credited as i have been working with sitel india pvt ltd for the past 8 yrs now.
                          This has been very dissatisfying and troublesome as i have to follow-up on this in the middle of my schedule and there is not much information given by anyone whom i contact.. Apart from all this, when the same is questioned to the bank, the answers given are vague and arrogant because i was told that the conversion of my account to normal account was due to some technical glitch that has happened in the system. My biggest question is, “how did a system glitch happen to change my account status?” and “why was i not informed about the same?”. Last month, due to this unwanted circus stunt, i happened to miss my loan payment for which i would be charged an additional amount by the bank not to mention how it would affect my cibil scores.

But adhok stmt charges rs 118/- deduct my a/c. Sir please check us 10/10/2019 deduct 118/-my account. Sir i told branch but no respose of my complaint. Last time deduct rs 179/-cash deposit charges.                                 Sir i applied for credit card on 30 september and today is 11 oct the status is showing on process from past 10 days pls help me with this when i will get my card tell me asap i have done all the formalities which have been asked from the bank all the documents have been submitted by me to bank please tell me when i will get my card from the bank since it has been 10 days i have nt receivd any msg or call from bank thanku

                                  I am soundariya from chennai. Unauthorized amount rs.2990 deducted from my savings account with negative balance rs.-1330. After long complaint process. They respond one worst mail with fake reason such as i opt credit shield policy for my unused (Not even activated) credit card. Then i wrote a request letter to cancel that credit shield policy. Now after 20 days of frustrated now only my savings account bals become rs.0.00 from rs.-1330. I can't able to understand your policy details very disappointed. What about my money (Rs.2990). Not even single message or call i didn't have. Everything happened automatically.

                                  When i asked about this issue to bank people. They don't know. And then they raised some complaints regarding this issue to that credit card division.

                                  Please help me for this issue. I don't know what to do. Not even single person could know about this. From bank side there is no help and support. Same thing happened from customer care end

                                    In 2015 myself KALLAM VEERARRDDY MY DECEASED SON KALLAM RAJKUMAR REDDY EMPNO R9351 THE COMPENSATION DETAILS AND WHAT HOW MUCH AMOUNT TO WHOM ACCOUNTS TRANSFERED NOT GIVEN CORRECTLY BY HFFC BANK PAD DEPARTMENT MUMBAI IN 2016 AFTER THE COMPLAINT IN 2016 BANK PEOPLE CALLED AND GIVEN RS 300000 CHEQUE ISSUED IN 2015 OCTOBER BUT GIVEN IN MARCH 2016 AT THAT TIME IM PARALYSED please register complaint and if any pending amounts release those amounts I need total details amounts how much transfered to whom accounts on which date

                                        HI Team,

                                        Amazon has refunded money to my bank which was debited from my debit card. I also received message on amazon that - my refund on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 4441 for rs. 1234.00 has been credited/reversed by amazon on[protected]". But till now i didn't received money in my bank account

                                        Amazon company send me reference numbers of refund for sending to HDFC bank customer care please send email /contact number so that l can send reference numbers
