I have submitted a dispute from in the month of July’19, due to wrong payment of 2, 06, 567.00/- to wrong CC number which is not belongs to HDFC CC. it was a balance transfer from the kotak bank. I have attached the copy of DD for your reference.

DD was submitted in the month of June, it has been cleared from Kotak, last 2 months I am paying interest amount to HDFC and Kotak both the places.

hold amount on saving account

torn note from atm

From my office hdfc bank atm, i got a torn note of rupees 100.
It is half torn and i even showed the same as it came out from atm, into the atm camera.

How to exchange that.

It came out on 3rd sept 2019 from my office situated atm
Address is given in the address field already and i really want to suggest, to please put the currency that is not torn into the atm.

This is not good...

hdfc credit card cancellation of one assist membership

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1899 from my credit card number ending with xxxxxxxxxxxx5067 without my authorization on date:30/08/2019.

I don't want this membership, so cancel the membership and refund the same. Please take the necessary action asap otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.

depository charges

non delivery of my fastag

I applied for HDFC FASTAG on 25th July, 2019 with application acknowledgement no. HFR 192133.
Subsequently, i paid INR 500/ as requiste charges vide my HDFC Credit card.

Regret, after repeated calls to your helpline no.[protected], I am yet to receive my FASTAG.

I raised a chargeback to HDFC bank for a credit card transaction dated: 7th July 2019 of Rs. 52000.00
HDFC given a reference no for: [protected] for inquiry.

Merchant already confirmed that they given the acceptance on chargeback to merchant bank. The merchant confirmation email also shared with HDFC. However HDFC neither return my money, nor given me a temporary credit till date inspite of my closed follow up with HDFC....

hdfc ergo general insurance
