It is to bring to your notice that i dis a transcation on dt. 13.07.2019 of an amount of rs. 13110/- for rajdhani electricity bill payment through the app mobikwik, but the same was not successful and the screenshot of the unsuccessful transaction is also attached alongwith the screenshot of the hdfc sms in which the amount of rs. 13110/- was debited from my credit card. A complaint regarding this is also lodged through the hdfc customer care on dt. 14.07.2019, 15.07.2019 and 21.07.2019 respectively in addition to that a transaction ofa the amount of rs. 159/- was done on dt. 15.07.2019 through my credit card which was not done by me and a complaint regarding the same is also registered through hdfc custromer care by me on dt. 15.07.2017. Screenshot of duly filled hdfc transaction dispute form is also attached for your reference. Please take the remedial action at the earliest without causing any further inconvenience as so many days had already been passed.

    On date 12th of july, rs 500 deducted twice while swiping my hdfc atm card at shaheed chaman petrolleum new delhi but till date it is not refund in my hdfc bank account no [protected]
    Kindly check my account & resolved the problem.

      Dear sir
      I have taken a car loan through hdfc bank, loan account no. 51310420, loan sanction amount was rs. 315, 000/- out of that total emi amount due 34, 331.51 only. I already informed that collection agent that i will pay these balance emi within 10th of august as full n final settlement.

      But all of a sudden on 20/july/2019, i got a phone call from the mobile number [protected], the person said his name "mr. Arun kr das, advocate on behalf of the bank" said me that they have filed a case against me and threatening over phone that he will come my home, will seize my car and send me in jail.

      Whether i didn't get any legal notice prior from the bank.

      For this situation me and my family very afraid and prayer for resolved this issue.

          I am rahul kumar sharma wah holding of hdfc credit card in 2014. Credit limit was 50000 rupees.
          Due to my late father surviving with cancer diagnosed i was unable to pay the amount of credit card.

          Since 2015 i am requesting to take the actual amount and and finish the all the things. But representative asking me to pay a more than that. Since then i'm receiving regular threatening calls.
          The collars a using abuse language they are according to my friends relatives and my colleagues and using abusive language with them.
          They are calling my number approx 8 to 10 time in a day.
          Still i'm interested to pay a lump sum amount to rupees 50000 to the bank and requesting them to issue noc to clear my civil but they are on that.
          Today are asking my address to see me at my house.
          Dear sir, please look into the matter they are destroying my image and harassing me & my family my wife got very scared by taking the actual amount and finish all the things. But representative asking me to pay a more than that. Since then i'm receiving regular threatening calls.

              Hey, i am an nre customer with hdfc bank for the past 5 years now. I am fed up with the slow customer service here. Since the day i’ve landed in india, i’m unable to use my debit card. No transaction is going through, neither is my card working in the atm, nor can i transfer any funds. I’m helpless

              I’ve applied for an address change, so that i can receive a new debit card, where i currently stay in mumbai. But this process is also taking ages. I’ve submitted all the documents that were asked at the hdfc branch in thakur village, near thakur college, mumbai

              Today is the 12th day, let alone my debit card, the address has still not been updated in the records.
              Once the address is updated from your end, only then can i apply for a debit card, i seriously don’t understand why is this process taking so long.

              Such kind of slackness is causing me a lot of problems, as i can neither use my funds nor do i have any money.

              I write, to express my grief, that’s because of this snail like process i’m suffering.
              Today is the 12th day, since i’ve come to india and submitted the documents and there is no update from your side. Everyday, i check my net banking for the address change update, but unfortunately it never gets changed.
              I literally have no money on my hands right now, and today i really regret relying solely on hdfc bank

              After all this, i applied for an instant debit card for which i will be again charged. Because i don't have nay money on me..

              If the address change would have been done well in time, i would have applied for the debit card and would have got it well within time.

              I thi k this is the trick that hdfc bank is playing to fleece their customers into getting money from them..

              Such pathetic services is totally unacceptable from a bank like hdfc bank.

                It has been more than 3 months and my hdfc cash back of 5 percent on rs 134000 payment made on booking through yatra is still pending.
                Yatra guys are saying that it is hdfc bank responsibility for the cashback.
                Please let me if now if their is any chance of my cashback or all the hdfc cashback offers are fraud.

                  This is to inform you that on 03th july one fraud call received from health care india[protected]/[protected] rs, 25998/- inr has been deducted from my hdfc credit account. Kindly help me to get my money back. I have blocked my credit card. Now bill generated on 19th july and this amount reflect in my credit card bill due to the fraud transaction which has happened.

                      Hdfc credit card representative came to my house, filled the forms and gave me a confirmation that i will get my credit card within 7 days. Post that there was no email. I got a call from a sales team person who needed some details. Post that day, he hasn't picked up my calls. After 15 days had passed, i got a message that they have completed processing the card, i went online and put my application number and it said declined. I need to know the reason for this decline, because i have been waiting since 15 days and i need to know why this reason wasn't told to me while applying for the card.
                      The other sales man whose contact i have, sound under confident and its almost like they themselves don't know the procedures.
                      Pathetic service. Staff not trained properly.

                        What are these charges? I want it to be reversed..

                        2. I always used to pay the minimum balance due. It was never made clear that minimum balance due will attract interest. This is a very deceptive manner of charging interest. It should have been made clear that minimum due will only ensure that penal charges arent levied but interest is. The high-interest rate itself is a charge.

                        How can such deceptive practice be carried out? I want these charges reversed.

Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date.                               Dear sir,
                              Myself ca priya verma, i am from jaipur. My hdfc saving bank account no. Is[protected].
                              A year back i joined a mnc that time i opened the hdfc saving bank account and then i shifted to other bank when i left the co.
                              Since october'18 i was trying to close my hdfc saving bank account, i visited the branch two times but didn't get proper responses from them.
                              I started working in mumbai so it’s not possible for me to visit the branch on regular basis.
                              I tried to request for the closure of account via net/online banking but there is no options available.
                              Today i again tried to contact with customer care but no responses received and i came to know that there is a negative balance of 4233.99 and i did not get any previous intimation regarding the charge.
                              This is not at all tolerable the branch has to give notice or intimations.
                              Since this is a complaint against a specific bank viz. Hdfc bank where no policies issues involved, consumer education and protection department, central officer is request you to examine the complaint and take suitable action.
                              Please consider my request and help me in closing my account as soon as possible.

                              Dear sir,
                              Myself ca priya verma, i am from jaipur. My hdfc saving bank account no. Is[protected].
                              A year back i joined a mnc that time i opened the hdfc saving bank account and then i shifted to other bank when i left the co.
                              Since october'18 i was trying to close my hdfc saving bank account, i visited the branch two times but didn't get proper responses from them.
                              I started working in mumbai so it’s not possible for me to visit the branch on regular basis.
                              I tried to request for the closure of account via net/online banking but there is no options available.
                              Today i again tried to contact with customer care but no responses received and i came to know that there is a negative balance of 4233.99 and i did not get any previous intimation regarding the charge.
                              This is not at all tolerable the branch has to give notice or intimations.
                              Since this is a complaint against a specific bank viz. Hdfc bank where no policies issues involved, consumer education and protection department, central officer is request you to examine the complaint and take suitable action.
                              Please consider my request and help me in closing my account as soon as possible.

                                Hi team,

                                My customer id is 70060031, recently my credit card statement has been generated.in that financial charges are 747rs for the outstanding amount of 2000. And for the previous month statement their a financial charges are 1208 for the outstanding amount of 35000. I don't on what basis this financial charges are applicable. For 35k it will 1208 and for only 2k it will be 747.
                                Kindly check the issue.

                                We wish to inform that, payment of at least the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Specific to your card account, we are not in receipt of complete payments towards the outstanding as per the statement due date and in view of the same, bank charges as applicable was levied to your credit card account.                                   Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 3 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing more than 9000 nagative balance.

                                  The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.

                                  I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
                                  Plz juistice to me. What is the solution? What is the action will take against the bank?

                                    I ave applied a pl in hdfc bank and submitted all required documents on 12 th july 2019. After that i got msg on 15th july approved loan amount is 3.4l but from that day hdfc bank sales executive informed me my loan is put on hold due to some reasons and then again i submit another set of required documents. He told me today i will get msg for appoval of amount still now i have not received any msg from hdfc bank. My request is if bank is not able to disburse amount plzz inform me why they are delaying this process. For your information loan application numer is[protected]

                                      At 6th of june 2019 i have used my atm card for withdraw an amount of 10, 000 from my account. Amount deducted from my account but cash stuck at atm machine. At 11th of june i register a complaint on customer care and bank both place but there is no response from bank yet at 19th of july 2019. How can i get my money back. Bank is not responding on my complaint and bank told me to call customar care and when i call customar care they told me to contact bank.

                                        I have 236 amount on hold and my account balance is 474... May i know when the hold will be cleared

                                        In this account i have amount on hold is 19734.37 and account balance is 1928... Available balance is -17806.37, this happened because of the loan emi over due, i have paid it yesterday (Hdfc agent says it is something related to lean, i didn't understand though), may i know when my account available balance turns out to be positive
