Hello sir,

This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 799.00/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 10 june 2019.

Initially when i opened a salary account with that demat account also they forced us to open without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees. Now all of a sudden they have charged rs 799.00/-.. This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now. Even there is no message after the depository charges are applied to me through message or mail.

And after all we are working hard and earning money. Kindly suggest how do we proceed with the same to ensure that in future, no such issue is encountered.

Also, i request you to please refund the deducted amount to my salary account.

    I was cheated by hdfc bank and its personal loan representatives badly. Personal loan amount had been disbursed as per their interest rates and with their desired deductions, but i was told different stories before i was proceeding with documentations. I would like to register a complaint on couple of aspects below so that my loss can be refunded or justified.

    1. Interest rate that i was told by a representative is 10.75 but they charged 11.25 allegedly.
    2. Pre-emi interest had been imposed allegedly which was not told or explained earlier. Verification was delayed intentionally and said that if a loan amount is disbursed after 21st of every month then i will have to pay first emi after two months which will attract pre-emi interest.
    3. I was told processing fees could be 1000 around but its now 6454/- in total.
    4. I requested no insurance, i guess it was made tricky by applying pre-emi amount as same as insurance.
    5. I need justice on sooner installment and no pre-emi

      Got hdfc fastag, there was no welcome email. So i called customer care to get wallet id, customer id. Every time try to register, it says record not found. Try to reach out customer care, they said it will work but till now not able to register. Tried all options like forgot password etc but unless you first time register it will not work. So there is no way i can recharge the wallet. It has balance 240 so i have no other option to discard the tag once money is over and apply fastag though paytm which works perfectly on my second car.

            I have purchased iphone X and hdfc bank promised me 10000₹ cashback after 90 days and it’s been more then 1.5 years and i have not received any cashback and even i have visited bank many times but they don’t provide any particular detail and the bank excutive told me he have mailed at the head office but he is not getting any particular reply
            Hdfc bank cashback is totally fraud.

              My name is Raju and my registerd mobile number is [protected]/[protected] and my card number is [protected] And I am here about my problems i am facing this issue from last 2 months till now it is not resolved from that time continously i am contacting call centers and branch even i mail to the customer care 2 times they didn't help yet please close My Card or do something because the emi conversion is not yet done while in my credit card account offer available and now they are deniying please its my request to do help me because Continuously I m getting calls from collection department each and every next hour why you peoples not understating my problem as I told you the fault is happen from your call center they did not converted my used amount into smart emi during the offer period on my account when I call to customer care they said it wil take upto 48 to 72hr it will be converted but it is not done till now for that I call center but they normally responding it will update soon like that only after 10days of this issue now they are dennie for converting my amount when they promise me like we wil convert as per the offer I didnt expected fraud promise from hdfc And that time we got hospitalized my son operation we paid that amount and mean while I am Getting like this harassment Calls Everyday please help, me team so that I can make a payment on monthly basis so that I can pay I am in problem kindly please understand My problem collection department is continuously harassing me and I m not able to pay the whole amount instantly please now atleast convert my debit trasaction into emi so that I will be not getting any calls i have been Getting harrassing and abusive Calls Every time i am living with My family it feels very bad such kind of harrassing calls are causing extreme distress at home and i m neeeding a help from your side only I visited their branch, called up call centers but no resolution was provided from May month i am facing this issue nobody is taking action why it is not done till now when The offer is available in My Hdfc credit Card A/c i need a help from you please its humble request you to provide me the option on installments to make a payment for my outstanding because they are increaing each month fines and penalities and intrest, Gst for my outstanding how can i bear this much at the spot payment i having family and having financial problem in my house please help me for my concern call me or else please respond my Messenge via call or E-MAIL or else Mesg whatever the medium it is but please resolve my issue as soon as possible because its very emergency to resolve because collection Department is calling me they are asking for the payment My current number is [protected] or else [protected] u may call to my number to resolve my issue soon They are asking something settlement of my card like that for 6months that i dont want to do because that also they are asking me to pay 19900rs per month till 6month like that please help me team I am waiting for ur help because they have given me 2days time for this .offer is availble in that time when i given a commitment and as per the customer care told me he wil done within 24 to 48hrs still it is not done now tell me what to do with this i am not able to pay the money

              When the offer is available you people didn't activate that offer after so many calls and emails atleast waiveoff the charges happen from that time interest has been charged late penalty and financial charges has been charged kindly remove all the charges whatever the amount I used I will make the payment

                I applied for Two wheeler zip drive offer through Net banking and after that i was asked to come to bank for signing the documents. One of your agents called me regarding it and then told me to bring the documents to bank for further proceedings but i told him to come to my home to get the signature and so that they can carry out the further process but still now no body have reached my home for getting signtuare in the document. You can see that i applied for this loan around 15 days back. Since no action have been taken from your agent for past 15 days this two wheerler license offer has been closed.Do you think is this my fault?

                I was trying to gift this vehicle to my mother on birthday but nothing happend.As customer of HDFC Bank I was highly in difficult situation.

                I'm highly displeased with this activities.I'm going to write this down in public forum for sure.

                For your information that offer also got closed since no action for around 15 days

                  I have recieved insta LOAN of of 1 lac 13 000 in my account today which i havn, t requested.

                  This is the account
                  [protected] which is on zero balance from some time i and no transactions been done on this from long back.

                  Just by clicking on the Interrupting Pop up msz in the ATM machine you people are sending the LOAN amount in the account, then you guys are ### without call confirmation.
                  Also you guys stay offline on weekends and after 8PM on week days .
                  How could a guys reach you in such situations.
                  And this is a very unpleasant activity you guys have done with me.

                  I have already caring one Home LOAN from HDFC bank, one insta LOAN is already is going on.

                  i am your customer from more than 5 years and today you guys spoiled it.
                  I demand to take back the insta LOAN amount immediately from the account.

                  And i will make sure that i will close each and every LOAN with hdfc and now onwards i will avoid using the HDFC card too.

                    On 23rd july one assist. Deducted rs.1399 from my credit card without any notice or confirmation.

                    I din't expect this irresponsible behaviour from hdfc

                    I'm not hdfc credit card. My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount 1399 rs with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

                    Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message.
                    And hdfc bank also has to recheck this issue with the auto payment modes.

                    Please kindly take a notice and cancel the plan and repay my amount rs.1399 as soon as possible.

                    So request you to please cancel this activation against my credit card, and refund my money also.

                      Hello I paid rs ninety nine thousand five hundred and nine rupees. 99, 509 on 27th June 2019 to thomas cook for buying foreign exchange, by a debit card through PAYZAP payment gateway.
                      the money got debited from my icici bank account but never got credited to the seller thomas cook(the seller confirmed it on email).
                      My money is stuck in payment gateway of HDFC PAYZAP
                      It's been over 1 month i havnt got the refund yet..

                        Dear Concerned, I received a call today from the number [protected]. She claims she is from HDFC and the first sentence she spoke in English and the sentence is good afternoon. I thought it is a professional call and after that she spoke in tamil. I have two question for HDFC - why they speak in tamil for a person in non-tamil state ? And the phone is registered under Mumbai state and name displayed is HDFC. She is calling from Mumbai registration to a person in non-tamil state and speaking in tamil.
                        Secondly, For your kind information, my number is registered for DND both in my service provider and your HDFC web site. My request is to address this type o[censored]nsolicited calls and I can definitely say, this lady keeps changing the phone nos and keeps calling from different numbers saying she is from HDFC. It is a kind of turmoil for me - it disturbs so much when busy working on my system and HDFC has to pay me for the health consequences because of these calls.

                            When we visited the hdfc house building in navarangpura, ahmedabad.. There is no any parking facility for visitors to park their 2 or 4 wheeler. And if we park outside the bank, then the going wheeler will deal our vehicle.in this scenario, where customers goes for parking!? The bank or builder has not approved parking facility at the time of making of building!?

                              I would like to complaint about false advertisement hdfc faked to credit card users stating easy emi options when use. But after a transaction is done, hdfc denied to convert my credit card spending to emi option stating such offer is not there. Why would i use an hdfc credit card if such hardship is prevails. Customer service provide false promises that emi offer will be offered in a week's time but even after a month there is no such offer. This is scam & tricks to charge huge lumpsum from credit card users by hdfc. I really regret using hdfc credit card after this experience of no help & i really want to escalate further this as a scam from hdfc looking forward to take legal action against hdfc false advertisement & offers related to emi conversion of credit card transactions.

                                Guys, please don't ever use hdfc bank for any service or product, the worst bank in the world.

                                I have been a customer for a long time, even my salary account is in this bank. I applied for a credit card thinking that i will get good customer service. There was no response whatsoever. Then i checked my cibil score and i saw that hdfc checked my score 3-4 times in a month which resulted in a massive drop in the score. I was in high 800+ before this incident.

                                No one ever visited me for the credit card, i dropped so many emails, raised so many complaints but nothing happened.

                                I have decided to shift my salary account to a different bank and close my saving accounts with hdfc bank.

                                Lets together make sure no one opens an account with them or use any of their other product, this is the worst thing you can do to yourself

                                  I am an existing imperia customer of hdfc bank. My relationship manager contacted me in mar 2019 and insisted that i should apply for hdfc infia credit card as that will be life time free for imperia customers.in jul 2019 i received the credit card bill with annual charges of rs. 11800/- now my relationship manager is saying that she is trying to figure out the issue why the bill is sent to imperia customers. However she is suggesting that i should pay the bill now and she will try to get it remitted in my account. I don't understand why there is so much confusion between 2 departments within hdfc. I have never used the card. And rs. 11800/- is not a small amount. If i have to pay this amount, i will surely close my account with hdfc next month itself. Please look into the issue at the earliest.

                                    Am Murukesan from Kalpakkam. HDFC bank account holder. Am not used my debit and credit card for past 1years. But I receiving call from customer care of bill payment for 12280rs. I asked to send statement for that still am not received any mail regarding of this payment but my credit card amount monthly by monthly increasing. All insurance cancelled and refund amount slip for received on 2month and 4month. But still my credit card amount increasing. Need help. Unused card payment call coming please help me.

                                    The 2 slip for refund of insurance slip copy photo enclosed to this msg.
                                    But still am receiving call for payment credit card bill. But am not used credit card for past 1years. But in credit card bill is increasing monthly. 12280rs bill came. Why this much amount I don't know. Monthly credit card statement is not coming to my mail. I ask customer care to send bit still am not received any mail from HDFC credit card detail.

                                      Several times i send reminder mail regarding previous complain for amb charges deduction, complaint no - hbl=[protected]. My customer id is 49146420 & account no. Is [protected].
                                      I was charged twice (354 & 531) total 885/- rupees on 11th june, 2019 without any prior intimation. After complaining bank returned 750/- rupees but ridiculously the didn't returned 135/- rupees. Which is said to be gst!! When the amb charges amount is 0 how its gst can be calculated as 135/- rupees?? A very casual excuse from your side.
                                      Moreover i received a call from phone banker regarding this matter & when i responded that i am not happy with the partial return that phone banker assured that they will take care of that. Unfortunately the "caring" is still pending from your side. Last but not the least that phone banker advised not to close this account as refund is still pending from bank, but now this particular account is showing -708 as current balance!! Though there is no such narration available on net banking for this negative balance. I must say a very poor grievance handling by hdfc bank. I need a proper solution for this complaint, close this matter asap.
