I have purchased samsung 55nu7100 led smart tv from great eastern company, raja park branch jaipur (Raj) on dated 06.11.18 and the tv was received on 7.11.2018. Hdfc bank desk at great eastern office financed the tv with the offer that rs 9300 cashback will be credited into my account within 90 days. Despite all my 6 installment amount paid & regular pursuing of matter with hdfc officials, samsung dealers & great eastern persons, the cash back has not been credited into my account. I have launched complaint through hdfc bank help line no [protected] on dated 25th july 2018 also vide complaint no mumc-[protected]. I was told that amount will be credited in 7 working days. Although the same was denied stating that the loan was cleared by head office and the officer was valid upto 11.11.2018. It a clear case of fraud advertisement and practice by a reputed bank like hdfc. Pl help in rectifying the matter & provide the cash back amount as per offer. Rajeev jain

    Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 2 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company after few months i noticed that bank is charging me for non-maintenance because they didn't consider that company's salary. So then i changed account as per that company.
    Now i want to use hdfc account. But my hdfc existed old salary account showing -6369.56 balance.
    I filed complaint against that and then hdfc bank representative called me and we had discussion that we can close this account otherwise start it again from scratch. For that he asked me to come to satara on 16th august to meet up with manager. Once i went there, i had discussion with couple of people including manager but they aren’t agree to make it 0 or close it. They want me pay whole amount.
    I even tried conveying them rbi rules regarding saving account. But they are not ready to agree, this is ridiculous.
    No negative balances in savings accounts: rbi
    According to the rbi, if any bank continues to debit charges on a savings account creating a negative balance, customers can approach the banking ombudsman.

    In response to an email sent by toi, hdfc banknse -0.08 % said it “does not allow the balance in a savings account to go negative due to imposition of charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance“. The statement added that there are no charges for reactivation of the account in future. Axis banknse 1.88 % said that it does not accumulate charges for non-maintenance of balance. An icici banknse 0.40 % spokesperson also said that it does not create negative balances in savings accounts

    What hdfc said in response to that rule 3 years ago and what they are doing is something else.
    I don’t understand why so much of gap when it comes to execution of this rule?

    This is your statement - the Bank reserves the right to change the status of Salary Account to Savings Regular Account without any intimation to the account holder/me and the Terms & Conditions as applicable to the HDFC Bank Savings Regular Account shall apply to this account from the date of change of status.

    this is what RBI says - Savings account can't have negative balance.

    RBI is setting the rule, autonomy for all banks. consumer can follow their rules blindly and not of private banks.
    you can't have your own rules for sure by putting them somewhere in corner under terms and condition.

    resolve this complaint as your percentage of resolving is poor 50%.

      The last balance on my hdfc saving account was 113 rs.
      Now showing -123 rs and 123 rs hold by bank.
      No withdrawal was done by me but in mini statement it is showing 113 rs withdrawal.
      My complaints is how can a bank deduct money without any notice and put a amount hold on a customer.

        I had approached bank for home loan, but they had denied the application due to my hdfc credit card issue, kindly please do the needful to close the card ending with 609.
        I had went to different hdfc branchs from last week to resolve my issue is not resolved, they had verified my account with registerd email id: rajesh. [protected]@cgi.com.

        I had sent email to customercare but i did n't get any response or reference id.

            Hi sir, i nalamasa Ramesh having loan ref no. 63725884.. i had a false commitment by the bank representative her name is Swetha begumpet branch opposite to shoppers stop. She promised me to provide me personal loan with 12% rate of interest.and went to agreement with the same but when the amont disbursed in my sbi account i was shocked to see that interest rate is 14% instead of 12%.. they have not informed me about this change in the interest rate, , i intially rejected this loan in case they cannot provide loan with only 12% interest. After many grievances, many visits and many hardships in 8 months also, my problem yet not resolved. They simply assigning a grievance addressable member but he is irrresponsive towards the resolving the problem, he simply escaping by giving wrong promises. Please take this case as a challenge to reduce the interest rate to actual interest rate of 12%.

              I wanted to settle down my credit card, i am trying to reach-out to customer care but no response. i want this to be done on priority basis. kindly help me with this. as there are so amny hidden charges with the bank. and now when i am trying to get it cleared, no response from the bank side, i wanted this to clear this asap without delay. kindly help me with this.
              if i am not getting any solution i wont be responsible and bank will only be responsible for this.

                I email for complained regarding my credit card settlement, the issue is i paid only inr 800 less to total settlement amount, bank never ask for that payment during tenure but after three months bank saying that that the settlement is revoke and you have to pay inr 33345. So complained earlier for the same and during complained conversation over email with grievance officer i was communicating with him and she did not responded or even not given any solution. Even i ask for conclusion regarding the settlement and ask for new settlement to conclude and close my card account. But she didn't conclude. At the same time during complaining and conversation for card settlement, my another hdfc bank salary account debited with the amount and told me that this is the recovery by bank. So what is the meaning of complain? So, kindly resolve my issues and give back my money and regenerate settlement amount based on my previous paid amount and differing amount. So i can pay and close my account.

                I am not finding any answer form your side, so I also wrote a mail to Grievance office of HDFC and she replied that you still have to pay 3000 odd amount which is still pending, I cant understand that bank has already taken total outstanding amount from my saving account than why she asking again for other payment. I already told to close Card account but its still active and Bank is adding charges.
                Kindly close my account. This is very poor banking standard. I will suggest, never buy any product of HDFC bank.
                I am doing this conversation since last 1.5 months but not getting solutions even it became worst after next level escalation.
                I also wrote complain to Consumer compliant forum for the same. Additionally for charges I also wrote email to RBI.

Kindly negotiate the final payment and settlement amount as i have just made a purchase of 400 inr once. You have increased the amount to 3175 by applying late payment fees.                         Hdfc life debited amount for policy premium after the cancellation of the premium. Policy was cancelled on 27th july and amount of 31, 250 was debited on 9th aug. But they say there is no record of transaction however its there in my cc statement.
                        I was following up since 3 days but so response.
                        They don't even respond properly.
                        They are fraudulent transactions without authentication. Where is the security the my account?

                            I'm holding hdfc account from last 10 years, from last one year with out my notification several time hdfc bank detected money from account transaction details shows amb charge 700rs, 300rs, many times detected, many other charger without notifying, my account balance showing -6000/-, to maintain hdfc account become very expansive, normal or middle class person can't afford, charges, panalties are changing without user notifications, it very hard to diaject keeping money in account is not garantee that you will get your money back safely forget interest returns

                              I wanted to close my hdfc bank credit card number [protected] and also wanted to stop receiving calls from hdfc bank. I tried reaching customer care but it didn't helped though. So i want you to help me to close my hdfc credit card.                                     Hi, I am Alka, I just have been charged rupees 885 listed as annual fees for debit card.
                                    I had no information about this when the card was issued. No details of this annual fees given by the bank. It’s a huge amount for me. I want this fees refund and do not want any extra service which requires this huge charge of 885.

In case of delay in emi payment we are already paying a loan overdue amount as fine so for what reason again emi rtn is deducted. After payment of entire loan amt. Still bank has levied unnecessary charges. I am very dis satisfied with the bank and deciding to close my account.

                                        My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that now i have to open a salary a/c so I logged into my account for some reason on 1st August and i see that i have rs -2100 in my account. I request you to please take action against this and convert my savings a/c to salary a/c .. They have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer.
