        On 23rd may 2019, suddenly i got message like transaction successfully done for ₹1044.43 with code with mose. I have dropped disputed form in nearest branch which is keeranatham branch, coimbatore itself. They told like within 5 business days it will get resolved.. But i didn't get any response from bank..

        Again 23rd june 2019, i got same message like transaction done ₹1043.25 with code with mose. I got surprised.. I have called to customer care service and blocked my card. Got new card. I have paid all outstanding amount on 05th july 2019.

        Frequently i'm getting message for otp.. But i didn't share my card details in anywhere.. Even i'm getting otp for transaction for my new card too..

          Hello,
          Terrible terrible experience with hdfc. I never had such a bad experience with any other banks in india. If this would have been in usa, i would have sued them by now. I recently shifted back from usa and have a salary account with hdfc. I applied for an auto loan which they dragged about documents and verification etc etc for 2.5 weeks which usually shouldn’t take longer than 3 days. Hitech city bank manager sridhar has misleaded me about auto loan approval talking to me everyday for 2 weeks saying “it’s approved, everything is done. You can buy the car in the evening “. I lost 3 weeks of time with hdfc. Later somebody else contacted me from hdfc about auto loan and when i expressed my ultimate dissatisfaction, they checked and told me that my loan was rejected long back and that sridhar has just tried fooling me everyday. I have a proof of his whatsapp messages too in misleading me to believe that actually my loan was almost approved. I dont understand the pleasure of doing this specially when i told them the seriousness and emergency for me to purchase car. I did ask him everyday saying if i should consider other banks. He kept telling me no no mam, it’s done. It’s just matter of 2-3 hrs. He fooled me for 15 days talking in terms of hours. When i understood the truth, he stopped picking up my calls.
          2nd case:
          I applied for a hdfc credit card. Every alternate day somebody calls me and takes my info and keep telling that they would send somebody for documents and never did it happen.
          Shame on hdfc bank to have such people. There’s absolutely no value for customer satisfaction at all.
          I would never bank with hdfc again. I am withdrawing my fds and de-activating the account too.

              From yesterday, i have been trying to transfer money either via netbanking or upi. But i am not receiving any otp from the bank. I see others with hdfc debit card is able to get otp properly.
              But i am also getting otp or normal messages from others.
              Is there a problem with my account or my network.
              Can you kindly check.
              I have tried calling the customer service from morning. But i wonder why none of the calls are getting connected.

                  Dear team,

                  This is in reference to loan number 47577226. I had taken a personal loan for 5 years and have paid emis o[censored]pto 2 years. But unable to continue paying anymore due to some financial crisis. I called your collections team and spoke to some vishal choudhary and requested him to arrange a call back from someone in the bank whom i can talk to and discuss the options. However, he straightaway refused and started talking rudely. Not sure if that was the right way to talk to a customer when someone is being pro active in reaching out to you guys.

                    I have paid all my payment made through the hdfc credit card, but they are charging monthly amount for auto debit feature from my debit card. I have complained that i couldn't able to turn off the auto pay feature in the website and please stop deducting money for that but bank is not taking responsibility for that i have complained so many times but no use. Now it shows minus balance. I don't want the credit card please do close my card. I don't want to have account in hdfc any more.

                        Dear sir,

                        I'm using hdfc credit card end with 5531 and i found that without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card on 15th june 2019 towards one assist plan.

                        Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1399. Pleases deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist mfee without customer's info. If it happens again i will cancel my credit card.

                        As i am requesting this membership cancellation with 30days of "force subscription" i should be able to get refund without hassle.

                          I have been abused before by hdfc credit card collection agent. I have placed a complaint before as well. I get continues calls during work hours and they also call me on whats app from personal phone number. Last time the person asked me to die over the phone if i cant pay my card bills. They are so many charges by hdfc. Instead of disputing i keep on paying. I am behind by a month or 2 but i have always paid hdfc in full multiple times. I was unemployed due to which i fell behind but when for help they denied for any payment arrangements and instead kept harassing me. My customer id is 54153595. If agents dont stop harassing me or they again come to my door step i will file a harassment complaint againt hdfc.

                            On 16 june i went to my nearest atm to withdraw a sum of 500. But after a long wait i was shown a error message that it was some server issue and that atm also swallowed my card! I was told to come the next day for my card. When i reached home i got the message that my miney was deducted. I waited for 7 days as this is normal in the case of failed transactions! Then i informed my bank and they filed a query regarding this to hdfc bank then i waited another 7 days but still no response! I dont know what to do its been 20 days now! Help me please

                            In case your other bank card gets stuck in HDFC bank's ATM machine, the card holder has to log a request within 3 working days to collect the card back from the Bank.
                            Where can the other bank card holder log in his / her request :
                            Visit your nearest HDFC Bank Branch and report your retained card request.
                            Or
                            Write an email to help desk team at - [protected]@hdfcbank.com with card details, the name mentioned on the card, card issuing bank and contact details.
                            In case the customer has not logged any request for collection of the card within 3 Days, the card will be destroyed as per standard card usage practice, In such scenario, the cardholder needs to apply for a fresh card.
                            To apply for the new card, the customer has to contact the card issuing bank.

                              Paid my hdfc credit card bill amount of rupees 11500 plus on june july 3rd 2019 around 11:15. But i got a mail in afternoon that my autopay was initiated and due to non - availability of sufficient funds a payment return fee will be levied to your card account, if applicable. Then i called the hdfc credit card customer care service to complaint about the same. The customer service associate promised me that the amount will not be deducted from my card. But after that amount of rs. 809 has been debited from my credit card and also rs.0.86 has been deducted from my savings account. Why should i pay the return fee as i already cleared the payment in my card. This is unfair and not acceptable. I want my amount back in my account.

                                Hi team,

                                Im very upset about this situation and will never bank with hdfc ever again.

                                I work with tech mahindra company and your credit card team was offering life time free card to employee's.

                                After 3 months i received a sms that i have to pay 590. I contacted the same person who took my documents and assured of no charges. Still i had to pay.

                                Now again i received another sms that 590 is due on 06/072019.

                                Once again i contacted the same person for help, he answered my call once, said will check and get back to me. Its been more than 24 hours he has not called. When i call him he keeps disconnecting my calls.

                                When i messaged him on whatsapp for help, he comes online updates his whatsapp status and chooses to ignore my messages.

                                I want to take this further to the highest authority and complaint about this incorrect way for selling your products and giving fake promises of helping someone.

                                Hope this is not given a deaf ear as your bank employee has done to me.

                                I have been forced to pay another 590 for no reason. Its my hard earned money & not stolen from someone.

                                It has been 20 days now that no one has contacted me. This shows they dont care a damn about customer's and only want to take money. Same situation/example of the Hdfc employee ignoring my calls and still never called back.

                                  I left hdfc on july 25, 2019. Still i have not received my full and final settlement. When i talk with respect department they told that my line hr not iniciated my fnf. My line hr is mr karthikeyan d. When i talk with him, he spole with rudely. He told he will check my case and do. Now when i call ge is not receiving my call. Its been more than 30 days they have not processed my fnf.

                                    I have received message from HDFC about mandate issued to BSE limited.
                                    I haven't apply for any kind o[censored]to clearing for BSE. Snapshot of messages attached for reference.

                                    In one messsage, It shows that mandate is registered. In other message, it shows mandate is approved.

                                    I haven't applied or registered any kind of mandate or auto deduction of amount.

                                      The hdfc bank credit card being no. [protected] was settled in october, 2014. Till date neither i have been received any settlement letter nor they have updated the cibil report regarding the amount of settlement.in cibil they have only recorded that the card has been settled.                                         Sir,
                                        My File no. is[protected]. I sanctioned the home loen from hdfc home loan unit. The sancioned period was 6 months. Due to miscommunication with executive last two days before the expiry of sanctioned period I submitted all documents to the bank. On last day bank tells me that your file has been closed and it will be Re-Open that is chargeble. After closed the file the bank cut the processing fees through my account. My question is that when file has closed then how the bank cut the processing fees. Due to these reasons I don't want to take the loan from bank. Kindly help me and refund my processing fees.
