My association with HDFC Bank was almost 15yrs or More and this is what you get in return
I pay all my credit card bills on time which they also agree. In Nov 2018, that was my last emi for the credit card.
In October 2018, I was offered a personal loan on the basis of my records related to my credit card, without any guarantee. I accepted the loan as I was looking for one. The marketing executive very clearly mentioned I won't be charged for any late fees and my limit for credit card also will not be affect since it was from the same Bank
So now I have to repay for my credit card and my personal loan against the same credit card scheme

This could be slightly confusing but I will try and make it as clear as possible

In the month of Dec 2018, I get a call from the Bank asking for my EMI cheque for Nov' 2018, which i already had made. I refused to release the fresh cheque, without letting me know the reason, Bank started hounding me after a major hot conversations I asked for my previous cheque which I had deposited earlier, they said the cheque got bounced coz there was alteration done, i immediately called up my Bank and started firing them, that what made them to return my cheque. After inquiring my bank send me the screen shot of the statement where it shows, The "cheque was not presented only in my bank". What a liar hdfc is unnecessarily wants to make money
Finally I get the cheque in my hand with alteration done on the cheque and the Bank was blaming me for the same. The Bank started sending me statement with add on late fees and penal charges which I refused to pay and started getting threats from recovery agents.
Hear this out very interesting i paid my last EMI and still hdfc bothering me for the same payment which i already had paid, without any knowledge the recovery agents calling and giving mental torture's, even after explaining them everything. Brainless Creatures.

      Sir. I m working at DRT.Cuttack. sir due to some official problems my salary has been stopped and due to that I was faced a lot of hardships to deposit the EMI to my loan account but however from the month of August I am managing and depositing my EMI but I confess that my deposits are becames irregular but I am avoiding to became a defaulter... but sir for the last one year I am facing this problem.. but sir two of your staffs one Mr.Rashmi Panda.. Recovery Manager.. Cuttack he has harrased me and two times he has visited my office to enquire and threatned me to complain against me before my husband and to office for recovery... sir he has also sent me a legal notice for an only amount of 42000.. when I asked one of your pannelled Advocate N.K.Dash sir he told me that Sri.Rashmi Panda has sent me that legal notice of his own.. no such hard rules are there for a default of two months no notice will come. Now sir from Kolkata branch one lade names Koeli telephoning me 10 to 12 times a day and scolding me like like anything sir.. to my utter surprise how HDFC considered as No.1 bank in India has appointed such employees... sir for the last one week I am suffering from high fever and can not able to go outside... but this lady in what manner and with which authority she has mis behaved and scolded a customer like this sir.. I am tottally shattered today with the behavior of this lady... I think she is intentionally collided with Rashmi Panda she has talked like this...

        This is in reference to my complaint dated 28/06/2019 on the above subject, i approached to your manager namely sh rahul grover at village budhela, vikas puri, new delhi, for resolution of my complaint dated 28/06/2019 but very wisely he avoided my complaint and gave me a sweet pills sating that he has forwarded the mail about my complaint and on a trust that a manager of such institute is a responsible person and may resolve the issue but i was shocked and surprised when the said manager called me on sunday i. E. 30/07/2019 at about, from on mob no - [protected], [protected], and used very filthiest language and instead of resolving my problem used very un parliamentary language in a threatening tune on sunday despite it is well known and in knowledge of all the bank official " no banker is authorized to call a customer on sunday or holiday and is supposed to use only registered phone number despite my request and advice the said manager rahul grover became adamant and used very foul language. You are requested to initiate legal action against the above said bank official.in these circumstances i left no other option but to proceed to the court of law entirely at your cost and reputation of your reputation

          2000+4800+6400 is the amount i payed up till now for the job. Phonic interview done, hr took that. Verification done. The last amount of 9500 the bank is asking to generate a password for opening the email that is of course not opening now in my mail.
          I am just not able to concentrate anywhere. I need a job.
          I have their details. Plz help me should i take the job or not.

          One of the person being sonu verma ([protected]) says himself to be from the hr departments, he is making arrangements for all the transactions and interview, verification etc processes. Payment is done to account no. [protected], name : jitu kumar sahni.

          I dont know he may be correct too. But its a request to the quikr team please see this and see if the things are correct. Then i would pay 9500 as last amount for the job process

          Sir i have all the payment transactions, if anyone concerned needs that i can surely forward.
          Sir for resolving it i can even pay the quikr team a small amount of money (only if they are found out fake and they work upon to get my money back, or atleast similar jobs).

          Sir i am a graduate and belong to a very lower middle class family. All the saved money is spent here in all those processes, i believe in quikr so i am asking to seek your help.

            I have an hdfc bank account. They updated my wrong pan card saying it is mine. I submitted my real pancard many times. But they are refusing to do it saying it is mine. Causing lot of incovenience.
            Another thing is i lost my banking documents in september and asked them to close the account and reissue a new account but they refused and there were unauthorized ecs and checks. They have taken 40000 rs as charges from me. I am a heartpatient and cannot bear this stress. Hdfc customer service is no good.

                I opened my hdfc as salary account since i was working in private sector so the company opened the account but after i left the job i didn't use the account as i wasn't able to use online banking for any online fund transfer and recently i joined a company and since even the current company i joined also opens salary account which is hdfc so i crossed check my old hdfc account it was in minus -9320 which is a big amount and i'm not happy atleast the bank should have informed me before they decide to put my account or anyone else account into minus.

                  This is first mail from my wife to rbi, legal services and hdfc all wings.

                  Hi all,

                  I had a requirement of loan in 2018. And when hdfc reached out to me they said that opening a saving account is mandatory as the requested loan amount is big (12 lakh). And i was having icici bank account as my salary account. After the confirmation from the bank i have opened hdfc account savings account (A/c num:[protected]) in 2018 & loan amount is credited to the same account. After opening account they have informed me to maintain min balance of 10000 in the account if it is not maintained they will charge some amount as penalty. But as a normal employees i have reached out to the bank by saying that it is impossible for me to maintain 10000 and asked to suggest some other alternate option. Then they have suggested me to make same account as salary account then it will become 0 balance account and i did the same by reaching out to the bank. Contact person of the branch with whom i did this process is swarup sundar senapati (Am, karthik nagar branch, marathahalli, bangalore). But still i used to receive messages to maintain balance but i ignored as bank confirmed now my account is salary account.

                  And now on june 1st my account became inactive without intimating in mail or on call.. When i was doing swipe in hospital & shopping malls i was receiving inactive status. When i called bank i got to know that my account is inactive because my welcome letter is returned to bank. I have opened my account in 2018 aug and in 2019 they sent me welcome letter. But i am not staying in same place where i used to stay previously because i am 8th month pregnant now i had to come to my native as a maternity leave for 6 months. Hdfc customer care people raised a case to resolve my issue as my account is associated with loan account. Without activating it my loan will not be credited. And i told them as concern that i cant come to branch as there is no nearest hdfc branch available for me. Because i am staying in a village where hdfc is not available. I asked them to tell me any alternative approach or if my sister can update my address? They asked my sister to come to branch. When my sister visited the branch they said that they need my sign on the address update so she couriered me all the documents wherever my sign is required. I have not received it immediately as i am staying in native village it took 4 days time to receive courier.

                  Now the actual story began. While i am doing all these process i was receiving calls from hdfc customer care executives (Ashwini& chitra) asking for the loan payment. I clearly explained them the situation that my account is inactive from hdfc only. I am doing all the process whatever required. And also said i am carrying now and in 8th month pregnancy. So please don't call me multiple times as i am getting frustrated with the calls. But still they called me 20 times and talking very rudely. I am still not understanding what is my mistake here? I am responding for the calls, i am doing whatever required to unlock my account even though it is not my fault? As i told i am 8th month pregnancy and in bed rest i am supporting for calls. Still they are saying i need to cooperate. With all these calls i got frustrated and my bp increased and admitted to hospital for 4 hours. If you want i can submit the health documents also. I especially came to hyderabad by travelling for 5 hours to conclude with all these messy and submitted my proofs on 17th june. But again on 18th june i have received call from hdfc customer care and they were very rude with me and using very bad language. The worrest service i have never seen. And dnow today i have received message saying that approx 1000 rupees fine they are going to charge. Why i have to pay 1000 rupees fine? And also 500+ rs. Already deducted from my account for not maintaing min balance? Why they have debited from my accoun? All these are stuppid things which hdfc doing with the customers. Non scene bank which i have never seen. Chi chi.

                  Concerns are:

                  1. Usually welcome kit should come within 7 days opening bank account.. Why it is delayed? Why it is sent after 8 months?
                  2. Why my account is blocked without informing me?
                  3. I am paying every month emi' properly and this month only it became an issue even this month is also it is not at my fault.
                  4. I have money in my account which is sufficient for bank loans.
                  5. How cum you can take my mental peice when i am having 8th month pregnency? Due to all this we had distrubence in y family life?
                  5. Will hdfc pay all my loses?
                  6. I want to know why i have to pay the 1000 rupees penality when i am not in fault?
                  7. I am not going to spare if my cibil effect with this story. I am ready to file complaint against bank.

                  This is second mail from my wife to rbi, legal services and hdfc all wings.

                  Hi hdfc team,

                  Today i have received call from one of the hdfc collection department manager nagaraj (Phone number:[protected] and asking for the loan amount as my account is still in inactive state. And also he is said my cibil score will effect even though it is not my mistake if i don't pay emi before 28th of june. I got frustrated after all theses discussion and raised a complaint in consumer help desk by explaining all the situation. My complaint number is -1406245. If you are still not helping me in this way i am ready to take it to consumer court for further discussion and fight for my rights. Below are the points to be noted.

                  Please imagine a pregnant women who is suggested for bed rest traveled for 250 km only for bank issue and spoiled her health. After that also issue is not resolved.
                  I lost mental peace which is most important now.
                  Family tensions are added because of this.
                  Cibil is impacting.
                  Apart from this, bank is charging me fine for my hard work.

                  Request for rbi:

                  Please help me here.

                  Hi this is lal ahmad & i am safiya's husband.

                  Today also we are getting calls from hdfc. They are harassing to pay money.

                  I am really wondering! A 8th pregnant woman asked to save her from repeated calls from hdfc as it is not her mistake. But nobody replied till now.in what kind of society, we are living! That too she sent email in the names of folks (Rbi, national legal services and hdfc all wings).

                  Eventhogh she doesn't have luck to get answer from a single. All ready we filed a complaint (Reference number: 1406245) in consumer forum. If nobody help us to get justice, we continue to fight after her delivery too.

                  Again i want to repeat my concerns:

                  1) welcome kit should come in / before 7 days. But they sent after 9 months time. Is it my wife's mistake?

                  2) they blocked her account without any intimation. She faced so many problems while pay the hospital bills because of this. Is it my wife's mistake?

                  3) when she called to the bank then she came to know that her account is blocked. Is it my wife's mistake?

                  4) doctor suggested to not travel even 1 km and to take complete bed rest. Same she conveyed to coustomer care by lifting their calls every time. Is it my wife's mistake?

                  5) she is maintaining 60 thousands in the same branch. Because of blocking who suffered? Hdfc (India's number 1 bank) or my wife (A normal employee)? She is really worried about next month also because the same account her salary account. She clearly requested them to take amount immediately once it is unblocked & faced 20 calls every day in this situation. Is it my wife's mistake?

                  6) as per their suggestion, she sent her sister to home branch and done with procedure even it was very different for her. Is it my wife's mistake?

                  7) after this also she was harrased with 20 calls every day. Finally she travelled 250 kms (6hrs) journey and done with procedure. Same conveyed to allotted person from hdfc bank. And completely down with bleeding & attacked with diabetes. Immediately we joined in fernandez hospital. Even she is in hospital, she got calls from hdfc. She lifted all the calls & answered. Is it my wife's mistake?

                  8) she paid all installments in time previously. This is first installment because of hdfc's blunder mistake she couldn't make it and she is harrased with hdfc every day.

                  I request you all, just imagine your sister, mother, wife or daughter in same situation and do the needed steps. Because of hdfc harrsment, we are completely down & hopeless. Even we had spoiled many relationships & have so many disturbances in our marriage life till one month.

                  Please justice us by giving proper solution about this. Awaiting for your reply.

                  Is the above response for what we lost!! If so it is not justice. Either they have send appology letter (mail & manually) or pay fine. By the way process is still under process. My wife didn't get salary till now. We have taken amount out side to pay other EMIs @ interest Rs.5. hope you folks fill my loss by proper solution.

                  Hi, still no response from hdfc (India's no.1 bank) !!
                  After a month of hell finally they unblocked my wife's account yesterday. I asked justice for what we lost! What 8th month pregnant lost!! Peace... Health... Money... Relationships etc...

                  Is this importance that is being given by India's number 1 bank to an innocent & common woman.

                  We already approached lawyer, if no response in a week, we go for legal proceedings. We already talked to consumer forum people to take further actions.

                  Our demands:
                  1) appology letter from bank (email & hard copy)
                  2) 5 lakhs fine

                    Yesterday was amount of 1899 debited from my account of hdfc bank in mumbai at cponeassis at 15:35, without any information or without informing me or without sending otp or phone call to me.
                    And etlis bank have to inform me before the transaction.

                    I want my money back in my account urgently and information about this why it was debited from my account.

                        I have been trying to settle my credit card but the hdfc bank and its agents are giving me a cold shoulder for the past 2 months.
                        Furthermore, the hdfc guys are calling me continuously to pay the minimum dues.

                        The agent named priya threatened me multiple times that if i don't pay the minimum dues today, she will make sure that it is never settled and i will be blacklisted.

                        Can a representative from the bank threaten me and boast that i will never be able to go for settlement?

                        I want to settle the card as my financial situation is worse.

                        What are my options?

                            Today on 28/06/19 i received 4 calls offering me for new life time free hdfc credit card. On first call i told them that i already have hdfc credit card but then also they called me again and asked for information of which banks credit cards u have whats the limit which is the oldest one.
                            But i dint gave further information as i thought of fraud call.
                            On last call i scolded they then they started abusing me and gave me threat to hit me. And i came to know that they have all of my details like name, address etc.
                            So just worried that is hdfc hiring such agency? Who hares and give threat to their customers
                            If so then have to stop using hdfc bank.
                            And if not than hdfc should look into the matter and stop such agencies

                              I was using hdfc jumbo loan **4054 and mr. hridesh([protected]) visit my with one clerk from vikas puri branch and he is said he is a banker and I've doubt on this persons he is a fraud person.

                              1st visit(21 june)- I've discussed about settlement they denied for settlement and my loan amount disclouser to third party like neighbor.
                              2nd visit(24-june)- on that time they denied discuss with me and discuss my mother and pressurize and also misbehave for make payment immediately.
                              after that i'll go police station for f.i.r on that time they denied they didn't visit my home.
                              3rd visit(26-june)- today they pressurize my mother and shout on my mother for payment and also they physical harassment me for make payment outside bank and one person take payment from my mother without inform me and go to the bank fund my jumbo loan account and they stop me for this thing outside the bank because i want settlements i don't have any job so i need settlement.
                              they give me this threaten word i don't want your settlement and i want settlements my jumbo loan account 50000 rs. with 12 month tenure emi.
                              so please settle my loan ASAP and stop home visit and only allow calls
                              please take care of it. and take legal actions against him.

                                  Hi people,
                                  I humbly warn to you to not buy any term plan from hdfc, sharing my personal experience.
                                  While i inquired about the plan on their website, just after a minute call started coming to buy, since i was sure which plan i want to buy i went ahead and made the payment.
                                  Now the pain starts, once i made the payment it was a dead silence from hdfc, no one called me up to confirm my application and the way ahead.
                                  I tried calling customer service, but they kept me forwarding to medical team, then sales team, then documentation team, then underwriting team etc etc.
                                  After around 50 calls to hdfc, my medical test was scheduled. And the biggest joke, i got a call from some doctor saying that you are scheduled for checkup at home. I said thank god, but but but, the next day i was expecting home visit for the test, i kept waiting for the medical test guys to come home at 9, i started calling them but on the contrary they were disconnecting my calls, i tried till 1 pm but no one picked up my phone, my office schedule was wasted. No i have cancelled the policy and seek refund.
                                  I tried calling hdfc life then, they kept on giving excuses one after another. I spoke to around 15 guys from my office every one of them have faced issues with hdfc life.

                                    I swiped my debit card at a pos (Anjappar) on 27/10/2018 for 524 rupees and received a debit message confirming the debit. After 20 days, on 17/11/2018 this amount was reversed to me from the same pos (Anjappar).

                                    On the same day (17/11/2018), i was debited 999 rupees that i did not authorize. This transaction was marked as mctf to anjappar.

                                    I have made 8 calls to hdfc's ivr (About an hour on each call) but it has not been resolved. Since the ivr proved useless, i visited my home branch at k r road, bengaluru and the staff did not help me at all.

                                    What is the best way to get my money reversed?

                                      Hi had made 2 orders on myntra, it is processed from myntra and i got message from hdfc and phone pay that amount is credited/reversed. This is the second time happened to me.

                                      Below are the messages which i received-

                                      Your refund of amount rs.323.1 has been initiated by myntra. It will be transferred to your original payment mode within 9 working days.

                                      But this amount is also not credited yet

                                        yesterday i received message on mobile that " you have withdrawn 3000 via debit card and so and so..."
                                        i immediately checked my account statement on mobile and found that message was true as someone had withdrawn 3000 rupees in andheri using my card.
                                        immediately blocked my card. i am surprised how can this be possible as i have my card physically with me.
