My credit card [protected] i have already block this card and getting new card hdfc bank amount has been withdrawl rs.25, 800/- and this is the fraud transaction on dtd.21.06.2019 eveneing 5.45 pm i got call from hdfc bank it is fraud telephonic conversation and asking some details of card number and otp. Kindly resolve earlier our credit card number [protected] kindly credit debited amount in our credit card no.[protected]

I pranjal barman delare that i did not take any credit card from hdfc bank but my cibil showing that i hove taken a credit card from hdfc bank. Kindily solve the cmcase as soon as posssible other wise. I will go to court and give legal case against then and this is my 3rd complin againt them beliew the details.

    With great disappointment i am writing to bring into your kind notice how opening a simple current account with hdfc bank has become a seemingly impossible task due to sheer apathy, ignorance, and procrastination of its staff. It has been almost 40 days since i placed my request to open a current account for my startup with one of hdfc bank branch (Ifsc code. Hdfc0001716) and have been running from pillar to post ever since due to sheer incompetence of two staff members - mr sahil khurana (Preferred relationship manager) and mr manoj kheterpal (Branch manager)
    Kindly find below detailed narration of account of events -

    I and my mother visited the nearest hdfc branch (Hdfc bank ltd
    Kurukshetra to pipli rd
    Kurukshetra - 136118, ifsc - hdfc0001716) to open a current account for our startup. Even on refusing a number of times, our relationship manager (Mr sahil khurana) insisted upon opening a personal account also with them. Just to expedite the process, i opened the personal account and deposited 30000 in the personal account (10000 for personal account & 20000 for current account). We completed all the required documentation for ca

    I was reached out by mr khurana to complete some more documentation and submit the company stamp with the bank for any further documentation. The same was completed on the given date and i was told that i would receive the ca number within 7 days

    20000 (Deposited earlier for ca opening) was deducted from my pa and transferred to some dummy account

    29/05/2019 - 05/06/2019
    I kept on following up for ca but the relationship manager kept on giving false commitments. After repeated failed commitments, he stopped answering my calls

    Upon messaging and calling mr khurana scores of times, he asked me to speak to their branch manager (Mr manoj kheterpal) for further process. Upon speaking to mr kheterpal i came to know that bank needed some more documents and signature of myself and my mother. Owing to the travelling nature of my business, i was not in town but still cancelled my work commitments to reach bank on 10/06/2019

    I reached the bank and again completed the required formalities. I asked about the 20000 transaction happened on 28/05/2019 and i was assured by mr khurana and mr kheterpal that the same will be transferred to my ca as soon as the account opens. They both assured that the ca will open in another 2-3 days
    I also collected the stamp lying in the bank for so long.

    I was asked by mr kheterpal to deposit another 20000 in my pa (For the purpose of ca opening), as they were unable to revert/ utilise the earlier deducted inr 20000. He assured me that now i will receive inr 40000 in my ca.

    Since we were short on funds, my mother borrowed some money and deposited the same in the account

    Mr kheterpal reached out to me as they yet again missed out on putting stamps on some documents and asked for the stamp again.

    Since i was not in town (And had collected the stamp from the bank on 10th june), my 65 year old father got another stamp made and submitted the same in the bank.

    I am following up since then. Both mr khurana and mr kheterpal have stopped answering my phone calls. My brother and my mother are visiting the bank on almost daily basis for the followups.

    I still have no clue of the ca and the inr 40000 deposited with the bank. I and my family are deeply disappointed for the agony caused by the gross attitude and incompetence of bank personnels at hdfc, kurukshetra to pipli road (Ifsc - hdfc0001716) and this seems to be the last relationship of our family with the hdfc bank.

    I am really surprised at how carelessly things are handled at india's largest private bank. Such is the level of ignorance that staff doesn't know what is to be done, miscommunicates, and then stops responding to calls. This has not only caused agony but also unnecessary caused business loss for me.
    I humbly request you to kindly look into the matter and provide me a resolution at the earliest.

      I am anupam katiyar, i have been cheated by a member of the hdfc life employee named pooja as she asked me to purchase a policy name hdfc life sanchay plan of rs. 50000, policy no. 20958137. She promised me to provide additional benefit along with this policy like medical card for 6 members of my family for next 5 years. Now it has been passed 6 months & i have received nothing. She also told me that i can withdraw amount after 5 year at any time without any deduction. She also asked me that she is hdfc employee so he has special power to give me addition benefits. Now pooja's no. [protected], [protected] is going switch off permanently after this big scam. And the agent name written in my policy is different like it is written auric financial advisors ltd, where i also visited but in delhi office no one came to meet me even i waited 2 hours. I want justice because i was not aware of this cheating what they did with me.

        On 1 st june, saturday at 1.30 pm i got a call on my mobile phone. Since i was waiting to get a refund from hyundai, they said they are refund managers from the financial recovery team from the registered office in mumbai. He confirmed my account number and ifsc code and said he will refund the amount via net banking. When i confirmed my account details within a minute i received an otp which withdrew 20, 000 and then consecutively 30, 000. I instantly called up phone banking which took 15 minutes to get in touch with the customer executive and froze my account. I have filed a complaint and have two registered complaint numbers. The fir and the customer dispute form has been sent to the mumbai hdfc office but i have not received a revert.
        I request you, to please look into the same.
        There are concerns which need to be looked into.
        1. How was my confidential information leaked? There was not only an otp but customer id and even ipin was regenerated.
        2. My debit card details were hacked and my debit card number and cvv number was known.
        3. The bank is responsible for my funds and thus how was a beneficiary account been added without verifying the genuine.
        There is no compromise from side not even unknowingly. Please look into this matter and solve my problem on urgent basis

          I have been placed with a mirevenue hold through gefu negative value of 8, 000 in my savings account. Kindly explain this and remove the charges.
          Hope you are doing well. This is regarding a query. My friend had opened a savings account in hdfc bank. Now the account is no longer active. I had noticed that negative charges are being levied. I also visited the home branch but was informed to close the deemat account in order to close this savings account and then pay the negative balance. As per rbi guidelines, banks should not charge for non maintenance of minimum balance. Also am unable to visit the home branch due to travelling issues. Could you please look into this and advice. My friend needs help urgently.

            There was a transaction dispute with Airtel Postpaid and I have requested HDFC customer care team to immediately cancel auto payment of Rs.9517.88 made on 16th May 2019 with my Regalia First credit card. Cancellation request# [protected] was submitted on 17th May 2019 within 24 hours of the transaction and customer care representative informed me that the amount will be reversed/refunded to my credit card within 3-5 business days. But surprisingly when I see Jun 2019 statement the refund was not made and I have charged Rs.9517.88 which I have requested to cancel. So HDFC bank is making either false promises or not processing customer requests as per the rules. So I want this issue settled and amount of Rs.9517.88 should be refunded to my credit card which I don't have to pay.

              I am sulakshan jain prop. Of m/s oswal classic, ldh. I am holding an account in sbi since 1996. And having limit of only 6 lacs.
              Hdfc offered me edc machine (Swipe machine) and i already submitted all proofs whatever mr ashish sehgal (Ro code a40220) told me * (Aadhar card, pan card, gst certificate, address proof) on 07/06/2019.
              He committed that current account and edc machine will be there at your place within 7 working days.
              My chq was cleared by 18/06/2019 of rs.25000.
              And now on 24/06/2019 salesman asked me to submit noc from sbi on behalf of my limit.
              What is this..?
              * every documents whatever is needed should be informed before any process.
              *why my chq was passed before opening my current account..?
              *why there is delay in process..?
              *why salesman commitment is wrong..?
              *why hdfc is having salesman like mr ashish who commit false statement to customer and harras them.

              I want my chq. Return and punishable action against team of hdfc (0634) branch name fgm (Feroz gandhi market)
              I never deal with false statement bank.

                I had opened a nri pis joint account with hdfc bank sometime back, but never transacted.

                I’m trying to close the account since last two years but always being shuttled between branch to branch. Being an nri, i used to visit india on tight schedule, we try for couple of days and give up.

                I have being charged quarterly the maintenance fees. I have tried every effort but to no avail.

                Please advise whether i can go legally as i have all dox indicating the dates i have commenced the process of account closure.

                  Dear sir/madam i had applied on quikr for the post of an accountant in hdfc bank, they took my telephonic interview and i was asked to submit 2000 rs as security deposit and then i was again asked to submit 5540rs. As security deposit for my verification, they had offered me a salary of 17500 pm in the training period and they admitted that their team will check my background too. They had assured me that they will refund me back my money as soon as i join the bank, then for the courier service they again called me and said that i had to pay an amount of 7500 in the sbi account of mr. Prem kumar

                  How can i get that back
                  Whenever i call them their number isn't reachable and is blocked
                  Can you please help me out

                      Hello, i took hdfc credit card 10 years ago and jumbo loan from the same card two years ago. Till jan this year, i never missed out on my due date and made every payment on time. Due to job loss, i had stopped making payment of credit card for 3 months for which my hdfc account was leined on april month.

                      However, until then i was making jumbo loan payment on time till march even though i was at job loss. But due to the account lein, i was not able to continue my payment through account and i was forced to stop making the payment for two months.

                      Then i made a payment of rs4800 on may 29 and the person vasugi clearly told me my next due date will be on june 29.

                      Today, on june 24, i got a threatening call from your hdfc manager mg ramachandran - [protected] stating that i have to make the payment by today itself. I told him i was given time till 29th and he denied it and kept on abusing me asking for payment.

                      Not only this, being a manager, he sent his executive to my relatives house and threatening them to make the payment.

                      (I shifted to bangalore with family and also gave them my bangalore address.)

                      My question is how in the world my relatives are liable to make the payment for something which i borrowed from the bank. This is sheer case of fraud and cheat and open violance to my family members.

                      I want a strict action to be taken against him for sending the executives to my relatives home and threatening them to make the payment even though when i have been patiently cooperating with the bank.

                      As per rbi guidelines, this is a harassment case and this is totally unacceptable by any means.

                      Please take strict action on mg ramachandran.

                      I will also take this legally to the court based on your response for this complaint.

                        Misbehaviour by bank employee amit goyal cashier at hdfc bank. These kind of arrogant employee should be sitting at home not in banks.
                        Hdfc bank sir today i visited hdfc bank for withdrawal of ₹1lac and out of which he gave me 50000₹ of 200₹ when i asked to provide me with ₹500 notes then he told me that you only want one lac just take it or leave it. When i told that people have deposited 500₹ notes in front then misbehaved and refused to give he told 1 lac is nothing u want take it or leave it i will not give.

                        He should have told with manners sir we dont have. But shown that he is owner of bank.

                          I have recieved some call from some people "as they are telling that they are from npci" and they have recieved the complain that my policy which has done through hdfc life has given policy by telling lie. Which was actually correct & the same.
                          Regarding that i have written earlier so many complains to hdfc but didn't get any proper response.
                          Now again i am receiving the call. I don't know that they are really from npci for helping people against fraud or they are cheaters who get the information from these company or their authorized agent (Because they only have such secret information).

                            Above wallet was recharged on may 30, 2019 for rs. 1500.00 and balance of rs. 1235.00 is available. However, during travel on june 22, 2019 to gujarat, balance was showing as zero at toll plazas. This has resulted into lots of problems during our travel. After returning to mumbai, i have checked and wallet balance is shown as rs. 1235.00.
                            Please check and inform the reasons for showing zero balance.

                              Dear sir/ madam,
                              Please note that on friday dated 21.06.2019 we received a call from hdfc bank rm hadeeqa siddiqui on 26677400 because we had some queries and regarding we received a very good offer of jumbo loan on my credit card with 10 % roi upto 10lacs from your rm. We are already having loan with 11% and looking offer 10% agreed upon to taking 8lacs loan with 10% roi and fixed. After discussion amount was transferred in my account and utilized by me in favour of closing my existing loan with hdfc and icici which was on 11%. As soon as loan was dispurse we got a message that 12.60% roi. It's totally cheating with me by your rm and shaking my trust which was since very long time with hdfc. Please look into the matter and do the needful. It's not a matter of 12.60 roi it's matter of trust in bank and rm. When i discuss this matter today morning then she told it's a mistake and will take care of it. Your mistake broken my trust and request you please do the needful so that i can make again trust other wise i will pay the loan amount as soon as possible and close all accounts of hdfc bank of my family and my company also.

                                Waiver o[censored]nnecessary charges levied in my account and change in emi date
                                My issue is going on from 2017 and till date its not been resolved
                                Just because of you loan department sales staff false commitment and fake assurance i have to shut my newly opened business and also had to surrender my car to the bank again i have lost my reputation and dignity.
                                The time i had escalated my issues i was informed that it will be resolved and changes will be done.
                                During those day i had met with an accident and had shortfall of 01 emi which was paid and all those were happened your loan sales staff
                                Being in assumption that post my complaint bank would have taken necessary action and hence i have to pay cash every month
                                Same was followed and when i found a statement from my hdfc bank account your ecs is still active with my non operative hdfc account
                                Was quite shocked and have raised complaint from past 09 month i am being informed that sir you'r issues will be resolved kindly make the payment so that for future it shouldn't be levied
                                And i will be receiving call back from mr pradeep chettiyar (Loan account collection manager)
                                But still awaiting for call back
                                Every month my loan account file was getting transfer from one staff to the other and from almost 15 to 16 month i have keep on explaining the whole issue and fed up now finally was advise to visit to kanjurmarg branch where my issues can be resloved
                                I tried my best to visit the branch but unfortunately to my immense work and working in odd and official hours too
                                Fail to visit
                                I again spoke to the collection team to redirect my to mr chettiyar but now again its being 10 days no response.

                                And bank have sent me notice now that my emi has been cancelled i have to pay at one short.

                                I am wowed with the hdfc bank loan department service
                                I had also reverted on payment reminer email on 12th june with the whole issues but still no revert.

                                Hope in indian consumer complaint forum my issues will be granted and it will be resolved.

                                  I had submitted a fast tag application one month ago via gdfc site.
                                  I have got no updates about the fast tag registration. I have got an email confirmation from hdfc saying that i will get fast tag in 7 working days.
                                  But it has been almost a month, but i did not receive any wallet number till now.
                                  I called fast tag customer care multiple times, but they simply asked to wait for a week. Is there a escalation point where i can reach out to? How do i get the fast tag delivered? If its taking further delay, i want to cancel application and get full refund.
                                  HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      salary account not yet activated

                                      My salary account is not yet activated.
                                      Hdfc bank professional said, it will be activated within 3 working days. But i have got no notification so far.
                                      I opened account on 19th june. And its 24th june now.
                                      Today is the last day o[censored]pdating my account number in my company.
                                      As my account is not yet activated. I can't provide the details.
                                      Because of it, i might not get this month salary.
                                      Kindly help....

                                      I have applied for re-issuance of hdfc fast tag as my windshield got damaged and i replaced it.

                                      It is more than a month, once i requested. I have paid the re-issuance fee and followed multiple times on email and via customer care.

                                      There is no response. I have even filed grievance request with consumerhelpline.gov.in but still no response.

                                      It is painful to see none of them are responding. I am posting to hear from hdfc otherwise, i am left out with legal option.

                                      First email request 4/30/2019 and subsequent hdfc - 'hbl=[protected]' ticket

                                      After following up multiple times, on may 14th email from
                                      Ashish. [protected]@sahaj.co.in - requested for re-issuance payment details were provided and subsequently, the payment was done.

                                      May 21st - email from ashish. [protected]@sahaj.co.in, that the card is ready and would be sent.

                                      Card was not received till today and next email chain and hdfc customer support for the shipping details - no response - hbl=[protected]

                                      June 1st - reminder email
                                      June 4th - resend email as per customer care called ashish
                                      June 15th - reminder email and customer care call
                                      June 20th - logged complaint with consumerhelpline.gov.in.

                                      Still no response. I hope to see some response.
