Very very disgusting service, again i called customer care they are saying now you need to send letter to chennai branch hdfc warn all of you not open an account with hdfc bank. Or for that matter don't have any kind of dealings with hdfc bank. Do not take any loan from the bank, or get credit card from the bank. Please do not do this or you have to repent. Request to your call centre... They said it will take 10 days... Now this kind of service can we expect
From private bank... Disgusting... I dont want any kind of service from you... Even i am going to put

Closure form with me... Which she had given me back after checking my account... And all girls were
Laughing after that... I really appreciate service of axis bank... They attend clients properly & their
Services are not comparable... You people make us fool... No hard words for you... Please do not open your account in this bank, from last 6 months i am doing follow ups with these people, but every time they are saying we had put an request for deactivating your credit card transaction, disgusting service & theses people dont treat customer properly, is it taking 6 months time to close the account, please take immediate action on these hdfc people.

To delink your credit card with your saving account, We request you to log into www.hdfcbank.com with the user-id and password provided for your HDFC Bank savings account. Upon login, you will be prompted to register netbanking for credit cards. Please register your credit card to view the credit details online. Please follow the below process for de-registration of the card. Step 1: Choose "Netbanking" button on the home page. Step 2: Once inside Netbanking, click on "Credit Cards" Step 3: Click on "De-Register Card" option on the left side link. Step 4: Please enter your card no, expiry date, and the ATM PIN number of the Primary card, and click on "Submit" to link your card to your current customer identification number and Internet PIN. In the event, if any of the information provided by you is incorrect, then there will be a general prompt which will inform you that one of the above details are incorrect. For security reasons, the exact information is not provided.

    I've a personal loan in citi bank but the emi amount is different than the amount mentioned above.

      I have an account in hdfc bank, they always deduct some amount of different type of charges, its my biggest mistake that i have open a account in this bank, really hdfc bank is worst bank in india, i think i loss approximately 10000rs. For all different type of charges in it.
      Unfortunately i have personal loan from this bank also and credit card. I will change my loan to another bank. They told me that ur deducted money is in pending. If you u consult the bank they return some amount. I approached 3 times the bank but the manager and higher authority is very rude and unsympathetic. I never and ever had experienced this type of bad experience with any other bank.
      Dear friends,
      We may get same experience in future. Please don't take loan and account from hdfc. You will be charged like anything. You may face same experience as of me.

        I applied for credit card 1 week ago and when i track my status it's show in process. My verification is done by hdfc agent and he said that it will be deliver in 3-4 days. How much time it more takes? I filled the form online and submitted all the documents.

        Kindly provide me a details.

        I am stuck in it. Kindly send me the status as soon as possible.

        I swiped my debit card at MacDonald at CP amount of 219 debited thrice so total amount of 657 but payment was not made ...and it has been 5 days but i didn't get my money reversed back

        I have used creadit card of HDFC bank last 2008-9. On card there was some payment was due.
        I have deposit all amount, But they have put my name in CIBL. I have alrady closed this card in 20010.

        Kindly advice bank to remove my name from CBIL.

            Transaction of rs. 2399 was processed by adidas.co.in 11days back but amount is not credited into my bank account. Transaction was done through hdfc netbanking.

            I got a mail from payu.in saying the below text on 20th june 2019

            'Your refund request for following transaction is being processed
            and the money should reflect in your account within 5-7 business days.

            Transaction ID: [protected]
            Refund Amount 2399.00
            Merchant: www.shop.adidas.co.in'

            After checking with the merchant I got the mail saying:

            This is to inform you that we had escalated the issue to our concerned team and as per the update, the refund has been processed to the same account through which the payment was done. Also, we have attached payu response for your reference. We suggest you to check your account or with your bank for confirmation.

            I have attached a screenshot of the mail that i got from payu.in, but the amount hasn't been credited yet.

              Hello Sir,

              The HDFC bank relation manager issued a credit Card last year. But Due to unavailability at a permanent address, I didn't receive. Later It's blocked automatically because of the unavailability of me. But continue receiving a bank statement with 200 Rs charges. I complained so many times but after 6 months nothing happened. Even Relation manager is avoiding. Even he is not sharing any closure process.
              They are charging 200 Rs on the basis of what, difficult to understand. They are charging which I didn't receive.

              Kindly help me to close a credit card.

              There is no email and reason found to resolve this issue. Even can't believe that HDFC can be resolved without any clarification. I am suffering to closure this credit card permanently. They are sending bank statement Every month of the block credit card. I escalated at the 3 rd level but no one is answering neither on Email or in Call. I have Call recording with the Relation manager based on the blocked process and later confirmed by customer care executive. Now, If the card has been blocked then how can HDFC can send me a statement on every month of Rs 200. And 200 Rs I haven't spent.
              I don't want to any statement if future and card should be blocked permanently.

              Please look at this issue. Thanks

                Hi my name is RG SURESH KUMAR, I have used credit card of HDFC bank from last 3 years I made my payment regularly but suddenly my financial condition has gone down I lost my job. I can't pay dues right now because i am out of money. I requested hdfc recovery agents to give me sum time if I get extra money then i will pay dues but hdfc agent calling my family & friends for payment now I am no more in social standing also all my friends family know my condition I requested not to call. My family friends and other but then to they called again again now I am no where bcoz of HDFC agents. They are calling me continuosly & torturing me.
                No one is not giving me loans & no social respect, my family & friends are not talking with me. pls Stop doing harrsment nothing left in my Life now bcoz of HDFC bank my email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Expecting positive reply from you.

                      Dear concerned,

                      I have been an employee of hdfc bank since july 2017. Despite the namesake training provided by learning and development which only gave product knowledge and nothing more about banking, i managed to sail through and served the bank till 31st march 2019. I would also like to point out that there was no work life balance while working there. And the training which was supposed to conducted in classroom was expected to be finished at home. Already the extended working hours was taking toll on me, i was working from morning 9 am to 8 pm and the little time i had left for me for my family, i was expected to finish my training in that. I had been through enough psychological trauma while working there and i had to seek psychiatrist consultation thrice during the entire duration of working there.

                      I thought it was all over when i left the organisation but even now hdfc bank, as an organisation continues to torment me. I was baffled when i found out that the pf which was deducted from my salary every month for 2 years has not been credited to my epf account. Not only have i lost the interest for almost 2 years, i have no idea where the rest of the money is.

                      Needless to say, my relieving letter has not been issued and neither was fnf settled.

                      I have written several mails to abhijeet bhosale only to be disappointed. I havent received any revert from him or from any representative from hdfc bank. I will be forced to take it upto labor court if the issue is not resolved asap.

                              My association with HDFC Bank was almost 15yrs or More and this is what you get in return
                              I pay all my credit card bills on time which they also agree. In Nov 2018, that was my last emi for the credit card.
                              In October 2018, I was offered a personal loan on the basis of my records related to my credit card, without any guarantee. I accepted the loan as I was looking for one. The marketing executive very clearly mentioned I won't be charged for any late fees and my limit for credit card also will not be affect since it was from the same Bank
                              So now I have to repay for my credit card and my personal loan against the same credit card scheme

                              This could be slightly confusing but I will try and make it as clear as possible

                              In the month of Dec 2018, I get a call from the Bank asking for my EMI cheque for Nov' 2018, which i already had made. I refused to release the fresh cheque, without letting me know the reason, Bank started hounding me after a major hot conversations I asked for my previous cheque which I had deposited earlier, they said the cheque got bounced coz there was alteration done, i immediately called up my Bank and started firing them, that what made them to return my cheque. After inquiring my bank send me the screen shot of the statement where it shows, The "cheque was not presented only in my bank". What a liar hdfc is unnecessarily wants to make money
                              Finally I get the cheque in my hand with alteration done on the cheque and the Bank was blaming me for the same. The Bank started sending me statement with add on late fees and penal charges which I refused to pay and started getting threats from recovery agents.
                              Hear this out very interesting i paid my last EMI and still hdfc bothering me for the same payment which i already had paid, without any knowledge the recovery agents calling and giving mental torture's, even after explaining them everything. Brainless Creatures.

I m working at DRT.Cuttack. sir due to some official problems my salary has been stopped and due to that I was faced a lot of hardships to deposit the EMI to my loan account but however from the month of August I am managing and depositing my EMI but I confess that my deposits are becames irregular but I am avoiding to became a defaulter... but sir for the last one year I am facing this problem.. but sir two of your staffs one Mr.Rashmi Panda.. Recovery Manager.. Cuttack he has harrased me and two times he has visited my office to enquire and threatned me to complain against me before my husband and to office for recovery... sir he has also sent me a legal notice for an only amount of 42000.. when I asked one of your pannelled Advocate N.K.Dash sir he told me that Sri.Rashmi Panda has sent me that legal notice of his own.. no such hard rules are there for a default of two months no notice will come. Now sir from Kolkata branch one lade names Koeli telephoning me 10 to 12 times a day and scolding me like like anything sir.. to my utter surprise how HDFC considered as No.1 bank in India has appointed such employees... sir for the last one week I am suffering from high fever and can not able to go outside... but this lady in what manner and with which authority she has mis behaved and scolded a customer like this sir.. I am tottally shattered today with the behavior of this lady... I think she is intentionally collided with Rashmi Panda she has talked like this...

                                    This is in reference to my complaint dated 28/06/2019 on the above subject, i approached to your manager namely sh rahul grover at village budhela, vikas puri, new delhi, for resolution of my complaint dated 28/06/2019 but very wisely he avoided my complaint and gave me a sweet pills sating that he has forwarded the mail about my complaint and on a trust that a manager of such institute is a responsible person and may resolve the issue but i was shocked and surprised when the said manager called me on sunday i. E. 30/07/2019 at about, from on mob no - [protected], [protected], and used very filthiest language and instead of resolving my problem used very un parliamentary language in a threatening tune on sunday despite it is well known and in knowledge of all the bank official " no banker is authorized to call a customer on sunday or holiday and is supposed to use only registered phone number despite my request and advice the said manager rahul grover became adamant and used very foul language. You are requested to initiate legal action against the above said bank official.in these circumstances i left no other option but to proceed to the court of law entirely at your cost and reputation of your reputation

                                      2000+4800+6400 is the amount i payed up till now for the job. Phonic interview done, hr took that. Verification done. The last amount of 9500 the bank is asking to generate a password for opening the email that is of course not opening now in my mail.
                                      I am just not able to concentrate anywhere. I need a job.

                                      Sir i have all the payment transactions, if anyone concerned needs that i can surely forward.
                                      Sir for resolving it i can even pay the quikr team a small amount of money (only if they are found out fake and they work upon to get my money back, or atleast similar jobs).

                                      Sir i am a graduate and belong to a very lower middle class family. All the saved money is spent here in all those processes, i believe in quikr so i am asking to seek your help.

                                        I have an hdfc bank account. They updated my wrong pan card saying it is mine. I submitted my real pancard many times. But they are refusing to do it saying it is mine. Causing lot of incovenience.
                                        Another thing is i lost my banking documents in september and asked them to close the account and reissue a new account but they refused and there were unauthorized ecs and checks. They have taken 40000 rs as charges from me. I am a heartpatient and cannot bear this stress. Hdfc customer service is no good.
