Hai this is uday, i had blocked debitcard and netbanking and upi transctions due to misuse of my saving account, as the problem sorted out i raised request at bank to unblock netbanking and upi and for new debitcard. I got new debitcard and it is working and netbanking it is unblocked and able to transact. But am not able to send money via upi transaction such as phone pe, paytm, payzaap etc. Since my upi is not unblocked am not able to make transactions. I had raised complaints thru phonebanking but every time they say raised the issue or mailed the issue wait for 3 working days
So kindly request you to sort out my problem as soon as possible

    Company going back on whats written in the policy as 'benefits'. This is cheating.

    I bought 5 year policy which matured dec'18. Its written on page 2 of policy under head of 'benefits' that 'everything mentioned under 'schedule of benefits' on next page will be paid. This schedule clearly mentions 'premiums & annual amount' which means its payable to me. But its not paid while settling claim.

    My mails haven't helped & company refuses to pay whats written as payable under 'benefits'. This is clear cheating. Beauty is - the mail reply does not comment on my specific demand but gives vague answer.

    This is clear case of deliberate attempt to assist the agent in mis-selling the policy & a fraudulent practice because, while selling the policy i was repeatedly told by the agent that i will get maturity value, bonuses & invested premiums as mentioned in the policy.

    I am going to consumer court to get whats is rightfully mine as clearly mentioned in the policy as detailed above. A

    In fact, the agent gave me a nice calculation showing all three elements as maturity benefits- sum assured+ bonuses+ all premiums invested which is exactly mentioned in the policy under 'benefits' & 'schedule of benefits'.

      Hi,
      I have opened hdfc salary account and after certain period i resigned my job in october - 2018, after 3 months salary account changed to savings account. Now it is negative balance of (Rs:5000), i have called to customer care, they told you need to visit home branch to close the account & they informed no need to pay any amount, manager will wave off the negative balance and you can close the account. For this i have audio recording also and finally i visited home branch to close the account, manager informed that i need to pay all the amount to close the account. Within the bank employees don't know the bank policies and playing with customers. Can someone please try to help on this.

        I have applied for Composite home loan with HDFC bank in May 2019, so I submitted all documents and required forms on 3rd May 2019, I have submitted address proofs, income proofs and every thing they requested, They said that they have started process and provided a file number after a week, and I was following up on that everyday to know the status, also they have charged processing fee for this process. in the documents list there was property link documents and details of person who owns land and who have the GPA. After a hell followup they sanctioned the loan on June last week, after going through so much of pain it took almost two months for sanction.

        The twist has come later they said they will do legal proceeding in the end of all this story, and they came up with a strange process that they wont disburse check to the GPA holder, but they will process check to people who already registered the land to GPA holder, they said it is HDFC process, Even Am fine with it, but when we submitted the documents initially in May they verified all documents but never mentioned about it, they have wasted two months of our time and money, we paid all money to seller where HDFC also asked for UTR number of transfer which was also provided, now they left us blank, as we are no where to go, seller will definitely don't agree if they pay check to previous land owners, with this shocker I even went to Telangana Sub Registrar office and they are shell shocked with this process of HDFC.

        Now I want to raise a complaint on HDFC for wasting my time, and I want to hit them hard, they should inform this process when they initially verified documents, such a stupid process and very slow process they took 2 months for sanction where as other banks are taking 15days.

        I had a discussion with other bank also with PSU banks and they are ready to process and give check to GPA holder, Now I requested to cancel the loan process in HDFC and emailed them with all details and no response from them. GOD knows how much time these people will take to cancel. I recommended all my friends to be far from HDFC also for my friends in construction. Also Am surprised that some of the HDFC branches have delivered check to GPA holder as per Telangana employees in sub regitrar office.

        Not sure if they are expecting money from backend or so, as some of known people said that it will be done if we pay money from backend. seriously it is really bad if it is true.

          Cancellation of one assist membership
          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 7131without my concern on date:december2017.             I have been a customer of HDFC Credit card since 2009 and during these periods being a Govt employee I have been transferred to several places. Recently I've transferred from New Delhi to Bhopal and I've requested for address change by filling up form and dropping it to nearest HDFC ATM. The request for address change have been rejected twice for signature mismatch. Now, in between my new card have also been attempted for delivery at my old address at Delhi which has been returned. Such is the cumbersome procedure to change the address is not at all appreciated by HDFC bank. It took much of effort to connect Customer Care through IVRS and she advised to fill up a form for new signature; attach PAN card and submit to nearest HDFC branch. The signature as appearing in PAN card only will be valid. The point is, PAN card is also obtained appx. 15 years back and the same can't be matched. Request you to kindly look into the issue and help me in updating address.

              I hold hdfc life pension champion insurance policy #[protected]Client id:[protected] since 25/06/2010. I have paid all premiums on time including the tenth/final premium on 25/06/2019. I am eligible for annuity from 25/06/2020.

              Except reminders for annual premium, i hardly got any service support. Since payment of last payment, i da been complaining about not receiving hard copy of premium receipt, fund value statement and details of annuity options available to me from 25/06/2020.                 I was cheated by this company wherein the first years premium was taken for me and my wife... Individually. I paid the premium and post that received no communication from the company for renewal and upon calling them to ask for the renewal process, i was told that both policies have lapsed. There was no intimation from the company on email, phone or message stating that the reminder for renewal was sent and they just cancelled the policy.in the era of digital solutions, i was told by the customer service agent that a letter was sent from hdfc ergo to an address which i left one year back. I want an immediate refund of this amount to me because this is absolutely unfair on their part to cancel the policy on the basis of a letter sent to me which i did not receive in any form. If the intimation itself wasnt received from my end then how can the policy be cancelled. I demand an immediate refund for both policies (Self and wife).

                      AM using HDFC Fastag from last 6 months and even without using Fastag line there is two time debit has been happen. Both time i had use the Army ID card for exception and after that got message for the Fastag charges. Had call to customer care and email multiple time but not got any revert.

                      Even theses guys are not having any escalation matrix. No one is listing and there decision is final. HDFC is taking your hard earned money free of cost.

                        I am simply requesting a no-due certificate for my credit card that was settled long back. I just have the card number with me and i have lost my registered mobile number. Even after making repeated requests via mail and post to the cards division in chennai, i don't seem to get any respond from them. Neither do they respond me with anything on phone banking as now the card is supposedly blocked and not active anymore.

                          I took a hdfc sl progrowth super ii (Policy number:[protected] on 17th September 2013, referenced by my personnel account manager from HDFC bank. Premium amount is 25, 000. After the first premium paid, I received documents with wrong initial. I kept asking through my personnel account manager for years to update the right name. But nothing happened, I decided not pay premium due to poor response and wrong initial on the policy holder details.

                          I started to receive calls on 2019 informing about IRDA announcement and to process the pending policy before it goes to govt fund. I researched through blogs and found that this is true about unclaimed policies. So after a month, I said ok to process the policy.

                          There are two options given to me. out of which I took the foreclosure option. To do this we have to pay 50k to change the broker code. This is the first obligation asked by the HDFC life representative. I wasn't happy to pay but I did it at last. So they put me in to a new HDFC life policy (Policy number:[protected].

                          Ever since I did the blender mistake of paying them, It kept coming since with various reasons and never stopped. They kept promising to pay every month and I am taking a policy on a monthly basis. No proper communication once they get payment for more than 2 weeks. After I got the policy documents I have to force them to tell me the status by doing direct phone calls and whatsup chat. This is the routine for the last 4 months.

                          So far I took the below policies and the reason told by the representatives are given below.

                          1. To get NOC - 75, 000 (bharathi axa life elite advantage plan - Policy number:[protected]
                          2. GST charges - 99, 000 (bharathi axa life elite advantage plan - Policy number:[protected]
                          3. rtgs charges - 66, 000 (bharathi axa life elite advantage plan - Policy number:[protected]
                          4. FNF - 53, 000 (Policy number:[protected]

                          I seriously said I can't pay every month for ridicules reasons to the representatives on June first week. I felt that I would escalate this on the same time through this complaint. But I waited another month that these companies fulfil their words. But I got disappointed another time.

                          I did as usual all way of pushing them to give me an answer throughout June. Nothing moved. I received the policy document and then the representatives started to give routine answers in chats. Last Friday I got a call who claims that he is from the accounts department of the HDFC life. He checked my account details given. Monday (1st July 2019) I got a call from the same person (who talked on Friday) and he informed me that the payment is not went through. He told me to pay and clear another thing, this time it is service charge of 12.5%, 83k.

                          This is the breaking point, we had long calls yesterday. They called me today numerous times. I will no longer attend their calls.

                          What kind of a procedure is this? Which kind of a company ask the client to pay huge money to get the payment? I tried to get answers from the personnel account manager as well, he never spiel a word for the last four months.

                          Sum assured for me is : 4, 50, 240 from the original policy payment including the bonus given by the company. In addition the new payments I paid (99k + 66k + 53K) will be send to my account as well. This is the proposed payment. So the total now grows to 6, 78, 240. And I am not sure when this is going to come to me.

                          I have all phone calls recorded, whatsup chats with me. I can give these information to any original HDFC Life superiors.
                          I strongly told them in the last calls, I won't pay anymore. But still the calls are coming every hour.

                          I need your intervention to get back my own hard earned money. I have no confidence on the companies both HDFC and HDFC LIFE. Please let me know in case you need any more information and suggest me the next step.

                          I need an immediate action from the responsible person. If nothing happen then I have no choice, I will making a petition in IRDA complaint system or I will file a suit against the HDFC LIFE.

                          Actually there is no resolution of this case. So marking this as resolved is unacceptable. From this month onwards I am being called to pay a premium for these policies. So in reality these companies are useless.

                                Please note that i applied for hdfc credit card and got reference no : [protected]w3. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number [protected]w3 status disapproved. I called customer care and they are not giving any reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Hdfc bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against hdfc. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got disapproved. Hoping positive response.

                                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has billed me rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 7818 without my concern for date: 3/07/2019.                                       I visited hdfc bank on daily basis, now she had taken signature on closure form & said i will put request for delinking credit card, now almost 2 months gone, still it is pending, i called on daily basis but no body is picking up my call, ms. Aswathy nair had given me line line no. [protected], but this no. Nobody is responding, really i m fed up now by doing so much follow ups for closing the account, each & every employee is giving false commitment, hdfc bank employees are misguiding me from last 6 months, now its too much, i m withdrawing my amount, if you people will charge interest, i will sue you in the court, third class service, pls pls pls guys dont open account in these bank, these people will take your mobile without your consent & will apply for credit card, i have not applied for credit card & even i not recieved any credit card, then these people will make you fool, by saying first you delink credit card then come to us. You people will get cursed by harrassing us like this... Sheet service. U should feel ashamed

                                        I got hdfc regalia credit card 3 months back with assurance of no charges for the first year. Now they charged me 2500+ 450 gst. I called customer care and raised a complaint. They told some sales team will reach out to me but no one called me. Please revert back me the money so that i will go ahead and cancel the credit card. I do not want to continue with your credit card anymore. I am very unhappy with your services.

                                        You mentioned that credit card has been issued as a priced card which I do not accept. While taking the card they told me first year it is free and will be charged from second year. This means HDFC people cheated me right? My personal banker confirmed me that the card is absolutely free for first year.Now I do not want to continue with your card. So please revert back my money then I will proceed with cancelling your card. Please do the needful quickly so that I will close the card.

                                        I sent email and I opened complaint through customer care, I gave card details and mobile number details but no one is addressing the issue. Is this the way HDFC cheat people by giving false promises and again saying its charged? Do not play with people just to fill your stomach. You tell clearly what you can and what you cant just to meet your targets you people are cheating innocent people. This is not fair. Your bank alredy lost credibility.
