I was told by flipkart that i will receive a refund having refund id[protected] but i have not received the refund and hdfc says the reference no is incorrect.

I cannot contact hdfc and when i try to contact flipkart they say that refund has been done on 9-july-2019, but the amount has not been credit to my account yet.
Please help me as i have my order being cancelled by flipkart and haven't received the refund yet.

    Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 3 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. My hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -2500 balance.
    The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 2500 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.

    Plz juistice to me. 2500 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?
    What is the action will take against this bank.

      I checked statement of account but its shows no transaction regrading this

        Dear sir,

        I am writing to you after making several follow ups with samsung & hdfc customer care (Nor samsung & hdfc is interacting to each other) and since hdfc has not yet initiated any action /investigation on this matter and my emis are still going out of my account for the product order which was cancelled in nov, 2018

        The heist goes like this:

        1.in november 2018, i ordered a samsung mobile phone (Though my wife) online for rs. 23, 499.94 using my hdfc credit card.
        2. On 11th november 2018 i decided that i do not need the mobile and hence cancelled the order.
        3. I was told by samsung customer care that the amount will be refunded and the emis will stop automatically.
        4. However, the emis are being deducted every month and neither hdfc or the samsung informed us about the emis getting deducted since nov, 2018 till date.
        5. More than rs. 2000 going out from my credit card account every month since nov, 2018 till june 2019.
        6. Even after following up several times on phone and email with samsung & hdfc customer care they are not responding to us and neither the emi deduction is stopped.
        7. Hdfc bank is blaming samsung and vice versa.
        8. I have been requesting for reversal of all emis illegally taken so far, but no response from hdfc
        9. I have been requesting for my credit card statement till date, but no response from hdfc

        Cancellation of the product email from samsung has already been forwarded to hdfc (Reproduced below). But no response.

        Also hdfc is not sending me monthly credit card statement to [protected]@gmail.com despite my several requests

        Kindly request you to look into the matter and give justice to me or they will take one more emi this month also.

        Both of them are not responding to me for last 2 months.

          My old debit card is blocked and when communicated with hdfc phone banking, they said new debit card is already received by me. However i have not received any new debit card on my registered address.
          Now they are demanding more money around rs. 300 to issue another debit card. Why should i pay extra charges??
          Also if it is not delivered, why hdfc is saying it is delivered.
          Now i dont have any active debit card and i am suffering because of there mistake.

          Also before blocking my existing debit card they have not communicated with me by sending any message on registered mobile no. And suddenly without delivering new card hdfc has blocked my old card.

            First yes i know i wasn’t able to make a payment due to some mishappenings but i got a call from one of your manager he abused me and told me “maa bhen chod dunga par payment lekar rahunga”. This kind of harrasment i won’t take it and even though he told me that bihari hai kya sunayi nahin deta. My mom is suffering from cancer and i told him but he said “kaisa aadmi hai tu apni maa ko maar raha hai”. He didn’t even listen my words and then he said “tere ghar aakar aisi besti karunga acha lagega”

            I want a strict action to be taken and i haven’t said that i won’t make a payment i have said that i will make a payment but give me some time but he again said “bank maa bhen chod dega aur payment lega” tu defaulter hai tere baap se baat karunga is this kind of langugae manager uses in your bank.

              My name is Raju and my registerd mobile number is [protected] and my card number is[protected] And I am here about my problems facinf from last 2 months till now it is not resolved from that time continously i am contacting call centers and branch even i mail to the customer care 2 times they didn't help yet please close My Card or do something because the emi conversion is not yet done while in my credit card account offer available and now they are deniying please its my request to do help me because Continuously I m getting calls from collection department each and every next hour why you peoples not understating my problem as I told you the fault is happen from your call center they did not converted my used amount into smart emi during the offer period on my account when I call to customer care they said it wil take upto 48 to 72hr it will be converted but it is not done till now for that I call center but they normally responding it will update soon like that only after 10days of this issue now they are dennie for converting my amount when they promise me like we wil convert as per the offer I didnt expected fraud promise from hdfc And that time we got hospitalized my son operation we paid that amount and mean while I am Getting like this harassment Calls Everyday please help, me team so that I can make a payment on monthly basis so that I can pay I am in problem kindly please understand My problem collection department is continuously harassing me and I m not able to pay the whole amount instantly please now atleast convert my debit trasaction into emi so that I will be not getting any calls i have been Getting harrassing and abusive Calls Every time i am living with My family it feels very bad such kind of harrassing calls are causing extreme distress at home and i m neeeding a help from your side only I visited their branch, called up call centers but no resolution was provided from May month i am facing this issue nobody is taking action why it is not done till now when The offer is available in My Hdfc credit Card A/c i need a help from you please its humble request you to provide me the option on installments to make a payment for my outstanding because they are increaing each month fines and penalities and intrest, Gst for my outstanding how can i bear this much at the spot payment i having family and having financial problem in my house please help me for my concern call me or else please respond my Messenge via call or E-MAIL or else Mesg whatever the medium it is but please resolve my issue as soon as possible because its very emergency to resolve because collection Department is calling me they are asking for the payment My current number is [protected] or else [protected] u may call to my number to resolve my issue soon They are asking something settlement of my card like that for 6months that i dont want to do because that also they are asking me to pay 19900rs per month till 6month like that please help me team I am waiting for ur help because they have given me 2days time for this .

                Dear sir,

                I, shivam sharma, am a credit card holder with hdfc bank.

                It's been second time recovery agents involved my family in this.

                Today one of banks recovery agent called up my mother and started threatening her and he even called up my cousin sister.

                Who the hell gave you the right to involve my mother and outsider into this do they have any right to do that you recovery agent are not following any law and they re let then doing it today that single call made very bad impact on my mother's health who's gonna take responsibility for that?

                Why are they threatening my innocent mother and telling my dues to the outsider which is impacting my families reputation why my family is been involved who gave them the right to threat me.

                Even earlier i complained about this that their recovery agents they came to my house and tries to threat my family and now they are calling my mother and outsider too they are breaking laws doing things which should not be done my family has nothing to do with my credit card i understand that i have a due but do they understand that i have that due my family doesn't please make them stop for harassing me and my family

                Please stop them,

                They said that they'll call my mother tomorrow and they gave her ultimatum that you have only two days?

                Why?

                I request you to please stop this harassment.

                  I took home loan of amount 12 lac in Dec. 2019 at ROI 8.75% with .10% corporate discount from hdfc ltd sec 62 noida office, when ROI was 8.85% but soon in next 3 months later they have increased ROI on my home loan 8.85% while at present ROI on home loan is 8.60% for male and 8.55% for women.

                  Still i am paying EMI on my home loan at the rate of 8.85%.

                  I had talked to the concerned HDFC person about this but that concerned person is not responding to my queries.

                    My credit card application declined without any reason and there was no notification regarding this either to my mails or my phone number.

                    I am highly disappointed with the services provided by hdfc bank. Also there is no specific number to contact related to credit card queries.

                    After completing all the necessary documentation, my card is declined without any valid reason and the person who took my details is not picking up my calls.

                    I need a proper justification regarding this because this is unacceptable.

                        I have used my hdfc cc (416317xxxxxx327) for a temporary hotel deposit while checking in a hotel in us (The reservation charges for this booking were already paid).

                        The amount has been released by the hotel without any deduction, however in my hdfc cc account, the amount is still shown as "outstanding authorization amount". The total amount is inr 41872.84.

                          I got a call from arvind nd tarun sharma nd rahul sharma and sonu kumar and pooja verma to provide a job to me from hdfc bank branch raipur they took money from me fristly 2000 then 5500 then 37800 then 42000 then 25000 then 12000 and last 62000 from me for providing a job in hdfc bank raipur branch i filled to complain to u for cauthing them on time and referring /refunding my amount

                            I am anukul chandra having a hdfc credit card no [protected] which was expired last year on may 2018 and then i have requested for another card but i did not get that card due to the address issue, as i made this card through the office address, and then i left that company and now i am working in goa.

                            So i have visited the branches of the hdfc bank also here in goa but they are refusing to do so and saying that i have to go again to delhi to close this credit card account details.

                            And i have clear all the due amount against this card but still, i am getting the bills on every billing cycle after not using the card also.

                              While travelling from chithradurga to bangalore i passed by 4 tolls and money was deducted from my fastag wallet accurately.. After reaching my destination and 3 hours later.. An sms from hdfc bank stating that 200 rs has been deducted due to adjustment entry.. But my vehicle was in the home.. Remaining balance was 105 rs and how can 200 rs be deducted?.. And now my fastag wallet is showing 0 rs.. I want the responsible persons to solve this issue..

                                But when i track it online it shows you application has been declined.

                                  My wife ramya narayanan is facing harassment from branch people and her reporting manager. As we are financially not stable they are targeting her alone. Making her sit up-to 9pm. From there she has to travel 30kms. Even she is not well, they are not allowing her to take permission. As a part of harassment they have extended her probation period. We are recently married, she took her leave for 10 days during marriage. Please punish the culprit and do the needful. If this continues i will loose my wife soon. They have threatened her she will loose the job. There are no one help us in this regards

                                    It is to bring to your notice that i dis a transcation on dt. 13.07.2019 of an amount of rs. 13110/- for rajdhani electricity bill payment through the app mobikwik, but the same was not successful and the screenshot of the unsuccessful transaction is also attached alongwith the screenshot of the hdfc sms in which the amount of rs. 13110/- was debited from my credit card. A complaint regarding this is also lodged through the hdfc customer care on dt. 14.07.2019, 15.07.2019 and 21.07.2019 respectively in addition to that a transaction ofa the amount of rs. 159/- was done on dt. 15.07.2019 through my credit card which was not done by me and a complaint regarding the same is also registered through hdfc custromer care by me on dt. 15.07.2017. Screenshot of duly filled hdfc transaction dispute form is also attached for your reference. Please take the remedial action at the earliest without causing any further inconvenience as so many days had already been passed.

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      I am sijo sabu, i have account in your bank hdfc (Ifsc code hdfc0000088)
                                      On date 12th of july, rs 500 deducted twice while swiping my hdfc atm card at shaheed chaman petrolleum new delhi but till date it is not refund in my hdfc bank account no [protected]
                                      Kindly check my account & resolved the problem.

                                      Kindly suggest me what to do, how to get my money back from bank. Where i need to go, to whom i should talk regarding this.

                                        Dear sir
                                        I have taken a car loan through hdfc bank, loan account no. 51310420, loan sanction amount was rs. 315, 000/- out of that total emi amount due 34, 331.51 only. I already informed that collection agent that i will pay these balance emi within 10th of august as full n final settlement.

                                        But all of a sudden on 20/july/2019, i got a phone call from the mobile number [protected], the person said his name "mr. Arun kr das, advocate on behalf of the bank" said me that they have filed a case against me and threatening over phone that he will come my home, will seize my car and send me in jail.

                                        Whether i didn't get any legal notice prior from the bank.

                                        For this situation me and my family very afraid and prayer for resolved this issue.
