I have a salary account with hdfc my customer id is 73955780,
I left my job due to some personal issue, lately i have been going through difficult time, i applied for my pf claim which i received, i applied for provident fund so that i can pay for my rent
Now bank have taken 2800 ruppes (Approx) without even informing me, i have called customer service department several time and they have given me multiple excuses, rather than trying to fix the issue
I called contact center few days ago, spoke to a girl (Ashwini), she assured me that she have logged a complaint with the help of her supervisor (Ajay) and i will be recieving call back in next 24 hour (Probably next morning), didn't received any call.
Called again after 48 hrs, just to see what is going on, the moment i said its regarding complaint, they started giving excuses, like '
You got connected to the wrong department,
Not able to hear me,
Disconnecting calls on hold,
There was one guy who kept me on mute after listening to my complaint for almost 7-8 mins, i felt like he was waiting for me to disconnect the call and then he told me money will be back in my account in 7 days, he assured me on that.
Also spoke to a guy (Vinayak) who told me the previous complaint was regarding something else & now he have logged a new complaint which will surely help me. No one knows what happened to the one which was already logged, when i asked him why i was not informed about charges, he told me that i have to register for instant alert (Now please explain me why you guys keep sending all this emails and text messages for loans and credit cards when i am not registered and have never asked for that)
Now i don't know where to go, i have literally tried every thing, didn't expected this from you guys, i will close my account so that i don't to go through such experience in future and advise my dad to change his home loan and his personal account to some other bank
