I am credit card holder [protected] on the name of ravishankar i am using credit card for more than 8 years i am having some problems in my business last 8 months i could not pay my minimum balance from two months so many calls come to my number i told them i am paying interest of 3% and penalty from last 1.5 year there is a serious problem in business.
They are calling my wife number and harassing her. One of the costumer care lady told my daughter, your father took money and ran away.
The recovery agent came to my house today on 12/05/2019, stood near the door told my wife, we will not leave your house till we speak to your husband. My wife told him he is out of station., then he started saying your husband credit payment 70000. My phone was not in contact since i was in remote area near goa. He told my wife, i will not leave this place till he talks to me he stood there for long time and left i called the recovery agent after two hours girish his phone number is [protected] i told him i am out of station i will pay by may 25. Literally he threatened me saying i need my payment tomorrow any how otherwise i will come sit in your house. I told him i am out of station i cannot arrange funds now i will do the payment on may 25. I explained him that you cannot go to my house when i am not there. He refused to listen
I cannot understand one simple thing we are costumers for more than 10 years for bank, bank earned lot of interest from me, why this behavior. Why you are not follow the rules of recovery by threatening and by sending goons you want recover the money. Then why you call this corporate bank. I hope you will understand this and resolve the issue at earliest
