I had taken a credit card on 13th july 2018 from hdfc with the limit for rs. 50, 000. The bank recovered rs. 40, 033 on 17th january 2019 from my hdfc salary account. When i spoke to them that i could pay back only the remaining rs. 10000, the agent was abusive. He threatened me of dire consequences if i did not pay the amount of rs. 29, 000. Stop calling me regarding the loans & credit card offers. I have not signed up for anything here. I dont know where have u got my information from and who has authorized you to call me.

I have visited the bank and told them to remove my personal information from your data base and without my permission do not call me or send me a message.

My fiance has been working in hdfc, despite of all the enormous pressure, there is no ethical code of conduct, his branch manager has no sense of employee respect, they work for 12hrs a day or more which is complete exploitation of employees. cancellation of one assist membership

I am a hdfc bank credit card honder. The bank has auto debited rs 1899 from my credit card ending with 1530 without my concern on date 26/04/19. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs 1899.

We are trying to set up pin using debit card and otp. After selection of otp and email id, we do not receive otp in our rm nor in our registered email id.
We are unable to reset our pin hence unable to operate our account
We are not in india hence we cannot even reach to bank
