Hello team,
I have requested for closure of this hdfc bank credit card ending with 0044 last year in the hdfc bank branch: "pn 3, nri cplx, mandakini, alaknanda, greater kailash 4, new delhi, delhi 110019" after a filling a manual form.

I also received a confirmation that the card has been closed.

The last email for the payment was sent on thu, may 24, 2018, 2:39 pm and the amount was rs.14725.31. Further paying this amount there was no amount due left and i received the below email.

Thus making
Total amount due : (Rs.) 0.00
Minimum amount due : (Rs.) 0.00
Payment due date : (Dd-mm-yyyy[protected]

Now after close to 1 year, i have received again payment notice for about rs 1082.87/-. Although the card was not even delivered to me and it was closed already.

It looks very pity and i am really disturbed personally with this credit card related communication.

There is no statement generated for the same. Kindly request for help to close this as soon as possible.

    My credit card has expired last month and still i have not received my new card. iam on a foreign tour next week and need the new card. the card has expired during april 2019 and it is said the new card will be issued automatically. but not happened. my customer id 37395060.
    I did avail the one assist card still the amount has been debited from my account I want a refund for the amount plz it's so inconvenient and without the concern of the customer how can u do this.

    In parwanoo branch they are not acept DD always says go to other branch because their printer not working, staf not available this type of reason. why they not acept DD i m a customer of parwanoo branch but why should i go to other branch . This is not 1st time i face this type of problem maximum time

            In Jan month, I used to visit Mumbai and used VIP Lounge, as per earlier understanding there was no charges against 1 VIP Lounge per month but HDFC wrong charged 1951.29 INR + GST 18%

            My account was salary account in hdfc, without prior information or prior notice amount of rs.600 has been debited from my account, i need the reason for the debit and i want my money back.

            If this happens again then i need to close this account and all transaction from this bank and open another account with another bank who is allowing us to open with 0 account.

                I am a hdfc credit card holder and bank has debited Rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 8518 without my concern on date:02/03/2019 and now every months it is getting deducted from my credit card and today I got a message from credit card that I am having due of Rs 3369/- . And I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So please cancel the membership this month only and refund this debited amount RS 3369/-

                    I have applied for hdfc diners club black" credit card. I was also told to open an hdfc bank account for the same and was promised that my credit card will be free for a lifetime. I have also submitted all of the required documents.

                    I checked credit card status online today and shocked to see that my application is declined without any reason. Can you tell me the reason behind it and how can i process it again. I am more than 100% sure that all my documents and credit score are way more eligible for this card.

                    Also, my hdfc account is wasted as i opened that only for this card. It looks like to be a trick just to show new hdfc account on false promises.

                        Same happens with me, hdfc agent told me its life time free credit card then only i have applied for the credit card, i didn't ask for one assist mfee so how can you deduct rs, 1399/- without my consent from my card.

                        Better you refund my money rs.1399/- which has been deducted from my card on 10, may, 2019 immediately and cancel this subscription or plan from my card, i don't need it, this is a completely fraudulent transaction.

Please follow the below process for claiming the funds: 1. Submit a complaint /dispute letter with the issuing bank SBI Bank branch where you hold the savings bank account. 2. The issuing Bank will then raise a charge back dispute / query on us (HDFC BANK) seeking the disputed transaction status. 3. If the transaction stands valid as per your claim, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, which would be credited to your account by your respective bank.                             I have HDFC Fastag and the Customer ID is[protected]. The wallet ID is[protected].
                            On May 4th 2019, I had two transactions at toll plazas. After that my account balance is Rs.233/-.
                            On May 10th 2019, I have recharged my account with Rs. 600/- and the total balance is Rs. 508/-. The actual balance should be 600+233=833/-.

                            Please let me know why the actual balance is not showing my account? Current balance showing that 508 only.

                                On behalf of the previous complaint regarding one assist membership. A fee of 1399/- have been charged on my credit card bill without my concern. With regard to the same, the amount was not been removed from my credit card bill. I'm still getting a message of payment due Rs. 1326/-
                                Please take necessary action and refund the amount as soon as possible to my credit card account.

                                  This is to inform you that on 29th march i received a message of emi conversion has been done on my credit card for the transaction that was made on 28th march. I have not made any payment of such amount and has blocked my card the moment i received the msg.

                                  While checking with bank executive she informed me that even she doesn’t know who the merchant is and till date they have not advised me the merchant's name and are sending me bills of that emi making me liable to pay inspite of the amount being in dispute.

                                  I have sent credit card dispute form at cc. [email protected] but till date there is not revert inspite of sending auto replies that they will get back to me within 7days. They have charged me the emi in april and now sent the bill again. This is the second time fraud activity has happened first with debit card and now with credit card. I have visited the roop nagar branch as well but there was no assistance provided and stated i need to wait for the revert from cc. Disputes. Reference number nisha acharya has given me is [protected] over the email but no action has been taken till date and last digit of my card is 6811 which is blocked. Attached is the dispute form sent.

                                    Last month (April) could not able to maintain balance for EMI (6990) of my loan. The bank first charged rs 708 and then today it charged rs 236.
                                    This is huge penalties as if like you are waiting for us to do small mistake like not able to maintain a balance for a particular month.
                                    Not fair.
                                    Please tell me the mechanism you apply in order to deduct these charges.

We request you to please refer below details of Installment returned unpaid till date: Installment Due Date: In case of a returned EMI, the following charges are applicable: Return charges: Rs.550.00 per instance + GST 18%. Late Payment charges: <2.00% or 2.50%> per month (Calculated on a daily basis from the date of return of EMI till payment of outstanding EMI).
