I contacted amazon about my refund issue. They said that their refund is processed and money will be reflected in bank account within 3 to 5 days. Its been a month since my amount isn't refunded. I contacted amazon and they told me to ask from the bank end. Hence please i want to know about this from the hdfc is there has been any requests of refund acceptance or not.

    Me macwon want to make a complaint against hdfc bank ltd. The employees in this bank are harrased and the life becomes hell after joining this bank.
    Employees are not allowed to take leave even if they have sufficient balance also they have been told by the branch managers"leave is not your right" i think hdfc bank hr has forgotton that there exist labour office.
    Employees has to work till late hours from 9 to 10-11-12 which is against the employement rule and they even don't get any overtime allowance for that.
    I would like to get this into notice of the md of the bank mr. Aaditya puri.
    Hdfc bank has forgotton that it has established the topmost position only because of their employees and they r least bothered.. All branches open till 9:30 pm checked camera

      I have received a message from hdfc bank "your trx is debited to hdfc bank credit card for rs. 199.00 in mumbai at amazon1258399 on[protected]:17:54:30. This is not an authenticated trx as per rbi mandate effective 1 may 12." i also checked my account and its showing me outstanding payment of rs.999. I want my money back as its a fraud transaction. Please help me out. This is getting deducted every month

        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 2028 without my concern on date:09/05/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

          And etlis bank have to inform me before the transaction.

          I want my money back in my account urgently and information about this why it was debited from my account.

            Dear HDFC bank.

            I’m very much disappointed with the deduction of Rs 177 money from my Account #[protected] with DESC for AMB CHRG INCL GST FOR APR 2019 month.

            Deducted date : 07 May 2019

            Though the maintained Average Minimum balance of amount Rs 10366. suddenly disappearing my hard-earned money.

            AND sir/madam here i am requesting you that if any rule/process changed please learn to intimate first then do as your wish . And it is not you greatness to say without any intimation we deduct the amount. please revert my amount.

              I already posted my complaint amd no strict action has been taken yet. Now i think, its time for your bad days. I would recommend all the viewers and victims of such calls and requests that do complain about the whole company to the cybercrime complaint sector. Definitely our voices would be heard by them. This company is earning by eating up our money in an illegal way. This complaint is really serious. Waiting since month for the resolvement of my issue and still not done. Modi takk khabar jaani chahiye inki bhenchod.

                Hello all,

                I had purchased a sony lcd using hdfc cashback offer on 06/01/2019
                The offer stated that within 90 days (3 months) the cashback will be credited in the bank account but it's already more than 3 months, yet i have not received the cashback and hdfc helpline are not working and is of no use at all.
                This was purchased from reliance digital, xperia mall, lodha xperial mall, palava.

                Kindly look into the issue and credit my cashback into my emi account at the earliest.

                  Sir, hdfc bank given a credit card no xxx3231, oct 2017. I purchase some goods from myntra.com amount of 2000 we are given this amount by other bank debit card but in this time hdfc tell me your bill is 5400. I am not purchase any good for this card, i tell him give me all my bills (Start to last)
                  But they are not given and ask we are discrete you for credit score you are not tack loan any time/any bank.

                    I am avneet singh
                    I have a hdfc bank account
                    Last night i was trying to pay someone money but accidently i transfered money to wrong paytm number. I complainted to paytm as well but they said they have done their job all i can do is ask bank to cancel transaction. I have asked the person as well but he blocked me. All i can do now is ask for help from you guys.

                      Hi i applied for hdfc credit card 1 month before, i got a verification call and hdfc employee come and got my documents and also verified my residence and office address too. On 6th may i receive a sms that my credit card processed successfully and some link was shared to see my credit card status after 2 days from received that sms. I look into that link about my credit card status, it says declined. I dont know about the reason. I called customer care number too but the options not let me to speak with customer care. I want to know why my credit card was in that status. If i am not eligible to the criteria then why the hdfc employees come and collected my proof and verified my addresses.

                        I am already holding housing loan in hdfc for last 2 years & opted for top up loan

                        I have received approval letter for this topup loan on 10th april & offer letter on 12th letter. Till 8th may i have been following with bank for the disbursement and none of the people recognize or hold responsibility to give response

                        Mr. Muthuraja called me once without giving any details or status of the loan or the process of the loan or the procedures the bank to follow for disbursement. That too call was quickly disconnected with a statement he will call me back which was am still yet to get

                        Suddenly i received an email “avail disbursement of hdfc loan a/c no[protected].” on 25th april which i have opted for 30th may for disbursement. For which i have received mail on 29th to submit documents like ec, property tax etc…… which i was not been told earlier by any of the team

                        I have also submitted all the documents on 30th april except ec which i was submitted on 6th may, till now there was no response on the disbursement and getting status like legal team verification, property team verification, proof checking.

                        What is the use of processing fees for this delayed processing???

                        I would say it was the worst banking experience i will never recommend anyone to bank with hdfc

                        Customer service was poor in hdfc than any other bank and none of the customer care team wants to know the customer needs

                        Also customer care team dont know anything than the customer was the extreme saddest part. Please find below response for my query

                        Query :

                        In a/c summary, total emi given as 240 months & balance emi given as 237 months. I have been paying emi from may '2017 & let me know the reason for this 237 months!!

                        Answer :

                        As per the system balance term is 237 only.

The process also done within 2 days. Again i got a call from customer care for address verification and office verification. After two days i receive a sms as your creditcard processing completed visit the below link to view the status after two days of received this sms. I check that site after 2 days. My application status is in decline. I dont what is the reason for that. If i am not eligible means then why should they have to collect my documents and verify my office and residence address.

                              I misplaced my credit card (Last four digit:8935) 7-8 months ago, then i blocked this card using mobile app and after that i spoke to customer care service and asked them to close my account permanently and they assured me it will be closed. But again on april 2019, they generated bill on my name with credit card number last four digit ending with 0034. Again spoke to customer care and they informed me that hey have generated a new card on my name. They hadn't taken any permission for generating new card number neither they inform me that a new card number is issued to me. I came to know only when they charged rs 590 for renewal membership. Now they are not closing my account and charging rs 590 as late fee every month. I have complained multiple times and every time they file a complain and informs me "back end" team will call me to resolve my problem, but till now i haven't receive any call from them. After complaining multiple times they have given my credit card account number : [protected], before that i don't even had any information about credit card number except last four digit 0034, which i came to know when they charged renewal fee. I don't know what to do, i even visited hdfc branch, and they are asking me to speak to customer care. There is no one to listed in customer support department and every month they are adding rs 590 as late fee.

                                My name ms. Shaikh had been deprived by hdfc bank customer care saying me to contact with merchant for cancellation of my pre approved loan sanctioned by hdfc bank to merchant on my behalf
                                Whereas i had made a call at customer care since i received a message stating that a loan is booked for my account

                                As soon as we call at hdfc bank customer care after hanging of 15 to 20 minutes they give us another department number saying to contact with loan department
                                And again when we call at that loab d
                                Customer care number they again connect to telecaller after 20..25 minutes of hanging

                                It's started on 26th feb
                                I had been complaining for the same since the day it was sanctioned as i was notified by message i told same day to cancel this loan which was pre approved by hdfc bank
                                Bank even was not even bothered to confirm or reconfirm for the sanction of loan and now they are calling again and again to pay emi for that loan

                                This is severe negligence from hdfc bank to not listen or confirm it's customer before sanction of any kind of loan

                                  I am credit card holder [protected] on the name of ravishankar i am using credit card for more than 8 years i am having some problems in my business last 8 months i could not pay my minimum balance from two months so many calls come to my number i told them i am paying interest of 3% and penalty from last 1.5 year there is a serious problem in business.
                                  They are calling my wife number and harassing her. One of the costumer care lady told my daughter, your father took money and ran away.
                                  The recovery agent came to my house today on 12/05/2019, stood near the door told my wife, we will not leave your house till we speak to your husband. My wife told him he is out of station., then he started saying your husband credit payment 70000. My phone was not in contact since i was in remote area near goa. He told my wife, i will not leave this place till he talks to me he stood there for long time and left i called the recovery agent after two hours girish his phone number is [protected] i told him i am out of station i will pay by may 25. Literally he threatened me saying i need my payment tomorrow any how otherwise i will come sit in your house. I told him i am out of station i cannot arrange funds now i will do the payment on may 25. I explained him that you cannot go to my house when i am not there. He refused to listen
                                  I cannot understand one simple thing we are costumers for more than 10 years for bank, bank earned lot of interest from me, why this behavior. Why you are not follow the rules of recovery by threatening and by sending goons you want recover the money. Then why you call this corporate bank. I hope you will understand this and resolve the issue at earliest

                                    I applied for hdfc credit card and one month back i got 2 verification call one is for my residence and other one is office verification that time i was in my client place on work so after that i had checked application status but it was declined, i don't know why so now i applied for icici bank credit card it now i got credit card also so hdfc bank verification process is very poor i got to know this because verification persons are working like blindly even they thinking they will not think about proper responsibility of customer reply and customer support should tell reason that facility also no in hdfc bank. So am requesting to customer support when the application is declined please tell proper reason for customer. That time can resolve the issues.

                                      I have applied my fastag in hdfc online. My application number hfr135863. Till not got my card. Very worst response in customer care side. No clear cut procedures for kyc. My travel date is tomorrow.. Till not got my tag. Waste of money. For faster response only i have applied in online other wise i will get i any toll plaza.. Hdfc fails in this.. No mail or sms regards this. Pls cancel my card n return money. Or else credit money with interest for 10 days.. Wasting our money in the online purchases. Cheating people.

                                        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. Every year a amout of rs.1399 are debited from my credit card account - xx3079 without my permission. I am no way interested in one assist plan. I need refund of rs.1399

                                        Before one year one assist did same thing (Deducted rs.1399) and later customer support person informed that plan will be deactivated after 1 year. And they repeated same thing again which is not at all acceptable.

                                        So please deactivate plan and refund my money asap as i am not at all interested in one assist
