I recently have a call from hdfc and they explains about one assist plan for my card. During conversation i convey her that i had only low amount in my card so i don't want to activate it now but she said that i will deducted from your buffer limit so it doesn't affect your current limit anyway we will convert it into 3 emi. If it doesn't affect i said it's ok. After that i wish to deactivate the plan so i raise a query and it will be deactivated. I don't know that they debit ₹1899 from my credit card it leads to negative balance and additionally they deduct gst, cgst, overlimit deduction and smartemi processing fee now it will be around 2000. I didn't get any information about the deduction of those things and it's really difficult to accept that they give a wrong information about the plan how will i know about those deductions. After deactivated statement shows that ₹1899 is credited but still in negative balance. Am perfectly maintaining my creditscore because of those things it will affect. Please resolve it as soon as possible. My hdfc credit card ends with 1836 and my deactivated one assist relationship number is 6849845.

      I am a privileged customer of hdfc bank for 10 years. I was away from country for 2 months during that time i missed to pay credit payment. They hold my entire fund in my account and made all my emi to get bounced. It was so frustrating and i couldn't access my account as well.

      Bank has no clear information. Cc ivr is not working as well. Pathetic service from hdfc bank and credit cards.

        I neither went to bank nor made an online request for the bank statement, still band debit my account by 118.00 rupess for adhoc stmt charges, kindly request you to please revert back my 118.00 rupees else I have to make complaint to RBI bank omberdsmen ... There is not rule that bank can deduct any charges from customer account without being informed... Branch person also got give any response on it... They say talk to customer care and customer care dont have any answer for that ...

          Dear team,

          This is complaint where I have purchased a HDRFC ergo policy via policy bazaar & I raise d request for cancellation of policy because of genuine reason i.e. my mother(insurer) has expired in start of year. I have paid 2 years premium for policy ni.[protected]

          I requested for refund me 2nd year premium as year not started & patient no more...They should reverse that advance premium that i paid, but they denied it frankly nomatter I pasid premium for 3, 5, 10 years…
          I got email that that “insurer have declined the request for refund as claim has been reported under your insurance policy number[protected] due to which policy can be cancelled and but cannot be processed for Refund”
          This is totally unsatisfactory & not clear to me, seems unjustified.

          Can yoy enlighten where it is written that if a person pay premium for 2 years, 5 years, 10 years. .If he makes claim in 1st years, next years premiun would be adjusted & no refund for suceeding years.Why a person should pay premiun for years where the person do not exist. I wish a refund of 2nd year premium due to genuine reason it is running 1st year & my mother expired in start of 1st year.

            I purchased my new car maruti suzuki ciaz in the month of february this year. I was charged rs. 600 and was installed a hdfc fastag for which rs. 200 were credited in my fastag account.

            The first time i visited a toll plaza the card was shown as blacklisted. I contacted nhai customer care and i was told my fastag was not active. I then called hdfc fastag customer care and i was told that i need to maintain a minimum balance of rs. 200 and therefore it is showing blacklisted. I topped up my account with rs. 2000 but again the fastag was showing black listed.

            I again called hdfc customer care and i was told since my car bears a temporary registration number it is showing blacklisted. After receiving the registration certificate from the authorities i requested for updating the same against my fastag account. I was then assured that i will not face the problem again. But day before yesterday when i was travelling to delhi from chandigarh the fastag was shown as blacklisted.

            I called hdfc fast tag customer care many times, still no resolution, they just ask me to call 1033 and those guys says authority to black list with issuer bank. Nobody is taking the owner ship of getting this resolved, every one is passing the ball to other court. I am fed up with the pathetic attitude of hdfc bank regarding this issue and want my refund of rs. 600 + 2000 back.

                  I had put down my resignation at hdfc securities on 2 jan 2019 and served the entire 2 month notice period and i got relieved on 2 mar 2019. Inspite of this hdfc securities has debited a notice recovery amount from my net payable. On what grounds have they done this? I had requested for an early relieving date but the hr was so adamant on not accepting the plea and now they have debited a notice recovery amount from my net payable. Is this you treat an employee who has given 3.5 years of his youthful years to your firm.

                      My hdfc fastag application number is hfr043127 dated 03/04/2018.
                      I have received the fastag through post but still have not received any wallet id number or welcome email from hdfc.
                      How can i recharge and activate my fastag account without the wallet id or login details. Please respond i am hdfc customer from past 6 years now. The toll free number is always not reachable. Please help.

                        I applied for a hdfc personal loan as i was in an urgent need of a loan by calling phone banking and registering a request for a callback. After 2 days i got a call from hdfc from mumbai loan dept (Phone no [protected]) and she confirmed my address, income, and many things etc and told me i am eligible for a personal loan and submitted all my documents to a marketing name of ravi and then within 1 day i recieved a message on my cell that congratulations!! Your personal loan application is accepted, then in the next 1 week all kind of verifications were done i. E office verification, residence and also on phone. Then when i didnt get any reply i called loan dept and they told me it's rejected because no reason. So guys please please do not ever trust hdfc executive words. They are cheaters!!!

                          Respected sir i have an salary account in your bank. I am a govt. Employee. It's about now about three months a i have applied for a debit card. The card is issued by ur head office at hdfc dehra branch in himachal pradesh on my name. Yet this debit card is not issued to me. I have visited branch two times they said they have sent this card on my address by registered letter. The card number is 5129xxxxxxxx5179. It's long time i have not received that card. This is active. I think they r doing this to harras me. Please do this. This is related to my salary account. I am now going to change my salary account to another bank at sbi. Please give me permission online. Thi is ur behaviour to a govt employee. Disgusting.

                              My name is sanjai kulkarni pune

                              My account is with sahakar nagar branch. My customer id is 9933069.

                              I am using reward debit card bearing no 4059 xxxx xxxx 3731.

                              The bank has credited 792.5 reward points on my account. This has been done in first week of april. I do not the basis of same. I understand that they take 90 + days from the end of calendar month in which the qualified transaction has been done. I assume that the transaction done till december end has been considered for reward point calculations.

                              I have purchased the air tickets in their smart buy compare and fly scheme in january worth 10k +. The promised cashback was 10%. I was expecting the credit of the same by beginning of may. But there is no such credit done till this date.

                              Time and often i am buying fuel from bpcl pumps whose swipe machines are from hdfc. I get promptly the 0.75% credit within 48 hours. I am happy about it. The promise is to the tune of 5% cash back.

                              If bank takes the note if they, my request is to let me know

                              1) email id where i can take up the issue on month to month basis.

                              2) standard rules to derive the reward points and rules to credit it my accounts.

                                District, maharashtra, india roshan brid on may 3, 2019 submit a complaint cancellation of one assist membership i am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 3533 without my concern on date:29/04/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                                    I'm using hdfc credit card visa platinum solitaire intl with number ending as *0384. My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged an amount 1399 rs. With out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted from my credit card account.
                                    Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message.

                                    And hdfc bank also has to recheck this issue with the auto payment modes.

                                    Kindly take a notice and cancel the plan and refund rs.1399 to the credit card as soon as possible.
