I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 6489 without my concern on date:08/05/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1299/-

    I have not opened the credit card issued by hdfc bank but the bank without my permission by taking internal information has been making payments and giving me continuous calls for payment of the bill. It is leading to harassment. Kindly look into the matter.
    Attached the photos.
    After complaining to the customer care also no response is been received

      I am nri customer. I am not getting otp on my registered mobile for logging on since 1 month. I am unable to transfer fund to other bank due to unavailable of otp in hdfc bank mobile apps also. I am not suffering only for one month, several times since opening account on hdfc bank in 2014. I contacted with customer support department from abroad several times to get otp when i stuck. Sometimes i got opt after a long trial.

        Hi team,

        I have been trying to reset my ipin for past 1 week by using the option of "otp to registered mobile & email id". Issue is, i'm receiving otp to my registered mobile number every time but not to my registered email id.

        Due to this, i'm unable to complete the transaction of changing ipin at every instances.

          I don't know what the hdfc bank is doing with my account this is third time when bank deducted 708 rupees three times (Total=2124) again this "amb chrg incl gst for mar2019-mir[protected]" i dont know why they are having problem with my account. I am totally fed up with this. I mantained minium balance also.

          I want my money back. This is third time when bank deducted amount from my account without providing any information to me. This deduction is maid on 6 march 2019 and 7 may-2019 (Three times) and my account number is [protected].

              Myself rahul kamble from pune.
              My hdfc bank account number is [protected] customer number 26341523 and my credit card number is [protected] and my hdfc bank credit card jumbo loan number is [protected]
              I have a credit card with hdfc bank and i also availed the jumbo & insta loan against it. And i was paying my bills on time with the bank till jan, 19. There was a medical emergency in my family and since i am the only earning member i had to look after it hence failed to pay the credit card dues on time. But i paid the credit card bills with huge late payment charges. I paid rs. 15000 in march and rs. 15000 april 2019 though they hold my salary for may 2019. How come they hold my salary. This is ridicules.
              I am going to consumer court and will do every possible thing to get my salary back.
              The collection executive and collection tele callers talks in very cheap language. This collection recovery guy vikram from pune nana peth and have good contacts with gunda gang who comes to my home for recovery and use very bad language he also says i will stay at your home if you don’t pay me right now. This is so pathetic. Hdfc was the number 1 bank but now it is losing the standard. This lady from hdfc credit card collection and the recovery guy are the threats to my life sometimes i think that i should hang myself.
              I must say that the hdfc bank is the worst bank in india. I will never suggest or recommend to buy any product of hdfc to my relatives, colleagues and friends. And i will also do the same.
              Please find attached the credit card payment receipts.
              I want my salary back asap.

                On 8th april, i did international transaction of 92568.57 rupees with the cheque/ref no.[protected] for which bank was supposed to charge me 3.5% on total amount. On 24th april, the closing balance of my account was 251.00 rupees. On 25th april, the closing balance of my account was -3691.04. I called hdfc and asked the reason for having negative amount in my account. They sad, it is because of the international transaction which i did on 8th april. And they said, once salary is credited to this account, i am no longer supposed to pay to hdfc. On 1st may, i received the salary of 48001 rupees from my organisation, however my account was displaying 44560 rupees. On 6th may, 3272.63 rupees were again deducted from my account with the cheque/ref no. - mir[protected]. I would like to complaint against hdfc for charging me twice for one transaction without giving me any intimation or pre-notice.in spite of calling them again and again no action is taken by them and i am getting charged again and again.

                  My fastag has been blacklisted for no reason. I had recharged it with ₹1500 2 weeks back expecting to have a smooth interstate journey following week however was surprised to see it blacklisted without any prior intimation. On calling the customer care on 4th may i was told it’s been blacklisted for inactivity (I had last used it on 31st mar, blacklisting for one month inactivity is really absurd!) however i was told it would be reactivated in 48 hrs, and there are no further issues. However, on crossing the toll today it still says blacklisted. On calling them again i was told another 48 hrs!? Is the customer service cell really that useless that they can’t resolve such issues and have no idea why my tag has been deactivated?

                    I got message from hdfc bank that amazon has credited/reversed the rs 1291.0 to your account. But in the statement or balance the money is not reflecting.
                    Why it is not reflecting in my account hdfc bank since i got message from bank itself it should reflect immediately. Hope my money is safe. I have other bank accounts the return amount gets credited asap. Hdfc whats the issue??

                      After getting the reference number from hdfc bank behalf, i tried to check the status on their respective site.
                      Before it was showing inprocess and today when i was checking then i found it is decline.
                      Even i can assure you that, i gave the documents which was true to the best...

Already i spoke one assist customer care previous year for same issue they auto debited rs. 2499/- after my complaint they retun some of the amount and they told this time we cannot cancel the policy next year we are not deduct any amount from your card but this culprits do the same in this year. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/- if hdfc not refund my ammount i will nevr use this bank credit card in my future kindly return back

                        I have checked with beneficiary bank, they are saying its not from our end and to check with the HDFC bank.

But after my husband's death due to myocardial infarction, hdfc refused the insurance claim saying that he had died due to pre-existing illness which is false. If he was ill at the time of insurance why did they take his insurance. They could have refused it at that time itself.

                            We have pradhana mantri jana aushadhi kendra (Medical store). We opened a savings account at hdfc bank at vijayanagara branch, mysore to which a swiping machine was linked. All charges related to accounting opening and machine charges have been charged from the account. Out going transactions are reflected in the account. Its 20 days now and about 20 transactions. Till now not a single transaction has been reflected in my account. None of the transactions have been credited to my account. All my complaints have gone waste. None of the staff from the bank are supporting. To my repeated complaints the staff are not taking it seriously. Every time they give an excuse of the central office problem. When debits can reflect why not credit. Its almost 2000 rupees not that is yet to be credited. From day one we are facing this problem. Due to this we are losing customers. All are customers complain about we not having swiping machine. Main reason for us to open this account was for the swiping machine. Our sb account number is [protected]. Ifsc code: hdfc0003668.

                                I have an saving account in hdfc bank brahmapore - odisha branch

                                When i checked my account statement, i see the transactios of rs 5188.96 deducted from my bank account in the name of inter-brn cash chg incl gst and rs.1415.99 in the name for amb that just for 1 month while maintaining amb.

                                I tried calling the telephone banking but there is no options to speak to customer care.

                                I am surprised to see how the nationalized bank do such things without prior information to customer. Also this is too big a amount to charge.

                                  I had a hdfc children's double benefit plan (Policy number: 315420) with hdfc life, which matured on 09th feb, 2019. The total matured amount was inr 2, 48, 072 (Two lac fourty eight thousand and seventy-two only). I got a call from hdfc benefit payout cell – they insisted me to start another policy named hdfc life sanchay and i agreed. New policy number is 21419320 and annual premium inr 31, 499 (Thirty one thousand four hundred ninety nine only). I have received the new policy document along with first premium receipt. The outstanding amount of inr 2, 16, 573 (Two lac sixteen thousand five hundred and seventy-three only) was supposed to be transferred to my savings account.
                                  Unfortunately, two weeks passed, i have not received that amount despite several reminders through emails, whatsapp and calls. Instead of that i am getting series of calls asking me to invest in additional policies. I have already explained them i need the amount urgently for my son’ admission in engg.
                                  I need your intervention to get back my own hard earning money. I have no confidence on the company and now want to discontinue with the new policy as well as another existing policy (Policy number: 315421). Please let me know in case you need any more information and suggest me the next step.

                                  On May 07, 2019 @15:14 hrs I received one message from AD-HDFCLI that beneficiary bank account details not submitted for the matured policy. I have forwarded the email thread (my communication with their benefit payout team) and cancelled cheque (which I had shared earlier and new policy got created using this details) immediately to their [protected]@hdfclife.com email id, as per instruction of the message.
                                  Waiting for the money to be transferred still.

                                  Another email received today from [protected]@hdfclife.com asking for existing policy number and my query. Again I have sent all details.
                                  No intention for resolving the issue.

                                    otp not received to international mobile number

                                    I am staying for a longer period abroad and my indian number was not going to be active.
                                    So i visited the nearest branch in india and updated my number to my international number after confirming from the bank that i can receive otps on my international number.
                                    However after coming over here i am not receiving any otps on my international number after multiple retries....

                                    Hi, my home loan account number[protected] and[protected], interest rates not changed after rbi cut off repo rate to.050% in (Feb-19 & apr-19 month). Interest rates still same from jan-19 month. When rbi increased repo rate, then banks increased interest rate with immediate effects, your policy should be same for both time.
                                    Again (4th april-19) also cut off repo rate.25%, so total.50% repo rate reduced by rbi, but hdfc not deceased interest rates. From april-18 to 1jan-19, banks increased 0.70% interest rate of my home loan.
                                    So please help to reduce my home loan rates
