security issue/guard misbehaviour

Date - 25/03/2019 21:41:00, i visited HDFC ATM located (Location details at end). The guard was taking picture while i was making transaction, when i told not to click picture, he flashed his ID card very arrogantly. Yet i asked to stop doing so, he started using abusive word.
As a HDFC customer i thought its a big security issue if ATM guard do so.

freezing account with minus balance for credit card payment

Its been months and fed up with this HDFC credit card executives. Every time they freeze my account with useless credit card payment. I have been requesting with all your executives to provide me a settlement and close the card. But none of them gets back to me and at the end of my salary date they freeze my account and takes all the money and still comes back and says outstanding outstanding. You people having a name HDFC Bank is to loot...

I don't want this membership, so cancel the membership and refund the same. Please take the necessary action asap otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.

dual insurance

Both dealer and your finance person took amount of two wheeler insurance amount. I wanted to submit around 20000 rupees as a down payment so that my emi amount should be less.

But Your finance person name Harish Bhardwaj of HDFC Bank Service Branch NIT filled amount of only 9802 rupees as a down payment and as well as He also filled insurance amount.

Try to resolve this issue as soon as possible....

Though i deposited Rs.3500/- in my fastag wallet i had to face difficulty at toll plaza as we were told that our fastag account was not working and hence not responded and we were subject to mental agony and un- necessary arguement at the toll plaza with the persons there and hence i request you to close my account with hdfc and refund my money.....

credit card fee

I am hdfc bank customer since 4 years. I am using credit card since long time. When bank gave me credit card, they told me that you will get it as life time free credit card in offer. Thats why i applied for it and got it. Now on 22/03/2019 credit card was automatically charged 590 (500 fee plus 90 gst). This is not fair. I am disappointed from credit card service. I need refund immediately.
My last four digit of credit card is 3183...

I submitted all the documents for credit card application and i received messages that it is in process and the processing has been finished
And all the documents were correct and i even received calls about the verifications but when i checked the status using the link given in the message it showed decline.
And there is no reason stated there.

unauthorized credit card charges

fraudulent sale of policies by misguidance
