Dear Sir/Madem, I want to know why my money is deducted from my account without giving any information. Sir l don't need any history of my transaction so why ADHOC STMT charges are charged without giving any information. I request you please refund my deducted money because I don't need any transaction history.

Date - 25/03/2019 21:41:00, i visited HDFC ATM located (Location details at end). The guard was taking picture while i was making transaction, when i told not to click picture, he flashed his ID card very arrogantly. Yet i asked to stop doing so, he started using abusive word.
As a HDFC customer i thought its a big security issue if ATM guard do so.

I am writing to you regarding endless deductions from my account for the emi payment which was supposed to get over by last few months but deductions are being continued till now and don't know on what basis. Emi was generated against the purchase of ₹11000 whose emi payment deduction till now has become more than ₹14000. May i please know what is base behind this much deduction? Its been months and fed up with this HDFC credit card executives. Every time they freeze my account with useless credit card payment. I have been requesting with all your executives to provide me a settlement and close the card. But none of them gets back to me and at the end of my salary date they freeze my account and takes all the money and still comes back and says outstanding outstanding. You people having a name HDFC Bank is to loot...

It is been more than 20days now. N number of calls and raised a complaint in hdfc portal. No response at all. Will i get it or not,? Request number. Really frustrating. I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited is 1299 from my credit card number ending with 489377xxxxxx3419 without my authorization on date:31/07/2017.

I don't want this membership, so cancel the membership and refund the same. Please take the necessary action asap otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.

Both dealer and your finance person took amount of two wheeler insurance amount. I wanted to submit around 20000 rupees as a down payment so that my emi amount should be less.

But Your finance person name Harish Bhardwaj of HDFC Bank Service Branch NIT filled amount of only 9802 rupees as a down payment and as well as He also filled insurance amount.

Try to resolve this issue as soon as possible....

Though i deposited Rs.3500/- in my fastag wallet i had to face difficulty at toll plaza as we were told that our fastag account was not working and hence not responded and we were subject to mental agony and un- necessary arguement at the toll plaza with the persons there and hence i request you to close my account with hdfc and refund my money.....

I am hdfc bank customer since 4 years. I am using credit card since long time. When bank gave me credit card, they told me that you will get it as life time free credit card in offer. Thats why i applied for it and got it. Now on 22/03/2019 credit card was automatically charged 590 (500 fee plus 90 gst). This is not fair. I am disappointed from credit card service. I need refund immediately.
My last four digit of credit card is 3183...

I am having hdfc saving bank account number [protected] & submitted a request to issue for credit card through zirakpur branch {brn-4873} on 15th march 2019. Ten days have been lapsed, i have not received any reference number on email/mobile to know the status of my card.

Please do the needful & inform on email/registered mobile number.

I submitted all the documents for credit card application and i received messages that it is in process and the processing has been finished
And all the documents were correct and i even received calls about the verifications but when i checked the status using the link given in the message it showed decline.
And there is no reason stated there.

Highly disappointed...

I lost my debit card long ago but I blocked the card by calling Customer Care. After that call the customer care to get the card but the card does not come to my address. Again call the customer care to get the card from Bankura HDFC Bank. But I do not have any card in my name in Bankura HDFC Bank. I am not getting my debit card anymore. I have paid BSES electricity bill using PayZapp.There I have applied promocode BILLPAY but the transaction failed.Also, the amount is deducted from my account
and I get to know about this via sms.
I tried calling PayZapp customer care through the number[protected] but they are always busy as usual.

I confirm to have made payment of inr 1590/- through cheque no. 163192 on 28/01/2019. Cheque was dropped at hdfc bank atm drop box on 28/01/2019 which is 6 days prior due date of 03/02/2019.
