Hi,

why am i being charged month on month for one assist. i have never opted for it. what is going on? cancel it ASAP. credit card ends in 2125. i do not live in India anymore. resolve this asap. i have tried contacting you several times and i have never been able to reach out to anyone with any solution. i should get the confirmation by the end of the day!

10421 Rs. deducted from my credit card but not showed paid to school fee. I did transaction on08/04/2019 to pay for school fee and it shows the deduction but actual transaction did not happen.
I received this message:

ALERT:Rs.199.00 spent via CREDIT Card xx1535 at AMAZON1258399 on[protected]:13:53:33 without PIN/OTP.Not you?Call [protected].

I have not done this transaction and I'm not getting any option to report this transaction on the number mentioned. It only has option to block card.
We send 2 consignment against awb no J[protected] and J991Z156733 but yet its not been delivered.

    Today I visit the Bengaluru HDFC branch (RBI Layout) located at JP Nagar 7th Phase . The person at the front help desk (A telugu speaking person) was busy talking to few women (Telugu speaking) and totally ignored me . I have no issue to what language he speaks or where he is from . I gave it a good 15 minutes and he was least bothered . When I finally took courage to ask him to tend to me, he didn't even pay heed and treated me like i'm in a cheap bank without any standards . I then asked him to please listen to my request and then he just walks off . Then a higher position banker came to the counter is who asked if what I want. I raised my complaint stating that this attendant at the desk didn't even bother to listen to my request (I had to just have a document stamped with my bank details) and then lies on my face stating that he told me to wait . While I replied stating that he never even bothered to listen to me 2-3 times when AI showed my document to him and he blatantly says " if you have hearing problem then it is not my problem". I was shocked in the way he spoke to me and was appalled in his crude low thug behavior . While the higher positioned banker was right there and he was just letting this attender speak more rude things and insult a customer and then tells me to stop talking back to the attender ? He wants me to stop talking to fight my own dignity by supporting his staff who behaved like a thug . What in the world has HDFC bank come to to hire such uncouth people who treat customers worse than a dog ? I never ever have encountered such behavior from anyone who treated me this way . I hold an HDFC salary account for 10 years and have been a loyal customer . I am really in shock on how I was treated and would this to be addressed . I need this to be escalated and he people responsible for this to be answerable . I will not have any other paying customer be treated this way .

      I have got a call from HDFC bank for Credit card about a month ago, they told me about the offers and benefits then asked about my salary details. After confirming my eligibility for Credit card there representative visited my place filling in form and took all my required documents. Couple of days later i got SMS with my ref number. then got 2 3 verification calls one my Mobile and office numbers. I have received as letter from bank to which i have to acknowledge with my NAME/CONTACT NUMBER/ADDRESS details. I did that.

      Then thereafter i have not received any further update from bank not a mail or call. Then i called up customer care to enquire about the status. They simply said my application is declined, when i asked for the reason, the answer was don't know or cannot tell you.
      This is pathetic and stupid answer, being eligible with authenticate documents they are not giving any reason for my application decline.

      I am highly disappointed with HDFC bank service and Customer care support.
      Pathetic pathetic.

        credit card - priority pass charges

        I have been charged for 'complimentary lounge visit' using priority pass. I was provided 8 domestic lounge visits. I haven't signed any receipt during the visit.
        Upon repeated emails, they are saying that they will return half the amount as a good will one time service gesture.

        Even my friend had also been charged and he didn't sign any receipt either....

        Personal Loan account No.66981178.
        Personal loan applied on 27th March, 2019 through bank bazar.com Ms.shivani contacted and collected paper and conveyed the rate of interest around 8% but during the process of sanctioning the loan I conveyed the representative to stop/cancel the loan on 9, 10 and[protected], but no action was taken by them and Rs.770, 000/- was sanctioned and Rs.7, 65, 397/- was credited in my account vide loan account no.66981178 on 11-4-19. While contacted their customer care they directed to contacted retail branch at Sarojini Nagar, Delhi. I went their and as per their direction Rs.7, 71, 239/-vide cheque no.948262 of PNB dt.[protected] given. Now I wish to reimburse my Rs.10, 445/- taken by HDFC as processing fee (twice), interest and stamp duty as I have no fault as conveyed to stop loan process in time.

          Hi Team,

          My Customer ID is 38161649. My card has been suspended due to non payment of card. However, I bring this to your attention that I have tried so many times to make the payment however, it got declined due to unknown reason. same was raised to your customer care but nothing has happened. I asked them to provide the statement but nothing has been received. I was trying to pay when my principal amount was 10k and now it was 15k. I keep on getting the refund when I try to pay it and you guys are charging the interest on my due amount. I have tried to make you a call on your collection department 66668101 and 102 but no buddy is picking it up. every time I get the answer that all executive are busy.

            I have salary account in bowenpally, hyderabad (D) telangana state. I am in my native place (Khammam). I went to a nearby hdfc bank. The people said to me if i need to close the bank account so home branch people can close. And also they said that if i wait for few months my account will automatically close by authorities for non-operating of account. I contacted the home branch so i got reply from home branch that my account can close automatically for non-operating of account. So i convenced. And later 1year again i'm getting negative balance message for not maintaining of min balance in account. So i contacted home branch again about message i explained. They said that near by any hdfc bank can close the account or else tell the bank people to forward my application to my home branch. So they can close it. But no one cares about this. What should i do?

              My Credit Card Number Last 4 digits: 6222

              Yesterday I credited my credit card with 16500 + 7300 = 23800 and I used 7500 + 10200 = 17700. My balance should be nearly 7000 but it is showing in negative balance. Please fix this and make sure I don't get charged with any incorrect over limit fees.

                  I lost my job in 2017 since then i am struggling to pay my bills, i have been contacted by hdfc to pay my outstanding amount around 42k and i have asked them i will pay that i 3 instalment to clear my dues, but a lady calling me my friends and my family members and harassing stating she is calling from shivaji nagar court +[protected] she has been rude and is very bad in talking.
                  I am not refusing to pay as i intend to pay my dues as i owe them, but there is a way of handing the situation and making it easy for customers like me who are willing to pay, i would request you to take action against this lady as she has been calling people not even related to me asking and sharing my personal details with them and telling them i have given her their number.
                  It's a mental harassment to me and my parents and my frnd's
                  It's really very bad to call people who are just my friends and have nothing to do with my bills it's very awkward and upsetting

                    I had 2 transaction with irctc
                    1. Amount Rs. 6224 DTD 12.03.2019. But actual transaction should be Rs. 6150+1.47=6151.47 but in credit card statement it is showing Rs. 6224 i.e Rs. 72.53 extra. I used my regalia first credit card where charges with IRCTC is NIL upto 1 Lakh.
                    2. Amount Rs. 788.29 DTD 09.04.2019. But actual transaction should be Rs. 780+0.49=780.49 but in credit card statement it is showing Rs. 788.29 i.e Rs. 7.8 extra. I used my regalia first credit card where charges with IRCTC is NIL upto 1 Lakh.

                      Its been 2 years i used my previous company salary account which i had it on hdfc bank. My account no is [protected], from past few months the bank been charging money from me for not maintaining the minimum balance. N then again they have called once and said that you are lucky customer who has selected for credit card and they started sending the statement of credit card i been again charged again n again for not maintenance this is horrible act by bank services to an average guy who is having 22k as salary to live with. N i want to take a big action against them please accept my complaint and do the needful against fraud bank like this.

Now to that regard, they have added new charges of rs.570 extra again.                           What correct charges have been done.for March alone 3 times charges made extra with no prior request.last year 2018, I gave a written request and was charged for 1670, bank employees said will reverse that amount.but you beggars got hold of my amount and still playing with my money.for useless charges .when their is no money in atm, who has to be blamed.why the customers are not been given charges for your fault of not maintaining ATM machines for money withdrawal...do you have any answers.am filing a complaint in consumer court for ATM machines not mainting it with money and will make a big issue this time.feel the pain...

                            It's been 6 days since my card is not been activated and i have tried the toll-free number of the hdfc bank which is really useless

                            And even after dropping the mail to the hdfc bank multiple times from 5 days there is no response from them.

                            Its really difficult to pay the bill are get anything from any shop without the card
                            Please look in to it ts very urgent.

                                I have loan account no[protected] and insurance account no.62834987. This insurance account has been created forcibly and subsequenty it has been reumbursed fully after several followups with documents provided.in the due course almost 17 months i keep paying the insurance emi with interest. Now as the insurance amount has been refunded we need the emis collected towards the insurance has to be reumbersed fully. But hdfc ltd has paid only principle amount collected and my acount lead has confirmed over mail the amount will be credited but it has not happened

                                  I was using a credit card which i cleared all dues and hotlisted. After a couple of days i see a credit card was issued without my notice and billed 590 rupees.

                                  I do not want any hdfc credit card anymore which was the reason i cleared all dues and hotlisted it, and also checked on no new card required. But hdfc issued a card and billed without consent which is a breach of trust.

                                  I want a resolution for this.

                                    The charges levied to your account pertains to Annual Folio Maintenance charges (FMC) for your Demat account. Service Tax & Education Cess is levied separately. The FMC is levied after giving adequate advance intimation in the billing statement. Effective September 01, 2010 there is a revision in the ‘standard’ tariff with respect to the Annual Folio Maintenance Charges (FMC) from Rs. 500/- p.a. to Rs. 750/- p.a. We have introduced a differential transaction based FMC pricing model. Basis this model, the FMC payable by you would be based on the various slabs applicable to the transactions made in your Demat account. This flexibility will give you an opportunity to reduce the FMC in the subsequent year, basis the level of transactions carried out in the current billing cycle (1 year prior to the levy of FMC).                                       I have purchased tv from adeswara electronics from Bangalore.
                                      In the hdfc consumer durable loan . I was cleared my 10 emi amount without any failed, But on the month of April the payment was deducted 2 times.Some server issue the payment was not deducted the due date I done a payment vai online IMPS from Karnataka bank to HDFC bank.
