Cancellation of one assist membership

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card without my concern dated on 26/02/2019.

Also last year itself i asked one assist customer care to cancel this plan through customer care phone call and they chad confirmed to cancel it. Still the plan is getting renewed. I am not interested about this service and don't want this...

Without my knowledge they have added 2999/- rs to my hdfc credit card ending with 6403 on[protected] as one assist mfee. I don't want this service anymore and i didn't activated this in my card. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs 2999/- rs

I incorrectly transferrred funds from my dbs digi bank account to an incorrect up id of hdfc bank.

On 26 March 2019 I was paying mtnl landline bill using HDFC Payment Gateway. I was using other bank debit card not hdfc.
