hdfc credit card cancellation of one assist membership

Cancellation of one assist membership

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card without my concern dated on 26/02/2019.

Also last year itself i asked one assist customer care to cancel this plan through customer care phone call and they chad confirmed to cancel it. Still the plan is getting renewed. I am not interested about this service and don't want this...

one assist mfee cancellation

online debit card transaction failed but amount debited from account

On 26 March 2019 I was paying mtnl landline bill using HDFC Payment Gateway. I was using other bank debit card not hdfc.
i entered all card details and got redirected to visa page their i entered my password and clicked submit.
Then i received transaction failed receipt from hdfc paymemt gateway but amount was debited from my account.
