I had applied for a credit card though hdfc bank, meanwhile you had send it to me also through blue dart couriear, the awb no. For my card is :-[[protected]]. It has not been deliverd to me, coz that day am not present my office, next day i will gose to blue dart office bt he told me is it not possible to deliverd. refund of auto deduction amount

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 0308 without my concern on date:05/03/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

I applied for hdfc credit card. All necessary documents submitted. Office verfication were done. I got sms that credit card processing were done also given me application number and given me track after 2 days. While tracking it is showing in errors. misbehave

money deducted for bookmyshow payment but tickets are not booked!

Hi,

Today i made a transaction of 737 Rs for movie tickets on BookMySHow.After i entered OTP, Money got deducted but tickets are not booked.Please help me to get my refund back. I tried calling hdfc bank but they are not responding at this time.

hdfc bank ach debit return charges

I had applied for a sip of ₹2000. However due to insufficient balance the amount could not be cut. Hdfc on the other hand did not even inform that there are penalties for such incomplete payments. They did not bother to inform me about such things prior!
Ach debit return charges 590rs is deducted 7 times in my account.
And total 4130 rs is deducted from my account.

This is highly disappointing!!...

hdfc bank ach debit return charges-590rs

I have a salary account with hdfc bank. I have started with sip in mutual funds (Paytm money app) using auto-pay option. But i didn't have sufficient balance in sip date so i have been charged ach debit return charges of rs 590 (5 times) and total 3000 rs is deducted from my account and now my balance is showing -1190 rs on 15/03/2019.

I have called customer care and they told me that this amount is deducted because of payment...

ecs mandate rejected

I had financed a laptop six months back through hdfc and provided my bank details for emi's. For the first month, emi was deducted from my bank account, but from the second month, i got the messages that 'ecs mandate rejected', from that month, i used to pay through cash to their collection agent.

Till that time, their staf[censored]sed to say, you don't need to pay any extra amount as this is our fault, but i used to get messages...

not refunding money and unethical behaviour

[30 nov] : submitted post dated cheques along with ach form at the time of disbursement.

[7 dec] : i received the mail from hdfc bank employee that cheques and ach form has been misplaced. Please send the mail to cancel the cheques.
I sent the mail for cancelling the cheques.
Then i was asked to pay online through payment link shared by bank employee. I paid the emi online and...

first year membership fee charged on life time free card

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has provided me lifetime free regalia credit card. Today the bank has provided me statement wherein they have charged me 1180 as first year membership fees. You are requested to look into the same. Also please provide me the procedure for cancellation of the card.

Don't know what the hdfc bank is doing with my account this is first time when bank deducted (Total=708) in this "amb chrg incl gst for jan2019-mir[protected]" i dont know what is this deduction for. How bank peoples will deduce someone hard money without informing to them, if there is some charges then there should be a prior notice first, so that user should follow your bank polices.
