I used priority pass in the month of january 2019 @ international lounge delhi. Lounge people said it's free, not chargeable if you have priority pass. But the amount was charged. As per discussion with the credit card department, i have raised a reversal complaint, # [protected]. But it was declined. I had to pay this whole amount of rs 2326/-

Not again after 3 months, in the month of april bill, there is another lounge fee charged rs 4481.43 /[protected]@the same delhi international airport with a doubled amount, even i didn't swipe my card. I am not in india, so how will i swipe my card. Now, why will i pay this whole amount?

Even after 1-hour discussion with customer care credit card department, there was no active concern seen from the bank organization. Highly disappointment from the service.
In spite of repeated requests, hdfc bank hasn't been able to show me any communication sent to me regarding the applicable fees.
Need consumer court to intervene in this, please.
