I had a payzapp account for my mobile [protected].
I have done 4 transactions on big basket app with promo code grocery, for each transaction i should get 25% cashback.
In november 2018 i have done transaction on big basket and waited for cashback, but i did not get it. So called customer care for this then they informed my wallet limit exceeded, amount will be credited in next financial year automatically.
With this answer from customer care i have done 3 more transactions on bigbasket with payzapp as i will get the cashback in april 2019.

But when i called the customer care on april 2019, they are saying you will not getting the cashback as wallet limit exceeded in last financial year.

Please help and get me my cashback approx 800 rupees for 4 transactions. For my payzappp account [protected] and contact me on same number

    I always used to get credit card statement on mostly 15th of every month. I don't remember If I have missed any credit card bill in any month. Every time I have cleared all the dues to keep my credit score good. But this time, Neither through mail or sms, I got any statement for the bill payable on March 2019.
    And on 3rd of April I came to know that part of my due bill was auto debited from my Hdfc saving account. Problem is I always prefer to clear all my dues on or before due date to maintain my credit score. But this time HDFC debited part of bill without informing me. So, this transaction is going to badly impact my credit score.
    My question is why HDFC Bank missed to send me credit card statement? Who would be responsible for the charges, I have to pay for the remaining amount?
    And who would be responsible for my bad credit score this month?

      I have hdfc bank account, and my customer id is 9837417.

      I live in chennai, my account branch is at mumbai.

      Off late for couple of years, i have been receiving unnecessary communications (Phone calls, emails & smss) from hdfc bank.

      After unsubscribing myself from all the emails, the emails have been reduced.

      After telling the persons (Too many people) who calls me for various reasons, that i dont want to recieve calls, the calls are reduced too. I told them not to call at least 20 times.

      Now i am recieving too many seemingly loose sms for last few months. I made call to telebanking on 28th march 2019, and made a complaint about all these communications. They promised me that i wont receive any communications unless its critical or very important. Complaint number is: chnc[protected]. But mean while within 1 week i kept receiving promotional smss again and again. I recieved atleast 4-5 promotional messages, and it doesn't seem stopping.
      (1. Pre approved car loan. 2&3. New credit card. 4. Other new offers). They are annoying, harassing, and dont seem like genuine message. To me they look like a social engineering attempt. Stop communicating to me unless it is critical.

        I have cancelled a policy having application no[protected].. They said refund is being initiated from jan 2019 but same is never credited in my account. I have shared my account statement twice. After all this process they are saying from feb 2019 wait for 2_3days but no refund. And now company is even not picking my call as i call from registered number. Kindly check the matter. As i am now very upset with all this.

          There is double billing in my hdfc credit card statement..

          Please look into this at the earliest and let me know so that i can clear off my balance credit. I have always heard credit card company's do this but this is the first time i am facing it. Hope this wont turn out to be a bad experience. Please look into this and reverse the transaction at the earliest.

            Sir i am having lap limit in your bank from last 6 year and also having 19 saving account and 4 current account in your bank. but now i am very disappoint with your branch staff behavior he not only using the bad language with me also misbehave with my father( senior citizen ).
            MATTER: =
            Actually i am using lap limit from last 6 year and pay all chargers faithfully now i meet manager and sad i want to close my limit so firstly he is using bad language and sad you should pay 4% charges if you close the limit and when i show my proposal form to manager here is written only 2% charges if you close in with in one year and after that no charges is applicable.
            but manager is declined that latter and sad you should at least 2% charges and so misbehave with my father.
            so if you harassed customer and give this type of services so i will withdraw all the account with hdfc and go to other bank.

                  I have received the below message today from the bank:

                  “dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to federal bank ltd with value rs. 26400.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.”

                  I have not given any mandate. I don’t have any terms with the issued bank (Federal bank ltd) or any emi/instalments pending with the mentioned amount. This message is extremely worrying and makes me rethink my association with the bank. Kindly help.

                    I purchased a bike on loan from hdfc bank. Later i received a credit card with limit of 10000 thousand for which i have never applied.                         new debit card is not delivered even if the address is updated

                        Hello, this is one of the customer of hdfc bank. New debit cards are issues but it never reached us. I have updated the address in hdfc online with adress proof but no response for the same.
                        I tried alot to contact the customer care service but its answering machine always. Its very disappointing that such a good bank have such a pathetic contct service. I feel helpless and i receive the msgs daily regarding card undelivered and if...

                        I have received the following sms from bank:

                        Dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to ava life style services pl with value rs. 3679.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

                        I have not given any mandate any where. How can someone deduct on their behalf without seeking permission. It's violation of my right.

                        Please rectify this and revert any mandate unlawfully taken.

                          I made a payment of 1494 in wbsedcl website using paytm on sunday. The transaction didn't complete but the amount got deducted from my account. The problem is that no order / transaction ids generated in paytm as the transaction didn't get completed. The issue is that they are saying that paytm didn't receive the money and they asked me to talk to my bank. I have the transaction id for the payment from hdfc and provided them that as well i wish to get my refund for the payment whatever happens. Please check the attached image for the 2 duplicate transactions: - 1st for the paytm one which was unsuccessful. The 2nd is the one which was the successful payment via billpay. Also, i am trying to get in touch with customer service executives from hdfc for the last 2 days but it seems there is no provision of talking to the customer representatives when the dispute is account related. The whole menu is ivr driven and it only allows you to know very basic stuff like account balance, credit card status, etc. I have even mailed hdfc on sunday itself and it has been more than 3 days and i didn't receive any reply from them. Please see to it that my amount get reverted to my account instead of cheating me to put money in hdfc's pockets.

                                Money deducted from my account even though ATM showed out of service status after transaction, and failed to withdraw money. I have tried to withdraw 2000 Rs from nearest bank atm but after getting slow service screen turned in to out of service status, and money deducted from account.

                                  I tried withdrawing money from the hdfc atm at konda malle pall (Konda malle pally) today evening at 7:10 pm. I did so with my hdfc debit card. There was an error displayed on the screen when i tried withdrawing money "processing temporarily suspended". I tried withdrawing around rs 4500 & 3000 twice and both times got the same error. But on checking my balance rs.7500 had been deducted even though i did not collect any money. Could you please help me out...

                                  I applied credit card through online and i dont have any current loans but still they have rejected the same.may i know why it has been rejected and when can i expect the solution for this?

                                    A REGALIA FIRST Credit Card issued to me. But the PIN has not yet been received. I have bern called to [protected], they told that 'this service not available on this card'.
                                    Still I am not able to use this card.

                                      I paid emi through help desk for last three months due to signature mismatch, and have submitted ach mandate form again on mar 4th at begumpet retail store. Received a message on mar15 stating "dear customer, your consumer durable loan ×××× has got bounce due to ach mandate rejected for mar19 emi".
                                      I'm about to take home loan and this is effecting my cibil score, can someone contact me asap.

                                      Daily iam getting 5 to 6 calls from HDFC bank personal loans, when i ask them they told me to talk with the bank manager, that lady who was talking, said to me that we are also got very fed up to call u people like this.
                                      I have get the message from zomato and bewakoof.com that the money is credited into your account but actually when checked the balance it's is not credited
