How hdfc block customers, see by mail transaction first they committed to change roi then they simply refuse also stick stickers on my door when i was in contact with hdfc employee, then ask more money on mail, in advocate notice amount changes, simply harassment

Mr raut,

There is no as such pure fix rate which you are asking about, currently the fix rate is only applicable for 2 years and not more than that, that too for new borrowers who are availing loans now.

The loan product which you have taken is pure variable loan, the loan agreement also states the same. The fix rate which you are asking about is not available as of now as confirmed with seniors.

Dear kiran sir,

Thanks for real fast reply first time from your side, i am not willful defaulter, as i manage money to pay emi at very difficult level, thanking ones again for your revert,
Just let me know what fix interest rate will applied to me, what will be my principal amount and my numbers of emi (If i will pay emi of 40000/- per month) after paying balance amount,
What will be the chargers for same to do in fix roi

And what about i have paid last emi, one thing more all of your executive and officers told me we will do to fix rate of interest last time when i have paid my balance amount in march 2018 with all charges, and after paying they reject that there is no concept of change of interest to fix roi, also asked to give proof for this to me that show me that we have given you in return.

So now i think that i have right person to solve my issue kindly help and provide details for same.

Mr raut,

You have availed adjustable rate home loan, rate of interest changed as per retail prime lending rate (Rplr).

We have discussed this before also on the same, if at all you want to convert your roi in fix rate you have to clear arrears which are in 7 months outstanding.

Total dues o/s as on date is rs. 301018/-

Myself nitin raut holding loan with u as loan account number[protected], as per subject i cannot afford foalting interest rate to my account, in every 2 to 3 months its not possible to pay extra amount and reset my roi, by this letter i am requesting you to reset my account to fix roi monthly, as i have started to end this account as early as possible the roi changes, and again 1 to 2 emi get added to account in every three months, as i have paid near by 1000000+ to this account, with all charges and penalty, but the outstanding comes to loan amount taken from starting,

Kindly resolve my issue and reset my account so i can pay my emi regular, its taken me to harassment level again and again, if you take one step forward and try to reslove my problem, severally there will no bounces of emi,

I have been instructed by my client housing development finance corporation limited (Hdfc ltd) a company registered under the companies act, 1956 and having its registered office at: ramon house, h t parekh marg, 169, backbay reclamation, churchgate, mumbai-400020 and also having its area office amongst other places at office no. 7 and 8, fifth floor, godrej eternia c, wing-b, wakdewadi, shivajinagar, pune-411005, to issue this notice to you as follows.

1. My client states that, no. 1 of you is the borrower and no. 2 is the co-borrower of my client and your loan account no is[protected].

2. My client says that, you have availed a housing loan of rs. 27, 00, 000/- (Rupees twenty seven lakh only) for flat no 302, 3rd floor, rutugandh wing b, plot no2, s. No.69/1/1, talegaon dabhade, near indrayani mahavidyalay, talegaon chakan road, talegaon dabade - 410506 (Hereinafter referred to as “said property”) subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in the loan agreement duly signed and delivered by you.

3. My client says that, as per the terms and conditions of the said loan offer letter and with an intention to secure the loan amount and all other amounts in the connection thereof you have mortgaged the said property in favor of and with my client by deposit of title documents of the same and thus created a first charge of my client on the said property. You have executed and delivered to my client by way of security the following documents amongst others viz. Promissory note executed by you, loan agreement executed by you in favor of hdfc.

4. My client further states that, you have availed rs. 27, 00, 000/- (Rupees twenty seven lakh only) of the said loan amount from my client. The said loan amount was to be repaid in equated monthly installments as agreed by you in your loan agreement.

5. My client says that, you have been committing default in the due repayment of the said loan amount, interest, etc. Thereon. My client says that, you have intentionally neglected and willfully avoided to pay the agreed e. M. I and outstanding dues in respect of your said loan amount till date.

6. My client states that as on 28/02/2019 your loan account is in arrears for the amount equal to 7 months of emi's in addition to the additional interest and incidental charges accrued. Hence the amount due and outstanding from you to my client to regularize your loan account no.[protected] is rs. 2, 98, 866/- (Rupees two lakh ninety eight thousand eight hundred and sixty six only). As such to regularize your aforesaid mentioned loan account you are liable to pay to my client the total dues of rs. 2, 98, 866/- (Rupees two lakh ninety eight thousand eight hundred and sixty six only).

7. My client says that, you are intentionally committing a breach of contract with my client and thus infringing the agreed terms and conditions of your loan agreement. My client says that, you are jointly and severally each liable and bound to pay to my client the said amount of rs. 2, 98, 866/- (Rupees two lakh ninety eight thousand eight hundred and sixty six only) along with the interest, additional interest, costs, charges, expenses etc. Thereon. My client asks you to immediately and forthwith regularize your e. M. I payments etc. And bring your account up-to date.

I have been instructed by my client to call upon you by this notice which i hereby do and ask you to pay to my client the said amount rs. 2, 98, 866/- (Rupees two lakh ninety eight thousand eight hundred and sixty six only) along with the interest, additional interest, cost, charges, etc thereon till the date of full and final payment thereof by you to my client along with the charges of rs. 5000/- of this notice to you immediately within eight (8) days from the date of receipt of the this notice by you, failing which, my client shall be constrained to call back and recover the entire amount as may be found due and outstanding at the foot of the said loan account no[protected] from you. Moreover in that case my client shall also be constrained to take recourse to necessary civil and /or criminal action in the court of law against you or either of you for the cost and consequences of which, including rs. 5000/- of this notice to you, you would obviously be liable and responsible which please note.

    I have applied loan in hdfc bank for 300000 and then it was processed with wrong entry of my name in records even though all the documents have correct information. Because of this, my ecs got rejected which in turn affecting my cibil score. I decided to take a top up on the same loan. I have applied for 12.55 lakhs and tenure as 60 months. But without any call confirmation, my loan got processed for 36 months of tenure.

Sir mne hdfc bank mai education loan ke liye apply kiya tha or maine saare documents diye the bank manager ko. Bank manager ek month se chakar cut va re h and end m aake bolte ki hum loan pass nhi kar te. On the other side mne ye same documents bank of baroda barwala ke manager anil swami ji ko diya toh bank manager ne bhut achi tarha cooperate kiya and within one month mera loan pass kar diya...

      Hdfc bank ke staff ne bola ki aapko credit card ka offer aaya h toh maine credit card liye. Jab sir mai credit card ki payment ke liye gaya toh bank wale bolte ki hum credit card ki payment nhi karte aap barwala hdfc bank m jao fir sir mai hdfc bank barwala gaya toh vo bolte ki aap hdfc bank raipurani jao fir vo bolte ki home branch m payment deposit karvao 1 month se aise he chakar cut va te rhe... Jab sir late fees lagagi fir homebranch wale bolte hum payment karde ge.. Or sir jab maine credit card a/c close karne k liye bola toh sir bolte ki customer care se baat karo jab customer care se baat ki toh vo bolte jider se card liya hai uder se closing form fill kardo.. Hdfc bank mauli wale ke pass closing form bhi nhi h or sir maine credit card jjan ko block karva diya tha or jan m sari payment kardi thi lekin sir maine march ki late fees bhi paid ki h or jab pucha ki ye kis ki payment h toh bolte h ki customer care se baat karo.. Or customer care bhi phone pick nhi kar te sir mai hdfc se apna account and credit card close karvana chata hu..

        Hdfc bank is duping customers by advertising fake cash back offers in a tie-up with homecentre.

        In august 2018, any purchase of furniture on the homecentre app was eligible for a 10% cashback if paid using an hdfc bank card.

        To avail the offer, i purchased furniture worth nearly inr 76000.
        Hdfc bank, however, did not give me the cash back.

        I have written several emails to hdfc bank in the past six months. Also escalated the matter.

        In november, i received an email from hdfc bank saying my cash back will be processed within 90 days of the transaction. However, it's 8 months since the transaction now and i still haven't received the cash back.
        Hdfc bank is only pretending to not understand my concerns and giving me false assurances that they're looking into the matter.

        It's unbelievable that india's largest private bank and one of the top brands in the nation is resorting to such cheap tactics of deceiving and duping customers.

        I'm now 100% convinced that HDFC Bank ran a fake offer in collaboration with Landmark Group (Homecentre division) and customer care executives like Manoj above are only wasting time and lying through their teeth again and again.
        HDFC Bank again sought all details from me for the nth time which is inexplicably harassing, and its escalation department has now audaciously promised it will process my cashback in 7 days. The department said the EXACT thing in November 2018.

        HDFC Bank, there's no way you can advertise offers simply to lure customers to use your credit card without any intention of fulfilling the promises made under the offer. This deceit and harassment that you've caused me for 8 months now makes you answerable to a consumer forum.

          This is mrs. Jenifer rajesh we have taken consumer loan 75000/- before two months back but still we didn't paid apologise for that.. But some situations happened... But we are responding the cal while bank calling often... And we have updated to extend for the date and time... They also said okay... But yesterday one bank manager came and he was in chennai nelson manickam branch name is mr. Sanjay he used bad words to me how dare he speak like that... I'm so upset i have 2 yrs baby... See everyone will get some situations but i didn't say i won't pay... But he's spoken very vulgar so please take immediate action otherwise will make big issues... I hope you will understand my feelings sir.. Waiting for your reply.

                I paid my hdfc credit card bill amount of rupees 20813.00 on apr 5th 2019 around 12:30am early morning (Last date apr 5th 2019). But i got a mail in afternoon that my autopay was initiated...
                I was shocked hence already paid due in early morning, then i called the hdfc credit card customer care service to complaint about the same.

                But after that [payment return fee of rs. 450] has been debited from my credit card. Why should i pay the return fee as i already cleared the payment in my card. This is unfair.
                I want my amount back in my account.

                  Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 3 years back when i was working at that time. After that my company has changed our salary account to another bank & they provided other bank account. But still my hdfc account existed and getting negative minus balance... Every months bank has deducted 600 rs minus to my hdfc account.
                  The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidelines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
                  I approached our near by branch, but they did not close my hdfc account.
                  So what is the action will take against this bank.

                  If my issue not been resolved within week timeline then will take a legal proceeding against respective bank.

                    On april 1 2019 they took 2048 Rs from my credit card .. The amount was not reversed to card till today it has been 7 days gone.. I need my money back... If we call customer care they are not responding properly.. The order failed transaction should suppose to reversed with 3-5 business days but still O didnt receive my back

                      According to the above agent/broker, these above polices gave with grantee of money back with in 3-6 months what ever amount paid in terms of instalments and after that i will be eligible for pension of amount 6 thousand rupees per policy but it is not true. As i got knowledge from other insurance company. As a result my trust broke from hdfc life and other services as well,

                      Yesterday, i visited hdfc life office at ashoka plaza, rohtak distt haryana and met ms. Shalini (Pso) and mr. Sunil gosawami (Circle head). Initially, both of them agreed to process for refund my amount as per hdfc life norms but after couple of seconds they denied to return. What ever paid in terms of instalments. Both of them created heavy pressurce on myself and told like that"ab aap ka kuch nahi ho sakta, kahin bhi chale jao, paisa wapas nahi milega aap ko, aaj tak kahan soe hue the"

                      It was very shocking for myself, how could a large organisation staff treated like —

                      Firstly, please tell me, if the above words are ok from hdfc side and it's your standard way to attend your customers. Specially those are in pain.

                      I don't want to continue with hdfc life and surrender my all policies with you.

                      Could you please help me to get a surrender value on behalf of above policies. As i am not able to pay next premium, due to business crisis and current family situation.
                      I need some amount of money urgently to run my day to day life.

                      It is my humble request to you please help in the case.

                      My Premium Due date is 31st March .I paid the Premium on 30 March through online banking .But on 2nd April the premium again deducted from my account .

                        Have received a message from hdfc bank
                        Alert:rs.999.00 spent via credit card xx6673 at amazon1258399 on[protected]:00:03:19 without pin/otp.

                        This is not an authenticated trx as per rbi mandate effective 1 may 12." i also checked my account and its showing me outstanding payment of rs.999. I want my money back as its a fraud transaction. Please help me out

                          Couple of years before I used HDFC bank for salary account. now i'm not using this for past one year, so it changes to savings account and now it show negative balance more than -4000 Rs. How could i use this account now for salary account again without negative balance.

                            I have transfer a money on 01 april 2019 and not recieved by beneficiary and i have call to hdfc phone banker on 03 april she told me that you can recieve your payment by 04 april but this is not happneds till date 05 april 2019. I had call to pooja rajnhar phone banker and she told me you will not recieve any amount becuase amount is credited into beneficiary.

                            Please solve this issues and cancel my transaction i dont want to transfer money.

                              Hi my name is aviral & i was having an hdfc credit card & i had settled that card due to unemployment & regularly got the threat calls from hdfc bank, well that's history now, so i was settled my card with 33700 rs/- now want to clear my rest amount & clear my cibil, for that i have visited bank house indore to know my balace ammount which i need to pay to clear my cibil, where he asked me to pay 51125/- for clear the amount & get the noc for the same, hence i have visited khajrana road branch to deposit the total amount on 31st march 2019 but they said they cant accept money because it is showing my bill is nill, same i have updated to the officer at hdfc bank house he said he will confirm it with his senior & let me know the same that how can i pay that amount, from that day i am waiting but i didnt get any solutions for that,

                              I am ready to pay it in one shot please help to clear it & get noc for the same asap.

                                  I used priority pass in the month of january 2019 @ international lounge delhi. Lounge people said it's free, not chargeable if you have priority pass. But the amount was charged. As per discussion with the credit card department, i have raised a reversal complaint, # [protected]. But it was declined. I had to pay this whole amount of rs 2326/-

                                  Not again after 3 months, in the month of april bill, there is another lounge fee charged rs 4481.43 /[protected]@the same delhi international airport with a doubled amount, even i didn't swipe my card. I am not in india, so how will i swipe my card. Now, why will i pay this whole amount?

                                  Even after 1-hour discussion with customer care credit card department, there was no active concern seen from the bank organization. Highly disappointment from the service.

                                  In spite of repeated requests, hdfc bank hasn't been able to show me any communication sent to me regarding the applicable fees.

                                  Need consumer court to intervene in this, please.
