I'm here to complaint about the collection department of hdfc. We were the valueable customers of these banks since 10 years, since last two months we were not able to pay credit card bill on time due to some financial problems but we managed to do one month's payment but still there was another payment pending because i was hospitalised for my delivery and it was done by c section so i was unable able to go out for some arrangements for the bill payments but this department people didn't cared about anything and they started abusing and threatened me of coming to my place and will do whatever they want to do for their recovery. I asked for one more day to pay my due but they are not listening and calling again n again. And now i'm so much frustrated that seriously i'm going to commit suicide because this people have created disputes between me and my husband and he has literally sent me divorce papers. If i commit suicide then it will be just because of these hdfc collection department people.

    Hdfc bank consumerloan account no. [protected]

    The above mentioned loan had its first emi on 5.3.2019 which was deducted on such date and so was the second emi on 5.4.2019.
    Today (12.04.2019) rs. 206.50 was deducted thrice (Total rs.619.50) which are written as mandate charges for what reason is not clear as the two emis was debited from my account on the due date.

    It seems it is a mistake from your part which please reverse at the earliest.

I chose hdfc bank for my financial transactions keeping in view the bank’s reputation and customer care while opening the accounts i was promised that no charges will be levied on me for any kind of transaction under these accounts. But to our surprise and dismay, charges have been levied on various transactions, there a promise broken, which i never expected from such a reputed bank like yours.in this context i would like to request you kindly adhere to your pledge with me and remit the amount deducted on the following transaction back to respective accounts, or i will be compelled to think otherwise and close my accounts forthwith.

        I have bought Nikon DSL camera D 5600 for rs 46000 at no cost EMI from AMAZON . I opted for no cost EMI option which HDFC Bank was also offering on debit and Credit cards . It said that the interest shall be charged at 13% but will be discounted by the bank . But it has not been done so far . I have paid two installments.

          I was given surprise when i opened my bank account details via net banking. I saw 1770 inr deducted forinter-brn cash chg incl st & ec and 1083 inr deducted for atq charges and 472 per month edc rental. This is disgusting. I have a bank account with jk bank, sbi, punjab national. I have never any issue with them in regards.

          Hdfc is just upto money not up to customer satisfaction. I am so frustrated that i am closing my current account with them.

            Hi

            I have settlement letter valid till july 2019 and i paid 1 installment and ready pay to remaining however my savings account has been put on hold impacting other ecs without intimation

            The reason behind holding payment of settlement letter would be two things

            1) hdfc collection guys keep harrasing my neigbhours friends, office collegues indicating i am upscond without paying anything. However i am keep intact with hdfc guys and paid the first emi as well

            2) hdfc collection department promised there wont be any oustanding as the settlemet leet has been issued however i could see my card balance was increasing

            As i have premium banking with hdfc for more than 10 years and without intimation keeping the account hold will not be good from bank perspective. I am keep getting different numbers on whatspp asking for minimum due's when i have made settlemet letter. I am ready to close this in one installment and looking forward to have fair support on this one. When i try to call julie from hdfc collection manager she switched off her mobile

            I have got a settlement letter of 2.22L and paid 1st installment and ready to pay remaining as i have validity till july 2019 but my acc has been put on Lein for 272000. Please check and update so that i can pay the balance as per the attachment . The lein on the acc has to be released as well

            No response yet . i tried reaching collection agencies multiple times and they are disconnecting the call purposefully .One of the person says its their turn since they put my account on lein . This looks strange that Bangalore collection agency disconnects call when i am ready to pay . This looks they are taking revenge and HDF should warn this kind of behvaiours .I have HDFC, account for 11 years and all my family members have that and this kind of Behvaiour really puts HDFC down

                I had opened salary account in HDFC Bank long time ago and then i stopped using that account. The account got converted into savings and my account balance at the moment is around -9000 I have seen the transaction are not shown in the statement although few entries of GST charges are there which I am ready to pay but the penalty charges they are applying without informing about it is unacceptable. I want to close the account and i do not wish to pay the money I haven't borrowed or used.

                    If you are from pune. Beware from insurance agent vaibhav gaikwad.
                    I paid inr 30000/year for 4 years and today i surrendered the policy and got 60800 back. A flat loss of 54000 despite paying continuous premium for 4 years and the surrender quote which i received has no breakage of the charges deducted as well.

                    How can irda appove hdfc life doing such unethical business and employ agents who fool people.

                      This is regarding my HDFC crest policy for which I normally get many vague calls . When you ask for any kind of information regarding the policy that is not available .Understanding this I contacted HDFC LIFE customer care and their corporate but to my surprise instead of listening to my issue the concerned person routed my call to customer care .
                      Today as on date some agent code is attached to my policy and again to my surprise the concerned agent has never contacted me in last 8 years and imparted me any kind of information on this policy .
                      I request the concerned team to first of all remove the agent code stop all commission imparted against my policy and refund the same to my fund value
                      Atleast when the company sell the product there should be someone should be there to take care of customer issues, which is not at all happening

                        Total 1593 has been taken from my account without any notice

                        As far I know HDFC bank min balance is rs 5000 and I was maintaining this balance and when it started the deduction that time also my account balance is 5000 +

                        I would need the amount back ASAP. if this amount refunded back then I will start maintaining above rs10000.00. In my family, we have 4 to 5 account in the HDFC bank and if you did not receive positive response definitely we are going to permanently close the account.

                            *fight against hdfc life insurance company* halla bol

                            Hi team,

                            I have hdfc life term insurance policy to cover my home loan where critical illness is covered. I had major heart attack with 100% blockage on right artery on 29th october 2018 so gone through angioplasty. So i have submitted my critical illness claim to hdfc life insurance company in the month of december 2018.

                            I refute hdfc life statement that i had diabetes at the time of issuing me a policy so they have rejected my critical illness claim which has no grounds at all. No one has conducted my any medical tests from hdfc life before issuing me a policy then how they can say i had diabetes. My two other insurance companies i. E. Aegon life and pnb metlife have taken all my tests before issuing me policy and now both have approved my critical illness claim within a month without any issue.

                            Now i am totally frustrated with this type of service from hdfc life, as i am a classic customer of hdfc bank from last 15 years and they are giving me such service. I am a corporate employee with more than 3 lacs of employees in our company, so that i can spread this on our social forum. Social media is too powerful so they may definitely loose their business and eventually people will loose faith on hdfc life. I am not able to concentrate my job due to this issue also i am getting mental harassment due to this. I have already shared this on facebook, twitter, linkedin, instagram and whattsapp.

                            Furthermore, i have already enclose a claim approval letters from aegon life and pnb metlife to hdfc life for reference.

                            Notwithstanding that i have already submitted all the required evidences, it has now been 4-5 months since i raised my claim. This delay is unreasonable and it appears that we have now reached a deadlock. I have done all that i can do advance my claim but they have failed to deal with it adequately. My claim is dully covered by the policy and if i do not hear from hdfc bank within a week time then i may refer the matter to the financial ombudsman service without any further warning.

                            I looking for compensation as well as my critical illness claim approval.

                            My humble request you to look into the matter and do needfully in this on priority.

                              I recieved my hdfc credit card 3 weeks back, generated the pin from an atm, but still it is not working, customer support is advising that the service is unavailable on your card please visit nearest card collection centre. I submitted a written letter to the bank 2 weeks back but haven’t got any response till now. Please take action as i am loosing my hope or tell me what should i do with such a waste piece of card that i am carrying in my wallet everytime.

Owing to security reason the returned card has been destroyed. to reissue the credit card kindly send a dully signed letter requesting to reissue the credit card along with the correct mailing address.                                     Cancellation of One Assist Membership
                                    I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 1464 without my concern from last 3 years. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I have salary account with hdfc bank which was opened by company spoors technologies, but it's been 2 years i left the company, and they are deducting 600 every month now negative balance has been increased.. And one thing i did not u derstand about them that they linked this account number to npci (National payments corporation of india) because of which my gas lpg subsidy is also going in that account... I tried to delink lpg npci to my old sbi account but this is also not happening.. This is cheating without knowing me they linked to npci..

                                      I don't want this account, fed up with it's bloody rules please close my account... I m loosing my own money as well as this negative balance is making me embarrassed.

                                      Please help me, and consider my request

                                        I have 2 consumer durable loans [protected] and [protected]. Both active from last 4 months. I was supposed to receive cash back on these after 90 days. But haven't received that yet. It's a very disappointing promise. I had taken similar options with paytm and they were always right on spot to provide cashback. I would like to get the cash back credited to my account as soon as possible.
