Good morning, have a nice day ahead...

I have healthy relationship with hdfc life/bank and other products since last more than 10 years. Always, i recommends hdfc products and services to my relative, friends and society and with same trust and faith. I had brought four policy from hdfc life from your agent details "peace worth insurance brokers pvt ltd, add shop space no.3, plot no a-99 ground floor rampuri ghaziabad up, code:00716300, license no :db 631/15.

Policies detail are given below :

1. Policy no. 20200600
2. Policy no. 20062436
3. Policy no. 20349908 — rajbir saini dob 18/9/1988 nominee=sonia
4. Policy no.20342653 — rajbir saini dob 18/9/1988 nominee=sonia
According to the above agent/broker, these above polices gave with grantee of money back with in 3-6 months what ever amount paid in terms of instalments and after that i will be eligible for pension of amount 6 thousand rupees per policy but it is not true. As i got knowledge from other insurance company. As a result my trust broke from hdfc life and other services as well,

Yesterday, i visited hdfc life office at ashoka plaza, rohtak distt haryana and met ms. Shalini (Pso) and mr. Sunil gosawami (Circle head). Initially, both of them agreed to process for refund my amount as per hdfc life norms but after couple of seconds they denied to return. What ever paid in terms of instalments. Both of them created heavy pressurce on myself and told like that"ab aap ka kuch nahi ho sakta, kahin bhi chale jao, paisa wapas nahi milega aap ko, aaj tak kahan soe hue the"

It was very shocking for myself, how could a large organisation staff treated like —

Firstly, please tell me, if the above words are ok from hdfc side and it's your standard way to attend your customers. Specially those are in pain.

I don't want to continue with hdfc life and surrender my all policies with you.

Could you please help me to get a surrender value on behalf of above policies. As i am not able to pay next premium, due to business crisis and current family situation.
I need some amount of money urgently to run my day to day life.

It is my humble request to you please help in the case.

I am looking for positive response from your side.

My Premium Due date is 31st March .I paid the Premium on 30 March through online banking .But on 2nd April the premium again deducted from my account .

    Have received a message from hdfc bank
    Alert:rs.999.00 spent via credit card xx6673 at amazon1258399 on[protected]:00:03:19 without pin/otp.

    This is not an authenticated trx as per rbi mandate effective 1 may 12." i also checked my account and its showing me outstanding payment of rs.999. I want my money back as its a fraud transaction. Please help me out

      Couple of years before I used HDFC bank for salary account. now i'm not using this for past one year, so it changes to savings account and now it show negative balance more than -4000 Rs. How could i use this account now for salary account again without negative balance.
      Kindly help me out for negative balance clearance ASAP.

        I have transfer a money on 01 april 2019 and not recieved by beneficiary and i have call to hdfc phone banker on 03 april she told me that you can recieve your payment by 04 april but this is not happneds till date 05 april 2019. I had call to pooja rajnhar phone banker and she told me you will not recieve any amount becuase amount is credited into beneficiary.

        Please solve this issues and cancel my transaction i dont want to transfer money.

          Hi my name is aviral & i was having an hdfc credit card & i had settled that card due to unemployment & regularly got the threat calls from hdfc bank, well that's history now, so i was settled my card with 33700 rs/- now want to clear my rest amount & clear my cibil, for that i have visited bank house indore to know my balace ammount which i need to pay to clear my cibil, where he asked me to pay 51125/- for clear the amount & get the noc for the same, hence i have visited khajrana road branch to deposit the total amount on 31st march 2019 but they said they cant accept money because it is showing my bill is nill, same i have updated to the officer at hdfc bank house he said he will confirm it with his senior & let me know the same that how can i pay that amount, from that day i am waiting but i didnt get any solutions for that,

          I am ready to pay it in one shot please help to clear it & get noc for the same asap.

              I used priority pass in the month of january 2019 @ international lounge delhi. Lounge people said it's free, not chargeable if you have priority pass. But the amount was charged. As per discussion with the credit card department, i have raised a reversal complaint, # [protected]. But it was declined. I had to pay this whole amount of rs 2326/-

              Not again after 3 months, in the month of april bill, there is another lounge fee charged rs 4481.43 /[protected]@the same delhi international airport with a doubled amount, even i didn't swipe my card. I am not in india, so how will i swipe my card. Now, why will i pay this whole amount?

              Even after 1-hour discussion with customer care credit card department, there was no active concern seen from the bank organization. Highly disappointment from the service.

              In spite of repeated requests, hdfc bank hasn't been able to show me any communication sent to me regarding the applicable fees.

              Need consumer court to intervene in this, please.

                I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 2953. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                    Complaint points:
                    1) repeated promotional calls despite having dnd.
                    2) after getting troubled by bank, i kept credit card payment on hold till the harassment on the name of promotional calls is stopped.
                    3) instead of resolving the issue, bank ignored repeated request, delayed the issue and put penalty instead for rs 5000 for the payment of just 33000.00 rs.
                    4) found simply non cooperation from bank to address issue. Reached kalyan khadakpada branch, nodal officer, grievance cell, customer care, credit card department but no help.
                    5) bank has further blocked more than rs 66000.00 from my account and lapsed 8680 credit card redemption points.
                    6) exercising legal option is the only option left.

In the absence of any further payment towards your card account, the Bank had placed a lien on your savings account towards your credit card dues. In the event of non-receipt of payment, delayed payment or payment less than the total minimum amount due the applicable late payment charges/finance charges would be levied to the card account. Specific to promotional calls, please share the numbers from which the calls were received to assist further.

                      I have been receiving a call from "[protected]" where in the lady on other side provides me all details of my bank account and tells me that she is calling from hdfc bank customer care.
                      She asked me to download the hdfc bank app for which i was supposed to give her a 4 digit number that was going to be received from the bank server on my cell phone.
                      I clearly defied her that she wasn't from bank and that she was a fraud but she denied it.
                      I am writing to kindly check if the same is being seeked from your bank executives cos if not these scamsters seem to have a lot of data of hdfc clients.
                      Kindly take necessary action and let me know the outcome.

                          I am using hdfc credit card and was having a reward point balance of 11243 which i redeemed as cash for rs. 2249/- which got credited against my account on 22nd mrch and my payment due date was 29th of march. While making payments, i could see that in my net banking account, there was a description like 'total unbilled credits (Credit transactions after last statement, including payments)' and the amount was showing as 2249/- and thus since it is reflecting the redemption of reward points as payment after my last bill, i paid only the remaining balance of my last statement.

                          Now here comes the bad face of the hdfc card team. They charged me rs.600/- as late fee and other financial charges and the funny thing is that still my net banking account shows the 'total unbilled credits (Credit transactions after last statement, including payments) as having more amount than the actual bill in the last week.

                          So in this case, what sort of actions needed from my side, like their net banking website itself showing as i paid more than the last generated bill and still hdfc credit card is charging late fee and financial charges. Please help me.

                            My credit card expired in last december. They came for delivery of new card in my old company. I told them its not possible for me to come there to pick my card and they should deliver the card to my house. After a few days i was told the deliver failed again, though i have received new cards multiple times at home this time however i have been told that they are unable to locate my house address. Which is pretty surprising since they have been successful in past. And finally when i told them to close my card i was told to come to branch for the same. This is ridiculous. Either deliver my card or close it. Please note i[censored] apply any charges i will not be responsible.

                              I have been an hdfc customer right from my childhood since 2011 that was the first card my dad had given me. From so many years i had never faced a problem with hdfc until 2018 after a transaction was done in july 2018. Since i couldn't pay the amount that very month they started charging interest finally after asking them for settlement. We agreed to a settlement amount of 4000 but they did not inform me till when is the validity after paying the settlement they told me that was used to clear the outstanding amount and settlement was not done again i started getting calls from the collection department regarding the balance amount i was frustrated during this phase.. I wrote to the grievance department their employees did not even call for 2 months.. The amount went back up to the same with added interest.. They said that i should clear the amount because it's a very small amount.. Now the only amount i have to pay off is the interest amount which is 8000 double of my spent amount. This is a complete loot done by the bank. When i asked if it is a small amount then why can't they waive off the interest they said that is not in their hands.. They are constantly torturing me the pay the amount and telling me if i don't they will keep charging me interest but why do i pay when the amount was due for settlement and because of their lack of communication they could not inform me there was a time limit and they gave me an employee number for resolving the matter after 2 months who was rajesh c who kept cutting my calls. I am very hurt with this rude behavior. And expect them to think even the customer point of view.

                                I am getting rtn charges on my account where in i am paying my loan on time. This is fraud and the bank needs to pay back. My account number is [protected]. They are not supposed to charge anything from user without prior approval. Having balance in account does not mean that the bank can take it when ever they feel like.

                                I would suggest not to go with this bank anymore

                                  This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.

                                  An amount of rs 914.50 has been debited on from my account, mentioning about 'depository charges depository charges dec on savings account.

                                  I am aghast to see this has happened second time despite of me being told told that it would be absolutely free for 15 transactions. This is clear exploitation of customers.

                                    My brother in law has taken a personal loan from hdfc which he is not able to pay due to job loss. Now recovery ajent calls me n again n again call me to make her talk to my bro in law. I use to say to call her directly bcz i am not the borrower or guarantor or anything but she shouts and say i will call in your office your brothers and friends n your family members which she did. This leads to my reputation loss n my family members are under fear of job loss. Can she do this to me for a loan which not taken by me? I dont live even in same city where borrower live.

                                      Dear Customer,

                                      We have raised your request with the beneficiary bank for getting a reversal of funds from the concerned customer's account based on the NEFT transaction which was initiated from your end. Please be informed that HDFC Bank is not in a position to validate a Non-HDFC Bank Account number while a NEFT transaction is done. The credit is affected based solely on the beneficiary account number information and the beneficiary name particulars are not used. This is also mentioned under the "Note" section on the Third Party Funds Transfer - NEFT page within NetBanking. As a special case, we have checked with the beneficiary bank and are given to understand that they have brought the issue to the notice of the concerned beneficiary. They are awaiting consent and closure of formalities from their concerned beneficiary. Given the dependency on the other bank, we are not in a position to confirm a timeline for resolution. Nevertheless please be rest assured we would be giving this the utmost attention till resolution.
