1. It's very disheartening to say that my complaint have not been solved rather not responded with due regards since august 2018.
2. The complaint was initially registered to customer care on call (Several times) but couldn't resolve for 2/3 months. Since i was calling up customer care very regularly to know update, they have given their senior number that happens to be personal banker, mehal upadhyay, supervisor, cop-ahmedabad, mission no.1 unit. I contacted for first time on 02 oct 18 through her assistant (S), explained 2/3 times my complaint coz it was asked every time i called ref no mumc[protected]. Simultaneously i was enquiring to mahindra by phone as well as on email as directed by them. (Then wrote as good afternoon sir, i've put request on 19 sep 18 for call back on my quiry on my complimentary 2n/3d at your club. There after i've called thrice including today. But every call i've told to wait for 2/3 days. Please expedite as the offer is getting over on 30 sep 18 i. E. This month end. Required urgent updates on it.

3. These conversations continue till 24 nov 18 with above hdfc personal banker which wasted lot of time but no result. So i got frustrated with personal banker.
4. Then i discussed to rachna ahirwar, pbwd hdfc bank, ravipuram branch, kochi 682016 about the same complaint on 12 dec 18 which she also responded well initially but later not responded after several reminders too.
5. This is the response from one of the leading banks of india. Our country future is in dark if such is the case. I perceive it's nothing but giving faults offer to attract customers, to fool customers.
6. I'm a defence salaries account holder since 2004 with customer i'd 29886565 and also holder of hdfc bank's prestigious credit card regalia first.
7. Now i can't stop thinking why am i still holding this account after this long harassment and wastage of time, wherein the world is so competitive in all fields.
8. Please see into your organisation to compete in today's world. Faults offer will not last long.
9. Last but not the least, my last submittion, response expected within a month if not fruitful i will not be sorry to transfer my defense salaried account to other banker.
