    I have a credit card under the name of somya sengar which is now blocked due to outstanding payment. I have a pre ndc letter from the mumbai office from mr. Sanjay kulkarni regarding the pending amount and i have been giving monthly installments of the same. Now i want to negotiate and make a full and final settlement payment for which i need to speak with some senior person from the credit collection department. I was in touch with mr. Ravi from the concerned department however i am not able to get through him as i have lost my contacts. I tried calling the delhi office, bombay office and also lucknow office but nobody could help in connecting me to the concerned person who will take this forward saying that my case doesn't belong to them. My card was issued in delhi and currently i am located in lucknow. All the executives that i have spoken with are just saying the same thing that we cannot help you with any contact number of any person because we do not know who that person is and where does he sit and we can't take your call forward because we do not have your case with us. When requested for a contact number of someone senior from the department for further help and discussion they denied this request as well. We as customers do not expect such responses from organizations like hdfc being in the service industry. I would request some authorized person from the department to call me back on [protected] for further discussions, closure and settlement. I expect a call back by tomorrow morning please before escalating it further.

I talk to ayushi sharma at the welcome desk for my account opening in zero balance, but they refused we do not open any of the above zero balance accounts. I need an account with zero balance. Please help me and solve my problems.

          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 8824 without my concern on date:08/03/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

          Hello sir.. I had an issue with void sale that oocur to me in croma mall, koramangala.. Actually I asked for no cost emi, , but they mistaken and they direct swiped the credit card..             Dear mr. Ravi muksherjee/
            I have received 2 sms notifications regarding that there is payment made from my card no.[protected] of rs.10000 x 2 in vakola on 05/mar/2019

            But i havn’t made any such payment anywhere, i already informed your customer care team and they process for blocking of card and hotlisting (Dispute of payment), they have provided me reference no. [protected].

            I have also register my complaint with police department, copy of which already sent to your customer care team..

            My request to you is please process it on high priority, as the fraud amount is too high (Rs10000 x 2 = rs.20000)

            I am a very old customer of hdfc bank, please trace the fraud and settle it early to avoid unnecessary harassment.

            I also want to know the exact reason and want to understand the why it happened.

            Please find attached the police complaints which i registerd with nearest police station and with economic offence wing and dispute form too.

              Hi,

              I had made an complete payment of my credi card outstanding of rupees 45885/- on 11 april 2018.
              I had requested to wave off the minimum due, around 2k for the paid outstanding amount but, this was not taken under consideration by the customer service rep. And that has been now multiplied to 5k. And my cibil score has been dropped down for even when i have paid the complete outstanding amount.
              I even stanc credit card where they wave off the minimum due, if paid the outstanding within the due, date but, the hdfc reps were pitching me to make that payment even when i cleared the outstanding. This is a bad way of business hdfc.
              Now, i request for clear my cibil score.

              The issue is I am not able to reach any of the HDFC dept by phone to get this resolved. Even now the provided phone number is always busy and when visited to the bank they advised that this branch has no facilities to handle this issue. Now, I request HDFC to please advise what can I do further to resolve my issue?

                  I received a call, from [protected]
                  Yesterday, 09.03.2018

                  "i am calling form hdfc life insurance. You have taken a policy called 'classic assurance plan' on 22.3.11 policy no. : 15259960. You have paid only first time rs. 50000. After that no premium has been paid for 7 years. So you have to pay rs. 3.5 lac.. We have recived message for cancellation of this policy as so much time is over. If you go for resettlement you have to pay first 3 premiums i.. E 1 lac and then can continue for 7 years. If you don't resettle witjin 1 week you will get only 5% of your paid amt. (50000) and neither hdfc nor you will get balance. It will go to irda."

                  He gave me name and phone no. :nitin rastogi ([protected]) of regional head. He e told me to call this no. And tell my decision.

                  Today when i called this no. He said it might have happened that when policy was taken agent told you it is one time only so you have not paid.. He conveyed my redience address (Which was in 2011) correct. Date of birth, my name correct.

                  I told him i have not received any document or mail id. He said no mail id is mentioned there in policy document.

                  He said a verification call will come to you from hdfc mumbai.

                  Today after 1 hour i received a call from
                  [protected] stating he is from hdfc mumbai. He told me that he will send someone to my house to fill form and collect cheque of 1 lac else it will not settle. Luckily i called your helpline to confirm wherein i was conveyed that it is fake call. But same telephone no. Other persons have also complained. Why no action against this person or number?

                    I have paid the settlement amount. But they have not even given any letter for an acknowledgement. However, the hdfc girls are torturing me daily to pay the amount which i have already paid on jan 31 2019.

                    Please let me know how can i get the letter from the bank.

                    I have sent several emails but no response. I have contacted customer care many times, but no use at all.

                    Ridiculous bank i have ever seen. The government should ban this bank. I can write a letter to pm in order to request ban this bank and punish them. The people are suffering like anything because of their torture.

                      Hi, i bhanuprakash along with my wife visited richmond road office for service related to shares.

                      Application required had been filled and brought to submit.

                      While submitted related official asked for two copies of xerox copies of documents which needs to be submitted along.

                      When enquired about the where xerox copier is available they told 1 st left cross.

                      When entered into road it was having traffic jam (As usual) and no space to walk. When enquired about xerox shop at the road side i got to know it is available at main road which is more than 500mtrs and it is sunny day.

                      I could manage to find shop but he told me await for 5 mins since he is cleaning his shop.

                      It was night mare to walk back to office due to traffic and heat.

                      If i have faced that much of difficulty image in case of lone woman and woman with child in my place.

                      For xerox copy such a embracing situation i faced. Such a big office not providing minimum requirements.

                            Sir/ ma'am

                            1. It's very disheartening to say that my complaint have not been solved rather not responded with due regards since august 2018.
                            2. The complaint was initially registered to customer care on call (Several times) but couldn't resolve for 2/3 months. Since i was calling up customer care very regularly to know update, they have given their senior number that happens to be personal banker, mehal upadhyay, supervisor, cop-ahmedabad, mission no.1 unit. I contacted for first time on 02 oct 18 through her assistant (S), explained 2/3 times my complaint coz it was asked every time i called ref no mumc[protected]. Simultaneously i was enquiring to mahindra by phone as well as on email as directed by them. (Then wrote as good afternoon sir, i've put request on 19 sep 18 for call back on my quiry on my complimentary 2n/3d at your club. There after i've called thrice including today. But every call i've told to wait for 2/3 days. Please expedite as the offer is getting over on 30 sep 18 i. E. This month end. Required urgent updates on it.
                            My reference id 12817130.) even they gave another reference no during next conversation to update status.
                            3. These conversations continue till 24 nov 18 with above hdfc personal banker which wasted lot of time but no result. So i got frustrated with personal banker.
                            4. Then i discussed to rachna ahirwar, pbwd hdfc bank, ravipuram branch, kochi 682016 about the same complaint on 12 dec 18 which she also responded well initially but later not responded after several reminders too.
                            5. This is the response from one of the leading banks of india. Our country future is in dark if such is the case. I perceive it's nothing but giving faults offer to attract customers, to fool customers.
                            6. I'm a defence salaries account holder since 2004 with customer i'd 29886565 and also holder of hdfc bank's prestigious credit card regalia first.
                            7. Now i can't stop thinking why am i still holding this account after this long harassment and wastage of time, wherein the world is so competitive in all fields.
                            8. Please see into your organisation to compete in today's world. Faults offer will not last long.
                            9. Last but not the least, my last submittion, response expected within a month if not fruitful i will not be sorry to transfer my defense salaried account to other banker.

                              I want to cancel my one assist membership fee of the card ending with ‘840 auto charged of rs. 1399 on 8th march 2019
                              I do not wish to pay this amount which is definitely without my knowledge charged to me. How can hdfc be so unconvinent?                                 Am going to file a police complain against you as 13900 has been deducted from my account by one of your fraud employee he said he is going to refund my amount which was dudected from my account... He asked for my details and stole that money from my account.. I have all the voice recording as well as the account number through which he took my money... The number through which he called is [protected] he said his name is rahul saksena and he was calling on behalf of consumer complaint. You people are looting every one with fake site as well fake people.

                                  My credit card outstanding was approx 3.5 lakhs to clear the dues that i have initiated the settlement process and the bank has confirmed me that the settlement amount is rs 2.33 lakhs which i have to pay is 6 installments

                                  Initially, the recovery person who was approaching from bank side for the collection of installments has taken the first 2 installments as per the amount mentioned in the settlement confirmation letter.

                                  At the time of 3rd installment, recovery person told me that sir you have to pay only 15000 as the remaining amount has been converted in 10 installments by the bank, we insisted to the person to take the amount which is mentioned in the settlement confirmation letter but he replied that he can take only that amount which bank has asked him to take.

                                  Post that i paid the amount as informed by recovery person in remaining installment.

                                  I have paid the 2.33 lakhs in the installments mentioned by a bank or their representatives then the same recovery person confirmed me that my settlement is completed and i will get the confirmation letter asap

                                  I waited for a month period for the confirmation letter but when it was not delivered i approached the bank for the same but bank people are saying that my settlement has been canceled and i have to pay around.2.68 lakhs more to get the noc.

                                    My older card is expired last year till then i called hdfc people more than 100 times to send my new card which they did not because of which i am not able to use it and they are calling and harrasing me every month for its payment which i cannot do due to non-availableity of my card even they have not mapped my card with my net banking... Each month they deduct my account on there own whish... For the past 6 month they have deducted more than 50 thousand from my account but my card limit is just 30 thousand i never used my card but every month they are deducting my account.. When i calls them they start abusing and shouting.

                                      Hello, i recently made an order through amazon which got cancelled. The refund is been initiated by amazon but it didn't got reflected/credited in my hdfc bank account. It almost been a month.

                                      Amount to be refunded : 300rs refund reference #[protected]

                                      I got sick of raising this complaint to the amazon on a day-day basis. But this delay is from your side i. E hdfc bank. Kindly look into it asap
