I have been debited with loan manual hold charge of 5263 rs my emi was missed of persoal loan, emi was of 4426 so why did these charges got deducted. I got aware about the same couple of days back as i was already aware that my a/c will going to be in negative but only the emi charges but when i logged in the amount was 9000 in negative due to this thing, i dont know whom to approach as hdfc helpline keeps us holding for more than 30 minutes...

On my credit card [protected], i was levied certain charges for failure of auto-pay. My bill was already cleared before the due date and this autopay registration wasn't done on my end.

Therefore, i would kindly request you to waiver off the fees as all my bills have always been paid on time and i wasn't at any fault here.

My salary account was created in hdfc, due to some reasons i quit my job and left to my home town but that salary ac was converted to savings ac without informing me started charging me for non maintenance of average balance, i am a poor person maintaining 10, 000 in my ac is impossible for me, kindly take action on this and waive off that negative balance, even my 1000rs got deducted which was credited to my ac, kindly waive off the amount...

I was interested to transfer my existing home loan from nationalized bank to private bank with top up loan facility. My both loans was sanctioned but not disbursed since last 4 months. There is no response over phone. Visited main office and branch office regularly. No solution provided. Hi team,

Lately, i have started getting calls from hdfc recovery department for my cousin brother's credit card outstanding balance. He has not paid his outstanding balance and somehow, hdfc found that he is in friendlist on facebook. They managed to get my details too as i also have an hdfc account. I dont understandh how can they can tell me to inform my cousin brother for answering the call.

I am not getting otp on my mobile for any transaction related to hdfc bank bank, but i am getting calls which is very annoying as the network gets interrupted.

This has been happening since 19th feb and i have faced maby trouble during this. I called today to hdfc bank and they said that this will be resolved but they didnt give a timeline and it sounded very lame since they were not sure themselves what they are saying...

I have received sms from oneassist today (Oneassist membership fee has been debited on your card, membership will be processed and welcome kit dispatched shortly) last year i have accepted, but i have not interested renwal process, if any amount debited from my account, i want my money back immediately. I have been a customer of hdfc bank for a while and have a education loan with the bank.

Everything was operating smoothly with the emi getting deducted on the respective dates. However for some reason in the month of january 2019 the emi for my loan has got deducted twice without any reason.

I have been charged over limit fees of 590 ie 500+90 gst. I have increased my limit by next day. Could you please refund over limit fees. Maturity payout of my policy with hdfc life is not being released. No specific reason is being given, despite submitting all documentation. Grievance redressal is a sham. They don't respond. I have submitted all required documents 5 times! They keep asking me to submit same documents again and again. Irda should take action against this organized racketeering....

My mom is the customer of hdfc bank. She was forced by an excecutive of hdfc bank to open an account. On insisting for the same, my mom agreed and opened an account in the bank. Thereafter she was provided a credit card by the bank just because her cibil was good. After taking the credit card, we used it and have been paying the amount every month. Due to some issues we couldn’t pay it and skipped it....

I had withdrawn a amount from atm of other bank on 18 feb 2019 the amount got deducted but did not dispensed, i had complaint the bank about it but no response i got from the customer care one. I have booked air tickets (Air india) using regalia services. Unfortunately one of the passengers died before the commencement of the journey. I have canceled the ticket at air india counter, but they said, i have to process it for a refund through regalia since their platform was used for the ticket booking. I had received call from m/s. Nisha yadav regarding classic assure plus policy. I decide to take it up but needed some time to recheck with the benefits offered. One of the agent of hdfc credit card had issued me credit card by saying it is free of charge and having no annual maitainance charges for government employees.. But i had been charged rs. 1180/- that is reflecting in my cibil.. Resolve the issue nd stop misselling.. I m working in state bank of india nd in no need of hdfc credit card.
