Dear sir/madam
I applied for hdfc credit card on 8-feb-2019 and also an official visited our resident on 12 feb 2019, but yet not i'm able to check my credit card status,, also on 19 feb 2019 i got an e - mail for hdfc credit card department about my salary slip and identification card and i send the same by speed post and received my hdfc card division.
Why i am not able to track me credit card.

    I hold a salary account with hdfc I also had a l loan for which I was paying an emi of Rs. 8697 due every 4th for the past 2 years. On 6th march, I opted for an instant top up to repay my credit card dues totally. The emi of the new loan being RS. 10843 starting from 7th April. After preclosing the old loan the remaining amount was credited to my account and I made payment to the card as well. Now the bank has withheld RS. 7563 for some 10 seconds loan. I don know what that is and neither does the bank personnel knows what it is. I am being directed from one team to another with no response. I have a medical emergency and it's very difficult to keep calling and begging for release of the funds. Kindly help me file a complaint or get the refund ASAP, .

      I was having my salary account with hdfc bank and a personal loan connected with same account.I switched my company and open a new salary account with new bank.but continued to deposit emi amount in hdfc bank per month.Now all of a sudden they cut rs 5000 from my account in the name of AMB charges without notifying me.Also they do not maintain clear transation statement.Please help me.

        I am shashikant mahajan from pune maharashtra. I got call for HDFC loan against bharti axa life insurance policy . On date 10/10/2018 ... I make policy of 80k ..they given loan file no. (Sm1004f).but no loan received till 2 month. After 2 months they told for another policy rs 60 k IDBI life insurance for security...but till date not received any document or loan paper and loan..so plz resolve ...it is scam or fraud ...becouse i am unable to cancel policy...cos of end look out period .if it is scam for sell policy...u have to take action cos they are using HDFC name. Pls resolve and inform me on cont. [protected]

            I had purchased a tv cabin from urbanladder.com worth rupees 14999 using my debit card. They offered me 5% cashback (750 rupees). Not as direct money, but instead they gave it as 749 cashback redeem points which i can redeem it through online netbanking portal. On march 2nd i redeemed 749 cashback points. They said that 749 rupees will be credited into my account within 2 days. But it's been a week and still that amount hasn't been credited. I called their customer care number. After listening to my issue, they said they'll transfer it to the concerned department, but they instead keep me in hold for a very long time, until i hung up the call. Don't know what to do

On March 8, 2019, I got a message that it went undelivered because of some address issues. I am unable to understand the exact reason as the address is rightly updated against my account.

                My name is kuldeep kumar. Hdfc is deducting asd charges without any intimation. Last time they deducted 531/- as asd charges and no one (From hdfc) informed me about that deduction. I just checked out my transaction then i find 531/- deducted from my account on 6th march 2019 without any information
                How can they deduct money without any prior intimation?
                Even i don't know what is asd charges.

                Kindly look into the matter, resolve it and revert me back.

                    590 Rs ACH charges were debited from my account without any informing.such charges are applicable was never intimated and i am using this account since 10 years. Please resolve the issue and do needful.

                      I am surprised to see that finance charges has been charged in the said statement to the tune of rs. 1523.45 for the reasons best known to you. I made the payment in time i. E 40000/- on 16/02/2019 and the remaining excess payment of rs. 38000/- was made on 21/02/2019 when personally a cheque was handed over in your branch at inderpuri i. E 2 days in advance from the last date therefore from our side the excess payment was cleared on 21/02/2019 it self, therefore the finance charges are uncalled for. Even otherwise if you see i had always made the payments in time and i always have a credit balance in my account.

                      In view of above it is requested that the finance charges wrongly charged may please be reversed looking into the good relations between us for the last so many years.

                        I was forcefully done this hdfc standard policy.. As they threatened if i didn't continue the new policy i will not be able to collect my old insurance maturity amount as after receiving the old maturity insurance amount they deducted some money and said it will be continued with the new policy i have requested them not continue with any policy but they didn't listen.. Now at the time of 2nd i installment amount of this year they were continuously calling me to pay the policy amount of 25k but i requested them i dont want to continue this kindly close my application but they didn't listen. And activated auto debit and deducted 30k from my bank without giving any prior notice i am currently in a huge payment crisis and they have deducted amount from my bank plzzz requesting to take action

                            I had made a purchase of a consumer durable item (For rs.66, 000/-) from adishwar india limited. Further, i had availed the previaling offer from hdfc credit cards for cash back / 0% emi conversion.

                            However, subsequently, the vendor (Adhishwar india limited) failed to deliver the product and sent two requests to their merchant relationship contact at hdfc credit cards for (I) reverse the transaction of rs.66, 000/-; and (Ii) cancellation of the emi transaction created from the vendor side.

                            While hdfc credit cards has cancelled the transaction for rs.66, 000/- and reversed the same, they have failed to cancel the emi transaction despite the request / communication.

                            As a result, the emi and gst has been generated in my credit card statement. Now despite several requests made in writing / over phone, the matter is not resolved and hdfc is insisting that i make a request for pre-closure with a written confirmation / acceptance for levy of 3% closure charges.

                            Whereas, the principal amount itself has been reversed by hdfc and also the vendor has made a request for cancellation of the emi transaction as well.

                              I am receiving calls from HDFC bank as one of their customer (loan holders) shared my name as a reference.

                              I have received calls 5 times and shared the same information again and again. When 5th time, I received a call from[protected] from Shabana, (They mentioned KanjulMarg branch of HDFC). I asked that she has an idea about the communication bank has done last 4 times with me. Her answer was she does not know anything and nothing has been captured in the system. I asked can you confirmed that you are calling form Bank as you have no answer for any of my question. Until she is able to prove that she is calling from Bank, I would reply to any of her questions. She said you come to branch if you need to know about their identity.

                              She keep calling to me and finally ask her to connect with his senior. His senior (Hiren) came and repeated the same thing. I asked him for contact detail of the Branch Manager and Branch phone number. He said he can not share the Branch number but told the Branch manager is Mr Rohit Sing. I asked him if I got any information and want to share with you guys, how can I share as you don't even want to share the Branch number.

                              I am happy to support Bank as citizens and being a customer. But I truly feel harassed by the bank and want to log the complaint about the following:
                              1. Why is Bank employe/contract companies forcing the question about anyone's identity without even proving that they are from the bank? Is it secure and professional to be a customer? Because of this practice, anyone will call to get information.
                              2. Why is the bank not logging all the communication they are doing with anyone for their reference. Mr. Hiren was rather asking me that tell us when you got a call from Bank. Isn't the hight o[censored]nprofessional and miss management at the bank level.

                                    Hi,

                                    I had a credit with hdfc which got expired in 2016. They issued me anew card which i never received till date 7/3/2019. But i was still making minimum payment every month. But due financial difficulty i was not able make payments for 2 months. But later i made two months payment together. But now they have taken my entire salary from my hdfc account without informing me. Now im not sure how to run my family without money. But when i called customer service people they said once you make a minimum payment they will put back the money to my account. But till date it is still not credited to my account. When try to contact collections team they would not even pick your call. I m not sure what to do now.

                                    Dear Customer,

                                    We request you to contact our Debt Management officers at[protected] / 67268002 with regard to your credit card outstanding or for any further clarifications. We invite your attention to our Card Usage Guide where it is clearly mentioned that the Bank, at any time and without notice, will have a right of lien and set off on all monies belonging to the card member standing to their credit in any account whatsoever with the bank or in the possession or custody of the bank. In the absence of any further payment towards your card account, the Bank had placed a lien on your savings account towards your credit card dues.

                                    Hi,

                                    Thank you for the email. I m ready to speak your dept management officer. Give me his direct number. The number you shared does not even work because no one answers the call. How do expect to reach when they don't even answer. I think I have been with you guys for more than 8 year's. I have been making my payment with the late charges you guys are charging me. When I don't even have the new card with me
                                    I really want someone to help me on this. I m ready to make the payment and close this card. But you need to give me 3 installment option.
