Address: Hewett road branch, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, 226018

Chq no 555140 amount 259471 gone missing by hdfc bank hewitt road, lucknow branch. The instrument was deposited on 7th march 2019 at approx 7:00pm in the drop box of atm attached with the branch and the manager is saying that is not my responsibility that the cheque has gone missing since it was dropped in the drop box. Is the drop box not a part of bank? I will take legal action against the bank for harassing my father and me.

    Hi,

    Without my knowledge they were processed insta loan using my credit card. I made call to the customer care and my personal banker, they were confirmed some issues in the systems. They were given confirmation like will revert all the loan related transactions including gst, but the gst amount got deducted from my credit card. Why i need to spend the gst amount with out using the money.
    I made a call to customer care, they said please drop an email to customer care services. Same i did but no response.

    Request please provide more information on this.

            I want to close my credit card permanently because we are paying yearly charge unnecessarily. Last year we have paid 1600 and this year also same without using my credit card. Please go ahead and close the card. We don't want to continue. When we are trying to reach customer care no response from them. So requesting you to close it asap. So we can save from unnecessary payments.

              I am unable to login. It says invalid user id though i have selected wallet id as id type. When trying to reset user id or password the site doesn't work. What other ways of recharge can be made? The tollfree number is anyways busy. Please help me out to get this resolved to contribute using the service.

                One month has past, but still struggling to get back refund amount.

                For rs.5000 i am struggling so much, i have to put so many reminders. I can imagine if it would have been my claim amount than my family would never get the money. Please understand this is my money which i am asking a refund.

                Last 10 years i am using nri and nro account with hdfc bank, never faced such kind issues with the banking, but today i can see that hdfc insurance company is worst part of hdfc bank.

                  I have a credit card from hdfc bank since 2014. That time i don't activated any insurance plan on my card. After three years how to activate one assist plan. I call the hdfc bank customer services number but not resolve my problem and i call one assist customer services number also he given complaint and give complaint number but also then not resolved my problem.
                  Without my permission how to activate one assist plan. Please cancel my one assist plan. If you ignore my complaint i go to consumer cort.

                        I have applied for personal loan for very small amount 60000 rs and told to give at the rate of 12% but they provided at 16% and promised that they will reduce to 14.8%

                        My personal banker was very worst and not picking my calls.. Also swathi is the person from bangalore who processed the loan with high interest and more delay

                          Hi! My debit card has been freezed because of delayed credit card payment... The same has not been notified to me. Now that my account was credited it shows a ledger balance and available balance. However when i try and withdraw money from the availabe balance it says 'insufficient balance'. This is the second credit amount and its very concerning. Request you to unfreeze the amount asap.

                            This is with regards to correspondence reference number: [protected], complaint no:[protected] in hdfc correspondence emails.

                            Some time, around the 1st of this month (March, 2019) or the last date of last month (Feb, 2019), my saving account was blocked for withdrawal. Distressed, i called hdfc customer care.

                            Then, from 1st march, 2019 onward to 6th march, 2019, i was told by customer service representatives to either get loan or clear the minimum dues of 16000/- rs. To release the hold on account. And i did the latter, that is, clear the minimum dues.

                            But, instead of releasing the hold on my account, i am being told by the hdfc team from 7th march onwards that my account has been marked as "lien". And that i have to pay the entire amount to remove the blockage.

                            This was shocking!!.

                            Also, finjal of the collection department has confirmed the same about miscommunication between their departments. And even after admitting their mistake, they insist on keeping my account on hold. Add to that, she was hostile, blaming me for missing my dues!.

                            Due to lack of opportunities, i was living hand to mouth for two months but, now, having found a job, i intend to pay my dues in accordance, but am account has been blocked. Also, please note, while the account was blocked, the house rent money of 2 months was deposited to my saving account. And now, i can't withdraw and am facing eviction in a few days, if this matter is not resolved.

                            As a customer, i cleared my minimum dues as instructed by the representatives. But, now, i am feel cheated and lied to and am being harassed further for missing my dues. Please release the hold on my account.

                                I have a credit card under the name of somya sengar which is now blocked due to outstanding payment. I have a pre ndc letter from the mumbai office from mr. Sanjay kulkarni regarding the pending amount and i have been giving monthly installments of the same. Now i want to negotiate and make a full and final settlement payment for which i need to speak with some senior person from the credit collection department. I was in touch with mr. Ravi from the concerned department however i am not able to get through him as i have lost my contacts. I tried calling the delhi office, bombay office and also lucknow office but nobody could help in connecting me to the concerned person who will take this forward saying that my case doesn't belong to them. My card was issued in delhi and currently i am located in lucknow. All the executives that i have spoken with are just saying the same thing that we cannot help you with any contact number of any person because we do not know who that person is and where does he sit and we can't take your call forward because we do not have your case with us. When requested for a contact number of someone senior from the department for further help and discussion they denied this request as well. We as customers do not expect such responses from organizations like hdfc being in the service industry. I would request some authorized person from the department to call me back on [protected] for further discussions, closure and settlement. I expect a call back by tomorrow morning please before escalating it further.

                                        Dear mr. Ravi muksherjee/
                                        I have received 2 sms notifications regarding that there is payment made from my card no.[protected] of rs.10000 x 2 in vakola on 05/mar/2019

                                        But i havn’t made any such payment anywhere, i already informed your customer care team and they process for blocking of card and hotlisting (Dispute of payment), they have provided me reference no. [protected].

                                        I have also register my complaint with police department, copy of which already sent to your customer care team..

                                        My request to you is please process it on high priority, as the fraud amount is too high (Rs10000 x 2 = rs.20000)

                                        I am a very old customer of hdfc bank, please trace the fraud and settle it early to avoid unnecessary harassment.

                                        I also want to know the exact reason and want to understand the why it happened.

                                        Please find attached the police complaints which i registerd with nearest police station and with economic offence wing and dispute form too.
                                        HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
