Hello,

I have tried to close the card, so I have tried to settlement customer care for more than one week from March 2nd 2019 to March 14th. but no proper response from customer. still i did;'t get any single call from customer care.can you please arrange me the call from customer care. Really i am very suffering due to this issue.i have no job right now. if i missed to cancel this card, they will put some late fee charges also.so can you please help me to close the card asap.

      I am getting 6 to 7 calls calls daily from HDFC for personal loan. All from Bangalore. I have blocked several numbers but they keep calling from other numbers. Some of the numbers rhat called me are:

      [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]

      Even after putting up my details in the HDFC website for blocking calls i am still receiving rhese calls.

      Please do something to stop these on my mobile number +91 [protected] with immediate effect.

      We have checked at our end and note that the numbers from which calls are received do not belong to HDFC Bank. The registered telemarketers have been allocated 10 digit numbers of "140XXXXXXXX" number series for ease of identification. It is possible that the calls to you are in the nature of cold contacts by freelancers who acquire telecalling databases from other sources. In such situations, the cause for action lies exclusively with the affected parties who have the right to lodge a formal complaint with TRAI within 03 days of any violation similar to what you have experienced recently. As a corporate entity, our Bank is compliant with all directives, regulations, and laws of the land and we have set in place substantial controls over telemarketing activities. However, it is beyond the scope of our control or authority to identify such freelance agents and bring charges on them. Only the affected parties have the right to take up the matter by lodging a complaint to their telecom service provider so that the matter can be taken up as per the provisions of law.

      HDFC made the freelancers. And rgese are not freelancers as you claim, they are from one single firm which is a sales associate of HDFC. If it is your sales agency or freelancers it is your responcibility. So the case will not be against individusls it will be against HDFC. And HDFC will havd to pay compensation fir the mental tourchere given to, if you fo nit stop these agents. I did not appoint these agents you did.

      I have checked and found that all these numbers that i have provided till now belongs to HDFC Indira nagar bangalore branch or the agents working in this office. I undestand that HDFC foes not have an account if your oen numbers or control over your staff.

          I recently activate my new hdfc bank account on 23 feb 2019 and my salary credit on 11-march-2019... Now debit card decline my withdraw payments and online transaction say to contact to branch your account is freeze due to non debit... This stupid system freeze my account within one month of activate account... I want my account unfreeze as soon as possible... If not possible give me my money and close my account...

              Cancellation of one assist membership
              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 1614 without my concern on date:08/03/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                Hi i transfered emi amount to closed loan worngly. I called customer care and followed instruction as i dropped the letter and last month feb 22, 2019. Still i didnt get amount adjusted to any loan or refunded with dd. I reported bank multiple time and they are saying customer made mistake and keeping the customer money. I dont know how they can able to accept the amount for closed loan it should be reverted back if loan is closed. Untill refund i dont pay upcoming emi dues hereafter. I will see this is consumer court how bank can accept amount for closed loan and keep the money without intimating the customer. Like these so many customer money they are keeping wihtout revert back or refunding.

                      I applied for credit card, a person came and collected all the documents and assured me that i will get the credit card in 10 working days. I received on call verification and a text declaring that the application is completely approved. Now when i am tracking the status, it displays status = declined.

                      The person who collected the document is not picking the call, i am not getting any response, have been trying various numbers for past 3 days.

                      Please help me out.

                        Without my confirmation through mail or phone call depository charges deducted from my account of rs580.

                        Same thing happedned last year and they deducted 6000 rs. Later they denied to refund. So i informed them to close the demat account and should not deduct ammount.

                        But this time i have balance of rs 580 only and the same is deducted from my account.

                          I have taken personal loan from hdfc, which is almost going to complete by aug 2019. But last 3-4 months they started playing with ecs issue, for that even i am keeping money in my account they charging late payment.

                          Also even after i paid also suddenly ecs working and deducting money again. While return they deduct the fine and returning it.

                          This complaint i am raising, its happened two times. Last time when the manager said sorry and he promised to return the penalty money, but its didnt happened. 5 yrs tenure time, till now i am paying correctly, i dont know why they start playing and making more money when the loan almost going to complete in another 5 months.

                          I really frustrated and surely will share this news to save my friends and colleague to escape from HDFC Bank cheating.

                          I would like to take this issue seriously and go with the consumer court, could you please share the process detail.
                          Its not about the money, its the trust which i lost with the bank.. Its happening twice, also no guarantee, till my loan period ( another 5 months... 4.5 yrs over) complete they will play the same game. Kindly advise me, Eagerly waiting for your update. ( Trust me, talking to HDFC bank or reply surely wont help). need to take serious action.

                            Hi,

                            I called customer care for deactivatijg my credit card, as i have nil payment due.
                            But not getting any response from them and yet my card is active.

                            Please work towards my issue on priority basis.

                            And even when i ask the hdfc executives about my statement explanation, they are not happy to explain.

                            While giving the card they did all the process within 5 days and now when i have to deactive the card as i understand the havoc it brings with it.

                            Hdfc executives and authorities are not supporting for forclosure of my account permanently.

                            I request to take some action regarding this behavior of them.

                              The said amount got deducted from my account but cash not dispensed. When i enquired this to the security personnel available at atm, he told me to wait for 1hr, amount will get reversed to your account. Msg received from my bank is as follows.

                              Rs3000 w/[protected]@hdfatm s1anmu02fm a/cx7951 on13mar19txn#[protected]avl bal rs2676if not w/d by u, frwd this sms to [protected] or call[protected] to block ur card. Please help me to get my money back.

                                I used debit card to make transaction in a store. Receipt didn't get generated first time but amount got deducted from account. So i have lost amount and have raised complaint about this. Customer service authority keep forwarding date and wait time. I'm facing this inconvenience for second time. My experience has been very bad with hdfc bank regarding customer service. I'm very disappointed as bank customer. Can you please revert back the amount which i have lost as soon as possible.

                                    Hi,

                                    Iam customer for hdfc bank i cleared my personal loan and credit card dues with hdfc bank on november 2018. Though i cleared the loan and dues, in cibil it is still reflecting as "writeoff" raised disputes multiple times in cibil. For credit card cibil is saying as hdfc need to be done from their end. 45 days of time is already completed. Still it is in "writeoff" status this is impacting my cibil score badly.

                                    By the way the number you have given is not functioning.. and My problem is both with Credit card and Loan why in CIBIL it is still write off even though i paid my amount it has been more than 45 days. Still it is same and I raised multiple disputes in CIBIL. Dispute ID : Dispute ID CDS[protected] .

                                      My loan is going thru your bank i was not able to pay the amount due to some issues now my case is in court still and i have already spoken with the manager of hdfc bank who said we need to settle this
                                      Now i m getting calls with this no [protected] his name is rohtash he abuses me and harras me a lot i will file fir against him and hdfc bank he calls on my company employees by saying ritika is fraud

                                        Kindly reverse the amount of rs 3099 which was unauthorised transaction which was not done by me but this amount has been debited from my credit card for a scanning app for which i did not subscribe.
