I had received call from m/s. Nisha yadav regarding classic assure plus policy. I decide to take it up but needed some time to recheck with the benefits offered. But she is so impatient that she called me from multiple nos ([protected]) whole day n night and when i refused to take it then she started misbehaving saying i have wasted her time. There was 2 months payment to be made for credit card to which the team deducted the amount from my hdfc bank account without any intermission neither the account was linked. I have settled the credit card in sep 2018. But i receive card statements with late payment fee and interest on top of it every month. I have reached out to the hdfc team asking for a solution and they have given a waiver for 2 months late fee and asked to pay the remaining amount. So i have made the payment in feb 2019.

This is the worst experiance of mine with hdfc ergo.
I met with an accident through my bike on 17th feb, i dropped my bike in service centre next day on 18th feb.
