Please look into my matter, i have submitted my d-mat account opening application form on 14th feb 2019, but yet to take action.

Documents picked by miss rashmita from koparkhairane branch and pending with senior mr. Atul from koparkhairane branch and both of them are not responding now.

I have to submit d-mat details to my company avenue supermart koparkhairane branch for esop and waiting for d-mat details.

Request you to take action on my mail and let me know when i can receive mail of account opening.

    My name is ashique hussain ansari. I have 2 accounts (Xxxxxxx6522, xxxxx7471) with hdfc. From last few years, i am not operating and using any service. Now i have around -12, 000 negative balance including both accounts. I am totally shocked and worried about the same. I want to close both accounts as i don't need these accounts. Kindly request to remove penalties so that i can close my accounts.

      Dear hdfc bank ltd,

      I am suresh odugu from hyderabad and i am working as a small salaried employee, 4 months before i am using hdfc salary account for salary transaction purpose unfortunately present company given another salary account, and previous company salary paid to hdfc bank for the month of february and amount is 15070 rs, but i am receiving a message from hdfc bank for the detection of jan and feb amb charges of total 1400+ amount.
      I am a small farmer at my village. The govt of andhra pradesh and central government provide the government schemes for former's and the amount is going to my hdfc bank account, and my indian gas subsidiary also going my hdfc bank account because the reason my aadhar number is linked to hdfc bank account. If my account is close i am lost all the govt schemes. And my salary is very low because unable to i am not maintaining 10000 every month at hdfc bank account, i request you to please consider my account as a salary based zero account. If it is not possible please close the my hdfc bank account. And please detect -1400 amount in my hdfc account. Because i have so many commitments are there.

      I request you to please consider my account is hdfc zero based account. If it is not possible please give 3 months time for us.

        Last year i. E, march 2018 i have complained about deactivation of one assist membership, but the customer care has said that the amount rs.1800 is already taken so we will deactivate next year. This year also i have sent number of messages to deactivate. Yesterday i received a message that amount is deducted for one assist membership. Why you people are not considering my request. Pls see that my amount is repayed back. I am not in need of any services from your end.

          Hi team,

          In order to avail naukri.com's fast forward services. I received a call from naukri.com executive on 18th feb around 3.15 pm ist. He provided a link over mail to make a payment. As i initiated the online netbanking payment from hdfc of rs 2250 bank after i entered the otp the transaction got failed.

          So the agent again provided second upi payment link, this time it was successful. And as per procedure they activated the service.

          I reached out to hdfc bank 3 times for this this failed transaction they also denied help, saying that the transaction is successful at banks end and provided me the transaction reference number —[protected]. And asked me to reach out to naukri.com

          I reached out to naukri.com but they are saying that only one transaction (Upi) is successful at their end. And saying there is no netbanking transaction successful at their end.

          In this case can if both are correct, can you please hep me to understand where the money has gone?

Ganesh deulkar also we void sales of rs.12000/-on same time as per slip attached herewith we have not receive the amount in our account. But the customer has not received the payment in his bank account till date please find the customer back statement for the same as proof we request you kindly check the transaction status & give the refund to our customer as early as possible

              I am unable to use hdfc netbanking. The issue is for otp. The bank is sending otp only to a registered mobile number, not on email. Without otp, it is not allowing me to enter into net banking. My registered mobile is deactivated and i am out of india hence cannot update mobile number visiting bank.

              Please suggest how can i update my mobile number in hdfc account so that i can access my account. I cannot go to india just for updating mobile number.

                Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 4 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -9000 balance.
                The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 9000 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
                I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
                Plz juistice to me. 9000 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?
                What is the action will take against this bank. I am not pay mthis ammount my condition not good so please close this account

                  Hi all,

                  I hold a premium classic salary account with hdfc bank and i opened a separate joint account with my mother, with my mother being the first holder of the account.

                  I requested bank multiple times and have raised complaints to merge the accounts into my classic bucket that i don't have to keep a minimum balance in my joint account as well as there would be no instant alert charge that would apply. But they kept on charging money from my joint account and the total amount changed over few months is 4, 246.96 inr.

                      My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me). After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card. I logged into my account for some and i see that i have rs -702 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

                              I applied for hdfc credit card on 8-feb-2019 and also an official visited our resident on 12 feb 2019, but yet not i'm able to check my credit card status,, also on 19 feb 2019 i got an e - mail for hdfc credit card department about my salary slip and identification card and i send the same by speed post and received my hdfc card division.

                                I hold a salary account with hdfc I also had a l loan for which I was paying an emi of Rs. 8697 due every 4th for the past 2 years. On 6th march, I opted for an instant top up to repay my credit card dues totally. The emi of the new loan being RS. 10843 starting from 7th April. After preclosing the old loan the remaining amount was credited to my account and I made payment to the card as well. Now the bank has withheld RS. 7563 for some 10 seconds loan. I don know what that is and neither does the bank personnel knows what it is. I am being directed from one team to another with no response. I have a medical emergency and it's very difficult to keep calling and begging for release of the funds. Kindly help me file a complaint or get the refund ASAP, .

                                  I was having my salary account with hdfc bank and a personal loan connected with same account.I switched my company and open a new salary account with new bank.but continued to deposit emi amount in hdfc bank per month.Now all of a sudden they cut rs 5000 from my account in the name of AMB charges without notifying me.Also they do not maintain clear transation statement.Please help me.

                                    I am shashikant mahajan from pune maharashtra. I got call for HDFC loan against bharti axa life insurance policy . On date 10/10/2018 ... I make policy of 80k ..they given loan file no. (Sm1004f).but no loan received till 2 month. After 2 months they told for another policy rs 60 k IDBI life insurance for security...but till date not received any document or loan paper and loan..so plz resolve ...it is scam or fraud ...becouse i am unable to cancel policy...cos of end look out period .if it is scam for sell policy...u have to take action cos they are using HDFC name. Pls resolve and inform me on cont. [protected]

                                        I had purchased a tv cabin from urbanladder.com worth rupees 14999 using my debit card. They offered me 5% cashback (750 rupees). Not as direct money, but instead they gave it as 749 cashback redeem points which i can redeem it through online netbanking portal. On march 2nd i redeemed 749 cashback points. They said that 749 rupees will be credited into my account within 2 days. But it's been a week and still that amount hasn't been credited. I called their customer care number. After listening to my issue, they said they'll transfer it to the concerned department, but they instead keep me in hold for a very long time, until i hung up the call. Don't know what to do

                                        I have contacted the HDFC customer care twice and both the times, they kept me in hold which never got transferred to the required department
