Hdfc bank deducted 708 twice ie 1416 without intemedation from my account. This never happens before as i am holding this account from very long time. Moreover it is pradhan mantri jan dhan yojna account. Its unfair to deduct this much amount from account without any formal notice. Refund it as soon as possible. I cant bear this much amount to be deducted. I'm a student with very low monthly income and i cant afford it.

    Hi hdfc,
    Your deducted rs708 and re531 on the same day ie 06/03/2019 from my account. How can u deduct the money with out any info and am never expect from you guys hdfc i always take hdfc as a good bank but now think i was wrong. I’m not understanding what is this amb chrg incl gst for jan19 and feb19. If you people want to do such things let me inform once. I don’t know from how long you guys are detecting my money.

    Please don't say any stupid reasons, send me my money immediatly asap i want the cash back in my account. If not it will be a huge loss for hdfc.

      Hi, i have a salary account in hdfc before 6 month opening for a new account in my company still know no created salary
      But this month starting created salary my hdfc account
      But showing -743balance.
      The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 743negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into a savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidelines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
      I approach branch, but they behaved rudely & refuse to close the account.
      Plz justice to me. 743 is a huge amount to me. What is the solution?

        I have applied for credit card and submitted the required documents at my workplace. After somedays I received application no. 19C[protected]N1 through SMS. After few days, tele verification & documents verification is completed at my home. But next day my application status is shown as decline without any reason. I have tried to complaint on customer care number but call couldn't be connected. Now who will solve my problem?

          Demat and trading account has been opened which cost me rs5999. Agent told me that it is free of cost and made me to sign the documents. I have raised the complain in bank but didn't get any valuable response. Trading account no : 3419221 complaint number with bank:[protected]Case id:[protected]

          I got a call from the branch manager name satyam who asked me to sort it out by mutual understanding and suggested me to close the case.

                  Been made from my account (Customer id[protected]. I'm a holding a account in your bank details as follows:-

                  Below are the details for fraud transactions:-

                  1) two fraud transactions were made for total amount rs 20000
                  2) first fraud transaction was made at boi moradabad for rs 10000 via debt card xx6688 on[protected]:23:58:48.
                  3) second fraud transaction was made at mughal pura for rs 10000 via debit card xx6688 on[protected]:00:08:28.

                  These transactions were not made within my consent and requires immediate check. Attached is the message screenshot i reveived from my bank for these transactions.
                  I have immediately permanently deactivated my atm/debt card ending 6688 and registered a case under reference no. 9097142.

                  Request you to check the case on priority and help me out on voiding these transactions that can be refunded to my bank account.

                    I have cancelled a order on amazon, i immediately got a msg from hdfc that

                    Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 0928 for rs. 35657.00 has been credited/reversed by amazon on[protected]:13:58:01

                    I checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account. I am scared as it's a large sum please help. Since it is a confirmation message from bank, i am assuming that the amozon has done it's part. Will it ever get reflected in my account?

                      My wife have an account with hdfc bank, rajanasircilla branch in tg

                      When i have checked account statement on online banking, i see a transaction of 590 rs deducted from bank account in the name of "inter-brn cash chg incl gst 280219-mir[protected]. We don't have any clue about it.

                      We are tried calling the telephone banking but there is no options to speak to customer care.

                      I am surprised to see how the nationalized bank do such things without prior information to customer.

                          I don't know what the hdfc bank is doing with my account this is second time when bank deducted 354 rupees twice (Total=708) in a same day for december and january again this "amb chrg incl gst for jan2019-mir[protected]" i dont know what is this deduction for. How bank peoples will deduce someone hard money without informing to them, if there is some charges then there should be a prior notice first, so that user should follow your bank polices.

                          I want my money back. This is second time when bank deducted amount from my account without providing any information to me. This deduction is maid on 6th mar 2019. And my account number is [protected].

                            I have applied loan amount of 500000, on 30th jan 2019, and its proccessed and approved for 489000, the bank excutive said, they will deduct 2.5% processing fees, but my loan amount is got disbursed on[protected] was only 468000, i, e they have deducted 21000 approxmately which is not fare, they are suppose to duduct 12225, when i called them asked for details they telling they took 5800 approxiamtely for insurance which was never communicated to me, please look into this, refund back my amount asap

                              Hello,

                              I have a business loan with hdfc back, was banking with them, since[protected].
                              When demonetisation and then gst happened i lost all my business.
                              I requested the officers, who were calling and abusing to give me a moratorium they did not agree, i asked emi to be reduced they did not agree. They put lien in my current and savings account, without any information.
                              I was struggling with my business, as the market was on a decline due to endless discounts being offered by ecommerce during those years.
                              I wasn't getting a proper bank support, from any of the banks, even though a women entrepreneur working with make in india and about 100 start ups. Most of the times it was because i wasn't married or didn't have a son. Or didn't have a collateral etc. Hdfc collection team and managers continued to harass, day in and day out, including visiting home. Home for me belongs to my brother and you can say i am a guest there, but that did not stop them from going there everyday and creating a scene. They called 20 times a day insisting on settlement and my words to them, was wait, let money come in, i wish to pay but cannot pay till some source of income, comes in. But, the harassment continued, 100 calls a day, finally i got fed up and agreed to settle. Thinking i will be able to pay as some deal was going to close. Meanwhile i had started working as a consultant, even though i was bed ridden due to flare up of fibromyalgia. An auto immune disease i have since childhood. I appealed to all hdfc managers while i was running a business and even later for amicable conversation and a workable solution, based on my capacity to pay and when it might be possible. No one ever listened and no one came forward to come up with a workable solution, letting me survive. They did not care if i lived or i was dead. I was just a file. And a person who had to be tortured. On millions of occasions i said, let me work, i wish to pay you, but the money needs to manifest. Anyway the last one year has been pure harassment. I still haven't been successful in my journey of becoming financially capable and debt free, yet the officers continue to call 200 times on few days and few calls on someday. Today i have received a threat on my whatsapp.

                              My sugar went upto 350 due to harassment, i lost my mother last year because the previous day 4 hdfc ppl had surrounded me and she couldn't see the torture and 2nd march night her heart failed.

                              I am beyond disturbed. I am shocked at the way our system works, we pull the plug and then start torturing, no wonder ppl are petrified of borrowing and growing their business. And hence we have suicides. The borrower then disappears or kills themselves. I have complained earlier too, and i heard no end of why did i complaint.

                                There is auto renewal of my insurance policy for the upcoming year without my intimation.

                                Every time there will be confirmation call from customer care to renewal the policy. But this time i never confirmed for the renewal of this existing policy also i not interest on continuing this policy further.

                                  I did a transaction from sbi credit card to payzapp on 05/03/2019, the amount of (Rs. 1000 and 1001) was deducted from my credit card account but the amount was not added in the payzapp wallet. Please do the needful at the earliest. Kindly refund the amount asap.

                                    Address: Plot No- C/4, Center Market, Sector-5, Bokaro, Jharkhand, 827006

                                    As per instruction the credit card account was settled in three installments for settlement in decided amount but the account is not closed yet and is negatively affecting my cibil score.

                                    Kindly provide us with further directions for closure of my credit card account and improving my cibil score.
