    I recently applied for hdfc credit card and i received a mail from bank side that your application is declined, but now i receive a text message on my number that your otp for credit card is this and generate your credit card pin instantly calling through net-banking. I am worried for my card status.

    Please provide me correct information about my credit card

    I just found out that an amount of ₹29.42 was deducted from my account as of today. I haven't done any foreign or international transactions whatsoever.

    I am having salary account with hdfc many times Rs.29.50 has been charged for more ATM transaction for every single rupee detection your bank should have send a msg for amount detection but without a intimation you people detected the amount.

    Is this best bank behavior with the customer ?

        Hi team,

        My credit card number ending with *5050 has been blocked due to some unauthorized transaction. Unfortunately i have paid credit card bill of rs 603 to the card number ending with *5050 and the remaining credit card bill to new card number ending with *1153 for month of january but still that amount is reflected in february statement. Please try to resolve my issue asap as i need to make the payment before 8th of march.

        I have already posted a complaint regarding this before but i couldn't get complete resolution to my query. Below are the statements for jan, feb and my savings account statement which shows that i have already done with my payment in january.

        I would be grateful if some one assist me for my queries through phone call.

          One bank employee issued me credit card even after denying. I went to the bank for reapply for my lost debit card.
          When i received credit card, i canceled the card via customer care as i am not able to maintain the credit card.in the middle i checked with the customer care, he said it is blocked. Now they are saying it is active and sending me bills, i am not using the card and i want to cancel the card and not getting any help with hdfc care.
          Please help me

          Do I need to pay the unnecessary charges I have billed with. Since, I have not used the card.
          I am a premium account holder with Hdfc BARAMATI branch.I had approached the branch for autopay issues on my debit card. The issue was not solved due to untrained staff. I was insulted in front of many customers by one of your staff named Archana Takle. I request you to look into the matter seriously.

            As per customer care info. we can't change the payment date. which I think its wrong because I used to get a salary on 8th of every month and my payments date is 1st of the month. I always have to take money from friend and pay the billing to avoid penalty
            I got 500rs torn note from HDFC ATM but bank can't exchange that note

              hdfc credit cards tab on netbanking

              Previously i had logged on to hdfc netbanking and clicked on cards tab there. I applied for a credit card and then it showed, "your request cannot be processed temporarily. We regret the inconvenience caused." now i have a pre-approved credit card offer but i cannot apply because even after 4 months the same message is showing on cards tab. Even after numerous calls to bhadrak branch office and kolkata head office this cannot be resolved...

                  I have found many discrepancies in my loan account given below, i want justification for each of them.
                  Please note almost regularly i use to check my loan account and keep a screenshot of data, and found below data:
                  1comparisopn of principle and interest amount is not matching with 2 months of data:
                  I)
                  Data on[protected] for the period 01/04/2018 to 31/03/2019:
                  Principal component: rs. 35, 861.00
                  Interest component: rs. 1, 44, 052.00

                  Now data on[protected] for the period 01/04/2018 to 31/03/2019:
                  Principal component: rs. 35, 280.00
                  Interest component: rs. 1, 42, 175.00

                  So in one statement is showing for the entire year i am/will be paying total interest 1, 44, 052 and another is showing 1, 42, 175. So justify the gap between the two amount worth= 1, 877/-
                  Same for principle amount 35, 861-35, 280= 581/-
                  Documents attached for your reference.

                  Ii) interest rate/emi change table has given below:
                  From dt to dt roi% emi
                  Apr-18 jun-18 8.35 14592
                  Jul-18 sep-18 8.65 14913
                  Oct-18 nov-18 8.95 15233
                  Dec-18 feb-19 8.43 15233
                  Mar-19 8.43 12775
                  So from the above table, we can see from december 2018 the interest rate has been changed to 8.43%
                  Now showing you the paid emi from dec 2018 to jan 2019, (Last emi paid on 5th feb19 for the month of jan2019) is 15233 for roi=8.43%
                  But in march-19 it is showing emi=12775/- (This emi for feb 2019 which will be paid on 5th march).
                  Now justify the below: if emi would be 12775 for roi 8.43% then why for dec2018 and jan2019 it has been taken 15233/- which was emi for roi-8.95%??
                  Give me the reason behind it and adjust the amount worth[protected]=2458 *2 =4, 916/- which is deducted extra for those two months.

                  Iii) here is another mess in the loan summary portal.
                  Current emi is shown in portal today[protected] =12775 /- but in the field "dues up to 28-feb-2019" is showing 13, 937/- what is the reason?? These two fields should be the same. (Attached old emi summary screenshot for dec2018 with the same roi)
                  Kindly check thoroughly my account and do changes.
                  If these types of discrepancies continue i will not have any option than transferring my loan account from hdfc ltd. To another bank. This is not any joke going on.

                  I need a prompt reply and changes should be reflected today only because tomorrow the amount will be deducted and if deducted wrong, day after tomorrow i will go to salt lake office for my loan account transfer, and i am serious about it.

                    I have made several attempts, took all precautionary measure and raised a dispute complaint to the bank from the time o[censored]nauthorized transaction happened on my credit card on 8th feb 2019. Below are the series of events until today:-
                    On 8th feb 2019 at around 3.48pm i have started getting the sms on my cell about debits were happening on my cc with rs. 500/-, rs. 9000/- & rs. 9000/- in a span 2-3 secs.
                    Immediately i got a call from your bank asking authenticity of these online transaction, i have immediately asked your customer care person to block the card, since these transaction were not done by me.
                    Even after blocking the card i kept getting sms messages of the different amounts being charged to my card and the transaction declined message until 8.23pm of the same day night.
                    Realizing a foul play and the fraud and unauthorized transaction, i have called your customer again on the same night and i have been given an assured by bank that someone from risk team will contact me next day.
                    I did not get any call from the risk team or customer care until next day, later i have reached out your bank again next day check the status on the dispute request and on the same time they have registered three complaints on these transaction.
                    Subsequently i have sent duly filled dispute form to [protected]@hdfcbank.com on tuesday last week.
                    I have been claiming these transactions were not done by me and are unauthorized the bank personal insisting these are authorized transaction and informed me that i have to pay the disputed amount.
                    This is relay disgusting and frustrating for me, as i am a customer for last 15+ years not expecting such response without doing proper investigation of these fraudulent transaction, the basic common sense to apply how can a person make two transaction in a span of 2 secs of the same amount? And i have shared all the evidence of the sms received from the some fraud company after blocking the card, why these fraud transaction were taking place even after blocking the card?
                    I need a justice in the case. I have provided all the information to the bank, raised a complaint with cyber crime and shared the copy with the bank. Now today is my due date to pay the last month credit card outstanding, i have been asked by the bank to pay the disputed amount as well..

                      Form last 7 days i am not able to receive otp for any kind of online transaction. I am not able to do any online transaction because of this issue.
                      Due to wrong answer by me for security question, you have blocked my netbanking secure access. To unlock it again i will need otp for netbanking log in.
                      I tried your customer care phone banking, but nothing has helped me. You people have not gave me satisfactoty solution till date.

                        I was using credit card of hdfc from last 5-6 years but due to some emergency i was not able to make full payment but was depositing minimum amount on the card account.
                        So regarding amount to be paid or lien i have not received any call.

                        I tried contacting customer care credit card team no. Of time as well as my relationship manager but proper answer not given by them.

                        I am requesting you to no hold (Lien) amount in my below said account, i will be clearing full credit value within 2 months by april 2019, requesting you to remove lien marked amount asap, since my salary will be credited on the same account and have other dues which will be debited on same account.

                        Please release the amount you hold in my saving account asap.

                        Called two time to customer care and registered my issue with regard to Crediting to my credit card account vide card no [protected] from my saving account which is having in hdfc bank vide my sb account no [protected] which was lien marked, presently i having 46k add balance in my above said salary account requesting you get it transfer to my Credit card account, so that my dues will be reduced from Rs.121000/- to Rs.75000/-, and another 1 week around Rs.45000/- will be crediting to my above salary account same can also transferable to my credit card dues, than my total credit card balance will become around Rs.30000/- which will be paid by me another 1-2 months time.
                        regarding this i have already raised the concern and got the reference vide reference no [protected], requesting you to check my above saving account and do clear the amount which on Lien marked.

                          Hi, after did research with many bank i decided to go with hdfc fastag becos i have account in hdfc for more than 11 years.
                          I applied for fastag application of 15th feb 2019 with reference no (Hfr104592) i got email confirmation that within 5 to 7 days i will receive the details in my address, after 10 days when i called fastag customer executive they asked me to submit pan and adhar card details and i will be get all details after 5 days, which i did immediately on 27th feb 2019 but till now no confirmation from neither from bank nor from any fastag executive. Can you please do needful?? Thanks!!

                            Hello,
                            I am a hdfc credit card holder, i am a salaried employee. One day one of your executive visited my work place and i met him i eas neutral about having a credit card infact more inclined towards the negative side of possessing one. The hdfc executive communicated to me that if i take the credit card i will get a rs. 100 recharge for free for 3 months and it will be of 0 charge. I thought there would be no harm in taking the credit card and thus subscribed to one. I did receive rs. 100 recharge for 3 months and then after some time absolutely out of nowhere i recieve a call that i have my credit card bill pending of approximately rs. 1000. Then i tried to contact the customer care lines which is absolutely exhausting because after waiting for half hour or so i was finally able to communicate to one of the executive and then i got to know that e-mails were send to communicate me about the bill, since i received no e-mail at all, none indeed. I asked her to verify my e-mail address and then i came to know that my e-mail address noted down by the credit card selling executive was wrong.
                            Since then i tried contacting various customers care executives but no one could help me at all all they did was just put me on hold and then hang up on me after 20 - 30 minutes. Now my bill is approximately rs. 4000 and my only fault was i fell a victim in the credit card selling executive's trap and absolute lie.

                            I request some help or i wil have to take this case to consumer court.

                              Cancellation of one assist membership
                              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder.

                              The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 6206 without my concern on date:28/02/2019.

                              I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more.

                              So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

                                  I regret to inform you that my husband mr. Kapil kumar who was having the above account expired on 8th january 10`9 due to cardiac arrest and accordingly, the bank was informed about it on 10th january.

                                  I being the coparcener in the above account asked the bank to let me know the formalities to be completed for getting the amount but regret to inform that in spite of my best efforts by visiting the branch at several times till 24th january and mail also sent to your customer care team to know about required documents under reference no "hbl=[protected]" and same was assigned to ms. Pooja, finally on 15th february i was informed by ms. Pooja regarding required documents from your product as well as legal team.

                                  On 19th february all documents including indemnity bond, noc from my children's (Atul malik & garima dua) was given and i was been assured that within a week this amount will be settled.

                                  On 25th february when my son in law (Sumit dua) again contacted the branch to know the status, he was informed that all signatories are required personally at the branch for signature verification which was done on the same day.

                                  On 28th february we contacted branch manager regarding the outcome of this case and was assured that no further documents are required at my end and settlement will be done positively before 5th march.

                                  On 1st march i got a call from ms. Pooja that now in this case succession certificate is required.

                                  That my daughter mrs. Garima dua who is working with distt. Court and is ps to judge and she asked session judge to know what is the procedure in getting succession certificate who informed her that it is required only in immovable properties cases and only indemnity bond is sufficient in case of bank account settlement.

                                  However, i may mention here that my husband kapil kumar was having a savings account with the same branch and my daughter garima dua was the nominee in that account which was settled by them in 45 days without any documentation.

                                  In all our family is having a number of imperia account with the same branch and are running with good balances which can be confirmed from the branch itself.

                                  In the end, i would request your good self to be kind enough in getting the above account settled at the earliest otherwise i will have no other option than to move our family accounts with some other bank.

                                  Hoping for a favorable and timely settlement.
