I had taken 2 wheeler loan from HDFC bank. Recently due to personal reason i had to close my existing bank account through which EMI was suppose to be deducted monthly.

I have salary account in HDFC Bank, when i joined the company the whole kit is given to me including credit card. When i denied to accept credit card, your executive Rahul said it is part of kit, its upto me if I use it or not.

I have applied for the credit card but when the delivery boy came, i went to my home town. I asked delivery boy to come on 30 th january and after 30 th january but he did not come at that time. Hdfc sending new debit card to old address even though i updated my current address in home branch. Customer care service is worst. They listen like they care but unable to solve. Even today one lady disconnected my call after elaborated discussion in the name of call transfer.
