Have already complained about my charges, got a call from bank, they said will waive off my charges excluding gst charges. Now to that regard, they have added new charges of rs.570 extra again. It is ridiculous and frustating, even after complaining with my base branch, no action has been taken or no refund has been made to my account till now

Updated by I Syed Moheimeen What correct charges have been done.for March alone 3 times charges made extra with no prior request.last year 2018, I gave a written request and was charged for 1670, bank employees said will reverse that amount.but you beggars got hold of my amount and still playing with my money.for useless charges .when their is no money in atm, who has to be blamed.why the customers are not been given charges for your fault of not maintaining ATM machines for money withdrawal...do you have any answers.am filing a complaint in consumer court for ATM machines not mainting it with money and will make a big issue this time.feel the pain...
