Hi,
I have not received my debit card with in given time window as informed through email.
1) hdfc customer care says contact account department. But through ivr it could not be possible for me.
2) blue dart delivery not done saying address is incorrect. But online i can see through netbanking that address is correct in account details
3) blue dart didn't contact me over phone
4) customer service desk executive said it has been dispatched and will be delivered in 5 working days. Last thursday february 28th it should have been delivered.
5) i had to take one day leave from office as to avoid any problem in delivery in case of absence at home.
6) i can't register grievance on hdfc. I use one reference number but that doesn't help much and error occurs

The debit card pin mailer has been returned to us for reason address incorrect. We request you to use online option to regenerate debit card pin Instant PIN change process for Debit Card is as below : Login in Netbanking and Click on Cards tab Go to Debit Card => Request section Click on Instant Pin Generation option From the Card No drop down select your card number Now enter new pin System will prompt for OTP validation, enter the OTP received On successful validation of OTP, success message will appear on the screen and with this Debit Card pin will be reset immediately Note: Insta PIN generation option (through Netbanking) will not be available for Senior Citizens and those who have not registered for Third party transfer. Alternatively, you can apply for regeneration of your ATM / Debit PIN in following ways: 1. Through NetBanking Login into NetBanking Click on cards Click on Request option under Debit Card status on the left hand side Click on Pin Regeneration Select the card number and click on continue. If you are eligible for Green pin, system will ask to verify the mobile number and if the number is correct, then One Time Password( Green PIN OTP ) is sent to the registered number instantly which you can use in HDFC Bank ATM to set a PIN of your choice. If not eligible for Green PIN, Physical PIN will be dispatched to your mailing address. Select the Reason, Check the mailing address, Confirm the address and click on the Terms and conditions and click on confirm Physical PIN will be dispatched to your mailing address. 2. Through SMS You can generate Debit Card Green PIN through SMS banking by following below steps: Step 1: Send SMS to 5676712 from your bank registered mobile number. ( SMS format: Type REPIN<space>Last four digit of Debit Card e.g REPIN XXXX ) Step 2: You will receive Green PIN ( 6 digit OTP ) on your mobile Step 3: Visit any of nearest HDFC Bank ATM to set a 4-digit PIN. You need to be registered for SMS banking to avail of this facility. In case you are not registered for SMS banking facility, send SMS to 5676712 (SMS format: 'REGISTER<Custid><Last 5 Digits of Account Number> or Visit nearest ATM/Branch or login to Netbanking). I am not sure if you have UNDERSTOOD the issue I have reported here.

DEAR NADIA,
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DEBIT CARD WHICH HAS TO BE DELIVERED ON 22/03/2019

I am Rudresh Gaur holding a saving bank account with number [protected] at Noida sector 1 location.

I received call from blue dart saying that address is incorrect and card is dispatched back to HDFC Bank.

Online also the same comment on blue Dart against the same consignment.

But my address on HDFC Bank website is absolutely correct and valid.

Address details of my account is House No. 36/532... that is block no- 36 and house number- 532.
The address you provided to curior service was house number- 36532 which is incorrect

    Hdfc customer id: 61623346

    Rs 16500 was debited from bank account from thane, mumbai at 5:20 pm on 2 march 2019. The card was with me all the time in pune.
    I already contacted the customer service and have blocked my card, upi and net banking. They provided me a reference number: mump[protected].
    I have collected the cardholder dispute form from hdfc branch in pune. But since banking hours were over, they didn't accept my cdf. I need to report to them on tuesday now (Since monday is a bank holiday on occasion of maharshivratri)
    I also went to the sinhgad police station (Pune) to report this theft. He asked me to submit a written application explaining the entire scenario which will be forwarded for further investigation. I have also got a copy of the same for my reference which has the stamp and signature of police officer. Though, he refused to file an official fir, but i have the official signature and stamp with me proving that i was in pune at that time and i had the debit card with me ending 7006.

      On 19 February 2019 at 8.04 am I went to ATM at Degaon Road SATARA .There was someone who tried to withdraw money, but there was no disbursal of his amount.After his turn I tried to withdraw rs 6000/- .There was no sound and I waited for a minute or two but no money was disbursed.So I came out.After me there was no one in the queue.It was early morning.Then I went to one more near by ATM(IndusInd) and withdrew required amount.As I was in hurry.I checked message after moving for 200 kms away and found that money is debited.I filed complaint to bank which had issued me ATM card.In response to which I have received a email stating that money was disbursed .I request the bank to check CCTV footage and confirm that money was not actually disbursed and collected by me.I am expecting bank to credit to my account Rs 6000/- as it was mistakenly debited.Host ID was:904989

        Hi,
        A credit transaction was cancelled from merchant side and the amount was refunded on 23.02.2019, but i see no update on the amount from bank side, and the customer care is of nu use, i am upset with hdfc bank customer care. This is the arn no. 75503729045027037375340 which is the proof of refund amount from merchant side.

        Kindly revert bank. As i have no reply from customer care too.

          I have a credit card from HDFC and happened some due amount Rs.35, 000 But am paid minimum balance on every month.Recently i paid 3600 via net banking after i checked my balance amount but not seeing 6200.As per information from Ramanattukara HDFC bank team the cash on hold from credit card section

          Now am in hospitalized and kindly release the amount Rs.6500 am ready to close the full amount within one month,

            I request hdfc bank to send my new credit card through India Post but bank 2 times send through blue dart courier.Courier has been returned undelivered for reason " ADDRESS UNLOCATABLE/LANDMARK NEEDED ".but my mailing address is correct.I want to know from hdfc what is the problem with India Post.

              I created NPS account via NSDL online and provided HDFC savings account bank details. NSDL has sent intimation to HDFC to confi my KYC. Its been more than 20 days and they havent responded, due to which my NPS account is frozen for further contributions. Financial year is ending and i need to make further nps contributions to avail tax benefits. Have written email to hdfc support and gotten no response yet

                I have loan of 7.5lac with tenure of 5 years where i have paid 25 months of emi and now i want to make part paymeny of the same, but the bank denies it saying that the option is not available for old applicants which was never mentioned.
                Its like forcing me to pay the extra amount of intrest, i have visited their branch just to know that they do not have the loan accounts in their systems and asked to reach phonebanking which is only option to get loan account details

                  I have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options :

                  1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because i have the debit card, but i have not created it's otp (By that green otp method)

                  2) registered number + e-mail : now the problem is 3 digit otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives, i dunno why is it happening.

                  Ps: this used to work earlier, i have had reset my ipin by this method twice earlier.

                      Today to my surprise there are debits from my account of almost 7900 rupees for which i have not used my card. It is shown in description as

                      .. What the hell is this transaction in my account. I want to know the details in priority and give back my amount to me.. This is not fair for a bank to debit such kind of amount. I want my money to be recovered as soon as possible.

                      There is a currency conversion markup of 3.5 % on foreign currency transactions carried out on debit cards as Transaction amount + Difference in foreign currency Rate (Its the difference in foreign currency rate on the date of the transaction and on the date of settlement {Receipt of claim from acquiring bank}). Charges are applicable for ATM withdrawals and also for POS transaction. The exchange rate used will be the Visa/MasterCard wholesale exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction.                         I applied on 20/02/2019. Two days back i received sms verification and address verification, they said eveything is okay, we will update the details . THAN today(01/03/2019) i got the call verification and sad all is done. When i checked the status at evening, it is showing decline.

                          I have credit card of HDFC bank. On 1 February 1 I have paid my credit card bill of RS.1983 but from bank it was deducted twisly.
                          As per HDFC BANK extra deducted amount will minuses from next bill.
                          But I facing issues
                          HDFC taking more amount from me.
                          I am trying to call customer care, but they are not picking call, they holding my call for 1hrs.
                          And bank taking late fees
                          Please look into this matter and resolve earlier.

                            Inr 3700 from my account is kept on hold without my consent. I tried reaching to customer support but they told they can't release it and it may because of deemat account.                               no refund on failed transaction

                              I have made a flight booking on 9th feb 2019. The transaction was failed and the amount was deducted.

                              I received an email "your flight booking has failed.in case of your amount being debited, refund shall be initiated from smartbuy to your source card within 5 working days."

                              After 5 days, i started reaching out to them from 18th feb 2019.

                              First, they emailed "we have received your refund request...

                                  I was holding hdfc credit card number [protected]. Due to financial difficulties i breeched the settlement duration and it got cancelled.in last month i have done the full payment of outstanding amount of my credit card. The full amount was rs. 46820 (Forty six thousand eight hundred and twenty rupees). Inspite of my full payment of the of the total outstanding amount, i have not received my noc. Neither my account is updated in cibil. It still shows as overdue/ active status. Kindly do the needful and please issue my noc.

                                    मैं जब 21feb. 2019 को ऑनलाइन शॉपिंग कर रहा था तो मुझसे कार्ड नंबर पुछा और पिन पूछा गया मैंने लगा कर सबमिट किया परंतु आपसी कोई जवाब नहीं आया और मेरे पैसे ₹5250 कट गए और मैंने उसी दिन कस्टमर केयर फोन किया और आज तक मेरे को कोई जवाब नहीं आया। कस्टमर केयर से भी कोई जवाब नहीं आया।
