I purchased jewellery from tanishq through my hdfc debit card on 12th august 2018. As per running offer i was supposed to get 5% cashback if paid through hdfc credit/debit card. 6 months already passed but till date no cashback received nor any communication is there stating the timeline for cashback.

I have already tried to contact the customer care, but everytime the call gets disconnected after sometime. And no complain...

Hi, my father was a long term user of hdfc credit card, he got expired recently and i informed the bank and they gave me a reference number and then they didn't follow up for a month two... After which i received a call from a recovery agent stating i have to clear the out standing amount and settle dues for which i requested them to provide me with a suitable settlement option as i can't pay the entire amount by waiving off interest fees...

Have cancelled irctc ticket partially from paytm app. And after some days, have received notification from paytm is that refund has been initiated. Now this has been almost more than 2 weeks, still money yet to be refunded in my account.

There was a deduction of Rs.1000 from my HDFC bank account while withdrawing cash from ATM. Cash of Rs.1000 did not dispense from the machine, but it got deducted and I got the message alert saying that money is deducted.I waited for nearly an hour but the money was not refunded to my account again .Please consider the request and do the needful.

I paid my hdfc credit card bill amount of rupees 8237 on 5 feb 2019 . But i got a mail in next day afternoon that my autopay was initiated and due to non - availability of sufficient funds a payment return fee will be levied to your card account, if applicable. Then i called the hdfc credit card customer care service to complaint about the same. The customer service associate promised me that the amount will not be deducted from my card....

I am using hdfc diners club credit card. When this card given to me they informed that there is no membership fee. Then they debited Rs. 1000 and said that my transaction is less than rs. 1 lac.

I have tried to contact many times with your customer care, no one cares to attend or do it. I haven't been using my card and some amount is been added to pay. I got this card at the condition of free card, not gonna add any amount but here it is. I received the bill out of nowhere, that I m not going to pay. Please deactivate my card ending with 9873 immediately.

My father opened a sb account in ur bank. My father expired. The nominee as per bank form do not exist. So, i requested the branch manager to settle the claim without legal proceedings as there is no issue from the legal heirs and the amount is below ₹30, 000. I have requested for indemnity bond.
