I have been issued a credit card by hdfc bank in oct 2018 but at the time of issuance of credit card, i was told that the credit card will be life time free card and the executive of the hdfc bank does not guide me for activation of the card within any stipulated time frame. He just told that the card is life time free card and i can use the card at my convenience. But after some time the bank has charged me rs 1180/-for non activation of card although i was not aware of it and i was not informed by the bank nor by the bank executive. I have not been sent any sms for charging of this amount. I m totally unaware about this charges of rs 1180/-. No one guide/inform me for this type of charges. I have also mail the customer care services of hdfc bank on 22.02.2019 but they also not help me. Please resolve my issue and refund of rs 1180/- to be credited to my credit card.

        Dear hdfc bank,

        I am writing this letter in reference to the behavioural misconduct made by your employee mr danish of hdfc bank ltd, sri ram enclave 15a, arya kumar road, rajendra nagar, patna-800016, bihar.
        Today on 03/03/2019 @ 11:41am i called him for some important imformation about my account, but he said that it is sunday and i should have common sense before calling him on off days. I told him that its not my fault that i have called him on sunday as i have not got adequate services for my newly opened business account under his supervision. After this he literally started abusing me. I am felling very bad after this imature behaviour whisch i cant expect from a employee of such a reputed bank. I am a loyal customer with hdfc bank from last 8 years but after this incedent i am feeling very low for hdfc bank services.

          I lost my hdfc card and hotlisted it on 14th feb 2019. Now my pending bill date is in march. When i logged in through netbanking they are showing no transactions in the card and showing no outstanding balance. The date of payment is near and i dont know where to pay the outstanding bill and how much is the amount, i have called almost all the numbers of customer care but of no use. I am only being harrassed by the poorest service of the bank. Now when the date of bill will come they will be the fastest to charge interest but when it comes to help the customer in ordeal they are nowhere to be found. They are going to ruin my cibil.
          Please tell me if i can pay the bill of my hotlisted car on the same card number and what is the outstanding amount. Please don't harrass me anymore. I am not a free person. I have a lot to do in my life.
          The phone banking service is pathetic as there is no option of any query about credit card.

                I have lost my customer id and the welcome letter from the bank containing the same. I am trying to retrieve it but in vain. Request you to please assist me in retrieving the same as i need it asap and can't proceed any further without it. My bank account number is [protected]. When i try to retrieve the same online with the hdfc website, it says invalid otp even though my registered number is receiving the otp.

                Kindly resolve the same at the earliest.

                  Hi,
                  I have not received my debit card with in given time window as informed through email.
                  1) hdfc customer care says contact account department. But through ivr it could not be possible for me.
                  2) blue dart delivery not done saying address is incorrect. But online i can see through netbanking that address is correct in account details
                  3) blue dart didn't contact me over phone
                  4) customer service desk executive said it has been dispatched and will be delivered in 5 working days. Last thursday february 28th it should have been delivered.
                  5) i had to take one day leave from office as to avoid any problem in delivery in case of absence at home.
                  6) i can't register grievance on hdfc. I use one reference number but that doesn't help much and error occurs

                  The debit card pin mailer has been returned to us for reason address incorrect. We request you to use online option to regenerate debit card pin Instant PIN change process for Debit Card is as below : Login in Netbanking and Click on Cards tab Go to Debit Card => Request section Click on Instant Pin Generation option From the Card No drop down select your card number Now enter new pin System will prompt for OTP validation, enter the OTP received On successful validation of OTP, success message will appear on the screen and with this Debit Card pin will be reset immediately Note: Insta PIN generation option (through Netbanking) will not be available for Senior Citizens and those who have not registered for Third party transfer. Alternatively, you can apply for regeneration of your ATM / Debit PIN in following ways: 1. Through NetBanking Login into NetBanking Click on cards Click on Request option under Debit Card status on the left hand side Click on Pin Regeneration Select the card number and click on continue. If you are eligible for Green pin, system will ask to verify the mobile number and if the number is correct, then One Time Password( Green PIN OTP ) is sent to the registered number instantly which you can use in HDFC Bank ATM to set a PIN of your choice.                   DEAR NADIA,
                  I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DEBIT CARD WHICH HAS TO BE DELIVERED ON 22/03/2019

                  I am Rudresh Gaur holding a saving bank account with number [protected] at Noida sector 1 location.

                  I received call from blue dart saying that address is incorrect and card is dispatched back to HDFC Bank.

                  Online also the same comment on blue Dart against the same consignment.

                  But my address on HDFC Bank website is absolutely correct and valid.

                  Address details of my account is House No. 36/532... that is block no- 36 and house number- 532.
                  The address you provided to curior service was house number- 36532 which is incorrect

                    Rs 16500 was debited from bank account from thane, mumbai at 5:20 pm on 2 march 2019. The card was with me all the time in pune.
                    I already contacted the customer service and have blocked my card, upi and net banking. They provided me a reference number: mump[protected].
                    I have collected the cardholder dispute form from hdfc branch in pune. But since banking hours were over, they didn't accept my cdf. I need to report to them on tuesday now (Since monday is a bank holiday on occasion of maharshivratri)
                    I also went to the sinhgad police station (Pune) to report this theft. He asked me to submit a written application explaining the entire scenario which will be forwarded for further investigation. I have also got a copy of the same for my reference which has the stamp and signature of police officer. Though, he refused to file an official fir, but i have the official signature and stamp with me proving that i was in pune at that time and i had the debit card with me ending 7006.

                      On 19 February 2019 at 8.04 am I went to ATM at Degaon Road SATARA .There was someone who tried to withdraw money, but there was no disbursal of his amount.After his turn I tried to withdraw rs 6000/- .There was no sound and I waited for a minute or two but no money was disbursed.So I came out.After me there was no one in the queue.It was early morning.Then I went to one more near by ATM(IndusInd) and withdrew required amount.As I was in hurry.I checked message after moving for 200 kms away and found that money is debited.I filed complaint to bank which had issued me ATM card.In response to which I have received a email stating that money was disbursed .I request the bank to check CCTV footage and confirm that money was not actually disbursed and collected by me.I am expecting bank to credit to my account Rs 6000/- as it was mistakenly debited.Host ID was:904989

                        Hi,
                        A credit transaction was cancelled from merchant side and the amount was refunded on 23.02.2019, but i see no update on the amount from bank side, and the customer care is of nu use, i am upset with hdfc bank customer care. This is the arn no. 75503729045027037375340 which is the proof of refund amount from merchant side.

                        Kindly revert bank. As i have no reply from customer care too.

                              I created NPS account via NSDL online and provided HDFC savings account bank details. NSDL has sent intimation to HDFC to confi my KYC. Its been more than 20 days and they havent responded, due to which my NPS account is frozen for further contributions.                                 I have loan of 7.5lac with tenure of 5 years where i have paid 25 months of emi and now i want to make part paymeny of the same, but the bank denies it saying that the option is not available for old applicants which was never mentioned.
                                Its like forcing me to pay the extra amount of intrest, i have visited their branch just to know that they do not have the loan accounts in their systems and asked to reach phonebanking which is only option to get loan account details

                                  I have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options :

                                  1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because i have the debit card, but i have not created it's otp (By that green otp method)

                                  2) registered number + e-mail : now the problem is 3 digit otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives, i dunno why is it happening.

                                  Ps: this used to work earlier, i have had reset my ipin by this method twice earlier.

                                      Today to my surprise there are debits from my account of almost 7900 rupees for which i have not used my card. It is shown in description as
                                      . Dc intl pos txn markup+st
                                      .. What the hell is this transaction in my account. I want to know the details in priority and give back my amount to me.. This is not fair for a bank to debit such kind of amount. I want my money to be recovered as soon as possible.

                                      I have share my bank statement where my account has been debited..I have neither received any sms on my debit nor I have used my card anywhere..please return my money back.

                                      Dear Customer,

                                      There is a currency conversion markup of 3.5 % on foreign currency transactions carried out on debit cards as Transaction amount + Difference in foreign currency Rate (Its the difference in foreign currency rate on the date of the transaction and on the date of settlement {Receipt of claim from acquiring bank}). Charges are applicable for ATM withdrawals and also for POS transaction. The exchange rate used will be the Visa/MasterCard wholesale exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction.                                         My name is SOMVIR and cc ref no. 19B205*********0QT
                                        I applied on 20/02/2019. Two days back i received sms verification and address verification, they said eveything is okay, we will update the details . THAN today(01/03/2019) i got the call verification and sad all is done. When i checked the status at evening, it is showing decline.
