Dear hdfc bank,
I am writing this letter in reference to the behavioural misconduct made by your employee mr danish of hdfc bank ltd, sri ram enclave 15a, arya kumar road, rajendra nagar, patna-800016, bihar.
Today on 03/03/2019 @ 11:41am i called him for some important imformation about my account, but he said that it is sunday and i should have common sense before calling him on off days. I told him that its not my fault that i have called him on sunday as i have not got adequate services for my newly opened business account under his supervision. After this he literally started abusing me. I am felling very bad after this imature behaviour whisch i cant expect from a employee of such a reputed bank. I am a loyal customer with hdfc bank from last 8 years but after this incedent i am feeling very low for hdfc bank services.
