Actually i am not satisfied with the terms & conditions of the insurance policy. I am requesting you to cancel the policy and refund my amount. I have send the free lock cancellation request to your mumbai branch.

    I had my salary account in hdfc bank (Account no [protected]). Since i left my company, salary account got converted into saving account. I could not maintain required minimum balance of rs 10, 000 and bank started charging amb charges. Charges went upto rs.8000 and account balance was negative.in january 2019, i raised a complaint on hdfc customer care to request bank to waive off the charges and assured the bank that i will either close my account or will maintain required account balance. After some days, i got an email from hdfc bank saying, "we have removed your hold funds" and made my balance zero. Bank suggested me to close my account permanently. On 21st january, i visited hdfc bank branch near shankar sheth road pune. Meanwhile, i asked one of the staff, 'instead of closing my account permanently can i deposit amount to bank account and maintain required balance and will there be any deduction of previous charges?'. Staff member answered i can operate my bank account by maintaining required balance and there will be n deduction of charges as there is zero balance appearing in my account i. E. No negative balance. Accordingly, i deposited rs.10, 100 on 21st january 2019 to my account. And bank deducted previous charges from that amount and made my account balance rs.3, 377. I requested the authority to reverse my charges but they said that they are not in position to do that and made me visit the bank i went on 21st january 2019 to close my account. I did the same but now they are making me visit one branch to another. According to me and as bank staff suggested me on 21st january 2019, there should be no deduction of such previous charges as bank itself assured me that they have removed my hold funds i. E. Negative balance. Attached herewith is the bank statement and mails received and sent by bank.

    I got an call from A person calling himself as a staff from HDFC bank Customer complaints resolver ( A cyber hacker ) saying Bank is going to refund your amount please share your another bank details. He also told me every detail of my this complaint . Accordingly, I shared my another bank details and he tried to transfer Amount of Rs 10000 from my another bank account. I have call recordings and text masseges. I had to block my account.

    So now, should I register a complaint against Indian Consumer complaint forum?? Consumer forum itself is not trustworthy?? How come my data got leaked ?? This how you resolve queries ??

    Dear sir,

    I am getting frequent calls from a person introducing himself as a Member from HDFC complaint resolving committee. One of man already intitiated transaction from my account as I shared ICICI bank information with him about my another bank account as he said he wants to refund my amount to another bank. And he tried to transfer ₹10, 000 from my ICICI account but as my account balance was already zero, he couldn't do anything. I have all call recordings. Please guide me through this. And request you to only interact with me via mail, as i am getting several calls from such people.

      I was given the credit card at home address, even though i asked to cancel it when people came for verification. I didn't used it and i didn't even activated it.

      I de-linked it from my bank account. But still, it received the bill amount via transaction.
      While de-linking, i checked into the autopay deregister section, there were no cards.

      This is just not right. If i have asked to not wanting the service, they shouldn't have let me given the service. And even when i have not activated it, i and being charged of something i didn't want or used.
      And all the customer care has to say is, "we cannot do anything".

        I have purchase dslr camera from croma store owned by tata on friday[protected], i have been told that i will receive 2000 cashback and i have clicked a photo of that offer just to be sure that they will not refuse in future i have not recieved any cashback and when i called the bank regarding the same they will not entertain you and hang up the phone on you very bad customer service by hdfc bank. This offer is a scam by hdfc bank.

          booking failed and money not refunded

          I paparao bhukya booked one ticket from mumbai to hyderabad on march 15th 2019. And my ticket booking details are :

          Booking date : 21st january 2019 for air india ai - 619 using payzapp mobile app from 19:30:00 (Bom) to 20:45:00 (Hyd).

          And the toatl amount got deducted was rs. 1640/-.

          I am writing this mail regarding my credit card balance payment. my credit card number is [protected] which is currently blocked six months back an amicable settlement was done on this card but there was some balance amount which was left, I want to clear that amount now so that there is no effect on my CIBIL but i went to the bank they were unable to tell me the balance & also how to make payment for that. I have tried all your customer care number regarding this matter but unfortunately they are unable to provide any progress in this.it's my last hope from such a big bank to clear this It would be helpful if you can let me know how to solve this matter how to make the payment and after that who will update this in my CIBIL report.

            Recently (December-2018), i opened a savings account in hdfc bank. They issued me platinum debit card without giving any details about platinum card issuance fee and its annual charges. Now this month, they debited an amount of rs. 885 as debit card issuance fee without giving any intimation like message or email to me. As i would like to request the hdfc branch management to refund the amount.

            I added 2000rs in payzapp wallet from my credit card but unfortunately that amount is not able to transfer due to kyc issue...I don't have kyc update option on my payzapp account it is very urgent transfer amount to other person if there is someway pls say...               Hi,

              I had a salary account with hdfc bank which goes converted to saving account in march 2017 when i left my job. I had to settle back to my hometown as i have some personal reason and since than
              I am not able to visit the home branch. When i visited to local branch and asked them to close my account then they said they are not able to do so as account has -8584 rupees balance negative and they asked me
              To take zero account balance then only they will close the account.

              I can not visitto home branch because ny current condition does not allow me to do so. I can only visit the local branch and they are asking me to take my account in
              Zero balance to close.
              Please waive off the occured nin-maintainence charges of -8584 from my account so that i can get this account closed.
              I am unable to pay this amount as i am financuialy not able to paythis

              If only home branch can take care of this issue then please arrange a call from my home branch so that i will convey message to them

                My bank accont was salary a/c and after leaving job, a/c automatically converted into saving a/c (A/c no - [protected]). It was not had been used by me for some months and after some months, it converted into salary a/c. After crediting my first salary, bank charged me total 2262 rs which is troubling me. Without any intimation they charged me such charges which is not accepteble.

                The important thing is they charged double charges for a single month.

                On other hand, my friend (A/c n0 - [protected]) was in same scenario. Her a/c was not maintained for 2 years but no any charges charged by bank for her a/c.

                This harressment is not faced by me before, by any bank for any reason.

                  Dear Customer,

                  Your request for customer dispute has been logged. The complaint id no. is 1808166. As an HDFC Bank customer, when you transact at a non-HDFC Bank ATM the transaction is routed through ATM networks authorized and governed by the RBI. As per the extant RBI guidelines, disputes pertaining to non/short dispensation of cash need to be resolved by way of Charge Back, wherein the card issuing bank raises a chargeback on the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction. The acquiring bank has to revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed failing which the customer’s account will be credited within 7 working days from the date of the complaint. Furthermore, as per the network operating guidelines, the ATM log is sufficient and conclusive proof of successful cash dispensation.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I am SUJATA had availed credit of Rs. 80000 for the EMI payment against Country Holiday Inn & Suites,

                    Brief summary of the matter.
                    1. 12 months EMI for credit of 80000 was repayed by total Rs. 89101/- by me in 12 months only.
                    2. The details of payment are in below trail mail.
                    3. Reason for delay in Payment : one EMI was returned from my account however i had sufficient balance as per my knowledge as I had checked my saving account and it showed a balance of Rs. 11682/- but later the local branch confirmed that it is the cummulative amount of all my accounts and joint accounts shown on the main page .
                    4. Action taken by me:This was discussed with customer care executive and they told me that auto debit system can not be made applicable now but I will not be levied any extra charges for the late payment and so after that I made manual payments.
                    5. i made all the payments. But still My credit card has also been stopped. My debit card has been stopped.

                        Amazon has initiated an refund with transaction reference no 044757 amounting to rs 1309 on 21st jan 2019. But even after 5 working days the amount has not been credited to my credit card ending 9766. Also put up several mails regarding this to hdfc bank but no one dare to contact me over phone calls or response to my e mails. So please look into this matter on priority.

                          I have taken an auto loan for my car in june 2018. I have been a regular and punctual payer of my monthly emis since then, however, due to some unavoidable personal circumstances, i could not pay my last emi for the month of january 2019. I informed this to the bank that i need sometime to pay my emi due to fund issues. So, the bank employee savita saini, phone no. +[protected], started calling me again and again and talked to me in a very abusive and rude tone over the phone, calling me a fraudster and embarrassing me with her sentences such as - if you could not pay the emi, then why did you take the loan? I told her that i am not denying to pay the emi, however i need some more time because of the sudden issue that happened to me. She handed the phone over to devender rana and he was in fact more rude and abusive. I only told him that only because i maintained such good balance in my account that you approved my auto loan and i still take the responsibility to pay back my loan but he kept pushing me hard to borrow money from other people and do illegal means of work to pay the emi now. I refused to listen to him and that’s when he started telling me that that’s why you should not feel bad about the language we use at the bank if you fail to repay your loan. I told him that i am not denying to repay, i just need some more time. He then started to threaten me that we will send bank people to your home and office addresses who will insult me in public.
                          I have been a valuable customer to hdfc since 2016 and as per my records, i have maintained a very good balance in my account, but due to some personal circumstances, i am in a state where i need some more time to repay my emis with the bank. I am not absconding anywhere, neither i am denying to pay back. Please consider my status with you for last three years and my current situation, and grant me some time to repay my emis not harming my respect and dignity. And also, please don’t torture and harass me by letting such people call me in the name of recovery of loan amount. If they call me and harass in this difficult time of mine, i will personally file a case against them for torturing me with abuses and undignified comments over my status and abilities. I only need some time and nothing else. Thanks.

                            Dear sir, i am working in hdfc bank as a personal banker in one of metro cities of our country. I joined hdfc bank as a fresher just after the completion of my mba. My six months are about to complete now.

                            Let me tell you the harsh reality of this bank.

                            From last two and half months i have been suffering from severe cervical and spondylitis pain. Initially i managed to work while having pain but now the pain has increased so much that it is not possible for me to continue working well with this unbearable pain.

                            Because of this pain, i decided to resign from my job with the hope that the bank will understand my situation and will provide me early relieving.

                            But when i talked to the hr, he told me that i have to pay one month salary to the bank then only i will be relieved.

                            I have submitted all the medical prescriptions, reports, xray and bills to the hr, branch manager and to one of their senior.

                            My question is if an employee has a health issue which is so serious that he can't continue doing the work, doesn't he has the right to get relieved without serving the notice period?

                            Apart from this there are so many other negative things which i would like to tell you about this bank.

                            • we are always told that we can leave the office by 6:30, but the reality is that we have to work till 8:30 and 9:00. We can't come to the branch 5 minutes late but they don't let us go on time, never ever.

                            • recently i was compared to the house keeping staff of my branch just because i made a small mistake in preparing an annexure. I mean who compares you with an housekeeping staff that this work can be done by housekeeping staff also.

                            • every morning there is a mental torture in the morning meetings - everyday we are given big targets which are almost impossible to do. They will run drive every second day and ask us to do something which is not possible. 5 personal loans in one day. 10 rds in one day. And some similar [censored] like this only.

                            •branch manager pins for savings account, current account, rd, fd, li, hi, pl, al, hl, mediclaim every hour without a fail

                            • it is not a branch.. It is a jail. Seriously i feel like i have been trapped in the jail. This is not a bank. This is sabzi mandi. Even worse than that.

                            • negative environment of the branch. There is no motivation from the branch manager to work and to achieve targets. She can only do shouting and insulting employees.

                            • not treating the non home branch customers well - if a customer is non home branch customer - my bm will ask me not to take any form from him like address updation form, name change form, pass book updation etc etc

                            • if a customer is giving some business then only he will entertained otherwise he will be shown the way outside.

                            • not trusting the employees. My branch manager thinks that everyone is making fool of her. She never trust her employees.

                            • always try to insult and pressurise the employees. It is her habit to pressurise and torture her employees everyday everytime.

                              I have applied for hdfc fast tag through online one month back and paid 500 rupees, but till date i have not received the fast tag.
                              I have submitted the all required proof of documents through email and my applicatipn number hfr095315.
                              There is no action & responce from customer care.
                              I have never seen this kind of poor custmer service. Please don't buy this product.

                                I have got two wheeler loan for my hero honda splender . Reg.No. Ka-25-u-685 in[protected], through centurion bank- hubli branch. Completed the hp loan. After completion of the loan i have not received the original r.C. Book from bankers and also i have not received the noc. We need the noc., how to proceed further .                                     Hi,

                                    Hdfc life staff seem to be only interested in new customers who are ready sign up and least bothered about people who like to surrender. After horrible customer service from hdfclife, i am submitting a complaint here as no one is responding about my policy surrender.
                                    Policy no.: 13966152
                                    Service request no. Is 1-[protected].
                                    After circulating their office number of times and even after submitting all the required documents, no one is responding to my policy status. Also, they try really hard to convince you to buy a policy in lieu of surrender and if you don't buy one, they don't care to hear your concerns.
                                    Awful customer service and worst experience with the staff. Hope someone is listening to my problem and i get my refund asap.
