Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 0832 without my concern on date:20/01/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

Not yet received Debit card to activate with new ATM PIN since the last date is February 2nd 2019
Now a days hdfc giving us a worst service .

Every time we have facing the server issues.

Today (18/01/2019) evening my brother transferred some amount from axis to hdfc account the which is debited from brother account but i dint receive any amount.

And also they are not provide a 24/7 customer service.

    Hi,
    This regarding an noc document of my vehicle which was purchased on june-2018. I had purchased a two wheeler (Tvs-jupiter) from brilliant tvs showroom, mandaveli, chennai in the month of june-2018. Initially i was planned to go with hdfc loan. But due to the hdfc bank loan representative's insufficient knowledge and other confusions, i had to purchase the vehicle with my own money.
    But when i received the rc book copy, surprisingly i came to know that the vehicle was under hdfc hypothecation. (Copy attached).

    When i approached the nelson manickam road, chennai hdfc branch for noc, the hdfc branch's team lead mahesh ([protected]) requested documents related to the vehicle purchase.
    So, the brilliant tvs sales man provided all the documents requested by mahesh.
    It has been 3 months completed since we have submitted the documents. But still i have not received any response from the hdfc bank representative (Mahesh).

    This is the second time we have submitted the documents and earlier also similar kind of documents had submitted for getting noc. But due the person who received the documents was transferred to some other branch, the showroom representative was not able to followup.

    So with this email, i am requesting you to expedite the process of getting noc copy to cancel the hypothecation.

    Summary:
    1. There is no loan number associated with the vehicle purchase.
    2. All the requested documents have already been submitted to the specific branch for noc
    3. The person who collected the documents name is mahesh and his mobile number [protected]
    4. I need noc to cancel the bank hypothecation.

          I have suvmitted cheque in hdfc bank bazpur branch and your executieve is saying that after bank opening there is half hour time that we do not have to work till half hour and then they are saying to open cc limit or any other account in their bank. The staff do not know. How to. Talk with the customers.

            I was done a transfer of amount 5000 from my hdfc account to my sbi account on 7th january 2019. This amount was debited from my hdfc account and till now it`s not credited in my sbi account. I registered a complaint regarding this issue in hdfc bank. They checked and told me that this amount was credited to my sbi account on 8th january but till now it`s not credited in my sbi account. Then i visit my sbi home branch they check and told me that this transaction was failed and this amount is not credit in sbi account and they told me contact to hdfc bank. Then i again contact with hdfc bank and they told me directly that they are not responsible for this. Please help me. I need this money very urgently i have an medical emergency in my home.               I have purchased two items from amazon. But due to small size I have returned it. Amazon refunded an ammount of Rs 1648.00 to my credit card no [protected] with amazon refund reference number 096718 on[protected]. but the same is not reflected in my credit card till now. already I have contacted to amazon customercare as well as hdfc credit card customer care but no solution found.

                I had purchased the Hdfc life click2invest policy online through the policy Bazaar portal (application number is[protected]. I had contacted the Hdfc life toll free number[protected] on 7th Jan 2019 and had requested to cancel the purchased policy of Rs. 50, 000. The cancellation request number i.e. [protected] was shared by the Hdfc life assistant. After dropping multiple emails for following up regarding the cancellation and with no replies from the team, I receive a new email with the issued policy tdetails on 8th Jan 2019. Despite me contacting the team several times, I didn't receive response as none of them were in sync and were providing me multiple solutions on call. Then I manually submitted the required cancellation forms in the Hdfc life vikhroli branch and the cancellation request was processed on 11 Jan 2019. The team has deducted certain charges from my invested amount and have not refunded the entire amount. I would like to complaint against Hdfc life as there was no fault or delay from my end and it was teams fault who did not check prior to issuing the policy and have deducted the charges. I have all the email communication as proof with me which was sent to the team multiple times. I need the entire invested amount as refund.

                  Hi Team,

                  I am customer of hdfc bank since last 2 yrs and i have hdfc bank salary account.
                  I am very upset about hdfc credit card service.All of a sudden on 13th Jan'19 the balance of my credit card had gone down. After that I tried calling the hdfc bank credit card customer care multiple times but was unable to caught hold off them. HDFC committed to provide good service so i choose hdfc credit card. But now there are multiple entry which are inaccurate and they charged wrongly.
                  I need my money back in my account otherwise i will escalate this matter to rbi and consumer forum.

                  Below are the statements for which I was charged on 13th Jan'19 :

                    First company that i worked with opened up a HDFC account and i lost that job since the company closed down and i started with a different company and a different bank account. I was never informed that i would he charged by the bank for non maintenance and now when goin through a few articles of RBI GUIDELINES i found out that banks are not supposed to charge consumers for the same. I want to continue with the account but i dont want to pay for the negative balance on my account so request you to waive the charges off so that i can link the account with my new company and start of with the account again. I have been with HDFc for a really long time now and thats the only reason i dont want to close the account.

                      Have a SB Account in HDFC Bank in Mylapore Branch Chennai. Now I have temporarilly come to USA for 6 months. Now I am not able to log in to my Account since after entering my Customer ID and Password, it is sending an OTP to my Indian Tel No registered (which I cannot access in USA) to go into my Account Details Page.
                      Now with this new procedure, I am not able to log in to my SB Account at all.

                      I have HDFC Credit Card to which I need to make payments before 25th Jan but cannot transfer since I am not able to log in to y Account.

                      I requested my Brother in Chennai to meet the Manager in HDFC Bank in Chennai with my letter ( scan copy) to effect AUTO-PAY from my A/c to Credit Card but that is also not accepted.

                      Bank Manager says that either they pay up/transfer from their Account to pay my credit card or else I have to submit a Form duly filled with chane in Mobile Number duly signed along with my Identity Proof attested in Physical Format to HDFC to effect Mobile Number Change so that I can receive OTP in my USA Local Tel No to log into my A/c and do all Transactions.

                      Now Suuport @hdfcbank.com have sent me a form for effecting change in Mobile Number but hat form is not accepted by Chennai Manager HDFC and says another Form is there which he will mail me to my registered mail ID in HDFC Records which I need to fill, sign and courier with Identity Zerox Document self-attested for the to do the change.

                      I think HDFC is harrassing its Customers a little too much without understanding the real problem of long distance/time change zone/genuine rerquest.

                      Please resolve this immediately

                        I hold a regalia credit card ending with 3819 in the name of vikram kumbhare. Mobile number "70*2*3*9*0".in the 2 years that i have had this credit card, i have never received my credit card statement on my email id. It is extremely frustrating that something as simple as sending an automated credit card statement to a customer's email id doesn't work properly at one of india's largest private banks. I never know when my statement is generated and when the payment is due. This is a serious risk as i may miss my payment and default, affecting my credit score, for which i will hold hdfc responsible and drag hdfc to court.

                            My name vishwas adakattalwar i take loan against hdfc credit card ([protected]) but due to jobless & some financial condition, i am not paying due amount from last 3 month, now today recovery agent mahesh taywade & his executive ashish pande came to my home and talk to my mother. They threatening my mother & my brother regarding payment and they sold out my house asset.
                            When i call to mr mahesh taywade this guy threatening me he come to my house next days & he told to my house owner & my neighbor regarding my dues payment.
                            I said many time again and again to hdfc representative & recovery agent now i am not able to pay money, but i need more 1-2 month time for payment.
                            I will pay surely on march 2nd week.
                            So please help me from this, i am totally frustrated from my life no one help me.
                            If any misshaping with life, then mahesh & hdfc bank are totally responsible for this.

I told him that i accept to bear any interest of late bill payment.                                   I have got a call from hdfc bank for credit card about a month ago, they told me about the offers and benefits then asked about my salary details. After confirming my eligibility for credit card there representative visited my place filling in form and took all my required documents. Couple of days later i got sms with my ref number. Then got 2 3 verification calls one my mobile. And one person collect name/contact number/address details. I did that.

                                  Then thereafter i have not received any further update from bank not a mail or call. Then i called up customer care to enquire about the status. They simply said my application is declined, when i asked for the reason, the answer was don't know or cannot tell you.
                                  This is pathetic and stupid answer, being eligible with authenticate documents they are not giving any reason for my application decline.

                                  I am highly disappointed with hdfc bank service and customer care support.
                                  Pathetic pathetic.

This conversation going on with related steps to resolve the same. At last my Complaint has been solved & also my credit card has been despatched & received on time. thank you very much for cooperation.

                                    I had applied for banking jobs through quikr jobs.
                                    I got a telephonic interview call from a person called mahesh pathak (Contact no:- [protected]) and later he said i got selected for the post and i need to transfer inr4500 to his account for the document verification process. If my documents are correct i’ll get that money back with my first month’s salary. I just wanted to know if hdfc bank really charges for the document verification process so that i can think to pay or not. Please let me know as soon as possible.

                                    HDFC Bank doesn't charge applicants any recruitment fee for gaining employment / ask you to deposit any money for giving you job offers; authorize any third party (such as vendors, placement services, recruitment agencies, etc.) to make any employment offers to applicants/candidates and does not collect any fee/registration/ recruitment charges etc for referring and placing applicants/candidates with them. If any such entity fraudulently representing HDFC Bank approaches you, please refrain from responding to them and do not pay any fee /charges/payment to them.

                                      Hello,

                                      I am hdfc credit card holder for an year now. Every month i pay full amount without fail. Last month, due to a calculation mistake i paid rs 480 lesser than what i was supposed to pay. And hdfc bank has put rs 3, 200 finance charge for it.

                                      I contacted customer support and they are of no help. This is unacceptable! Rs 3, 200 charge for rs 480 shortfall? You are charging me 6 times the difference for a mistake?

                                      Please return my money!

                                      We wish to clarify that, payment of atleast the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Hence we request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid levy of bank charges.                                         I am being asked to pay for credit card which i have neverhold in my hands and which i even hotlistes after paying once without even being able to use the card. This is complete #. I want to close my account, this is highly customer dissatisfaction. This is my salaries account and i will get it changed to icici bank quickly because hdfc bank is a big fraud now i realise.
