Hi,
This regarding an noc document of my vehicle which was purchased on june-2018. I had purchased a two wheeler (Tvs-jupiter) from brilliant tvs showroom, mandaveli, chennai in the month of june-2018. Initially i was planned to go with hdfc loan. But due to the hdfc bank loan representative's insufficient knowledge and other confusions, i had to purchase the vehicle with my own money.
But when i received the rc book copy, surprisingly i came to know that the vehicle was under hdfc hypothecation. (Copy attached).
When i approached the nelson manickam road, chennai hdfc branch for noc, the hdfc branch's team lead mahesh ([protected]) requested documents related to the vehicle purchase.
So, the brilliant tvs sales man provided all the documents requested by mahesh.
It has been 3 months completed since we have submitted the documents. But still i have not received any response from the hdfc bank representative (Mahesh).
This is the second time we have submitted the documents and earlier also similar kind of documents had submitted for getting noc. But due the person who received the documents was transferred to some other branch, the showroom representative was not able to followup.
So with this email, i am requesting you to expedite the process of getting noc copy to cancel the hypothecation.
Summary:
1. There is no loan number associated with the vehicle purchase.
2. All the requested documents have already been submitted to the specific branch for noc
3. The person who collected the documents name is mahesh and his mobile number [protected]
4. I need noc to cancel the bank hypothecation.
