Hello, I paid Rs. 4830 electricity bill payement on 29th December and that time its shown success but biller declined so transcation was cancelled but my refund not received. Today 28 january I call to customer care and ask for my refund so payzapp team said we already gives refund on 18th january so I check my Bank statement but no money recived I also call to my bank customer care department with reference no. and also visit my branch but they have not authorities to solve this issue and BANK ask me to contact your PAYZAPP TEAM. so I again contact Payzapp but they still not take my complaint. I also sent mail with attached Bank statement for proof. [protected]@payzapp.in but its not giving me my cashback.

      Because i lost my job. And i am not working anywhere. So kindly closed my account. My full detail is below mention.
      My home branch not closing my account. And not giving proper answer also. I want to close my account. Because i am not working anywhere.
      Every week i got a message by hdfc side. But they have not inform me by mail or by letter any conformation call. And. They have asking me about account maintenance charge. I am sending her mail reply below mention

          my customer id is 24147869.
          Today Januar 28, 2019 at 10:48 am I got an SMS from HDFC Bank as following

          " Dear Customer Mandate reference no: HDFC[protected] issued to BHARTI AXA LIFE INSURANCE Co.LTD with value Rs.60000.00 and frequency ADHO is received today for processing.In case of any issue please get in touch with your branch."

          I contacted with my home branch .personal banker could not help me on this.
          I have never did any commitment to do any payment to Bharti Axe Life insurance to pay premium of 60000. if that is done from anyone then that is fraud transaction.so please stop this payment or any ECS.

            I've purchased daikin ac in bajaj electronics in the month of may, 2018 by taking hdfc durable loan ([protected]).

            And, the emi is of 3499 for 8 months. So, that means my last emi should be the january 2019. And the last emi got debited from my account and still i'm getting the message like i need to pay next emi in feb 2019.

            I'm unable to call hdfc helpline, and its very worst reaching them out.

            I don't have time to go to main branch which is located far from my place.

            Please look into the matter and respond.

              My credit card last 5 month auto paid for www.airtel.pgsi www.airtel.in in this transaction title.

              But have not use for this category app and any other subscription then why are doing unauthorized transaction without my knowledge not informed about this amount that your site taken.

              So kindly refund this amount suddenly stop this service

                refund issue on debit card emi

                Dear support,
                On 17th of this month i placed an order for rs 43, 436 with amazon using my debit card emi offer. But on the same day i canceled one of the item in the order for rs 29k. Amazon confirmed that refund process has been initiated and completed. Its been more than a week but still it seems the refund not showing up on my debit card and emi revised for the remaining transaction amount of rs 14k. When i reached out amazon support...

                  I am having account no. [protected] with your bank in the name of pardeep vishal. Sir, my account has been charges with rs.3500 on 23.01.2019 at 9.44.25 p. M without my knowledge. Sir i have called to customer care of your bank and no once has taken my request on serious note. I have also approached my branch they also said that they cannot do anything in it.

                  Sir, i am maintaining account with your bank and if any amount will be charged without my consent or knowledge, how i will accept it. Sir it is not a genuine transaction, i have immediately blocked my debit card after seen this message. You are requested to reveres the amount with immediate effect.

                    I, pankaj kala had applied for online nps account and paid my 1st contribution using the net banking services of hdfc bank on 12-jan-19. I had selected hdfc bank as one of empaneled bank for kyc verification since i have savings account in this bank for more than 10 years. My nps account is currently showing as frozen and while talking to nps department they told me that reason for account frozen is because hdfc bank has not done kyc till now.
                    My friend nps kyc was done within 3 days from indian bank, so services are very bad of hdfc bank as it is more than 16 days.

                        Hi all,
                        I am a regular credit card user since 2015 and always pay my
                        Emis on time. However several months back i lost my job and i was jobless for 4 months.
                        I hold credit card from tata sbi, citi bank and hdfc and i am unable to pay my monthly emi. I got the job now however the salary is only 20000. I have have 4 dependents and lives in a rented house. They have charge triple interest on the capital amount and calls me every day abusing me and asking me if i cant pay the money why did i took the money.

                        They also come at my home and abused me in front of my neighbors i felt so ashamed of myself.
                        They even call up my parents and harrassed them.
                        I cannot pay so much of money altogether.
                        I told them but they are very rude and abusive.

                            Most humbling and respectfully i beg to say i take a policy hdfc life insurance plan cancer care on 11 december 2018 application number[protected]
                            On december 11, i had a cancer called cancer care, whose premium was rs 581, but the insurance agent had cut my account with rs 581 twice, i gave the complaint as well, but no action was taken on it, so mr. It is humble that i should refund my money by thinking about it immediately.

                              I have an account in hdfc bank. This account is in-operative and i don’t use it. I mark the email sent to the customer care in regards to the below issues.

                              On 28 dec’18, my tds was refunded in this account for the amount of rs.5920. And due to this account being inoperative, my account balance went on hold, and due to this i couldn’t withdraw the tax amount that i received in this account.

                              Further in relation to this, i sent out an email to the branch manager and branch backup manager and since i didn’t get a response from either of these two, i sent an email to customer care on 30th dec’18. After which i got email from customer care saying my query will be resolved within two days which was not the case.

                              As this wasn’t resolved on their end either, i put up a complaint on first escalation matrix 02, jan’19.
                              But anyhow, yet another time, my query wasn’t resolved as branch closed the call by saying that at first, your balance was on hold and then on 4th jan, bank has settled this amount by applying the non-maintainance charges and so this amount cannot be refunded.

                              After this i put my complaints to grievance redressal & nodel officer. But still my issue not resolved.

                              None of this solved my problem for getting a refund, i would like to request you to kindly look into this matter and please have it resolved.

                                  I applied and got a new credit card in hdfc bank. After two three days ₹900 debit as (Hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr) in my credit card account statement.
                                  I am not interested in that type of policy or coverage.
                                  How can i clear this type of debits. Also i request them not to do in future transaction. So please remove this unwanted description in my credit card account statement and make immediate refund as quick as possible.

                                    While returning back from delhi within 24 hours, at dasna toll they deducted extra money from my account.

                                      Respected sir,
                                      My loan due date was on 7th. Due to unfortunate circumstances, i delayed making the payment only until 23rd. I was willing to pay the money with a fine. I was not even a defaulter for even a month.

                                      One of your hdfc bank collection agent - mr. Prem (Contact no. [protected]) started calling me and scolding me on 21st.. As i was not able to transfer money, i told i will be paying on 24th. He called and started scolding me on 24th. To avoid dealing with this type of indecent people - i decided to pay it online and told him so. He forcibly came to my house, broke my furniture - abused me and threatened me to pay him immediately. I made the payment and even after that - he scolded me, caused damage to my door and damaged my vehicle while leaving.

                                      I have all the incidents captured in cctv cameras in my apartment and also videos captured in my cell phone.

                                      I was not even a defaulter. There was only a late payment - not even a default even of a month and do not deserve this treatment.

                                      I would request you to take prompt action against your staff involved in this kind of harassment to customers without any valid reason.
