Respected sir/mam,
I want a solution about my policy becoz i do email for last 20-25 days. But not response in aproper way.
I do create a policy account threw of policy bazar. And call to me miss icha from grugram policy bazar officce. Her id is pw09624.
And i call her for cancel the policy after 10days. But not response. I told her last 20 days for cancil the policy in a proper way. But my policy is not canceled and not refund my money in my account.

    I am holding a credit card of hdfc bank. Due to some losses i am not able to pay amount since since september. I have told about entire financial status to your bank, your credit card guys, over the call, and face to face as well.

    When you people have to sell your cards, then you talki so sweet, and say sugar coated #. Now when due to some reason i am not able to pay, your guys are threatening me.

    On 21st december, 2018 - mr. Vineet jaiswal [protected] (He introduced himself as legal advisor, but in reality he was a manager -) came along with his executive amit [protected] came at my place. I was all alone along with my 3 years old grandson. Mr. Vineet threat me in front of my grandson, and he was so afraid that he cried whole night, and was murmerring (Bank wale ayenge, gali denge). Mr. Vineet kept on saying that you give 4000 rupees or else we will not leave this place today. I requested and cried that i don't have right now, but he did not listen to me. I told them to do things in a sophisticated and legal way, but he raised his voice "mujhe mat samjhao kya karna, mujhe authority hai, bank ne mujhe authority di"

    Mr, vineet came to my house again on 22nd december, 2018. He started threatening me "agar aaj paise nahi diye to yahi baitha hu". If i don;t open the main door, then these two start banging on the door, and shout in the stairs. I made him talk to my son, and he started threatening him too. Mr. Vineet said "main tum logo ki call detail nikalvaunga aur sabko bataunga ki bank ka paisa maar ke baithe".

    I have raised a complaint against hdfc and these two people in nearby police station. On monday i will go to women cell, and nhrc for the same. I will make sure that you people get to good lesson. Under rbi guideliness no bank has authority to threat the customer for payment. We people are not running anywhere, but not in a condition to pay.

    You #s how can you threat a lady who is alone at home this way. You freaks, i will post all this on twitter, fb. You threat me that you will find out the call details, i will make a complaint in the police station, as this is legal offense.

    You people think you will threat a lady, and she will shed her tears. My son's friend is a lawyer, and she help him in all such things. Mr. Vineet (This #) said " bank ke paise dene ke liye paise nahi lekin lawyer appoint kiya". First this # said "4000 dedo" then he said "2000 dedo", are you bargaining. Just to achieve your targets, you go to such #.

    Just wait and watch what i do after this.
    Do you think any joke is going on, you will ask for money on the cost of your customer's life. Here is the proof that in september i lodged a complaint, and will take this copy to ngo, women cell, nhrc, to the lawyer for further complaint against hdfc bank, vineet, and credit card depertment.

    Tell that ### Vineet to say sorry, appology in front of everybody. Let me put this screen shot everywhere. According to RBI guidelines, you cannot threat your customers

I called back that number.i talked with a lady she didnt tell her name. She has no manners how to deal with customers. Even she abused me.         Respected sir, i suresh kumar sharma husband of nirmal sharma has been harrassed by the executive so called raju. He was harsh, rude and using filthy language and gone to the extent by saying ' nirmal sharma you are chor and credit card tumhare baap ka nahi hai ".
        I request to take proper action against the said raju, if my request not justified, i will lodge a criminal complaint.

          I have cancelled a order in flipkart, immediately got a msg from hdfc that

          Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 3*6 for rs. 1984.00 has been credited/reversed by payuind on[protected]:12:49:20

          I checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account. I am scared please help. Since it is a confirmation message from bank, i am assuming that the flipkart has done it's part. Will it ever get reflected in my account?

              Cancellation of one assist membership
              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto activating and debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 5564 and same has to convert in to emi without my concern on bill received date: 22/12/2018, even till now i haven't generated my credit card pin. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/- and generated a new bill.

                I have a personal loan with hdfc. I have always made the payment for my loan delayed. My emi is rs. 9697. I have made payments of higher amounts including the additional amount for late fees and interest etc. I had money in my account and suddenly for the first time rs. 236 has been deducted so many times.. More than 5000rs has been deducted. I didn't receive a single message that the bank account has been debited by this amount. On top of all this i now see that some rs. 3164 has been debited again as overdue. My account was clear and i don't understand where this amount is picked up as overdue.

                  I had redeemed around 139800 reward points as e-vouchers which were supposed to be sent to me in form of coupons to my email id

                  I received a text message from hdfc bank on 19th dec 2018 that the coupons had been sent to my email id on 15th dec, but i have not revived any coupons or mails from hdfc bank,

                  Can you please check and let me know or can you please get it resend it to my email id

                      dedication of nwd decchg charges thrice

                      In my account i am being charged for nwd decchg charges and the amount is 29.50 rs thrice on the same date ie 13/12/18.
                      Although it is my salary account and no such deduction was informed to me. As per rules there should not be any such deduction for use in other bank atm as i have not exceeding the transaction limit as well

                      I am really unhappy with this unprofessional behaviour....

                          My cc was due to be shipped today by blue dart.
                          No one called or visited.
                          They updated the status to consignee not available.
                          Please tell me when will blue dart deliver my courier
                          All they say on the phone is that you didn't pick the call though in reality no one ever came.

                          I called they twice and they assured me that my cc would be delivered today.

                          But it hasn't been so.

                          I'm not the first person with whom blue dart is doing such tricks.

                            I had purchased an samsung s9 mobile using hdfc cashback offer on 21/08/2018 from HELLO mobile store.
                            The offer stated that within 90 days the cashback will be credited in the bank account but it's already 120 days yet i have not receive the cashback. none of the local hdfc branches are helping me on this. they either say they have no idea about this or keep telling it will get refunded.
                            Its sad for a bank like HDFC to treat their customers this way.

                              Dear Sir,
                              In context with the Loan account # 44230811, In November 2017 i failed to pay the EMI on time i got a call from your 3rd party collectors stating and i quote "Sir, aapane payment miss ki hai, aap ek kaam karo next month bhi mat karna aur usake baad bhi mat karna. Hum fir khud nikal leinge". Due to this statement i knowingly bounced this EMI amount throughout my loan tenure with complaints done on the customer care helpline. Now this October which was my last EMI month i cleared all my dues in regards with compleating my loan for the tenure i opted for. There was an outstanding of Rs 8602 on which 50% amount was waived off and the amount of Rs 4301 was paid and the loan completion letter was shared to me stating the same. Sir, it has been almost 2 months following up with your bank officials still no actions has been taken i have shared my concerned at [protected]@hdfcbank.com but haven't received any feedback, tried calling customer care number they gave me the number of Ms Meenal sethi @[protected] still no response.I have been following up with you guys from past 2 months now I would request your prompt assistance on the same and as a feedback would like to acknowledge the fact that your employees are very rude, non responsive towards customers. Awaiting your response at the earliest.

                                I received an SMS today around 1:30 pm, which writes as:

                                "Dear Customer Mandate reference no: HDFC[protected] issued to INDIA BULLS HOUSING FINANCE LTD with value Rs. 33500.00 and frequency MNTH is received today for processing. In case of any issue please get in touch with your branch."

                                I had applied for home loan in INDIABULLS but I have been making payments from other account and I am not using my HDFC Bank Account anymore.

                                I would request hdfc bank to immediately stop all processing related to message.

HDFC sent email id- [protected]@india.com on dt.19/11/2018 By Mr.Rahul Tripathi had been sent above email for share mobile number through Gateway / Payzap reimbursement payment and he demand cvv, otp, and atm number and his mobile no.[protected][Fraud man].Afterthat my account no.[protected] dated-19/11/2018 ref.132505 Rs.1999/ and dated-19/11/2018 ref.PF[protected] Rs.19/11/2018 total-Rs.3998/ deducted from my account.Above context kindly help me and action against fraud man.My email is --- dineshsingh.[protected]@gmail.com

                                      The debit entries in your savings account(s), which shows transaction, have been made using the debit card, CVV & OTP. The said transaction is incumbent on the CVV number, which is essential for operating the card. The said CVV number is privy only to the customer and except the customer, nobody else can access the Card and withdraw funds/transaction without the knowledge of the customer. Further, the said CVV needs to be kept discreetly by the customer without the same being shared with any person or persons as it may result in the Debit Card being misused. The misuse of the Debit Card transaction happens without a possible compromise of PIN / CVV number. Based on the above information provided, the bank will not be able to bear the liability for the disputed transactions. We are however ready to offer our support by providing details of transactions, date, time, locations and all such data that could be useful for any investigation/ natural progression of the case.                                       Kindly above reference dated-27 December, 2018 in complaint no.ID-2149267 dated- 19/11/2018 .Mr.Rahul Tripathi had been sent email as a HDFC employee - [protected]@india.com on dated-19/11/2018 for demand to share my mobile number.Afterthat he has been called from his own mobile no.[protected] to us and share my atm number, cvv, otp etc.for the PAYZAPP/GATEWAY reimbursement/payment .Therefore they debit my account Rs.1999/- in two chance afterthat deducted my account total Rs.3998. And money have been transfered from my account no.[protected] dated-19/11/2018 POS515725*******2018PAYZAPP WALLET L POS DEBIT Ref.no.132505 withdrawal Rs.1999/ in Banglore at PayZapp Wallet Load on dt.19/11/2018 time-14:41:01 Available balance Rs.3581.31 .Secondly atonce fruther payment withdrawal Rs.1999/-dated-19/11/2018 POS517725******2018. ICICIPREP POS DEBIT on card ending 2018 Ref.no.PF[protected] Available balance 1582.30 Time.2.46 PM .Kindly help me for reimbrusement and action against fraud man.
