I am gurpreet singh posted at mansa from sangrur punjab.
Sir/madam
I take personal loan from hdfc bank my first emi due on 06-nov-2018 is rs 6573 on hdfc bank loan account no. 60884321 due to punjab govt pay software problem my salary not deposit on time and my salary account was freezed/onhold in the meantime my emi date due on date 06/11/18 reason of account freeze cheque return to hdfc bank. I paid my emi cash in hdfc bank account given by their patiala head manager who is incharge of this region. And my emi deposited with fine/other charges. But on 20/11/2018 emi again through cheque no 799831 deducted from my salary account 2nd time.
I am many time requested to manager that why ur bank again deduct emi second time. But nobody cares.
Then i contact with ur website to you. After i request u then bank refunded my emi. Now i also demand fine and harashment amount from bank of rs 5000/- why hdfc bank deduct emi two time and why they harashing people by using these tricks. If bank take fine from us why we people releaf them. I request many times that my salaried acount freezed due to problem in punjab govt system. But nobody cares and deduct cheque return charges from my account.
Dear sir i am requesting you to please solve this issue immediately and fine amount of rs 5000/- refund me bank. And warn these banks never harash people by doing these type of cheapthings and tricks.

    This unauthorized international transaction happened on 15th Oct'18 on my HDFC Credit card ending with last 4 digits as 6023 and on name of Harsh Gambhir and immediately I reported to call center and got my card blocked.The phone banking executive told me that they will report this to dispute and I will hear from them on way ahead. I have been was waiting for the revert from the bank on action they have taken or to be taken and to my surprise they have charged me with the amount in my statement and further getting calls from recovery for payment...this is harassment.

      Hello sir/maa'm,

      Before writing something to you i would like to say that i have trust in consumer forum that you will surely help people.

      I hold credit card of hdfc bank from last long years & taken personal loan 3 times for 5.5 lakhs & i never bounced emi as well as credit card outstanding also paid on time, but this time only little amount of shopping done over the credit limit & hdfc bank applied charged around 600 rs over limit fees & so i am requesting you to please reverse the overlimit fees to my account as i am the customer of hdfc bank from long years & never never bounced bill payments & emi, so please reverse the charges asap.

      We wish to clarify that, when the outstanding on your card account exceeds your assigned credit limit, an over limit fee of 2.5% of the amount exceeded the limit subject to a minimum of Rs.500.00 plus GST would get levied. We regret to accommodate your request and request you to effect payment of the overlimit amount ( if not done earlier ) to regularise and make your card account available for further usage and also suggest you to henceforth make use of your card within the assigned credit limit to avoid being levy of charges.       So again requesting you to please reverse the charges applied by bank as i am doing payments regularly & it will be good if you increase my credit limit but before that requesting you to reverse the charges applied to enjoy card benefits.

        Hdfc bank sanctoined illegal loan without checking repayment capacity of customer, cibil record for existing loans and net income.
        Already existing emi overlap from net monthly income, then also hdfc sanctioned loan of rs. 1, 73, 000.
        Till date customer pay emi, but he get in very bad debit financial condition and not able to pay emi now. He request their senior officer / managers and also to ceo mr. Aditya puri. But instead of help, they lock saving account and not to close this account. Taking daily followup.
        Customer already in tension and his staff increase his mental stress.
        Here bank did mistake and abusing customer.

          mer emi int nbr and finance charges charged separately

          Hi hdfc team,

          I had purchced an item from amazon on emi which was supposed to be no cost emi, i understant that the interest on emi was reduced by amazon from the device price. But now in my e statement i could see that i have been charged with two components namely mer emi int nbr and finance charges. According to me it should have been only a single charge rather than two things.
          Please clarify!

          This complaint is about penalty you charged as amb charges without letting me know for this month even after maintaining 10k as minimum balance.
          This is worst you doing with your customer. I want refund for the same else would complain to rbi forum.
          This way you will lose your customers.

            On 2nd december 2018 i did an imps transfer of rs. 5, 000/- from my hdfc saving account to ubi. The amount has been debited but not credited to the beneficiary account. Its been more than 4 days and still the amount is nowhere to be traced.in the hdfc application for mobile banking the status of the transaction shows as processor down. I would request the bank to look into this matter and resolve this issue.

            Hdfc being such a reputed bank comitting these types of silly mistakes is highly unacceptable.

              Good day. My name is arunkumar. I have applied for credit card 3weeks ago. Initially after all verification my application shows declined. I made a complaint, later they changed it to inprocess again. Now i received a mail that my application can’t be processed due to internal guidelines.

              If that is the problem, why you made me wait this long, submitted the document several times, i have spent a whole week resubmitting documents, all
              My verification are successful, if salary is the criteria then you must have informed earlier itself.

              Please don’t make this process useless fot me. Kindly reconsider the application and give positive responses

                I am a hdfc bank customer. Amb charges are debiting from my account without my notice.in this month - december, amb charges are debited. I got messages as amb chrg incl gst for december2018 deducted. This is very annoying and that to without any intimation unnecessarily my amount is being debited. My account is salary account that is not necessary to maintain minimum balance i am requesting you to refund the amount to my account. If you are not going to refund my amount i have to close this account for sure. Request you to kindly get it resolved.

                    I have initiated a transaction of imps for rs 10k on 1st dec and it got timed out. When i asked the customer care they said that it will credited to my account within 3-4 working days. However still the same has not happened and they simply cut the call or transfer the call to different unit and it gets cut before i could explain my situation.

                    As per npci, every time out should be reconciled every day and charge back should be issued within 2 days. But the same has not been done here.

                    Please help me out.

                      On 20th nov i made pre-close my load account, bank person told that you get a message after closing loan account. But till date 05th dec, no information. I have called to customer care and they told on 29th loan account is closed.
                      But after closing loan account, amount is been is deducted without any information.
                      Fraud done by hdfc bank.
                      Without my permission they misuse my account.

                        I am a hdfc bank customer. Amb charges are debiting from my account without my notice in this month - november amb charges are debited. And please note i have maintained the good balance in account. Still if they deduct amount every month, it will be a serious problem for me. I am requesting you to refund the amount to my account.                         Average Monthly Balance is calculated out at the end of the month. This is the average of the closing credit balance in the Account at the end of each day during the calendar month (i.e. a total of the daily closing credit balance divided by the total number of days during the month). In case this average is less than the minimum prescribed for your account, the charges for non-maintenance will be levied at the beginning of the following month along with the GST at the applicable rates. We note that the required AMB of Rs. 10000.00 was not maintained in your account due to which applicable AMB charges were levied in your account.                           I have been charged 885 rs for annual debit card maintainence fees i just read a complaint posted by soumit das earlier related to the same issue. I have an hdfc bank corporate salary account and have never been charged this amount. I called up their team i was advised to email them as i should not be charged. I did, i haven't got any reply. Now i call them again and their wait time is just unbelievable. After i get through it gets disconnected twice. Now the agent tells me that my card is not platinium i told her that several employees in my company don't have platinium cards still they don't get charged also i have this account for 5 years but then the call gets disconnected again. Looking at the no of complaints on this. It looks like a fraud or sham by hdfc bank.

                              My old hdfc food plus card is not working and I have issued the new food plus card inwhich I want my older card balance to be transferred. i have called to customer care multiple times but it was not getting connected. then I connected to banking sections and notified the issue but still no response.

                                I have recieved a mail through hdfc regarding the despatch of debit card but i haven't received the card. Even after updating the phone no in home branch it always says that the no is not registered. I changed my phone number through atm. Still it's not yet updated. Very poor service by hdfc bank. There is no no to speak to customer representative and hdfc always sends system generated mails for any queries.
                                My home branch is in gurgaon, and it is not possible for me to go to home branch for each and everything

                                  THe Bank has not Quoted house number on the post sent to me.
                                  When I tried to contact the branch they they don't have any working at branch level I need to contact customer care which is only computer operated call only.

                                  No executive are appointed. Pathetic service by such a big group.

                                  Not a single service is available after sales.

                                  neither my issue is listed on customer care nor it is being resolved by the branch.

                                    I purchased jewellery from tanishq worth more than rs. 1 lakh through my hdfc debit card on 6th august 2018. As per running offer i was supposed to get 5% cashback if paid through hdfc credit/debit card. 3 months already passed but till date no cashback received nor any communication is there stating the timeline for cashback. I have mailed customer care also but no reply other than auto generated email.

                                    Please look into this & revert.

                                      Hi hdfc,
                                      Your deducted rs 531 from my account. How can u deduct the money with out any info and am never expect from you guys hdfc i always take hdfc as a good bank but now think i was wrong. I’m not understanding what is this amb chrg incl gst for dec2018-mir[protected]. If you people want to do such things let me inform once. I don’t know from how long you guys are detecting my money.

                                      We wish to inform you that as per the terms and conditions applicable for salary account holders, if salary is not credited into the account for 3 consecutive months, the account will be converted from a zero balance salary account to a regular savings account. The special facilities offered on the Salary Account is pursuant to the arrangement between the employer / company and the Bank. These benefits are extended by virtue of your employment in the organization, on whose request the account is opened with the bank and subject to regular salary credit. We had observed that there were no salary credits in your account and under these circumstances the special benefits offered under the Corporate Salary Program were withdrawn. Hence, the requisite Average Monthly Balance of Rs. 10000.00 will need to be maintained in your account. In the absence of the same the applicable AMB non-maintenance charges will be levied in your account. The charges levied in your account pertain to non-maintenance of Average Monthly Balance of Rs. 10000.00 in your account. The charges levied are as per the Bank's schedule for fees and charges.
