Hi, our card machine is not working from 26th of nov 2018, when we are asking bank they are clue less why machine is not working. We have personally visited branch, we met multiple bank officers in last 10 days. But all efforts are in vain. None of the guys are serious about the same.
When we called customer care of hdfc, he says he can not take my complaint as we need to talk to branch only. Branch is not interested to resolve, hence there is no way to get this rectified.
We lost huge business due to non availability of card machine.
Please do not go for hdfc card machine, they are not at all interested in this business.

    Good evening,
    This mail is to point out few details on your employee, nitin, from hdfc bank, giga space, 3rd floor, viman nagar, pune.

    I had put up my application for personal loan online, and, my application was submitted for rs 1, 20, 000 (Dpl[protected], on 21/10/18. Also, was given a offer on credit card.

    I received a call from, one of your executives for collection of documents on 19/11/18. He reached my address, on 20/11/18, as discussed on call about it.

    Then, he handed over a number to me, when i enquired about the future updates on the loan. That number was of a person named, nitin. And, confirmed with the executive, as to when to receive a revert call from the given number.

    I waited for 4days, and, called to nitin's number on 23/11/18, as i knew it wouldn't have been able to process on that week, as it was eid on 21/11/18 and gurunanak jayanti on 23/11/18, to know about my submission of documents.

    At first, nitin was way too rude to deal with, on call. Later on, he changed to be like a person with no information on my loan and documents. He started replying me rudely when i asked him for the updates, saying, "i don't know, mam. Whenever it happens, you will receive a message and a call, till then don't disturb me by calling like this."

    I replied telling, "this is not a way to talk to a customer. I didn't call to pass my time. I am i am in serious need of finance so approached. So keep cool".

    He also, mocked me by saying, "cause your salary is less as compared to the salary for personal loan has to be, your documents still are in process. So you should wait until we receive something," by saying these words he just disconnected my call.
    I am attaching the call history of the executive and the guy named nitin, with this email.

    As soon as possible, kindly do the needful.

      29000 was deducted from my hdfc salary account to my credit card. Which is horrible as 22 days is remaining till december 31 and i'm already broke.
      After the deduction by credit card is blocked. What's the solution.
      Even in my net banking account i can not see any details.
      How am i supposed to take care of this month expenses. Horrible service

        Hi sir my name is simsy varghese from pune i had applied for loan of rs 120000 from hdfc bank viman nagar giga space 3rd floor and my loan application i'd (Dpl[protected] on dated 21/10/2018 and the response i got from an employee of the bank was pathetic. Now i regret, the fact that i had approached hdfc for a personal loan. The guy whose name is nitin, has been rude to me, right from the starting of our conversation regarding the loan. Whenever i called for updates on it, he just said "whenever it has to happen it will happen, don't have to call and disturb me for it". How can a employee talk to a customer in that way??

            I undersigned mr. Satyanarayan laxman surukutla residing at 83/44 b. D. D. Chawls, worli, mumbai - 400018.
            This is to bring to your kind attention that card no.[protected]xxxxxx0191 for an amount of rs.12, 423.23 dtd. 27/11/2018 and ref no. Rpms/lo/14580. Today i got credit card bill on my name and address. I do not hold any credit cards nor i am holding any hdfc bank credit card. But i don't know how i getting bills on my name and address.
            I hereby request your goodself forefeit the above said card immediately and take legal action against him immediately. He is using forged documents on my name and address. As per bank norms you can take legal action against him.
            This is my humble request please update me on this and help me to come out of this issue immediately.
            I shall be very much thankful for your prompt action in this matter and obliged.

                I used to have hdfc salary account and at that time i issued hdfc credit card but did not received that card. After 3 month when i closed my salary account at that time they don't inform about any credit card linked to my account but now after 7 month they send me a message that due to insufficient balanced you have to charged a fine against my account. This is so ridiculous that when i inquire about my account with customer care they told me that that particular branch where i submitted the closer form they did not processed that form so that that account now converted to saving account.

                  My salary account (In hdfc bank) [protected] was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card (Lost in 2 years back and i never requested for a new one). I logged into my account for some reason on 7th dec 2018 and i see that i have negative balance rs -21000 in my account. I request you to please take action. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

                    Dear concern,

                    I paid my minimum due amount as per credit card bill generated on 14th november 2018 but even though my credit card is reflecting as suspended and salary a/c balance of hdfc bank has been put on hold from 1st of december 2018 & intimation e mail has been received by me on 5th december 2018 on my e mail id. Actually between 1st december 2018 to 5th december 2018 there was standing instructions against my 2 running loans, al a/c 39780378 & pl a/c 39780378 & both of them bounced without any fault from my side.
                    Kindly remove the hold on a/c balance of my salary a/c & also activate my credit card under customer id no 42641517 because again there is an si scheduled for emi payment on 7th dec against one more pl a/c with the same salary account but due to hold on my entire balance of salary a/c of rs 90958.86/- it will also get bounced and that even after paying the minimum due amount rs190958/-on 3rd dec, but still the amount is on hold & the amount kept on hold has not been released after passing of 4days till now.

                      Hello,

                      I took a loan from hdfc bank, after that i complaint my issue regarding 13500 detected from my account without my knowledge. I raised a complaint in consumer complaints also. After that i received a threaten call from [protected] and his email id is rajesh. [protected]@hdfcbank.com.

                      Whoever called for me complaint addressee person scolded me anything,

                      First he asked why u signed empty paper
                      Ans : hereafter bank should not get signature in empty paper.

                      Second : where we agreed 10.99%, give me proof.
                      Ans : i don't have proof. But hdfc bank should forward the proof to me 11.25% where i agreed. Please upload my documents whatever i given to hdfc bank. I suspect my document are used hdfc bank or not.

                      Finally understood, he is asking me immediately close the loan. If the consumer has bulk in hand about 5lac why the people are going loan.

                      The hdfc bank is not people service, its local finance i think.

                      Still i can't digest my loss of 13500 from the hdfc bank.
                      Government will not take care about this things i hope. People whoever suffering from through hdfc bank. Please write it in all the way open to the world.

                      Clearly attached loan processing person notes, first line written correct interest agreed second line after raising issue they updated themselves and forwarded to me.

                      On top of that earlier complaint, i received response from bank following the same

                        Sir, there was a cash back offer in tanishq, i am eligible to get the 5% cash back as per tanishq official.

                        I have done transaction of around rs.96672 on 28th august. 2018 at tanshiq. Till date i am not received the cash back.

                        As per offer to the merchant outlet i. E. Tanshiq, i am eligible for the 5% cash back around rs. 4833/-.

                        Hdfc customer care says, talk to merchant outlet and tanishq official says talk to bank.

                        Now what should i do?

                            Hello all respected authorities,

                            Sorry to hit your inbox. But as a highest authority hope you understand the concern.

                            I want to make a complaint against ch in pune
                            Mr. Raja upadhyay.

                            How will you higher such person in your so called reputed organisation. This guy is not having any sense that how to talk and how to behave with their coullegus and employees.

                            Do you teach in your leaning sessions that to use 'saala', 'harami' and 'pichwada' kind of words in con call and even while scolding? This is how you build manager and ch?

                            At least they should not use abusing words in front of everyone. He even scold and make feel you very bad in front of their regular customers.

                            He always do partiality while bahaving. He has some people who do his nonsense unnecessary work. And he behave nicely with them. And the one who is doing work from his wholesale you scold them. What a wonderful work culture.

                            If you do not take any action against him soon then for sure in few days will fir of harrassment in workplace against him. Also going to take help of 'right to information act'. You should tell about your working hours and many other things.

                            Can you please let me know where do you mention in your offer letter and term and conditions that
                            1. You should not leave the branch until and unless you do not do business? Unless their could be 9 or 10 pm? Even for female staff?
                            2. To respond on what's app though you are busy with customers?
                            3. To respond on what's app thought you leave the branch and non working hours?

                            I will ask all these details in 'right to information act'.

                              I have applied for the credit card (Regilia) through my personal banker.
                              At the time of applying, i checked the address in netbanking and the address was correct, so i applied through netbanking.

                              Complaints

                              1. After few days, i got the message the address provided is wrong and hence bludart will deliver back my credit card. On confirmation, i get to know that only part of the address had been mentioned.br...

                                I am navin, recently i had submitted a credit card address change request form at one of the hdfc branches in bangalore. The request was declined due to signature mismatch. However, as far as i know, there has been no change in my signature from the very beginning. I have been using this card from past 5-6 years.
                                The phone banking officer informed me to submit a hard copy of the signature change form to resolve the issue. However, i am unable to find a signature change request form for a credit card online.
                                But since i believe there is no change in my signature, please help me to verify and process my address change request.
                                My card was due for renewal. My new card was returned back from my old address.

                                    My name is k. Arulkumar from pondicherry. I had applied a home loan at public sector bank. But bankers stopped my loan process due to insufficient cibil score. Because a hdfc credit cards number has showing to my cibil statement. I am not used any debit and credit cards even i do not have any account also. The card ([protected]) not belongs to me. The card details given bellow,

                                    Card open date:13.03.2008
                                    Card closed date: 23.04.2015
                                    Card limit: 110674
                                    Current balace: 16139
                                    Due amount: 12595

                                    This all details i did collected from hdfc credit card customer care. As per the customer care call verification date of birth, address, name are mismatched. Then received my complaints and few days later provide complaint id: 8216324 also. Thereafter doesn, t give any response so kindly verify complaints. From last one month following this issue but still you did not any helps from your side. I have very much suffered regarding this hdfc credit card issues. Please find the mistake and close my complaints as soon as possible.

                                      Hi, iam trying to reach you past 4 weeks for emi query but you have worst and worst customer care services. Let the customers know about the emi facility before by mail or message, because of this incident i decided to close my credit card account from hdfc and if customer had any issue who will take care? Who is resposible for that? I need ur attention to resolve this query. Kindly do the needfull asap
