I'm really feeling frustrated with continuous follow up on this. I have lost my food plus card in August 2018 and my first mail started to your team through mail(FoodCardSupport.[protected]@hdfcbank.com) on 08/22/2018 with regard to this. It is more than 3 months since then, but still I haven't get my new card. More than 10 follow up emails have been sent to the above mail ID.

XXX - My company name

Kindly please arrange for new card ASAP, if not please arrange to return my cash balance of Rs. 672 which is blocked in my old card.

If I don't get prompt response for this, I may go for legal precedence on this regard.

Already updated my details on the below URL for card activation / detail correction / new card.

        I had bought a IPHONE X from Jamson Porvrim Mapusa Goa on 1st May 2018, and was assured a cashback offer of 10k .
        I have been calling HDFC from last 6 month as i have still not seen the credit in the credit card account.

        Inspite of multiple calls to HDFC & assurance from your team, i do not see the credit reflecting in my account.

        Request for refund in my account as per the deal.

          Is there any limit on amount you can withdraw by cheque in cash by rbi and you have to state the purpose you need to withdraw funds???
          I had sent my employee today sda branch delhi and he had to return back with nill amount as he was asked these questions on cash withdrawal from my account and all tough i am preferred customer nobody bothered to call me before sending him empty handed. I need this money for family wedding coming up and for first time i could not honour my cash payments to various vendors.
          Further its is sheer dadagiri i have a current account which i have reopened in panchsheel branch and i wanted to close the same at sda branch and i have gone personally to close with the request but off no avail and today they replied to my employee when he enquired about the same he was told go to the same branch where you have opened a new account rudely.

          I am very angry with this attitude pnb type of your employees and its high time,

            My name is sagar verma i joined a company in the year 2013 and that company opened my salary account in hdfc bank but didn't gave any basic terms and conditions of salary account. I left that job after few month because of study reason. I am not using that a/c from 1 year. And now i. E. After 1 year i am totally shocked and worrying about the same.
            Can you please suggest me any way that what should i do. Can it be waived or i will have to pay all these amount..

              Hello this is vishav a hdfcbank customer. Today I went to hdfc bank Jammu branch( rehari chungi ) for the query related to credit card ..there I went to branch manager her name is SHWETA RANI ..she just don't know how to talk to the customers ..she is very rude and does not give me proper satisfactory answers moreover she did not even look at me when I was asking queries related to my card. She misbehaved with me and treated a customer as if he is a begger. This type of ### non sense service did not expect from a well known bank ..I hope you gonna tell her regarding this thing and teach her some ettiquetes how yo treat to a customer . I am going to close my account and moreover will not recommend this to others also ..I wish for an early reply, I want to know what you gonna do in this regard. I am waiting for your reply.

                  regarding the amount deducted from my account for low balance charge

They have mentioned i should mantained 1000 rs bcoz my account is now converted into saving account. Now i have told to branch employes that i will mantain 10000 rs but please refund my amount, bcoz the amount is near about 6000 rs. But after the mantaining 10000 rs, they are telling we can't refund you that deducted amount, so please check...

                  Dear sir i'm already requested smart pay on my idea mobile number. Our telecal executive reffer register smart pay. Benefits of annual fee waiver offer. I ready to register smart pay i tell my mobile number. Our executive conformation of annual fee waiver. But still time amount of 500+45+45 charged. I check my smart pay but not registered my idea number. Our executive reason idea number not linked smart pay. But this is not my mistake. It wrong communicate our executive.                     On 20 Nov 2018 i have ordered Mi Earphones in amazon india[protected] and on the same day i cancelled that order and received a mail confirmation from amazon india on the same day with refund reference number[protected] and it is mentioned in the mail that refund will be credited to my account on 28 Nov 2018 but till not i haven't received any refund and am attaching the documents for your reference. Called hdfc customer care multiple times but they are telling amazon india have not initiated the refund and when i call amazon india they are telling that it is pending since hdfc people haven't processed further.

                      Dear sir,

                      I have deposited cheque no 000017 in 17/11/2018 at dindori branch in hdfc bank. My account number [protected] named as shikha vishwakarma. I have deposit slip as a proof. But yesterday they send me back cheque with report your cheque post dated. Sir cheque last date have crossed.
                      Now this is not my mistake this is bank manager mistake and i confirm manager through phone if fund is not sufficient so bounce the cheque client will not again issue me cheque i need this bounce status of cheque for legal uses. Now i am in big trouble... Kindly resolved my problem...

                        This is to bring in your kind notice that i manoj kumar holding your credit card no 485*1998 from last couple of years.
                        Now the issue is that my billing cycle is on 4th of every month the last bill which i received in the month of nov 2018 and the due date was 24/11/2018 and i have deposited the last c/q on dt. 22/11/2018.
                        And according to me i had paid your bill before due date, now may i ask you that why i have charged finance charge rs.8578/- and other various charges saying that you have got my payment late, any local cheque take not more the two working day to clear. Now may i also ask u to explain me that how i made the payment late and why i have charged extra. And the mental harassment which i am facing from couple of days and who will be the responsible for my unnecessary harassment for making my payment with in time as i do usually.
                        Sir i would be thankful i[censored] look into the matter and pl revert my all the extra charges immediately, as i may also tell you that i will not pay any single penny extra related to the above matter and pl do the need full and kindly revert back.

                          I have already had a credit card from hdfc bank since from past 1.5years and i have closed it manually by mailing a letter to branch head near nallakunta due to my abroad plans now all my plans are cancelled due to some other reasons which i couln't mention here.

                          Later i applied for my credit card through online banking with the help of relation manager reference number ([protected]s3) and after few days i got a message that you mailing address has been changed. Yes!! It is but after dropping a mail to branch head to update my new address they approved it and my process never started its been a month now and the status of my credit card is dissaproval without any solution. Please look forward i request you to re-process my application again.

But, today they showed the status as declined. Now the executive is not picking up my call. Also i visited hdfc infocity branch, bhubaneswar. They stated me that due to resident office address and current residing address the application is declined. I have submitted all the relative documents but still its get declined. How this is possible?

                            After i raised a complaint here, HDFC mailed me to submit few documents..i have sumitted the documents but now they mailed be that my application has ben rejected. I dnt know what HDFC wants...if this is the case then please give my documents back to me nd also if not i will be raising this thing to consumer board.
                            Till now there is no action from HDFC bank site.

                              I am gurpreet singh posted at mansa from sangrur punjab.

                              I take personal loan from hdfc bank my first emi due on 06-nov-2018 is rs 6573 on hdfc bank loan account no. 60884321 due to punjab govt pay software problem my salary not deposit on time and my salary account was freezed/onhold in the meantime my emi date due on date 06/11/18 reason of account freeze cheque return to hdfc bank. I paid my emi cash in hdfc bank account given by their patiala head manager who is incharge of this region. And my emi deposited with fine/other charges. But on 20/11/2018 emi again through cheque no 799831 deducted from my salary account 2nd time.
                              I am many time requested to manager that why ur bank again deduct emi second time. But nobody cares.
                              Then i contact with ur website to you. After i request u then bank refunded my emi. Now i also demand fine and harashment amount from bank of rs 5000/- why hdfc bank deduct emi two time and why they harashing people by using these tricks. If bank take fine from us why we people releaf them. I request many times that my salaried acount freezed due to problem in punjab govt system. But nobody cares and deduct cheque return charges from my account.
                              Dear sir i am requesting you to please solve this issue immediately and fine amount of rs 5000/- refund me bank. And warn these banks never harash people by doing these type of cheapthings and tricks.

                                This unauthorized international transaction happened on 15th Oct'18 on my HDFC Credit card ending with last 4 digits as 6023 and on name of Harsh Gambhir and immediately I reported to call center and got my card blocked.The phone banking executive told me that they will report this to dispute and I will hear from them on way ahead. I have been was waiting for the revert from the bank on action they have taken or to be taken and to my surprise they have charged me with the amount in my statement and further getting calls from recovery for payment...this is harassment.

                                but now i want to change my last name into bhati, i am really need to change my name, i have all documents adhar pan and voter card with this name umesh bhati and bank staff say to me one more documents news paper ads gazetted notification, i have already three documents with this name

                                  Hello sir/maa'm,

                                  Before writing something to you i would like to say that i have trust in consumer forum that you will surely help people.

                                  I hold credit card of hdfc bank from last long years & taken personal loan 3 times for 5.5 lakhs & i never bounced emi as well as credit card outstanding also paid on time, but this time only little amount of shopping done over the credit limit & hdfc bank applied charged...

                                  Hdfc bank sanctoined illegal loan without checking repayment capacity of customer, cibil record for existing loans and net income.
                                  Already existing emi overlap from net monthly income, then also hdfc sanctioned loan of rs. 1, 73, 000.
                                  Till date customer pay emi, but he get in very bad debit financial condition and not able to pay emi now. He request their senior officer / managers and also to ceo mr. Aditya puri. But instead of help, they lock saving account and not to close this account. Taking daily followup.
                                  Customer already in tension and his staff increase his mental stress.
                                  Here bank did mistake and abusing customer.

                                    mer emi int nbr and finance charges charged separately

                                    Hi hdfc team,

                                    I had purchced an item from amazon on emi which was supposed to be no cost emi, i understant that the interest on emi was reduced by amazon from the device price. But now in my e statement i could see that i have been charged with two components namely mer emi int nbr and finance charges. According to me it should have been only a single charge rather than two things.
                                    Please clarify!
