Actually i was made a transaction of rs. 42990 for an order on flipkart from hdfc payzapp wallet using my sbi debit card on sun, oct 14, 2018 11:27 pm and the transaction id is[protected]lv42gs0 on payza op wallet.
Unfortunately that order on flipkart was cancelled and they said they started my refund process on oct 23, 2018 and the refund was completed by oct 31, 2018 with the transaction id[protected]lv42gs0 which is same as previous transaction id on payzapp. So i suspect that flipkart has refunded the money to payzapp but the refund neither reflected on my sbi account nor on payzapp. When i call payzaap customer care they said that flipkart directly refunded to my sbi account and so they have nothing to do.
So i would request you to take necessary action for giving me my hard earned money. Thank you.

    My name is julfikar alam, my customer id 39846376, i am actually hdfc salary account holder. I had taken personal loan from hdfc bank (Loan number :3978518).

    Due to some urgency i have applied top up refill rs 60000 with my existing loan (No 3978518). I have submitted all the paper document to hdfc loan department team.

    They have misleaded me and provided a to fresh loan (Loan no[protected] instead of top up refill. When i disputed there was no need of fresh loan,. They are saying that you need come to our head office for foreclosed your existing loan. Why they are doing that kind of misleading process with their customer. How i can foreclose my existing loan when i require a top up loan without any charges. Beacuse this is not my fault. They are fault.

    Is this your service for your valuable customer. Could you please look into this and assist me asap.

    It's not expected from HDFC personal loan department . Still now they are not doing their jobs . They are harassing to me . I am not getting any resolution from their end.Still activate my existing loan .

      I had applied for an hdfc jet privilege platinum credit card through you hdfc sales agent/ third party agency (Mob no. [protected]). I had sent all necessary documents by mail specifying the type of card required. The application form was sent to me for signature after i insisted for the same. However today i received a regalia first credit card (Ending 5827) which is of no use to me. I am a frequent flyer of jet airways and had particularly requested for the jp platinum card. I am appalled by the way the process is handled and even after repeated reminders i was sent the wrong card. The third party agency is a scam, promising something and delivering something else.

        In contest to the complaint reference id-[protected], where a amount of 80, 000 was withdrawn on 4th december, 18 at 12:02am (40, 000 twice) from my account at west delhi, when i was in pune. I immediately got my card blocked. I have lodged the fir and dispute form immediately. I am not getting any follow up though, no emails or message or call. According to rbi rule the matter should be resolved within 3-10 working days, but hdfc is just not reliable or taking any responsibility of giving any kind of follow up to me.

        I have dropped the mail on the above said email id, as well I have dropped many mails on grievances.[protected]@hdfc.com, but have not heard back from any of the representative of HDFC nor on call neither thorough mail. I don't know what is going on, or how far the investigation has proceeded.

            My car insurance claim was rejected by the hdfc ergo motor insurance company. On 15th november my car caught fire due to fire crackers and i registered a claim. We have received your request for policy [protected]. Your request number 26324120 has been registered with us. Thank you for calling hdfc ergo. The surveyor came and took pictures at showroom. And i also showed him the cctv footage. Next i met the assistant vice president of hdfc ergo south. He said that he would be get back to me and next day when i called him, he said my claim was rejected due to my negligence.. I was shocked and disappointed. I'm going through lot of mental trauma and huge loss of my hard earned money. Please kindly help me.

              Hi, Some agent called me and offered me one combo policy (Super Income plus Retirement plan) and asked you are going to get about 30% discount if you pay from Credit card.I provided them one cancel cheque and HDFC card copy.Now I got the policy but only for super income, retirement plan not mentioned also the maturity value was different.I visited HDFC life office and also called customer care they denied the agents offer.However I have undergone 5 level verification.I cancelled the policy, then agent threatened me that we will not allow to cancel your policy wait and watch what we can do.Now I am getting rs 30000 deduction request alert from HDFC life from my SBI account.I think from SBI cheque I provided .I written complaint to HDFCLIFE but no body responding.Pls help ASAP.

                I made the following transactions on 29th july which should have counted towards the 5% cashback offer with tanishq, but i never received the cashback and it has been more than 4 months now.
                My first transaction was for rs.1, 00, 000 in my hdfc regalia credit card, and two transactions on my hdfc debit card for rs.80, 000.00 and rs.45, 000.00 respectively. According to the terms and conditions, i should have received 5% cashback for both my credit as well as debit card accounts.

                            Hello,

                            I have applied personal loan, received on 24/07/2018. From the day i raised complaint for breakup details. My sanctioned amount they said 5 lacs. But i received 4, 62, 507.00 only into my account.

                            Further i continuously asking the loan details and give me details about detected from my account.

                            Hence, i didn't asked to close my existing loan but they said it closed. As i mentioned i requested only parallel loan. Its mistake of the bank communication.

                            And moreover, they said 0.99% processing and 10.99% is the agreed interest and detection.

                            Finally i got breakup through my own risk, now i could see the problem where they cheated through bank.
                            I neverever request insurance on my personal loan account, still i could see detected around 5735.

                            I surprised about breakup, my loan account amount stolen around 13500 through the hdfc bank guys professionally.
                            And, my cheque are claimed for loan collection without my knowledge and it was bounced, still i cheated here 701 for bouncing.

                            So, please clear onething, why they charged for
                            Gap interested booking
                            Insurance
                            Processing more than 1%
                            Sanction more than 5 lac.

                            Please respond its big issue.

                            Finally cheating personal loan account number is 58905222 they accounted.

                            Its strange you people. But for me 13500 tragedy.

                              I have done an online tranasaction using my credit card. For some reason, i have return the item and i have received a refund of 7200 and 630 rs from a merchant but the amount is still not credited in to my credit card ending in 6179.
                              Please find the reference no. 5bed136c11db and let me know when will i get my refund. It is very difficult to talk to a customer service agent from hdfc bank.

                                Hi,
                                I had hdfc credit card (Ending-4104) which expired on oct 2018. I dropped email to customer care for not interested any renewal. But they renew new card and generating statements. I don't want to continue the card.
                                Already have another bank credit card.
                                Now i received hdfc credit renewal message and getting bill statements.

                                I don't know how the hdfc credit department work. They issued or renewed old card with new one without my permission. I have not taken new card. Means as of now i don't have any hdfc credit card. Please let me know, how to stop receiving this.
                                Just simply say, i don't want the hdfc credit card.

                                  On 20 Nov 2018 i have ordered Mi ear phones in amazon india[protected] and on the same day i cancelled that order and received a mail confirmation from amazon india on the same day with refund reference number[protected] and it is mentioned in the mail that refund will be credited to my account on 28 Nov 2018 but till not i haven't received any refund and am attaching the documents for your reference. Called hdfc customer care multiple times but they are telling amazon india have not initiated the refund and when i call amazon india they are telling that it is pending since hdfc people haven't processed further.

You can get your latest address updated with us and write to us at [protected]@hdfcbank.com for redirection of card post updation. Address updation through Netbanking : Please follow the below steps to update the address through Netbanking: Log in to your NetBanking account Click on “Update contact details” on top of the page Click on “Update address” Click “Update” tab. You will be redirected to upload the self-attested scanned copy of document. Update your address under "Address details" Select the document type that you wish to upload from the drop down menu under "Address proof" Click "+" and select the document Click "upload" Type the code shown in the box Select "I/we confirm that we have read the Terms & conditions and that all details provided on the form are true & correct" Click on "Submit" Following are the documents that you can upload as Address Proof during the above procedure: 1) Passport 2) Driver License 3) Voter's Card 4) Aadhar Card 5) Central or State Government issued ID Card. If the request / document is in order, the address would be updated in 2 working days. Alternatively, You can submit an application for change in address duly signed, at the branch. Please mention your Customer Identification Number in the request.                                     When i fill online form so Bank debited RS. 1800 from my account but Transcition is not done. So olz refund my money.

                                      I paid my hdfc credit card bill amount of rupees 30, 592. On june 1st 2018 around 9 pm. But i got a mail next day saying that my autopay was initiated and due to non - availability of sufficient funds a payment return fee will be levied to your card account, if applicable. Then i called the hdfc credit card customer care service to complaint about the same. I was not informed of autopay being turned on. But an amount of rs 611 was rolled out on my credit card under unbilled transactions along with the statement balance that i’ve paid. Why should i pay the return fee as i already cleared the payment in my card. And why is the statement balance still showing under unbilled transactions. This is unfair and not acceptable. I’ve been getting mails from the bank asking me to pay the bill when i’ve already paid it in the first place. Please resolve the issue asap.
