Hi

I hold an account with hdfc bank, the a/c no. Being[protected] at branch birati, kolkata. I also have a demat a/c linked to my account. My trading id is 3291791. Branch manager, mr. Debjyoti dutta and mr. Deep banerjee had assisted me to open the account with hdfc bank. I have been noticing unnecessary debits from my a/c which i was never informed of. I have not carried out any trading on these days. The details are as follows:

I was never mentioned about these debits beforehand in person or through any other kind of notification. Request you to please look into the matter and reverse the unnecessary withdrawals.

I was sold this product with wrong details. When I came to surrender the policy I was not properly supported by the Adyar branch office. This is disgusting. When they sell the product you are treated Royal and when you go with queries you are treated like scum.

      Dear sir,
      I, somnath bhosale, am a credit card holder with your bank since the year 2016. I have used the card and was regularly paying back the bank for quiet some time as the records would show. And now i am ready to pay the credit card bill.
      I am facing problem from hdfc bank credit card dept.

      Hdfc put my account on hold i getting money through neft now hdfc credit card dept asking to deposit money in cash for.

      I unable to use my account then how can i pay credit card bill.

      Please help me to resolve asap.

        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number without my concern. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

          I have a minimum balance of rps 4300 approx. To be paid for my hdfc credit card which i am unable to pay due to medical emergency but i have balance of rps 11000 in savings account of hdfc only. Now my savings account shows lien amount of rps 4346 approx. But the mini. Payment for hdfc credit card is not updated yet. Collection department is harassing me, bank (Unitech cyber park branck gurgaon) denied help as they said they don't have authority to clear lien amount, customer care is worst as i am not able to reach ([protected], [protected]).

              I had purchased a samsung galaxy note 8 device on 16/07/2018 from reliance digital, hinjewadi phase i, pune, and was told that i would be receiving a cashback of rs. 4000 within 90 days.

              It's been nearly 5 months now, and my 5th emi is supposed to be debited, still there is no sign of cashback. I am constantly being told that it would get adjusted within next 3 days, and that is happening for last 30 days.

              I am really disappointed and would launch a formal complaint with consumer court if no proper action is taken regarding this.

                Hi,
                My credit card got expired and i need to updated the address, but unfortunately every time i request the update my signature mismatch. I also submitted signature mismatch but it also didn't worked and it was rejected.

                    I need to bring to your attention about my experience as an hdfc bank customer. I have taken a business loan from hdfc bank rajouri garden. I have been paying for the past one year and now in the month of nov' 18 my business facing some financial crunch and unable to pay full emi at one shot. All inflow of business is credited in same account to adjust with emi.

                    I wish to lodge a complaint regarding the debt collection practices of your employee mr. Ananad kumar (Mobile # [protected]).

                    Mr. Anand kumar, a representative of your bank rang me on 26.11.18. He has gave threats and was very abusive and shouted on me. He gave me mental torture and used foul and raw languages, taunted and tried to humiliate. He was very rude and harsh and kept on shouting and asking “give me a date to come and collect the payment. He was shouting and saying that he would sit at my place all day till the time we don't pay him.
                    And to mention a few words that he used, have a glance at the following utterances of that person –

                    1. "jab tumhari paise wapas karne ki aukaat nahi hai to fir loan kyun lete ho"
                    2. "ya to payment kar de, warna bahut tarike hain bank ke paas paise lene ke"
                    3." main tumhare ghar pe aounga our payment leke jaounga” etc. Etc

                    Please take necessary action against him, so that it doesn’t happen again.

                      Mobile purchased on 22nd May 2018 from Poorvika, Express Avenue. Cash back not received so far. Supposed to be credited within 90 days... but it's more than six months now. None of my cash backs are received. Nothing happens without follow-up and reminders. Please resolve.

                        It has noticed from the above statement that rs.1180/- (Rs.1000/- as renewal membership fee + rs.180/- as igst) has charged/levied on 01.11.2018, which is not correct & unacceptable. Since at the time of apply of this credit card, your's representative told that this card is free for life time i. E no any charges for life time. So, levy of these charges is unfair & breach of trust.
                        You are requested to look into the matter & arrange to withdraw/wave off these charges at the earliest.

                          My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of march i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card (Lost in 1 years back and i never requested for a new one). I see that i have rs -3091 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

                              I can't get back my refund of r.1299. Flipcart company and siddeshwar fab shows that they successfully returned my amount in my account but statement shows there will be no credit in account

                                Kindly confirm from big c team himatnagar branch inform us while taken iphone8 .I have again complete on big c show show room incharge and total staff, I have visited more then 30times regarding cash back .. serious I will book a fir and give a complete in new paper that big c team or HDFC playing with customers saying cash back available cheating customers.. because of them HDFC Bank brand is be scrued .. I won't leave big c and hfdc who made me pissed off from last 3months ..

                                  My customer id is 15009. A request for free atm card has been given to the chembur ca road branch on 16th nov 2018. So far nothing has happened. Any bak in the country issues such card within 3-5 days but this bank has been sleeping over it. No feed back or response on the same. The bank service is poor in the recent past and is carried over by brand name with gods blessing. Copy of acknowledgement from the bank attached.

                                  The bank talked to me informing no free card is available as originally suggested by the Bank at time of application request. Hence not going for the ATM Card. I thank the consumer form for getting a resolution.

                                    Hi team, today (02nd dec 2018) about 02:25 pm i have called to hdfc credit card customer care help line [protected] and that call was received by bikram nayak.
                                    I have few queries to know about my emi balance and teneority, however he was denied to giving my such information rather than he routed me to check via obline banking. As i was already told him that i am that much of flexible with ney banking.
                                    Please audit that call recording and request you to have a look into the issue.

                                    Hope being a customer i can expect all tgeinformation from customer care executive when i called him.

                                    I have booked a flight ticket through smart buy but my I order got failed and the same was confirmed by smart buy but refund didn't got credited. Last four digits of card no. 0364 date of transaction 30/aug/2018 for Rs.2555/-. Account is with Hdfc bank Chidambaram.

                                      I met with an accident last month due to which i missed my last credit card payment. I received a call from the vank told them will be paying the amount of 1st of december. Same thing i have done.

                                      My salary credited today i made the payment to the bank now they have put my balance on hold. After two days one nach is activated.

                                      Request to you and the hdfc team please unhold my amount

                                        I am nishant nandkeolyarr user of hdfc bank since last 4 years. I am using credit card from 1.5 years and always payment on time.
                                        But during these previous 2 months my financial condition is not good so it's take time to pay outstanding amount.

                                        To my surprise, i got to know hdfc credit card recovery agency contact number hacked my banking data and called my friends and clients about late payment and skipping just one due date credit card mimimum balance payment. I find it extremely offensive and some data from the bank and leaking banking information. I want an action against every one mentioned above, will only wait for next 12 hours after writing this to furnish details to law.
