Dear All,

This is to bring in your notice that i ( Pushpa Devi ) have an account with ICICI bank. My account number is[protected]

Please note i have an vehicle loan[protected] set up for 21 jun 2018.against which the EMI is supposed to be taken out on 5th of every month. In the month October due to some fraud happened in my account i was failed to keep the minimum balance required on the account on 5th October 2018 due to which the cheque bounce fees was charged on my account however after that i maintained the required balance on the account but still got some charges on 5th November, 6th November, 16 November, 20 November 2018, 22 November 2018.

Also note i went to ICICI bank on 8th November 2018 informed them the same however still haven't received any response, they just advised that the charged are occurred on the account as HDFC shows the loan cheque to ICICI couple of times that"s why the charges was raised.
on the same day visited hdfc bank also.they have rinsed the complaint against the same (102935/[protected]but still got no resolution. after that i called to hdfc customer care they are saying they have charged only Rs. 624( ..cheque bounce fee 590 + rs.34 late fee ) which they are saying that can be waived but i m failed to understand why the other charges occurred and who is responsible for the same.

Attaching the below supporting documents:
- Receipt of hdfc bank received on 8th November 2018.
- Bank statement highlighting the charges on it.

Can anybody look into the matter and help to do the needful asap.

This is a very disappointing and upsetting situation for me.

    Booked train ticket using hdfc bank account attached to paytm. Amount debited and it is showing not booked. Pending from bank side.

    Please do needful. I can't book new ticket. It is showing under booked ticket history also. What to do. Either you guys refund full or show correct on irctc.

      This is in reference to the debit card through which a gold jewelry from tanishq was purchased in july. As per the on-going offer, i was supposed to get a cash back of rs. 5000 (5 percent) of the purchase amount (Rs. 100, 000/-). However, it's been over four months i have still not received.

      I have already written about this matter along at grievance. [protected]@hdfcbank.com on 30th november. Provide the debit card details also.

      So, request you to update us on the status of cashback and when the same shall be credited.

          Without informing me hdfc one assist (Wallet) has been renewed (For the 2nd year) with rs. 1899/- debited from my credit card.
          I request you to cancel the renewal of hdfc one assist (Wallet).
          Already the same complaint has been raised through phone banking on sep/18, oct/18 & 23/nov/18.
          Kindly update with reversal of this amount to my credit card.

          Your executives are saying an amount of rs. 900/- was credited to my account, but i checked in my credit card statement no amount was credited at the month of sep/18, oct/18 & nov/18

          At the time of availing no one informed me that this is a auto renewal.
          I have the recorded voice call with your executives.
          If the plan is not getting cancelled i am going to take legal action against your firm.

            I am an ardent user of hdfc bank since last 12 years. Have a personal banker and availed all services of hdfc bank. I am paying all my emis in time and recommended hdfc bank to people.

            To my surprise, i got to know hdfc credit card recovery agency contact number: [protected], [protected] and [protected] hacked my banking data and called my friends and clients about late payment and skipping just one due date credit card mimimum balance payment. I find it extremely offensive and i am also filing a complaint against bank with it cell to authorize use of my data from the bank and leaking banking information.               I purchased an apple ipad on 14th february under the 'valentine's day 10000 cashback offer'. ​as per the offer a cashback of 10000 was supposed to be credited within the 90 days of purchase.

              Tried email the customer care, but the emails bounce back.

              Its been more than 90 days and the cashback is not credited.
              Under this scheme it was mandatory for the buyer to opt for 6 months emi.

                I received a hdfc bond by post and a rs 8124/- bill to my credit card even no one informed me about it. Please stop it and delete bill generated in my credit account. I request all the hdfc ergo officials and hdfc credit card officials to dont impose such kind of incidents again future.

                  I have booked a rd through online banking. The interest rates mentioned on line is 9% for 3yrs and upon receipt of rd slip it is mentioned 7.5% for 3yrs.

                  Why such misleading?

                      20k from my bank account is on hold and there is no reason for this i always make payments of cc on time and more than min due

                      Please release the amount and this will be the last. I am hr in finance in bt glbal services pvt ltd will surely put suggestion so all the salaried hdfc bank accounts with you are closed and we have better options like standard chartered.

                          I have taken a loan on credit card and after 10 days I informed the customer care that i don't need that loan still they are cherging heavy amount which I can say its a mistake of credit card represantative. I requested the bank officials several times but they are not willing to listen to my words. I completly disagree of pay 2400+ amount for 10 days 0f 60K loan even if it is rule that within 45days it can be cancelled.

                            I ordered nike shoes from jabong with order ID 109365409426023529603 on 9th nov. Rs. 2659.21 and paid through payzapp. I returned the product next day due to quality issue. As per jabong statement, they issued refund on 15th nov. to payzapp. But Payzapp did not transfer the amount to my bank account(SBI) and provided me a false reference number as I've confirmed with the bank. I'm calling to the payzapp customer support but they're not providing me any resolution.

                            Please give me solution asap.

                              I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number without my concern on date:28/9/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/-

                                Based on my last complaint the annual fees of rs 750 has been reversed by the bank and the card is blocked. But the bank has refunded the gst of rs 135 on the same. The annual fees was debited along with gst on 3rd november 2018 and wonder why same is refunded since it would not been deposited to govt authority yet. A similar action with my icici bank credit card, i got annual fees alongwith gst refunded. Different colours in different banks is proper?

                                Please note as per the recent amendments, the Finance Bill has widened the scope of banking and financial services which are eligible for the levy of Good and Services Tax (GST ). As per the current Finance Bill, all fees and transaction charges levied in your card account will attract a rate of GST @ 18%. In terms of these guidelines provided by the Finance Bill, the Bank will be levying the GST accordingly and thereby wish to reiterate that GST component once charged will not be reversed.                                 I am surprised to note your rules different from other Private banks. I cancelled a Credit card of ICICI Bank in this month. I was refunded with fees plus GST. I shall knock the doors of RBI.

                                  I have given a credit card from hdfc, during the disclosure it was told to me its a lifetime free credit card and no charges will apply for it after doing the first transaction at the payzap, but when i received my credit-card i found that the name embossed on it was not correct so this card definitely doesn't belong to me as the embossed name and my name and mistake so i decided not to use this card. Hence i never activated or even use this card anytime, also escalated this issue to the concerned department that the name embossed on is incorrect is not correct & i will not use it please close this. My email ref no is [protected] after 3-4 months i received an email of payment of the annual fee of the credit card. This is not accepted.
                                  1. The card received had incorrect details, also inform the same via email ut no action was taken, why should i pay for the card which doesn't belong to me
                                  2. Never activated or used card, how could company charge me if i have not activated any such service

                                  It has over 5 days but no official communication has happened regarding the same, also I have given a written application at HDFC back woril branch but it seams hdfc seams not to be interested also it will affect my credit score if this happens, I will take this issue forward.

                                    With reference to the above subject, i have called 5 to 6 times to customer care, all the times they are telling they will give a call back till now i have not recd any call..

                                    While issuing the credit card they told me there is no charges for this card and this is life time free card, and they have only increased my credit limit also, i am using this card since from 2018 Jan till, and HDFC keep on charging extra where I havent spend. I request to wave off my extra charges.

                                    Kindly look into this matter.. I have never denied to pay the amount always i have paid the amount but please sort out this extra charges.

                                      Sir, i am using hdfc credit card more than 2yrs yet last 5- 6 month am late to pay on time but company apply heavy interest on my credit card and the tele callers of company is call more than 7-8times a day and shout to me. I feel hdfc cheating to me give high penalty i would like to close the credit card with two payments but company ready to it and apply high penalty on my account please do needful am totally disappointed on this issue. All my saving are pay to them but not able to close the account

                                        Hi,
                                        My name is pratik pachore, i hold a hdfc money back credit card [xxx6319] since last 1year before. For your kind information when i was allotted this card i was informed by your employee that "this card is absolutely free and no charges to be paid to use this card"
                                        I can see an unbilled amount of rs. 590.00 on my hdfc credit card account. What is this? Why i am being charged this.

                                        Please remove it or let me know if you need any further information
