On 3rd december at about 1:15 pm ist, i transferred an amount of inr 5000.00 rupees to an account belong to punjab national bank.
Post the regular otp authorization, i get a message from hdfc that the amount could not be transferred due to a "technical issue" & the status of the imps transfer shows as "processor down".
It's been 12 hours with no trace of the amount nor a change in the status, i called up hdfc bank customer care, which took forever to connect post 100 of minute selections before i could here a human speak.
The associate was uncouth / unprofessional & had no empathy towards the issue i was facing, he /she very casually said, you "may" receive the credit, well mr. Hdfc bank, 5000 rupees may not be a big amount to you, it definitely is a big amount to me, its my hard earned money and was meant to be a fees for my daughter & now i have no trace of the amount!
When i requested to speak to a supervisor the "professional banker" tells me his supervisor does not have time for "such issues", when i threatened him that i would put the recordings of the call on social media, to show the world of how "amazing" is the service of this bank, he placed my call on hold & i was on hold for 23 minutes before i had to disconnect!
Hdfc bank!! I demand a resolution here!
