Hi,
I had hdfc credit card (Ending-4104) which expired on oct 2018. I dropped email to customer care for not interested any renewal. But they renew new card and generating statements. I don't want to continue the card.
Already have another bank credit card.
Now i received hdfc credit renewal message and getting bill statements.

I don't know how the hdfc credit department work. They issued or renewed old card with new one without my permission. I have not taken new card. Means as of now i don't have any hdfc credit card. Please let me know, how to stop receiving this.
Just simply say, i don't want the hdfc credit card.

    On 20 Nov 2018 i have ordered Mi ear phones in amazon india[protected] and on the same day i cancelled that order and received a mail confirmation from amazon india on the same day with refund reference number[protected] and it is mentioned in the mail that refund will be credited to my account on 28 Nov 2018 but till not i haven't received any refund and am attaching the documents for your reference. Called hdfc customer care multiple times but they are telling amazon india have not initiated the refund and when i call amazon india they are telling that it is pending since hdfc people haven't processed further.

Address updation through Netbanking : Please follow the below steps to update the address through Netbanking: Log in to your NetBanking account Click on “Update contact details” on top of the page Click on “Update address” Click “Update” tab. You will be redirected to upload the self-attested scanned copy of document.         I paid my hdfc credit card bill amount of rupees 30, 592. On june 1st 2018 around 9 pm. But i got a mail next day saying that my autopay was initiated and due to non - availability of sufficient funds a payment return fee will be levied to your card account, if applicable. Then i called the hdfc credit card customer care service to complaint about the same. I was not informed of autopay being turned on. But an amount of rs 611 was rolled out on my credit card under unbilled transactions along with the statement balance that i’ve paid. Why should i pay the return fee as i already cleared the payment in my card. And why is the statement balance still showing under unbilled transactions. This is unfair and not acceptable. I’ve been getting mails from the bank asking me to pay the bill when i’ve already paid it in the first place. Please resolve the issue asap.

          I don't want this membership, so cancel the membership and refund the same. Please take the necessary action asap otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.

            On 3rd december at about 1:15 pm ist, i transferred an amount of inr 5000.00 rupees to an account belong to punjab national bank.

            Post the regular otp authorization, i get a message from hdfc that the amount could not be transferred due to a "technical issue" & the status of the imps transfer shows as "processor down".

            It's been 12 hours with no trace of the amount nor a change in the status, i called up hdfc bank customer care, which took forever to connect post 100 of minute selections before i could here a human speak.

            The associate was uncouth / unprofessional & had no empathy towards the issue i was facing, he /she very casually said, you "may" receive the credit, well mr. Hdfc bank, 5000 rupees may not be a big amount to you, it definitely is a big amount to me, its my hard earned money and was meant to be a fees for my daughter & now i have no trace of the amount!

            When i requested to speak to a supervisor the "professional banker" tells me his supervisor does not have time for "such issues", when i threatened him that i would put the recordings of the call on social media, to show the world of how "amazing" is the service of this bank, he placed my call on hold & i was on hold for 23 minutes before i had to disconnect!

            Hdfc bank!! I demand a resolution here!

                Hi.

                On 31 nov 2018 i have transfer 10000 from my hdfc ac to syndicate account. But i can in the benf number is only 14 digits where there is 15 didgit account number and mistake is was i stated benf acc by 520* where i didn't included 0 in that startin of account.

                The money got debited but not credited to benfi account;

                Do the money will get reverse coz of 14 digi account number or in the wrong account. If so then what action to be taken.

                Can you please help me to reverse or credit my account.

                  I hold an account with hdfc bank, the a/c no. Being[protected] at branch birati, kolkata. I also have a demat a/c linked to my account. My trading id is 3291791. Branch manager, mr. Debjyoti dutta and mr. Deep banerjee had assisted me to open the account with hdfc bank. I have been noticing unnecessary debits from my a/c which i was never informed of. I have not carried out any trading on these days. The details are as follows:

                  I was never mentioned about these debits beforehand in person or through any other kind of notification. Request you to please look into the matter and reverse the unnecessary withdrawals.

                          I have a minimum balance of rps 4300 approx. To be paid for my hdfc credit card which i am unable to pay due to medical emergency but i have balance of rps 11000 in savings account of hdfc only. Now my savings account shows lien amount of rps 4346 approx. But the mini. Payment for hdfc credit card is not updated yet. Collection department is harassing me, bank (Unitech cyber park branck gurgaon) denied help as they said they don't have authority to clear lien amount, customer care is worst as i am not able to reach ([protected], [protected]).

                              I had purchased a samsung galaxy note 8 device on 16/07/2018 from reliance digital, hinjewadi phase i, pune, and was told that i would be receiving a cashback of rs. 4000 within 90 days.

                              It's been nearly 5 months now, and my 5th emi is supposed to be debited, still there is no sign of cashback. I am constantly being told that it would get adjusted within next 3 days, and that is happening for last 30 days.

                              I am really disappointed and would launch a formal complaint with consumer court if no proper action is taken regarding this.

                                Hi,
                                My credit card got expired and i need to updated the address, but unfortunately every time i request the update my signature mismatch. I also submitted signature mismatch but it also didn't worked and it was rejected.

                                Now i need to close my credit card account (Ends with 5692). I am trying to connect to customer care from long time but can get from where to close it. Can you please close my credit card. All my dues are paid. My registered phone number is [protected]

                                  Today i received below sms form hdfc bank side.

                                  Dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to dmi finance private limited with value rs. 35000.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

                                  However i am not take any loan, and not fill up any from my side with dmi finance private limited.

                                  Request please look into the matter and assure me no deduction from bank account.

                                    I need to bring to your attention about my experience as an hdfc bank customer. I have taken a business loan from hdfc bank rajouri garden. I have been paying for the past one year and now in the month of nov' 18 my business facing some financial crunch and unable to pay full emi at one shot. All inflow of business is credited in same account to adjust with emi.

                                    I wish to lodge a complaint regarding the debt collection practices of your employee mr. Ananad kumar (Mobile # [protected]).

                                    Mr. Anand kumar, a representative of your bank rang me on 26.11.18. He has gave threats and was very abusive and shouted on me. He gave me mental torture and used foul and raw languages, taunted and tried to humiliate. He was very rude and harsh and kept on shouting and asking “give me a date to come and collect the payment. He was shouting and saying that he would sit at my place all day till the time we don't pay him.
                                    And to mention a few words that he used, have a glance at the following utterances of that person –

                                    1. "jab tumhari paise wapas karne ki aukaat nahi hai to fir loan kyun lete ho"
                                    2. "ya to payment kar de, warna bahut tarike hain bank ke paas paise lene ke"
                                    3." main tumhare ghar pe aounga our payment leke jaounga” etc. Etc

                                    Please take necessary action against him, so that it doesn’t happen again.

                                      This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.

                                      An amount of 73.16 was deducted from my savings account on 14/11/2018 under the header of depository charges, ref no 36800658. Kinldy let me know on what behalf did you deduct these charges. Even i dont have demat account with hdfc bank.

                                      I want my money back to my account.

                                      I received calls from collection department with threats kindly suggest what to do
                                      Sir, am using Hdfc credit card more than 2yrs last 5 month am fail to pay on time but they give high penalty it's more than 6percentage of interest Hdfc bank is a very cheating bank Please enquiry about the interest that they apply against customer

                                      Mobile purchased on 22nd May 2018 from Poorvika, Express Avenue. Cash back not received so far. Supposed to be credited within 90 days... but it's more than six months now. None of my cash backs are received. Nothing happens without follow-up and reminders. Please resolve.

                                        It has noticed from the above statement that rs.1180/- (Rs.1000/- as renewal membership fee + rs.180/- as igst) has charged/levied on 01.11.2018, which is not correct & unacceptable. Since at the time of apply of this credit card, your's representative told that this card is free for life time i. E no any charges for life time. So, levy of these charges is unfair & breach of trust.
                                        You are requested to look into the matter & arrange to withdraw/wave off these charges at the earliest.

                                        We have a credit card swipe machine ( EDC M/c) at our branch (R.with TID No. 44061974. We are doing business of 7 lakhs with the machine. we almost require paper rolls for the transactions to print. We have also complained many times to complaint division however there is no response from them. Kindly support us.
