I have been charged 885 rs for annual debit card maintainence fees i just read a complaint posted by soumit das earlier related to the same issue. I have an hdfc bank corporate salary account and have never been charged this amount. I called up their team i was advised to email them as i should not be charged. I did, i haven't got any reply. Now i call them again and their wait time is just unbelievable. After i get through it gets disconnected twice. Now the agent tells me that my card is not platinium i told her that several employees in my company don't have platinium cards still they don't get charged also i have this account for 5 years but then the call gets disconnected again. Looking at the no of complaints on this. It looks like a fraud or sham by hdfc bank.

    Hi, i am not satisfied with the customer service person mr. Inderjeet from delhi-vikaspuri branch as per him.

    I am not provided with any kind of solution by him. Instead he tried to miss lead me.

    Kindly go through the complaint number as per the subject and resolve my query.

    If not then provide me details of right person to whom i can lounge a complaint. Very disappointed by way of handling a complaint.

      My old hdfc food plus card is not working and I have issued the new food plus card inwhich I want my older card balance to be transferred. i have called to customer care multiple times but it was not getting connected. then I connected to banking sections and notified the issue but still no response.

      let me know if you are going to take care of this or I should go to some other level to get it resolved.

        I have recieved a mail through hdfc regarding the despatch of debit card but i haven't received the card. Even after updating the phone no in home branch it always says that the no is not registered. I changed my phone number through atm. Still it's not yet updated. Very poor service by hdfc bank. There is no no to speak to customer representative and hdfc always sends system generated mails for any queries.
        My home branch is in gurgaon, and it is not possible for me to go to home branch for each and everything

          THe Bank has not Quoted house number on the post sent to me.
          When I tried to contact the branch they they don't have any working at branch level I need to contact customer care which is only computer operated call only.

          No executive are appointed. Pathetic service by such a big group.

          Not a single service is available after sales.

          neither my issue is listed on customer care nor it is being resolved by the branch.

            I purchased jewellery from tanishq worth more than rs. 1 lakh through my hdfc debit card on 6th august 2018. As per running offer i was supposed to get 5% cashback if paid through hdfc credit/debit card. 3 months already passed but till date no cashback received nor any communication is there stating the timeline for cashback. I have mailed customer care also but no reply other than auto generated email.

              Hi hdfc,
              Your deducted rs 531 from my account. How can u deduct the money with out any info and am never expect from you guys hdfc i always take hdfc as a good bank but now think i was wrong. I’m not understanding what is this amb chrg incl gst for dec2018-mir[protected]. If you people want to do such things let me inform once. I don’t know from how long you guys are detecting my money.

The special facilities offered on the Salary Account is pursuant to the arrangement between the employer / company and the Bank. These benefits are extended by virtue of your employment in the organization, on whose request the account is opened with the bank and subject to regular salary credit. We had observed that there were no salary credits in your account and under these circumstances the special benefits offered under the Corporate Salary Program were withdrawn. Hence, the requisite Average Monthly Balance of Rs. 10000.00 will need to be maintained in your account. In the absence of the same the applicable AMB non-maintenance charges will be levied in your account. The charges levied in your account pertain to non-maintenance of Average Monthly Balance of Rs. 10000.00 in your account. The charges levied are as per the Bank's schedule for fees and charges.                 I have hdfc ergo car insurance, policy no.[protected]. I have claimed for my first claim ofcar damages done on 04/12/2018 with hdfc ergo. But the insurance surveyor says he needs to contact my lawyer years insurance company bharti axa for clearing the approval. My car is just 1.5 years old & i have explained the damage was done on 4th december itself, for which the surveyor is not agreeing. But this was not the case with last company bharti axa. With bharti axa only process was slow but claims were approved instantly. I feel hdfc ergo just doesn't want to approve the insurance claim. This is bad for customers of hdfc ergo. Would next time surely go back to my previous insurance company.

                  I have tried calling phone banking several times today. Every time the voice mail keeps repeating options of different category of our complaint. As soon as the options "to speak to our customer support" i. E. Option 9 is opted, either the line goes dead or the voice message says "you have crossed the limited time, please try later" and the line goes dead. No time is given to enter the credit card, customer id, pin no etc.,

                  This is not the first time i have faced this issue. Each time i need a doubt to be cleared, i have to dial hdfc phone banking more than 7 times. To add to the poor service, the category of complaint options too changes.

                  Net banking is absolutely good, but phone banking service is a big zero.

                  Please keep the options few and remember by speaking with your customer support, our queries can be sorted faster, saving our time and yours.

                      On 20th nov i made pre-close my load account, bank person told that you get a message after closing loan account. But till date 05th dec, no information. I have called to customer care and they told on 29th loan account is closed.
                      But after closing loan account, amount is been is deducted without any information.
                      Fraud done by hdfc bank.

The processing of repayment instructions starts up to 20 working days in advance of the date of the presentation, after which it is extremely difficult to carry out any alterations. However, it is not possible for the Bank to assume any liability for any costs, damages etc. as instructed in the foreclosure statement. In the event of the encashment of the above EMI / Debit, we would refund the said amount to the above address by banker cheque within 15 days of the payment of your loan. If you do not receive a refund after the above mentioned period, please write to us at [protected]@hdfcbank.com.

                          My new atm card is dispatched from chennai branch but i have transferred to kerala and my account is attached to hdfc irinjalakuda branch in thrissur, kerala. Currently i m out of india for a project and will be back after december 16th only.

                          Please do the needful for me to pick up the new atm card from irinjalakuda branch once i reach there after 17th december. I am not a new customer and my account transactions can be verified.

                          Incase of not possible or cancellation of my card, i will have to close the account with hdfc as there are many banks in the same location.

                                Actually i was made a transaction of rs. 42990 for an order on flipkart from hdfc payzapp wallet using my sbi debit card on sun, oct 14, 2018 11:27 pm and the transaction id is[protected]lv42gs0 on payza op wallet.
                                Unfortunately that order on flipkart was cancelled and they said they started my refund process on oct 23, 2018 and the refund was completed by oct 31, 2018 with the transaction id[protected]lv42gs0 which is same as previous transaction id on payzapp. So i suspect that flipkart has refunded the money to payzapp but the refund neither reflected on my sbi account nor on payzapp. When i call payzaap customer care they said that flipkart directly refunded to my sbi account and so they have nothing to do.
                                So i would request you to take necessary action for giving me my hard earned money. Thank you.

                                  My name is julfikar alam, my customer id 39846376, i am actually hdfc salary account holder. I had taken personal loan from hdfc bank (Loan number :3978518).

                                  Due to some urgency i have applied top up refill rs 60000 with my existing loan (No 3978518). I have submitted all the paper document to hdfc loan department team.

                                  They have misleaded me and provided a to fresh loan (Loan no[protected] instead of top up refill. When i disputed there was no need of fresh loan,. They are saying that you need come to our head office for foreclosed your existing loan. Why they are doing that kind of misleading process with their customer. How i can foreclose my existing loan when i require a top up loan without any charges. Beacuse this is not my fault. They are fault.

                                  Is this your service for your valuable customer. Could you please look into this and assist me asap.

                                    I had applied for an hdfc jet privilege platinum credit card through you hdfc sales agent/ third party agency (Mob no. [protected]). I had sent all necessary documents by mail specifying the type of card required. The application form was sent to me for signature after i insisted for the same. However today i received a regalia first credit card (Ending 5827) which is of no use to me. I am a frequent flyer of jet airways and had particularly requested for the jp platinum card. I am appalled by the way the process is handled and even after repeated reminders i was sent the wrong card. The third party agency is a scam, promising something and delivering something else.

                                      In contest to the complaint reference id-[protected], where a amount of 80, 000 was withdrawn on 4th december, 18 at 12:02am (40, 000 twice) from my account at west delhi, when i was in pune. I immediately got my card blocked. I have lodged the fir and dispute form immediately. I am not getting any follow up though, no emails or message or call. According to rbi rule the matter should be resolved within 3-10 working days, but hdfc is just not reliable or taking any responsibility of giving any kind of follow up to me.

                                      I have dropped the mail on the above said email id, as well I have dropped many mails on grievances.[protected]@hdfc.com, but have not heard back from any of the representative of HDFC nor on call neither thorough mail. I don't know what is going on, or how far the investigation has proceeded.
