I have forgotten my credit card pin. Plz help me in regeneration of pin as early as possible. Actually i didnot use my credit card till now from august 2018. Now i wanted to use but i dont have pin. I tried all methods.. Like atm.. Calling customer care number.. Etc all these r asking the old pin.. Which i dont have. So i humbly request u to help me in regeneration of pin number....

hdfc bank demanding annual charge for assured life time free credit card.

Dear concern,

I applied for hdfc credit card 4 months ago and the agent assured me this card will be life time free after 3 mobile recharge of rs 100 and i paid 100 for next 3 months to make it life time free.

But in the next month bank send me a bill of 1070 as annual charge.

And then i make a complaint of it several time but every time bank denied for reversal of annual charge.

Cancellation of One Assist Membership
I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 4311 without my concern on date:18.10.2018. I am Amir Tamboli writing with reference to deduction of extra amount from my HDFC BANK FASTAG account.

I have traveled on 14th October from Pune to Nashik and back to Pune on same day.
On every toll plaza there was deduction through my fastag but on 17th October extra Rs. 165 got deducted without passing any toll.

otp not getting generated

Dear sir,
Whenever i try to create a new beneficiary for funds transfer via the netbanking in the hdfc retail website.
I am told that an otp will be sent to my registered mobile number.
I never receive the otp though. I've been trying for the last 2 months and the result is the same.
I'm unable to create new beneficiaries due to this.
Highly inconvenient and wastes a lot of my time filling up the new beneficiary...

deducting 600 for not keeping minimum balance

HDFC bank is deducting Rs. 600 every month for keeping minimum balance in my account.

Even though RBI suggested not to penalize for non maintenance, why these banks keep on deducting money from accounts.

I request you to please take action against this bank.
