I have sent request alredy to grievence redressal officer thro mail regarding deactivating my smart pay option (Recovery of 5% cash back offer with my airtel mobile no [protected]) from september-2018 onwards. But ur staff mr magesh said it is auto debit and i cant do anything.
This month also (October-18) u recovered rs.200/. For this airtel mobile no.

I have settled all my cridit card dues till date rs 12888/.

I have paid the full amount with settlement from hdfc credit card number [protected]. But still now this account is not closed in my credit report. And also i have raised so many times to asked my no due certificate. But still now i am not get it, so please give the "no due certificate". Please check this account and give me the "no due certificate" as soon as possible. And also update my credit report....

As I am calling since 20th October, connected today with customer care but there is no response from their side. It's totally worst. As I was doing transaction for IRCTC, amount has been deducted from my account but not went to the IRCTC. and ticket is not booked. It happens 2nd time with me. Where to I have to do the complaint. Worst experience with customer care service....

I have connected to hdfc bank customer card for the feature discussion and they have give me the no[protected]. (Blocking dept)

I am not able to contact this no from last two days but no one is responding.

And they have blocked my saving account so i am facing lot of problem....

They deduct some unwanted balance from my account, they even not give me some notification before deduction, on 20 oct from my account [protected], please do the needful, either inform me why they deduct the balance from my account or kindly refund my money, today only when i check my account statement, this i notice that some unwanted balance got deduct from my account....

I applied for credit card on 9 oct, 2018 and still i did not receive credit card. I got a mail from hdfc for residency address proof required hence i submitted the same in my nearest branch in bangalore still i did not get any update whether till when ill get the card. Its been so many days i've applied on 9oct still did not receive the card. I need to know till when ill receive credit card and how much more do i have to wait for the card....

I didn't choose any service regarding one assist plan. Hdfc debited rs1399 in my credit card. Please return debited amount rs1399 i'm not interested any one assit plan. Kindly deactivate one assist plan. Details are given below.

Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending 1645 on 23/10/2018 i am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/- they renewed the service again and charging me again in current bill period. I want credit in my bank account asap.

I send the below mail to "[protected]@hdfcbank.com" on 22.10.2018 & i received an automail reply immediately. But nobody contacted me & my compliant is still not resolved.

"i have tried booking tickets from ernakulam - mookambika - ernakulam in kerala rtc on 19.10.2018. The amount was deducted from my hdfc credit card immediately after entering the otp, but not redirected to merchant site & i haven't got...

Alredy complaint kiya hai abhi tak kuch bhi nahi hua... Bank ke against complain kiya to kuch bhi solution nahi nikalata hai.. Bank wale hame loot rahe hai aur hum kuch bhi nahi kar sakate... Bank wala manamani kar rahe hai.. Control nahi hai.. Please kuch to solution nikalo... Pareshan ho gaye hai hum abhi.

I received a call from [protected] from ms. Komal, who claimed that she is from hdfc standard life head office bandra branch, mumbai and she has received file of my policy with request for blocking it for 10 years and i wont be able to withdraw money from it.

Yesterday also i received call from mr deepak and his manager claiming to be from hdfc faridabad branch who we asking me to immediately commit for new fixed maturity plan...

I have visited hdfc bank, chhattarpur, new delhi branch in december 2017 and submitted a application for closing of bank account i have in hdfc bank. The 2 executive (One lady and one gentleman) were sitting at 'may i help you' desk. They taken my application and told it will be done in 1 month time as my account was in malad, mumbai branch.

Ad hoc statement charge ₹118 have been deducted on 23/10/2018 from my hdfc salary account without any information.

But i haven't asked for any such statements from bank either by visiting branch or through net banking.

When i reach branch regarding the same issue, they cant provide proper solution as well as customer care told same answer.

So i need clarification from bank or reverse my ₹118...

I have linked my mutual fund sips to my hdfc to deduct amount via ecs, every month but the fund was not there in my account.

Sir mere pass hdfc ka crdeit card 55555 hai.. Hdfc ne bnate time use smart pay scheme mai bnaya jisme wo life time free hai but baad mai usme two mnth 100 - 100 rupees kar ke cut kiye phir apne aap use band karke mera postpaid no jo usme fill hai uska bill bharna suru kar diya.. Ab member ship fees 1000 rs ki panlty di hai. Jab coustmr care or inki koi head niss renu se baat ki to unhone btaya sir galti to hai bank but hum kuch ni kar skte......
