I sushil chopra draw your attention on the above sbject giving you in brief with ready to reference on the current case:
1. My new a/c no. Is :[protected] with customer id no.[protected] showing (-) rs.42000.00 where as no transation has taken place.
2. My previous credit card no. Was [protected] in the year 2009 - balance 43, 522.20.
3. Settlement letter was for rs.27, 000.00
4. Paid amount was rs.17, 490/-photo copy of receipt attached.
5. My a/c no.[protected] with you was freezed in he year 2009 havinng an amount more than rs.20, 000/- was balance.
6. After paying the above amount, how rs.20, 000/-are still pending, i dont know?
Please go in to matter and let me know in detail by sms in mob. No.[protected]. Waiting for suitable and favourable reply.

Its really shameful that bank like Hdfc is harassing its customers and minting money from them. You have freezes my previous account and taken EMI as well. And now you are coming up with ridiculous reply that account is invalid or you don't have any records.. Its really ridiculous.. If you don't have records why you are still continuing to freeze my account.. Your customer care is so pathetic that instead of giving any solution you are merely harassing customers.. Many times calls are not answered.. I am taking this matter to consumer court as i have all the receipts of the payment. Thank you
