I applied for hdfc credit card and got reference no : [protected]mw. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification.

Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows.

    I have a current account in hdfc kamla nagar branch agra and my work place is in sanjay place and so it happened that there is branch of hdfc in sanjay place as well but they have refused to serve me on numerous occasions it seems like there is some bad blood between the two branches or something i don’t know and don’t care, i didn’t come to your bank to open an account your bank employees came to my work place and requested me to open an account with them i still have my primary account with icici bank but still opened a secondary account with you and now i’m getting attitude from your sanjay place branch, they should have told me when i was opening an account that i’ll only be served by one branch and not the whole bank so i think i’ll be taking by business elsewhere

        I have received a call from hdfc credit card person and he told me that after checking all the details and confirming the my credit score and eligibility only he processed my application and executive collected my documents and even house verification is also over. And finally they have put a status as disapproved. This is second time i am getting rejected with hdfc. No issues with other cards where i am getting at same address. Once again check my details with my phone no and dob. [protected], 15/01/1985.
        Do not play with customers with useless promises.

        We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your application as it does not meet the below mentioned internal criteria of the bank. As you may be aware, application for credit cards are put through the review process, as per the stipulated guidelines. Our internal guidelines encompass / include the following criteria : - Income proof verification - Address verification - Telephone verification - Internal credit score - Conduct of existing relationship ( if any) - Credit bureau checks - Repayment track record The Bank observes that your application did not meet some of the criteria listed above and hence, we were unable to process a credit card at this point of time.

          All of a sudden, I observed my savings account money blocked, for which i am falling into financial problem.

            Hi i got a call from one o[censored]r customer care agent named jennifer with number [protected], it was a very rude behavior from such a person to hang the call when i was politely acknowledging that person such kind calls just spoils the day.. Even if a person is interested in the loan he/ she wouldn't take it from such person i request you to please look into such issues or not to call anyone with such behavior.

                Please note that i applied for hdfc credit card and got reference no : 18j[protected]w1. Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number 18j[protected]w1 status disapproved who called us for credit card and we never gone to hdfc for the same. Executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively. I called customer care and they are not giving any reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi//100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09. Hdfc bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against hdfc. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court.

                  You have debited rs. 1899 for one assist mfee without any confirmation and more over i did not receive msg for debiting.
                  Being such big bank sector don't you guys feel it unethical, debiting your customer account without their knowledge.
                  I made payment 30346 on 30th oct and went to showroom to purchase mobile phone, transaction declined. I was not aware rs.1899 debited on 1/11/2018, today i was ashamed and came back without purchasing. I am seeing transaction history there it shows debited for oneassist mfee.

                    Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 1year back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -3000 balance.
                    The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its almost 3000 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
                    I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
                    Plz juistice to me. 2902.50 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?

                        I dr dilip tripathi (Dental officer) in armed forces, account holder of hdfc bank branch gursarai district jhansi neither apply nor received credit card till now and why send credit card to my home address enter in my account without my confirmation. I'm surprised regarding hdfc bank worker they cheat to costumer just to complete theire target.

                              I have credit card with limit 15000.
                              I don't know how you will charge.
                              I spend 15000 only one time and till march i maintain my credit card payment continue. But in march having a road accident my financial condition also spoile and also had to left job.
                              Now i am a employee with hdfc life in delhi bhikaji cama place branch, employee id-170950. My sellary deposit in my hdfc bank account.
                              On 31 october sellary deposit in my hdfc bank account, deducted behalf of credit card payment. Total sellary deducted, how i will celebrate my festival.
                              I will pay my due amount till next sellary.

                              Recently received a torn note from HDFC ATM . The HDFC bank is not near so that we can change the note. No body accepts such kind of note . My question is why such kind of note is put in ATM when it causes issues to common people.

                                I had bought a policy from hdfc life in 2013, at that time the agent told me that the if you will pay 20, 000 (Approx) per year:
                                - for 5 years then you will get 2, 00, 000 + bonus
                                - for 10 year then you will get around 5, 00, 000 + bonus.

                                But when i bought the policy it state that "sum assured" will be 1, 89, 000 and my annual premium is 19, 838 with 10years duration.

                                After that i called the agent many times he was not responding at all. Then i call the hdfc life customer care they told me it cannot be changed and you have to pay the premium otherwise your paid premium will lapse.

                                Recently i came to know that all the benefits of my policy is given to the agent i. E 30% commission of premium was given to agent. And i am not getting any benefits.

                                    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 2135 without my concern on date:25/10/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                                      My name is k. S. Elanchezhian credit card no [protected] in my october-18 statement i found a late fee debit posted and cancelled despite i paid on[protected] but the gst charges and finance charges amounting to rs.177/- since the bank transaction delay occured i cannot be blamed and penalized.
                                      So i request your good self to cancel those amount in order to encourage me to pay back in time in future.

                                      I purchased jewellary worth Rs139000 from Tanisque on 27th July 2018 through my HDFC jet privilege card. As per the offer available I was supposed to get 5% cash back. But I am yet to get it.please resolve it.Don't ask to write somewhere else.
