    Hi myself nirdosh kumar, hdfc bank customer last 2 years.
    I have credit card with limit 15000.
    I don't know how you will charge.
    I spend 15000 only one time and till march i maintain my credit card payment continue. But in march having a road accident my financial condition also spoile and also had to left job.
    Now i am a employee with hdfc life in delhi bhikaji cama place branch, employee id-170950. My sellary deposit in my hdfc bank account.
    On 31 october sellary deposit in my hdfc bank account, deducted behalf of credit card payment. Total sellary deducted, how i will celebrate my festival.
    I will pay my due amount till next sellary.
    Kindly refund my amount in my account.

    Recently received a torn note from HDFC ATM . The HDFC bank is not near so that we can change the note. No body accepts such kind of note . My question is why such kind of note is put in ATM when it causes issues to common people.

      I had bought a policy from hdfc life in 2013, at that time the agent told me that the if you will pay 20, 000 (Approx) per year:
      - for 5 years then you will get 2, 00, 000 + bonus
      - for 10 year then you will get around 5, 00, 000 + bonus.

      But when i bought the policy it state that "sum assured" will be 1, 89, 000 and my annual premium is 19, 838 with 10years duration.

      After that i called the agent many times he was not responding at all. Then i call the hdfc life customer care they told me it cannot be changed and you have to pay the premium otherwise your paid premium will lapse.

      Recently i came to know that all the benefits of my policy is given to the agent i. E 30% commission of premium was given to agent. And i am not getting any benefits.

      Please look into it.

            My name is k. S. Elanchezhian credit card no [protected] in my october-18 statement i found a late fee debit posted and cancelled despite i paid on[protected] but the gst charges and finance charges amounting to rs.177/- since the bank transaction delay occured i cannot be blamed and penalized.
            So i request your good self to cancel those amount in order to encourage me to pay back in time in future.

              I applied my credit card for the first time after i got convinced by a hdfc bank sales executive even i have no interest in this. After a few days i got a reference number through which i started tracking the application process, one fine day i got a call from a executive that he want to verify the address and i told him don't come at office hours to the residential address because i will be there in office else i suggested him come to my office address or come to my home on saturdays.

              But after that i didn't get any response from the executive finally application has been disapproved. Again i attached my proof with the application as well as explaining the same in letter by requesting to reconsider my application.

              After a few days again my application has been taken in to the process but now this time nobody approached me for verification but application has been disapproved.

                      This is to inform you that i dont want to continue my job. Reason behind for not continue my job is my mentor and cluster head as i join hdfc bank on dated 10sep2018 till now my mentor harrassed me for giving orders like go and take printout and copy on daily basis and also pass comment and crack jokes for not updating my attendence in wbars if i will not takes orders of my mentor. On dated 31 oct 2018 when i will not received my salary in my salary account i simply put mail to hr mr parveen dhiman and then call to my mentor after sending mail and inform him that i put mail to hr just to ask simply question why i m not getting my salary what is the reason behind that. Next day when i came to office my mentor complain against me to cluster head mr sukhdeep. He shouted me very badly and threat me that i warn you i[censored] asked about your salary without taking our permission and mail to hr then mujse bura koi hoga main bhut bura hun is mamle mein koi bhi mail mjse puchke hr ko nhi jani chaiye branch ki aur he also told me that ki tujse mis ka kaam to thk se hota nhi agar mentor ne attendence upload nhi kiya to kya hua next month tuje salary ajayegi and also he says that salary tuje mentor ne dilwani h hr ne nhi jo unko mail kr rha h aur ye bhi kha h ki abhi nikal ja job se nikalna h to par meri team k baare mein kuch bhi mat bolna hr ko at that time i was shocked and surprised cluster head supports only rm just they give good business to cluster head but not so the treats me like servants and also my mentor varun kapila told me that he dont know about the process o[censored]pdating attendence in wbars but before that he told me that he already sending my attendence in isac then how it is possible for not received my salary this is the simple question i raise in mail to hr. I dont want to go to office. Because there is no camera inside the office or cabin. I m very scared of cluster head sukhdeep dhaliwal he is very dangerous and cruel. Kindly take strict action on him these peoples who misuse the power and threats like people us who wants to make carreer in bank but due to these people we are not able to make carreer in hdfc bank. I request to hr please strict action on cluster head and mentor varun kapila and also its a humble request please release my salary. Kindly accept my resignation i dont want to continue my job in between ruthless and cruel peoples.

                        My name is rajiv nath rana, i have got a salary account with hdfc bank. Today 01/11/18 my salary of rs.18, 162.00 was deducted with out any prior notice and once i went to the branch they said that they will be of no help and ask to call phone banking. I called phone banking they said that they cant help and gave a number to call and there was no one on the other side i was on the ivr for 1 min and than the call was disconnected.                           Please explain the particular reason about my credit card rejection. On 30 october a hdfc employee go to my residence for the verification.. But he says that at my home candidate to show the id card but that time i was ion office so how can it be possible to show the id proof. It’s not the correct way of verification. The person who want a credit card is the person who has a job so how can it be possible the person in the office time be in the home

And why is so big difference in approved loan amount and disbursed amount. Plz resolve my issue. As thereis only 0.4% processing fees. Which on calculation comes out only 2400.                               What the hell is this,, when i never got any letter, how could they say that they sent a letter?

                              I saw the status and understand which is got disapproved due to not responding the letter copy which is sent from you for me. Let me know which address you sent the letter, because i didn't not any letter copy from hdfc bank.

                              I already wasted 10-15 days on it... For god sake tell me the reason so that peacefully i can choose credit card from some other bank rather than wasting my time on this.

                                I neha nitin sammanwar is hdfc life classic assurence plus policy no.17995068 of yearly one lack to seven years term we were unable to continue policy due to some financiial issue so we have submitted decativation of mandate on date 21st july 2018 at your branch at lake city mall, kapurbaudi junction, majiwade above big baazaar after submission also we are getting unnecessary calls for deposit the amount it is nothing but harracing the customer then how onw will recommond to the other customers attached documents along with deactivation receipt for your kind information and immediate action please.

                                  Dear Sir
                                  I am a serving officer( doctor) in Indian Army and presently posted at Military Hospital Bareilly.
                                  I got a HDFC Regalia Credit card in 2016 from Udhampur, J&K, where I was posted too.
                                  Since, the card was offered to me through my Relationship Manager(HDFC) & Credit card agent, most of the form filling & other formalities were done by them.
                                  I opted for Auto- debit option through my HDFC savings Ac no.xxxxx
                                  Since then, I have been using the above said card along with my ICICI & SBI debit cards.
                                  But, to my horror, I got to know in Sept 18 that my total outstanding bill was around 3.5 lacs. On enquiring deeply, I got to know that my Auto -Debit was for Minimum Payment''ónly, which I was totally unaware of.
                                  The following is my humble submission :
                                  1. Kindly inform me my outstanding bill under separate heads of Actual Credit & Interest & Fine charges.
                                  2. The nature of my duty which involves lots of touring, poor internet access & not understanding the Financial services, I was not able to appreciate the type of Auto Debit . Also, I was unaware of ever increasing mammoth outstanding bill . Never ever I was informed by bank either with phone calls or postal letters
                                  3. For no mistake of mine, I have been penalised . Still I am ready to pay off my genuine debts.
                                  4. So I urge you to kindly take the corrective measures including:
                                  a) Informing about my true expenditure, payments made and Finance charges incurred.
                                  b) Waiving off the finance charges & fines incurred on me.
