We varma automotives are existing customer in hdfc bank, tanuku, west godavari, andhra pradesh-534211 with a/c:no[protected] we will do our regular transaction like rtgs and nefts from hdfc bank, bhimavaram chinaamiram branch. But they are not doing rtgs and nefts and on of the branch teller from chinamiram telling that they will not do other bank transations in case we transfer our account from tanuku to bhimavaram branch but we are happy with the service providing from tanuku branch so please solve the issue as soon as possible. HDFC Bank Customer Assistance
In this connection, one week ago, i just got phone call from Blue Dart Courier boy that my related consignment was lying with them due to non-mentioning of my delivery address thereon and just advised to send them email from the HDFC Bank about the customer delivery address confirmation for the said lying consignment. So, i just approach to my home branch of HDFC Bank in this matter and got assured to resolve the same very shortly by their end.
But i got surprised when i just continuous many ring to HDFC FASTAG Helpline No.[protected] and got a reply today with new consignment no. as my previous phone calls didn't pick by anyone on the said helpline.
When i just informed to said helpline phone attendant about my previous fastag consignment no. dispatched without my delivery address but didn't get satisfactory answer from there end and just advised to send them email for re-dispatch my consignment.
Kindly some one advise where should i go to make their complaints for such delay ...
