Sir/madam,
I have deposited an indian overseas bank cheque no. 61320 dt 23/04/2018 at your hdfc bank, hill cart road branch, siliguri, west bengal for clearing purposes on 11th may, 2018. The same cheque got dishonoured due to some error. But till date we have not receipt back that dishonoured cheque. I have visited your hill cart road branch quite a few times for that cheque. But every time i got the reply that "we have mailed to mr arshad ali, ho-mumbai and you will get that cheque shortly".
But till date got no intimation.
Kindly look into the matter & oblige.
