I had done 1000rupess o[censored]pi transaction from BHIM on 24oct 2018 in which money was debited but not credited in receiver account. Its almost 1 week and i am not able to find any medium to connect bank. Whenever i am trying to call bank, there is no way to connect to bank employees..only they are misguiding the customer various options here and there by their computer talkie.
Even If a bank have not a complaint center how they are working.There is no way of transpancy to connect.today its the issue of 1000..after some time may be it will cocern of 10000 or lac rupees.
We have to raise voice against it.

    Hi,

    So far I haved send 5 mails to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com regarding my fastag application. I haven't receive any single responds from them . I applied for fastag on 17/10/2018 for the vehicle no TN07BC9060. my application reference no HFR083446. It shows that I will receive fastag within 7 working days . But still now nothing has been created when ever I call customer care they keep on asking to send ID proofs . I have send my ID proofs for 5 times to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com on the below dates
    17/10/18,
    22/10/18.
    25/10/18,
    26/10/18,
    29/10/18.
    so far my account not created and I didnt receive any mail regarding that . called hdfc fastag customer care N number of times . they keep on telling its in process and send documents again and again . kindly help to get fastag immediately . else help me to get my money Rs500 paid for the fastag (TN07BC9060). application ref no:HFR083446 back .

    This is to inform you that i've applied for aforesaid Fastag application ( # HFR172427) on 2nd day of July 2019 for my car via HDFC Bank portal under Fastag offer but i didn't yet get my Fastag since over last two weeks

    In this connection, one week ago, i just got phone call from Blue Dart Courier boy that my related consignment was lying with them due to non-mentioning of my delivery address thereon and just advised to send them email from the HDFC Bank about the customer delivery address confirmation for the said lying consignment. So, i just approach to my home branch of HDFC Bank in this matter and got assured to resolve the same very shortly by their end.

    But i got surprised when i just continuous many ring to HDFC FASTAG Helpline No.[protected] and got a reply today with new consignment no. as my previous phone calls didn't pick by anyone on the said helpline.

    When i just informed to said helpline phone attendant about my previous fastag consignment no. dispatched without my delivery address but didn't get satisfactory answer from there end and just advised to send them email for re-dispatch my consignment.

    Kindly some one advise where should i go to make their complaints for such delay ...
    i pay 100 rs for fasttag replacement on 16 th july so many times i complain but still today not solve my vehical no GJ35H6000 my bank detail upload for u

    I applied for reissue my fasttag in Feb 2020 and also paid Rs 100 in March 2020
    But still, I don't receive my Fasttag of my cra RJ07CA8926

    No any response from customer care
    No any reply over email also

    I didn't expected such a poor service from HDFC

      I request for a password in 2 HDFC bank but bith branch are reject my reqest and told me to go in another branch. Foolish service is provided by HDFC. When I contacted the customer care number that lady didnt provide me any support also i check on mpassbook but that application is also not working. When i discuss with the personal banker he told me to provide the statement but i am not interested to show my transaction, i just want the password 1st page. If only 1st page is sufficient to verification then why should i show all my transaction through statement.

          I have got at least 50 calls by hefc bank calling for my wife's credit card payment.. and when asked for a settelment was informed that cannot be done asked to call customer care .. that customer care number do not handle these things is what I was told by them ... Later again he called me and said will harras me until I pay I have a recording of the representative name omkar .. he refused to give me his last name .. I am filling a official police complaint today .. get this fixed

            I have applied for regalia credit card through hdfc bank agent. Verification was done properly. Reveived the verification call from hdfc head office on oct 15th 2018. After 1 week i received the kit. But found the card was not hdfc regalia credit card... It was actaully hdfc jet priviledge card.
            Kindly take action against those telecallers who make such fraud for earning their commision.

            Please look into the issue.

                I had booked a flight ticket from hyderabad to bangalore for 1602 rupees using paytm and paid using my debit card. For some reason i had to cancel the ticket on 27th october. The refund amount was 869. It is showing in paytm that it's refunded but it's not getting reflected in my account.

                    My hdfc salary account held funds transferring/withdrawals with out any prior notice. I have to pay my credit card & informed them i need 2 or 3 installments. But they still locked my one month salary. No one called me regarding this yet. When i’m trying to call them they are not responding. I don’t have even a penny now.

                    Totally dependent on my earnings. This is injustice & please release my account first.

                      I did my fastag application acknowledgement on 20th september 2018.
                      Till now i haven't got my fastag courier.

                      My application reference no. Is hfr078770

                      I had called customer care couple of times and they gave tracking id in that it shows delivered in bangalore address.
                      The customer care people are only saying we have raised a complaint we will get back to you. No one is responding.

                      Very poor service.

                        - i have taken homeloan in 28 aug 2018 which was earlier decided to disburse on 16th aug 2018. But due to wrong cheque it postponed to 28 aug 2018.
                        - on 16th aug 2018 bank took cheque of 7047/- in name of interest of 15 days. But actual cheque in disbursed on 28 aug 18. So bank should refund the amount.
                        - am following and visiting number of times but no one giving me output for the same.

Unfortunately, the contact information was not updated and the courier remained undelivered but now i have updated my address. I have received my pin also via sms.                             I have order on foodpanda through my phone pay wallet and because of some problem my order was not complete, so phonepee has refunded the amount which i haven't received yet. I had a talk about my problem with phonepee and they said the amount has been refunded to your card, please ask your bank to solve the issue. I have shared my reference number screenshot with you.                               My customer number is 73413414.
                              I have credit card of my account i bought items from flipkart last year and my account is auto pay mode they automatilly reducing the minimum amount. When i went to my so called relationship manager which have no idea & sense of customer service and talking mr. Mahaveer choudhary. Tell me that your amount is deducting there is no problem. But a month ago i got a call from credit card department and i gotta knew all the story. Then i again went to him and he just raise the complaint do nothing. Now that stupid champ saying that you don't want to deposit the money. He is blaming me i will pay the money and i want strong action upon him or i go to court and i will file act 499-500. I simply want hdfc bank to take i strong action upon him.

When complete 3&haif year completed you are close policy & all benefit given to you. When i am complete policy in 3& half year. When i am going hdfc life nigdi pune branch meet for close for policy that time hdfc life executive say only 60% amount given to you & no additional benefit given to you

                                      Aadhar is updated as per bank record ending with 8983 . But not updated on NPCI records which I am unable to receive LPG subsidy ( Bharatgas ) .
                                      But the NCPI linking status is shwing inactive.

                                        Sir i have done a recharge of my mother's mobile (Airtel) from payzapp app. But amount is debited and recharge has not done. I retried the transaction but again transaction did not take place and my amount debited again. Now it's been 2 days but i have not get my amount back. So please sir i requested u to plz take appropriate step.
