Hi,

My hdfc salary account held funds transferring/withdrawals with out any prior notice. I have to pay my credit card & informed them i need 2 or 3 installments. But they still locked my one month salary. No one called me regarding this yet. When i’m trying to call them they are not responding. I don’t have even a penny now.

Totally dependent on my earnings. This is injustice & please release my account first.

    Hi.
    I did my fastag application acknowledgement on 20th september 2018.
    Till now i haven't got my fastag courier.

    My application reference no. Is hfr078770

    I had called customer care couple of times and they gave tracking id in that it shows delivered in bangalore address.
    The customer care people are only saying we have raised a complaint we will get back to you. No one is responding.

    Very poor service.

    I'm still waiting to hear from them

      - i have taken homeloan in 28 aug 2018 which was earlier decided to disburse on 16th aug 2018. But due to wrong cheque it postponed to 28 aug 2018.
      - on 16th aug 2018 bank took cheque of 7047/- in name of interest of 15 days. But actual cheque in disbursed on 28 aug 18. So bank should refund the amount.
      - am following and visiting number of times but no one giving me output for the same.

      What to do?

        Hi,

        I was expecting my new debit card for my hdfc account. Unfortunately, the contact information was not updated and the courier remained undelivered but now i have updated my address. I have received my pin also via sms. I am trying to use phone banking but couldn't find any relevant option to put my request. Kindly guide me how can i get my atm card.

          I have order on foodpanda through my phone pay wallet and because of some problem my order was not complete, so phonepee has refunded the amount which i haven't received yet. I had a talk about my problem with phonepee and they said the amount has been refunded to your card, please ask your bank to solve the issue. I have shared my reference number screenshot with you. Kindly, help me with my refund.

            My customer number is 73413414.
            I have credit card of my account i bought items from flipkart last year and my account is auto pay mode they automatilly reducing the minimum amount. When i went to my so called relationship manager which have no idea & sense of customer service and talking mr. Mahaveer choudhary. Tell me that your amount is deducting there is no problem. But a month ago i got a call from credit card department and i gotta knew all the story. Then i again went to him and he just raise the complaint do nothing. Now that stupid champ saying that you don't want to deposit the money. He is blaming me i will pay the money and i want strong action upon him or i go to court and i will file act 499-500. I simply want hdfc bank to take i strong action upon him.

                Cancellation of one assist membership
                I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 0847 without my concern. I am not interested in this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount.

                      amount debited but did not get the service

I retried the transaction but again transaction did not take place and my amount debited again. Now it's been 2 days but i have not get my amount back.                       After running behind multiple department i got a settlement letter which stated that in 4 installments i'll be settled.

                      First they took cheque number then they asked me to pay online it self.

                      I paid 2 installments before date now i'm still getting automated recording asking to pay as per my old due date and calls everyday thrice a day asking to pay money when i am on settlement. I receive statements showing interest on the original amount the number is unreachable for the guy who gve me settlement. They r staying me saying it will will fine aft u make settlement last payment but i knw they r lying. I wanna file a police complaint guide me as to how.

                          I had paid minimum dues from past one year r more, but due to i'll health of my wife. N death of brother in family not able to pay from past 6 months. Frm past 15days collection agency is harassing me at workplace,, that agency manager is speaking vulgar language, i asked them to wait till my salary date for payment of 10k from total outstanding bal 42k, but tortureing more. Saying that collection agent will get 10persons at my workplace tomorrow too much harassment. My wife was discharged from hospital only yesterday, now also i'm not able to get required scan for her. But agency manager calls n informs that let ur wife die, i need money. Please suggest me any solution for the payment next week. I have to take my wife again to hospital

On downloading the form, kindly fill up the same and forward it to the below mentioned address: HDFC Bank Cards Division PO BOX # 8654 Thiruvanmiyur PO Chennai 600 041. All income / supporting documents as mentioned above will need to be self attested (duly signed by you) on the document along with a signed letter. On receipt of the documents, we will review the card upgrade request on your card account and intimate you accordingly.

                              I'm using hdfc credit card. Now i see the transition details that an amount of 1399/- was debited from my credit card ending with 4944 without my permission on 26/10/2018
                              Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs 1399/-. Please deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist mfee without customer's info. If it happens again i will cancel my credit card.

                                I think it is the poorest service provider bank in the whole country. My application no.[protected]o1, which i submitted appx. 3 months ago. The executives have asked for my documents for more than 5 times and today i when i tracked the application it shows disapproved because of some they don't have required documents.
                                The executives are so irresponsible towards customer and zero customer centricity is there. They opened my account by telling me something they have not been able to deliver.

                                  I want to cancell my hdfc life uday proposal but no response from hdfc life.
                                  Hdfc life agent told me to sent an e-mail, but no action taken after e-mail was sent several times.
                                  Proposal have many wrong information and premium deducted was converted into emi without my consent.
                                  I want to cancell the proposal.
                                  No money refund till date.
                                  Also it was said no documentation required, but they asked to submit different documents.

                                      I have made a jwellery purchase from tanishq, chandigarh on 28.07.18 for rs. 100, 000/- using my hdfc bank debit card, and as per then running campaign, i was supposed to get a 5 % cash back, but even after almost 3 months, the cash back is not reced.

                                      When i wrote to bank, the replied as follows:

                                      "we regret to inform that we are unable to act upon your query with the details provided, we request you to provide any of the following details that you have received with regards to the offer:

                                      1. Forward us the complete offer mail
                                      2. The complete content of the sms alert for the offer
                                      3. Screen shot of the offer message in order to check and assist you faster."

                                      As the offer was displayed at tanishq show room, i do not have any such sms.
