This is about hdfc bank branch goregaon east. Recently was here to collect my forex card. Since the concerned person wasn’t of the table, someone directed me to a lady on counter 15. The lady is rude! Using sentences like ‘i have not entertained you’ and ‘don’t be so hyper’. The card was supposed to reach me after the bank messaged and it wasn’t there, when it was told that i have to depart soon! There was nothing that i said which made her respond that way. Please make sure your bank branch employees have good communication with each other to avoid such confusion and i hope your employees know how to talk to customers. We are regular customers at the bank, no other complaints yet. Rest all seems good 👍🏼

    I have sent request alredy to grievence redressal officer thro mail regarding deactivating my smart pay option (Recovery of 5% cash back offer with my airtel mobile no [protected]) from september-2018 onwards. But ur staff mr magesh said it is auto debit and i cant do anything.
    This month also (October-18) u recovered rs.200/. For this airtel mobile no.

    I have settled all my cridit card dues till date rs 12888/.
    Hence i request u to kindly cancel and close my hdfc cridit card at the earliest

We wish to clarify that 5% cash back is applicable for the first 6 months of registration of smart facility and the maximum cash back is for Rs 150/- per statement cycle. Further CashBack gets posted in the following statement cycle of the transaction. However, Smart Pay needs to be active at the time of cash back posting. If SmartPay is not active, cash back would not get posted.       I have paid the full amount with settlement from hdfc credit card number [protected]. But still now this account is not closed in my credit report. And also i have raised so many times to asked my no due certificate. But still now i am not get it, so please give the "no due certificate". Please check this account and give me the "no due certificate" as soon as possible. And also update my credit report.

        As I am calling since 20th October, connected today with customer care but there is no response from their side. It's totally worst. As I was doing transaction for IRCTC, amount has been deducted from my account but not went to the IRCTC. and ticket is not booked. It happens 2nd time with me. Where to I have to do the complaint. Worst experience with customer care service.

Effective 1st April 2013, customers registered for InstaAlerts service with 'SMS' facility, would be charged as follows: Salary/Savings Account: Rs. 15/- per quarter Current Account: Rs. 25/- per quarter Additional Information: Customers who are registered only for 'Email' alerts facility for receiving InstaAlerts will not be charged. Debit/Credit Card Transaction alerts sent as per regulatory guidelines and NetBanking transaction alerts do not form part of InstaAlert Service. Customers who are not registered for InstaAlert service will continue to get these alerts free of charge. All fees and charges mentioned above will attract Goods and Services Tax (GST) @18%.

            I have booked ticket from Hdfc net banking and due to some reason, I have cancell the ticket I got message from irctc that they have process and refund amount to Hdfc, and Hdfc will refund with in 7 days, today is 14 days gone still not received amount of 1440.

            Also try to call your customer care but worst services going on.

              I applied for credit card on 9 oct, 2018 and still i did not receive credit card. I got a mail from hdfc for residency address proof required hence i submitted the same in my nearest branch in bangalore still i did not get any update whether till when ill get the card. Its been so many days i've applied on 9oct still did not receive the card. I need to know till when ill receive credit card and how much more do i have to wait for the card.

                  Cancellation of one assist membership
                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending 1645 on 23/10/2018 i am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/- they renewed the service again and charging me again in current bill period. I want credit in my bank account asap.

                    I send the below mail to "[protected]@hdfcbank.com" on 22.10.2018 & i received an automail reply immediately. But nobody contacted me & my compliant is still not resolved.

                    "i have tried booking tickets from ernakulam - mookambika - ernakulam in kerala rtc on 19.10.2018. The amount was deducted from my hdfc credit card immediately after entering the otp, but not redirected to merchant site & i haven't got the ticket. I have used hdfc payment gateway for transaction.

                    I have received the below message for my payment
                    "rs.4188/- was spent on your credit card ending 3302 on[protected]:19:51:59 at ksrtconl1608735"

                    I have contacted to hdfc credit card customer care & collected the reference no. 07601657001019013469147

                    Kindly do the needful to refund back the same amount.

                        Hello, myself shueab ([protected]) from mumbai. I got credit card from hdfc bank in nov 2017. And maintain a simply banking with bank. I had also paid all emi of bank and plus credit card payments. From few month ago, i didn't paid credit card payment of sept 2018 month properly. I did what is written on my statement. But for this month, i had paid through net banking but it got written to my account after three days. And today when i credited my account with cheque of 15, 000, then your employees is calling me and using all foul languages and all bad words to me (Customer). He admit that he will kill me if i didn't paid payment. He has to come here to pune and apologies to me then i will release payment of credit card and all.

                          I received a call from [protected] from ms. Komal, who claimed that she is from hdfc standard life head office bandra branch, mumbai and she has received file of my policy with request for blocking it for 10 years and i wont be able to withdraw money from it.

                          Yesterday also i received call from mr deepak and his manager claiming to be from hdfc faridabad branch who we asking me to immediately commit for new fixed maturity plan else my above policy will be surrendered and money will be paid to agent. When i asked them to meet me they said they can not meet and i must provide them my personal information online and commit for new plan immediately.

                          I am sure some one from the bank is playing mischievous role. You are requested to register my complain and take action against above persons and inform me.

                          Nobody should surrender, take money or withdraw any amount from above policy without my written consent.

                          Expecting immediate response to my complain.

                            I have visited hdfc bank, chhattarpur, new delhi branch in december 2017 and submitted a application for closing of bank account i have in hdfc bank. The 2 executive (One lady and one gentleman) were sitting at 'may i help you' desk. They taken my application and told it will be done in 1 month time as my account was in malad, mumbai branch.
                            After so many months, nothing was happened, i contact hdfc customer care, they raised my complaint and after 2-3 days i received a call from chhattarpur branch that i need to visit in branch for giving the application for account closure. I visited on[protected] and get a confirmation for account closure by 21-sep-18. But till this time i did not received any confirmation from bank/branch for account closure.

                              I have deposited an indian overseas bank cheque no. 61320 dt 23/04/2018 at your hdfc bank, hill cart road branch, siliguri, west bengal for clearing purposes on 11th may, 2018. The same cheque got dishonoured due to some error. But till date we have not receipt back that dishonoured cheque. I have visited your hill cart road branch quite a few times for that cheque. But every time i got the reply that "we have mailed to mr arshad ali, ho-mumbai and you will get that cheque shortly".
                              But till date got no intimation.

                              Kindly look into the matter & oblige.

                                My name is shridhar, i am registering this complaint regarding credit card payment. Due to security reason couple of days back i have blocked credit card. While blocking the card i have asked representative can i able to make my due payments to the existing card, he said yes. After some days while generating the bill bank has generated bill in new card number and bank has not initiated about new card number. Hence i cant able to make payments to old card now, could you please assist me with this issue?

                                  Ad hoc statement charge ₹118 have been deducted on 23/10/2018 from my hdfc salary account without any information.

                                  But i haven't asked for any such statements from bank either by visiting branch or through net banking.

                                  When i reach branch regarding the same issue, they cant provide proper solution as well as customer care told same answer.

                                  So i need clarification from bank or reverse my ₹118 to my account.

                                    Sir, i purchased a mobile (Vivo v9 youth) from flipkart on 14-oct-2018 by debit card emi of hdfc bank, the price of mobile 12591 will debit from my card. After 10 min i cancel the order (Order id-od[protected] the amount will be refunded to my card on 15-oct-2018, i alredy call to flipkart customer care they told me your refund alredy revert in your card. But from bank my loan is active and loan number also be generated ([protected]) and my emi date will be set on 5-nov-2018. (Rs.1142.39). I alredy 6to7 times call to hdfc customer care they told me there are no amount will refund. Hdfc bank customer service not responding my call. I alredy wait 10 days after then i call they told me no refund will be shown wait. I go to hdfc bank they told me contact to phone banking service. So what can i do here i irriteted extreamly. I have all proves all recoding of bank and flipkat. My mobile no register in bank and flipkart-[protected], please help me...

                                    Flipkart already refunded the amount Rs.12591 I mentioned the confirmation mail with the reference number i mentioned the screenshot below .HDFC bank is delay and harassment the Customers The Customer service is very poor...If Flipkart not refunded how was the reference number create? Private banks are Cheaters like HDFC bank my issue not resolved Please help me

                                      I have a salary account with hdfc bank and the customer id is 42923387

                                      I have linked my mutual fund sips to my hdfc to deduct amount via ecs, every month but the fund was not there in my account.

                                      Hdfc bank has deducted rs. 590.00 in the above deductions, i not even received any intimation via call/email/sms from the bank before deductions. This has been done 9 times over last 6 months.

                                      Request you to consider my complaint and help me to get my money back and also to avoid further deductions in my account. Thank you.

                                      Dear HDFC team,

                                      I have not asked for the cancellation of the ECS mandate. My requirement is getting my funds back to my account. Totally 7080 Rs have been cut in 12 transactions as penalty. I want that amount to be transferred back to my account as it was cut without any prior notification as well as the bank hasn't suffered in any which way that it penalized me for this.

                                      Please act upon this at the earliest.

                                        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 7879 on date:15/10/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more.

                                        Kindly refund and deactivate this service on urgent basis. Don't activate this type of service in future. I am not happy with your service and please refund my money back as soon as possible.
