At the time 00:04 on 1/11/2018 i wanted to add money to payzapp wallet. Rs.10000 (Ten thousand) debited but hasn't credited to payzapp wallet. Please refund my money. I trust on you. Customer care is unresponsive. Customer care operators are always busy. Please don't break my trust on you.

      I have visited the east fort branch, trivandrum twice to operate my locker there and both the time i was told that the concerned person with the key was missing from the branch and i have to wait.

      First time i had to come back without operating the locker and today i had to wait for a long time for the person to come to the branch. I had reported this to the branch manager but the response was not very customer centric but supporting his staff.

      Please let me know how you can ensure timely service in future

        Hello, we deposited a $3000 check from bank of america into hdfc on the 27th august 2018. The check was debited in a couple of days but hasn’t been credited yet into our account. The customer service has been completely disappointing with nobody picking up. Please help us as this completely unacceptable and regarded as neglectful. We are about to file a fraud complaint through boa if this check doesn’t credit in a week and passing this information to the indian consulate.           Hdfc bank charging 708 rupees and it is getting deducted from my account [protected].
          This account was opened in 2011 as a salary account and how can it be charged 708 rupees every month??
          I am not a billionaire and how can you just deduct every month from my account, you know every month i use save some 1500 or 2000 rupees and you deducted that amount to hdfc bank.
          This is really not fair, atleast no one called me and tell that you will charge like this way.
          Please give my money back.

            I received sms from hdfc bank 19/10/2018 that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
            And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

              I didn't got any call from one assist regarding their plan renewal, but they charged me rs.1899 towards for one assist subscription. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription and credit the amount back to my hdfc credit card ending with 8881, other wise cancel my credit card.
              Kindly refund and deactivate this service on urgent basis. "don't activate this type of service in future."

              I am not happy with your service i have not opted for this policy and please refund my money back as soon as possible.

              On 25th October, 2018 I transferred 3000 using imps but my account is debited and beneficiaries account is not credited it shows transaction could not take place due to technical reasons and timed out
              I have recharged a mobile unlimited data pack, from My airtel app, using Amazon pay option to avail Rs.50 cashback, payment done using my credit card, got message from bank as well.

                When i converted rs. 64209 of transaction for emi. I asked bank to give some rebate on interest over call at time of conversion since i m long time customer and she told me as we will help you but i did not got so i sent follow up email and bank sent me an answer on email as below -

                ""we observe from our records that the amount of rs. 64209 is converted into 3 months interments with rate of interest 1. 50 per month. We have arranged the loan amortization schedule to you for the further details.

                Kindly note the query reference number for this e-mail: [protected]""
                I copied and pasted the email containt.

                So, after promised over call and email, i did not get any amortization and that was the reason, i keep calling and sending emails to bank, i also stopped the payment coz i was expecting a call from bank and bank will honour the promise but it did not happend and then i did not pay my bill and you keep charging late fees interest charge and collection and all.

                So in brief, it is bank fault as bank did not honour their promise and i had to pay late fee+ finance charge many times +gst unnecessary. This is how you penalise me and it was bank mistake coz promise was not honored.

                Now, i want to you to reimburse all the late fee+ finance charge+gst which i had to pay since march 2018 coz it was your mistake. Instead of care customer, you punished me, harrased me..

                    Hello everyone,

                    With deepest dissatisfaction and the hopelessnes, i am writing this complaint to let everyone know how hdfc bullies it's customers for getting a loan with their bank after paying so much of processing fee, mod, franking, notary, etc etc and hell lot of things that no bank asks, still even after providing you need to wait for ages for getting a loan sanctioned.
                    When you follow up with any of your executives or any bank personnel they will not even consider your request or concern, how painful you express your problems or concerns and how long you have been waiting for a process to complete, they will simply say * take a token and wait for your turn * they also claim that they have so many customers in hand whom they have to address and they are least bothered to listen to your query.
                    How it is possible that hdfc bank is getting more customers?
                    They have a massive number of marketing team who will give you false promises like anything, where in i have been informed that my loan will be processed and disbursed with in 7-10 working days, however its been almost 60 days now. Considering this home loan i have taken a hand loan from someone in the market with a higher interest rate and they are harassing me high time. Instead of relying on this # hdfc i should have gone for a personal loan where there is a 2% interest rate difference. It's my true irony that i have choosen hdfc to fulfill myhome dream.

                    With tears and utmost dissatisfaction towards the way how i have been troubled and bullied by hdfc executives and the bank itself,

                      I am a soldier in paramiltary force when i in posted in delhi
                      I devesh kumar apply for hdfc credit card (Dinner club international, rewardz last four digit 1051) in year june 2017, and then is done
                      When i apply this through a agent he told me its free and no any annual charges. Then i am no need to use this credit card, but after a year in september 2018 i need this credit card to use when i want to use it then it shows any payment error
                      And when i contact to hdfc help line then computer need to enter credit card no. But when i enter its detail it speak card detail is false and he speak to go hdfc collection center. I search online no any collection center. And i also go to many bank of hdfc bank his managers told me no any complaint or work done here. Credit card is run by a private company the he can not help me.
                      Then a friend told me for a website which solution to your card that is credit mantri https://www.creditmantri.com
                      I go to this site then i check my credit score in this site it show me i have 11 delay payment of this hdfc card then here a click button for fix this in rs. 997
                      Then i just want to fix this problem for make my credit score better
                      Then i pay this payment of rs. 997 on 25 october 2018
                      Then after a call incoming to me by this site credit mantri he says me his department fix this issue in next 7 days he told me to wait these days.
                      But on 29th of october 2018 when i saw again in credit mantri account it says me to again pay to rs. 3828 to fix this problem this is the value for hdfc card late paymment.
                      Please help me to fix this issue

                        Dear sir/ ma'am,

                        I used a hdfc credit card and did a purchase of 45k and in today's date i've made payment more than 50k, due to a few late payments these people just added heavy interest to my pays and made it a huge amount.

                        And i applied for settlement and wanted to give the pay but i've been hit with financial crisis as i'm unemployed since last 3 yrs and all pressure is on my shoulders.

                        These agents have hacked my contacts from my phone and started calling to all my contacts and harassing and threatening them, abusing them misbehaving them, ask in them to pay for me. Talking to them in desi (Gujjar) language and threaten them and all of this is being done in the name of hdfc bank, vikaspuri branch.

                        They can to my house to threaten my small sister about the pay even without asking me even when i told them that only my sister stays at home still they came to threaten and so did with my relatives and friends on call.

                        I want to make the payment but i'm not earning right now and i need time so that i can earn and do the payment but these people on the name of hdfc bank keeps on harassing us and has made our life hell.

                          Hello,

                          I'm sindhu vegi. My brother took a loan and unable to repay since he lost his job. Hdfc recovery people are calling me asking for his number. I gave it on 15th of october, 5pm.

                          She didn't tell me what her name is, she asked me to go to begumpet branch in hyderabad and asked me to pay in the first call. I told her that i gave my brother's phone number and asked her to talk to him.

                          She didn't stop calling me and my father talking abusively till 8pm.
                          She told my father that he doesn't know how to raise children and talked a lot more indecently. I told her "i'm not the one that took the loan, call my brother." then she started to call some of my friends saying abusive things about me.

                          On 24th, they called me and my friends for more than 10 times.

                          On 30th, even though my brother is taking calls and talking to them, she called me from 4pm for more than 30 times.

                          I said "my brother is taking calls, talk to him. Don't call me." (I was in office). Bala raju, her manager (She said) was on line this time and both of them said that they will call me only until my brother pays.

                          It is unfair and i already told them not to call but still they are calling me. It happened for 3 days as mentioned above. If i stop taking calls they are calling my friends and disturbing them. I don't want anybody to get disturbed because of me.

                          I request you not to call me and my friends regarding the loan that my brother took. He will talk to you. Call him and settle.

                            There was a hold in my account and i could see the hold even after i did the payment. I had made a payment on last friday and the bank representative made sure that the hold will be revised in 1 day. Today, i got my salary credited and lost around 23k. I had contacted you rep yesterday and he assured that the hold amount will be refunded if my salary got credited before the revisal. Please address this as a serious issue and please refund my money back. I am attaching a screenshot

                              One assist team has taken auto debit 1899 rs from my account, but i want to cancel the service and refund the amount. But one assist people are not accepting my request and they are trying to convince me for discount. But i said i am not interested in that service.

                              Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs 1899. Pleases deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist mfee without customer's info.

                                I am a hdfc customer since 2010 and initially i opened my account as a salary account. I am a nri since 2014 and hence this bank account is no longer my salary account. Until 2017 everything was fine. Starting sep 2017 amb charges were applied on my account without any information being communicated to me. Also my account was made negative because of these charges. Rbi guidelines very clearly state that charges should not be applied without informing the customer in writing and that the account should not be made negative just due to these charges. Both these guidelines were not followed.
                                I raised this issue with the grievance redressal and nodal officers which apparently seem to be the same. After which my account was credited with rs 2623.26 saying charges reversed. I was charged a total of 6369.50 since sep 2017 and hence the bank still owes me a total of 3746.24. Since the full amount was not returned, i tried contacting the bank again and have got no response. Customers are not valued at hdfc when it comes to these kinds of issues. Very dissatisfied with the service.
                                I am left with no other option than to reach out to rbi officials.

                                For your information, I stopped receiving salary in my account since 2014 after which there were instances when the minimum account balance was not maintained. All on a sudden since Sep 2017 bank started charging AMB on my account without anything being communicated to me. Also, RBI very clearly states that, information has to communicated in writing to the customers. Having it on your website is not enough. My issue is not yet resolved as the bank still needs to return back the full amount that was charged.

                                  My existing debit card which has expiry of sep 2020 hdfc bank deactivated my debit card without my knowledge and i did not get new debit card, i called to customer care many times but call not received no response, after that i reached to my home branch but the bank employee did not respond me properly, they ask me to call customer care.

                                  How can any bank do this to his employee without the knowledge of its employee. So please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                      I want to say that i had submitted fee for uptet-2018 for registration number -[protected] of niharika singh dob - 16/03/1990 and fee is deducted from my account with bank ref no. Igaenlfbp7 on date 09/10/18 but transaction was not successfull. Consequently i had to transact once more, this time with success (Ref no. Igaenlouo7).
