I have made a jwellery purchase from tanishq, chandigarh on 28.07.18 for rs. 100, 000/- using my hdfc bank debit card, and as per then running campaign, i was supposed to get a 5 % cash back, but even after almost 3 months, the cash back is not reced.
When i wrote to bank, the replied as follows:
"we regret to inform that we are unable to act upon your query with the details provided, we request you to provide any of the following details that you have received with regards to the offer:
1. Forward us the complete offer mail
2. The complete content of the sms alert for the offer
3. Screen shot of the offer message in order to check and assist you faster."
As the offer was displayed at tanishq show room, i do not have any such sms.
